i have booked my ticket on 24th aug 2014 on line vide ticket no 33182306 service no 3479/VSP-TPT service category INDRA from VIJAYAWADA TO TIRUPATHI OB REF.NO [protected] Depart On 28th aug 2014 t 00.50hrs. I have reached the vijaywada bus stand well in advance, but i was told that the bus was broke down at middle of vizag and it will be delayed by 5 hrs.It is highly not possible for me to wait so long as i have booked my balaji darshan tickets in advance.More over the RTC never bothered about my journey nor they have arranged alternative bus . At last i have catch hold of nellore bus and reached next day at 11 am and from there i took tirupathi bus reached by 12.50 at tirupathi.my total trip got failed be cos of that bus. Kindly arrange for refund with intimation to my mobile at the earliest.(My complaint with RTC No164 dt 28.8.2014) Thanks M.Mohan Meher kumar [protected]

    sir, am a user a apsrtc online ticket booking.when i tried to book a ticket from my account at that time amount purchased from account and ticket will not be getting.nearly i tried 3 times.i losed 1000 rs from my account without ticket conformation.can u please refund my amount please. thanks

      I have booked at a ticket from Nizampet(Hyderabad) to samalkot Journey date:Aug12, 2014, Ticket no: 32536795, service code: 2672/BHEL -KKD, Booked date : Aug 7, 2014, Departure time: 20:30hrs. APSRTC has messaged us about cancellation at 20:34 hrs on journey date. We can observe, how much irresponsible they are. They didn't inform us even 3-4 hours before so that we could search for alternative possibility. Because of APSRTC negligence my grandmother not able attend an important occasion. Please advice me what to do further, so that any other person shouldn't suffer like us.

          Respected Sir, Kindly consider the Direct Bus Route (23M) from Sec'bad Station to Bank Colony ( Suchitra) which of Total Distance: 11 K.M and the areas are covered are 1.Secunderabad Junction 2.Clock Tower 3.Patny 3.Jbs Bus Stop 4.Kharkhana Bus Stop 5.Tirumalgherry 6.RTC Colony(Subash Nagar) 7.Gunrock 8.Subhash Nagar(Alwal) 9.Indira Nagar(Subhash Nagar) 10.Military Dairy Farm 11.Suchitra X Roads 12.Bank Colony(Qutubullapur) As the above route will be more useful for above colonies and less traffic and distance that to people will reach their destinations early. Kindly provide the Bus service (23M) from Sec'bad Station to Bank Colony as early as possible. Thank U

            Dear sir, We was traveled from vijaywada to hyderabad on 31.07.2014 at 15:00 Hrs. Thru Bus no : AP29Z 2626 GARUDA. with 3 seats booking, as we requsted to the driver we need 3 seats, he was alloted 15, 16 & 29. But he was not colected the ticket amount at Vijaywada i was asked him but he saying at we will isue the ticket at hyderabd then i said ok. Bus was reached VANASTALIPURAM around 19:30 hrs.we are getting down. then he was colected the amount of Rs 1500. but he is not issued the tickets, actually ticket cost was 470 rs.i was asked him to give ticket he was talking roudly.               Hi, I travelled with APSRTC bus super
              delux semi-sleeper class bus no AP29Z0058 dated: 26/07/2014 from Tirumala
              shrine to Tirupathi. The bus was slated to ply at 11:55 pm and after running
              for 15 minutes (that too with 3 halts) that is. at 12:25 it halted with a jerk
              as there was a flat tyre. Driver told us all to get down and wait for 15-20
              minutes to get the puncture fixed and left the passengers to rest at roadside.
              When I roamed around at 1:30 am in the night to look for bus & driver..i
              found the bus parked in a shady place at some distance unattended. I looked for
              driver all around and asked him he carelessly said that the next bus commuting
              would be at 3 in the morning. When i asked why did he commit false promise 1
              hour back ...he started misbehaving and called a constable who was reportedly
              sleeping on-duty, came and started shouting on a group of we 4 female
              passengers and hurled abuses on us…he called 4-5 men who all abused us and
              created a huge fight and left us all embarrassed in public and made us feel
              uncomfortable, humiliated and highly insecure given the wee hours of morning.
              When I constantly asked for refund and rest of the passengers backed the pleas,
              then driver kept us telling to go back to farther end and wait there for
              initially 30 minutes …then told 10 minutes. When I asked him that what's the
              point of giving these false deadlines when no steps are initiated to actually
              fix the bus or arrange any alternative.


