I'm Jeen Gladius C. By seeing the attachment you will come to know my problem. On 22nd Jan 2015 I trawled in your Depoe bus from Bangalore to Madanapalli. I gave Rs 500/- note to Conductor he returned Rs 200/- & He wrote Rs121/- on back of the ticket. After reached Madanapalli I asked for change he told "I don’t have change". I asked “please wait i will get it from out from bus stop”. He agreed. After I got down to get change he went with out giving my luggage (Fruits). Please help me with my money, let him have that fruits. I'm escalating this because he cheated me with out giving my money and not waiting for at lease 2 min. Please take shirt action against this.     Dear Sir/Madam, My name is P. Srinivas Rao residing at Ibrahim Bagh, Vasavi College. Bus having number AP29Z 757 is collapsed my house top three times as of now and for once they paid fine also. Driver of the bus is Narsimha and conductor name is Mallesh. Today also at morning around 8.00 AM same has been happened and they are simply negligent and saying sorry for the damage. Please consider the compliant and do the needful. Thanking you sir.

        I stopped at vanastalipuram signal on 18/01/2015 night at 7:30pm an RTC BUS was there in front of me I maintained distance to the bus suddenly the bus came back I blowed horn but the driver is busy in giving change to people and he did not hear finally it came back and hit my car .I stopped the bus and asked the driver he is telling that it is not his mistake and its my mistake to stop back of bus and carelessly he left the bus is coming to Hyderabad from KDD and the bus number is AP29Z1847 . The driver is very careless and the passengers are also telling that he is busy in giving change to customers to the bus .I took my car to service center and they are telling that it will charge 10000 to get it repaired . Who will pay the amount for repairing my car .Please consider my complaint at higher priority and do some need full to me. The bus driver is speaking very rash and asked me to put a complaint with the depo and he is also telling that he don't care at all, his way of speaking is also not good he is telling that we should not stop behind bus at all is this the correct way to tell .

            Hi, MySelf is Arun. I have booked a ticket in APSRTC website from Banglore to tirupathi on 18th of december. The ticket number is 36558965. Unfortunately the bus service is cancelled by the APSRTC and i got message to cancel the ticket . I forgot to cancel the ticket and booked another bus to travel.After 18 days i saw my credit card bill and came to know that amount is not refunded. I called to customer care of APSRTC they told that according to APSRTC rules the ticket must be cancelled within 15 days, if iit is not cancelled within 15 days the amount will not be refunded. This is not fair. If i forgot they can deduct some percentage in the amount and they have to refund the amount.The told they wont refund entire amount. OR else when i called customer care they can cancel it manually and they can refund the amount back.I have seen the APSRTC refund policy also. If the service is cancelled by APSRTC, the person can cancel the ticket.It is not mandate to cancel he can cancel but the cancellation will not be allowed after 15 days. There is no term in rules lilke they wont refund the amount. They can cancel manually and can refund amount back. But there is no manual cancellation there. They must refund the amount back to me since they failed to provide the service what i have paid. I demand an explanation from APSRTC and total amount refund back to me immediately OR else I will demand penality from them. I request you to help me in getting my refund money back to me.               Hi, I am one of the commute of APSRTC from peddapuram to kakinada. Today on 10th jan, 2015 bus driver has not stopped the bus at Maharani college, Peddapuram. The bus no is AP 11Z 2564 from Kakinada to Eleswaram, and depot name is Eleswaram. That bus is not full, so many seats are there and we have two members stopped that bus. This causes bus driver's irresponsible way. Please take an action. I will look forward for your reply.

                Myself Indira, always travels to and fro Bangalore and Karimnagar. 1.There is only one bus which departs from Bangalore @18:30 PM (service number 7080) and also one bus departs from Karimnagar @15:30 PM(service number 7079). and these 2 buses are AC class. 2. Above 2 mentioned service numbers are having very very poor maintenance in it. 3. Bus fare almost(1400 rs/-), but the maintenance is very bad. 4.Bus will stinks too much, blankets will smell full of sweat, lot of mosquitoes and bed bugs. 5. Journey timings are almost 13-14hrs but the passengers has to bare all the night with full of mosquitoes and bed bugs. 6. I am almost travelling since 3 and half years but there is no improvement in the maintenance but the price of the ticket are getting increase. 7.The same bus fare with private travels, but the maintenance of them is very tidy. Private travels will provide clean and tidy blankets. There is no matter of mosquitoes and bed bugs. 8.why Government buses are serving this way taking this much amount of bus fare. 9. Karimnagar being a district and there is almost only 2 buses daily to and fro (bangalore and karimnagar). For getting tickets it will very difficult. 10.W.r.t this there is bad fate to arrange a special garuda buses which contains all the above things init(stinking blankets, mosquitoes and bed bugs.) and thsi special GARUDA bus fare is 1808 rupess). 11. This is the fate of karimnagar passengers...