              After constant pestering and bickering
              at 2.25am he arranged for the spare tyre to be installed which atmost took them
              10 minutes.The bus finally started at 2:40 am and we again had to wait at a
              security crossing till 3 in the morning.


              As a result, the rooms which we
              booked for 3000 Rs were wasted and we not only lost our sleep and rest but also
              were humiliated big time. Also, I missed my train the next day due to heavy
              fatigue and suffered a loss of 5000 rs as they were all tatkal tickets of 2AC.


              Alongwith unnecessary monetary loss hardly
              45 minutes journey took 4 hours due to heavy negligence and utter irresponsible
              behavior of the driver who told his name as K.Rajendran.


              I hope this complaint reaches to
              right ears and some action is taken so that nobody else need to suffer same
              problem like ours.


              I on a personal level have vowed to
              never travel with APSRTC as I have found they are not at all service oriented.

                Sir, We the residents of Bank colony, Godavari homes, Jayaram Nagar, Quitbullapur and surrounding inner colonies request more no. of buses to pass through the route of 25B, 32A and 23/283 from Suchitra to their destinations. As these routes pass through various traffic jams in between their journey there is no fixed time of arrival. Sue less no. of trips and without a fixed time the passengers wait and wait for a long period at times even for more than an hour for a bus to come to travel for a min of less than a KM ie first stop Durga estates and Max of 6KMs i.e Gajula Ramaram from Suchitra cross roads. We feel very helpless seeing many a number of buses with frequency of min 2 mnts max of 20 minutes a buss is coming up to suchtra from Secbad rly station via old alwal IG statue and taking a turn. So many passenger alight from those buses and cross the road and either wait for a bus or cath a auto which don't move for less than 7 passengers, passengers almost being dragged on road during their journey. with such a capacity of auto when some thing happens then all the officials and politicians line up and give toll promises. At this I suggest following few steps for your action please. Either increase the no of trips of above mentioned routes or introduce some mini buses connecting three important highways ie Karimnagar highway ie Rajiv Rahadari, Nagpur Highway ie medchal road and Narsapur Highway whcih automatically connects Bombay highway from chintal to Balanagar. 1)The route for these buses should be from Alwal i.e in front of ESeva and another from Trimulgherry (semi route of 23/283) to Bank coloney Ring Road or Chintal or shapurnagar or else Gajula ramaram (semi or half route of 32A) or bank coloney i.e semi or half route of 25B. By this these buses don't pas through major traffic hurdles and buses can easily be on time. o2). Or else extend the the route of all the 25S 24 s buses of Hakimpet depot up to either chintal or bank coloney ring road or gajula ramaram. 3) Or divert few buses of dindigal route to Secunderabad pass thruough suchitra and new bowenpally so that we can alt least reach main suchitra junction easily. Please don't treat the public living in above mentioned areas as foreigners as the public living in alwal and BHEL R&D quarters are enjoying plenty of buses with different routes. Requesting u for a noble thought.

                  Respected sir, I am residing at Bank Colony (Padmanagar Ring Road), Suchitra, Hyderabad . I am an employee and I have to travel by Bus daily from Bank Colony ( Padma Nagar Ring Road) to Abids. As the Jeedimetla Bus Depot has already arrange One Trip Bus Route No 9A at 9.20 A.M from Chintal Padmanagar Ring Road to Koti.From, there after there were no buses to Koti and the Autowalas are made advantage. I request u on behalf of my neighbours and friends to please run more trips ( Bus No: 9A ) in our locality. It is a sincere request from all the people living in my locality including me.. I hope sir, that u will look into this matter and take a favouring decision for us. Thankyou..

                  Every morning I used to go by Bus No 9A ( Chintal Padma Nagar to Koti) by 9.20 A.M. If, I miss the Bus, I have to travel to Chintal by Auto capacity of 7 passengers then there by I have to pick up 9K (Jeedimetla to Koti/Afzalgunj). Hence, I request u to kindly run more trips of 9A Buses and also extend the Bus service 29C to Bank colony as early as possible as many people are travelling through Autos due to non availability of more trips to Bank colony. If the RTC Management feels that the Roads are conjucted they have to run Mini Buses those were already introduced by APSRTC in Old City.

                    Dear Team, There is only one Bus from Polavaram (West Godavari) to Hyderabad.It is very Pathetic as we have only one bus from Polavaram to Hyd & Hyd to Polavaram. This service is Inadequate. Also this bus starts too early at 6pm at Polavaram and reaches KPHB by 4. Am itself. So its not safe for the passengers mainly ladies are facing problems due to this uneven timings. So kindly take quick action on this & change the timings of the Bus. It will be better if the bus starts atleast at 8.Pm at polavaram so that it wont reach too early in the city. Thank you.