                I agree, even i had bitter experience with karimnagar-bangalore service. Bus is full of Bed-bugs had sleepless journey and same thing continues for years after you reach home because of bedbugs.Better avoid this service.

                  Sir, I am travelling from Vijayawada to hyderabad on 08.01.2015 the service number is 3549 stating time at Vja is 14.40 hours, The conductor cum driver service bus has continuously operating video with three films and heavy sound. requested driver many times to reduce sound or stop the video but hr denied which made us serious problem kindly look into this and take nrcessaru action.

                        Dear APSRTC Team, I have Travelled from Barkatpura to Infosys in the Volvo Bus, 2 days back they charged 65 Rs. And Today I boarded different bus and conductor raised the ticket from Tilak nagar to WiproXd and charged 70 Rs. When asked the conductor why the price is increased in 2 days, she was saying the difference is might due to the depot which bus belongs to. When I checked the tickets the boarding and Get Down points are wrong. Is it really you have different charges for the different depot buses, and why are the stations are wrong in the Ticket. I think is new way misleading people by the conductors. Most of the people Don't check the stations in the ticket and end up in paying high than the actual. You need to check with specific Bus Conductor in the below number bus, two times i boarded the bus she has issued tickets with wrong stations.                           I want to give following details first : Incident happened in - Location - hyderabad Bus route - 126M Time 11.15 A.M Bus no - Attached in picture and conductor PIC also attached. Incidence - I boarded the bus at MIG bus stop kphb phase-6 and ask a Ticket to Mindspace/Raheja It park. Ticket cost is 12 RS.I gave 20 rs and ask for balance 8 rs. Conductor told me he didn't has 8 rs change with him and make a mark on my ticket backside for 8 rs balance. When bus reached Hitech I asked for 8 rs balance.Then whole thing started. Mr. Conductor was not willing to give my remaining money back. "He asked me to go back home and bring 2 rs change so that he can give me 10 rs" "He told me not to board the bus i[censored] didn't have the change" "He asked me to come in front to collect the money as he was standing there very comfortably" "I went to his place and ask for my money still he was not giving it" "I warned him that I will complaint against you, He said he don't care and nothing can be done against him" "He started talking to me very ruthlessly, harshly and in a unethical way" "I strongly opposed him for his behavior then suddenly and strangely Mr. conductor got change in his pocket from No where and gave my balance 8 rs back" "I asked him to tell me his name or govt. Id no ... He refused" Then I took his photograph and captured bus no. as well. I am posting this with a faith in the SYSTEM and expecting justice for a common man. I hope my voice would reach to the right ears and no one else will suffer like this. It;s not the first time when a conductor is not willing to give back balance money to the passenger .It happens almost everyday. Genuinely, If conductor doesn't have change that is fine BUT if he/she is having change but still not giving the passenger this is bluff, dishonesty and unethical.Please help to improve this for the sake of COMMON MAN" -Br Pankaj Sharma Email- [protected]@gmail.com

                              Dear sir/madam, This is regarding our travel experience with one of the Bodhan depot bus from route Hyderabad to Bhodhan on 20th December 2014 4pm on bus number AP29Z878. (One man service) The driver put the bus on platform and waited for the bus to fill with passengers for 15min and the bus was full bby 3:40pm. Once the bus was full, we went to ask for ticket, he said he wanted to leave for lunch for10 min. All passengers patiently waited for it. Once he was done in 15 min, he came back to sort out his personal luggage for 10min. Once again, passengers approached him for tickets for which he saod he wanted to go have a tea. Passengers grew impatient and agitated as he left for tea as 40min were wasted sitting in the already full bus. After a total 45min of wasting passengers time, the driver moved the bus from platform and parked it aside to start giving tickets for 15min. He denied to give his name as more than half the passengers with small kids argued with the time wastage. We hope that such irresponsibility of the driver wouldn't go un-noticed and unpunished for wasting the precious time of the customer. We all travel to reach our destination with a purpose and on time. Request you to make it possible.

                                Respected Sir, I am Ravindra, who was working as a Govt.teacher. On[protected] I booked a ticket from secbad to Ongole. my ticket No is 36514738.seat No is 21. UID is 6655.I boarded at L.B.Nagar stop.I requested the Driver cum Condutor to awake me in Ongole. But he did not do that.When i awoke my self at 2.30 A.M and i asked him he did not respond properly. He dropped me on the Highway at a village name called Shanti nagar between Ulavapadu and Kavali. I suffered alot in the midnight. No buses were stopped there. i walked more than 10 k.m s to the next busstop and there i catched another vehicle and reached my native place. I requested the conductor at Miryalaguda busstand to awake me at ongole. So I kindly request you to take necessary action against the driver cum conductor who indirectly suffered me a lot that midnight.                                   I am trying to book the rtc tickets through eTicket login, by entering source and destination, and 2 adults and 0 childs i tried for an hour to book the ticket but its showing an error "Please enter valid No. Of Adults and Child details" even after entering valid numbers. Please find the attached screens

HE IS TALKING SUCH RUDE AND TAKEN ME UP TO SR NAGAR FOR GIVING MY AMOUNT, ASKING ME TO GET DOWN FROM BUS. WHO IS HE TO DO SO. I KNOW THAT BUS CONDUCTOR SHOULD HAVE SUCH CHANGE THAT HE CAN ABLE TO GIVE ON DEMAND. BUT THESE DAYS ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. SO I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS MATTER .                                     I AM M MADAN MOHAN ( BANK EMPLOYEE) A REGULAR PASSENGER DAILY I HAVE TO TRAVEL FROM NELLORE TO ATMAKUR, TODAY ONE BUS CONDUCTOR WAS COMPLETELY MISBEHAVED ON ISSUING TICKET TO ME. HE IS TALKING SUCH RUDE AND SCOLDED ME IN WULGAR LANGUAGE, ASKING ME TO GET DOWN FROM BUS. WHO IS HE TO DO SO. I AM TRAVELLING REGULARLY FROM ATMAKUR TO NELLORE SINCE 3YEARS, I NEVER FACED THIS TYPE PROBLEM AND I NEVER SEEN THIS TYPE OF BAD CONDUCTOR.                                       Respected Sir, I am H.V.shanthi working as S.G.T teacher in Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State. I have a Complaint about District Express busses of various deopts travelleing from Hyderabad and Secunderabad to Yadagiri gutta, Hanumakonda, Janagam, Tirumalagiri etc placess via Warangal Highway. I will travell daily from Uppal x road to Ghatkesar by one of these express busses because of heavy loads in Ordinary and Palle Velugu Busses by the college students. But i am facing a problem daily that most of these busses are not going by the Ghatkesar Mandal and going by BYPASS. GHATKESAR is not a small village where they can skip and go by Bypass road. GHATKESAR is a Mandal Headquarter and there are lots of people daily travelling from and to and reaches nearby villages. If these Busses are skipping like this how can we able to go to GHATKESAR and nearby villages. My Question is to the RTC that, is there any provision that District Express Busses(Except Delux, Indra, Nonstop) can go by BYPASS skipping a Mandal Headquarter by giving lots of trouble to the passengers. To day i am complaining because i have faced badly this problem by an Express bus which is going to YADAGIRIGUTTA with no AP28-Z 4600. I got this bus at Uppa x road today( 10/12/2014) at 8:15 am and the Conductor, Driver argued badly with my and made me to get down at Uppal Bus Stop there itself, which is a painful experience with tears for me.Please Consider this problem and do the needful( I AM ATTACHING THE PICTURES OF THE BUS ABOUT TODAY'S EXPERIENCE).                                         Sir/Maddam, . I had booked a online ticket on[protected] from ecil kapraa mcpl office to Kakinada INDRA service... .from apsrtc a message came that we had cancelled a service on that day..immediately I had cancelled that ticket and till today my money was not yet refunded into my account...please give me details how can I get my money back urgently...