                      This is vishwanath fm hyderabad today I travel from yadagirigutta to uppal at 5.00pm in the bus no-AP 29 Z 773 the driver was drucked and he did not stopped at uppal ring road bus top. The busdriver speaking rashly please take action on him and take complaint on bus no.AP29Z773 the bus was yadagirigutta depot

                        I travelled from Vijayawada to Jaggaiyyapeta on 07.06.2014. I board APSRTC bus at Vijayawada @4.10AM after 15Min the bus stopped at one petrol bank on the Vijayawada to Hyderabad highway its almost 45minitius long que with many APSTC bus with fully loaded passengers with all bus they were waiting and filling the diseal. Also found drivers of each buses while checking the level they used to mobile lights its too dangerous in patrol bank also passengers in the bus all are using Mobile talking due to waiting etc. If there is any fire accident near about 500 lives are kept in danger without knowing the serious cause the doing regularly. I spoke to driver and petroleum bank supervisor they are telling its happening almost one year, we kept sign boards in the bank but no one following what to do saying carelessly also simply he using his mobile go and compliet to APSRTC like that he gave reply. Major issues: 1. Very dangerous for passengers who all traveling 2. No one following time, almost each of them have to lose their travel time more one hour 3. No respect for passenger's if some one going to ask about this I like to know if this forum really going to take action on each compliments, since this is very worst and dangerous practice are being followed by government agency carelessly kept public life in dangerous conditions please take immediate action before some worst accident may happens.                           This is p.sathish babu. I travelled in your APSRTC bus no AP 29 Z 311 & date 23-June-2014. time 8.25 am from palamaner to pungunar. i reached the destination when i & my father was getting down he moved the bus my father he felt down he is one patient. if i ask the driver why you done like this he is scolding us like [NEE YAMMA] it's what kind of language. DRIVER & CONDUCTOR they are using the unparliament language. your apsrtc has to take sevier action.

                            Dear Sir, This mail is w.r.t the unpleasant encounter which I had during my travel at your Visakhapatnam bus terminal ( Dwaraka Bus terminal). I was proceeding to Kakinada from Vizag & have taken a super luxury ticket Vide No. MS 52503, seat allotted to me was 1 & 2. Meanwhile since the temperature was soaring, I got down from the bus to buy some badam milk & got to Shop no OS1.Enjoy HPMC (License period 31/08/2014) at about 20:30 Hrs. I ordered for One badam milk bottle of Tirumula milk make. Firstly, this lady (I presume that she was the owner of the shop) was offering a bottle w/o label (which does not have MRP label/ manufacturing date etc., ) & when I resisted she offered me Tirumula make Badam milk & demanded INR 23/- per bottle whereas the MRP was INR 18/- only. When questioned I was given to understand that INR 18/- was the price at which she purchased this item from the vendor (tirumula milk co., ) & she said she was adding profit to the product offered as she also need to take care of the depot team who will get a cut in the day to day transactions. When I resisted making this payment, then one more lady joined & they started abusing me using harsh language which was un-parliamentary in nature w/o returning the change amount, they challenged me to complain to the depot manager. I immediately brought this to the notice of the duty manager ( He was waring "May I Help You badge") who came along with me to the stall & started taking the side of the above said shop owner (both ladies) & was non co-operative. When I informed them of lodging a complaint they threatened me of dire consequences & also challenged me that no one can touch them & they shall continue looting people. I had to leave from the shop w/o lodging a complaint in the register since I had to catch my bus which was scheduled at 20:40 Hrs. Sir, this entire experience was entirely disheartening & caused lot of pain to me through-out my journey. Would request you to kindly look in to this complaint from my end & would appreciate if you can revert to me with the action taken since I completely lost my trust in APSRTC, Vizag depot & I see no reason why the license to the above shop should not be cancelled when they are going against the rules laid-down by the Govt.                                 My husband expired in apsrtc driver in kothagudem depo. But my pension was not declered. We have send the papers but my pension was not declered.                                 The pensioners of APSRTC who were retired as Depot Manager in 2009 and before were getting the very least pension which is very less. The pay revision also not thinking about this. The retired persons, in their old age they are not able to earn in any other way and they are not able to meet the expenses of their minimum requirements with their present pension The Government of Andhra pradesh and Telangana also think about this. It is very necessary to hike their pension to meet their minimum requirements. The old employees also given their life long services to the corporation. It is the responsibility of the Government to provide the minimum requirements in their old age.

Then again engaged to duty on 01.05.2012 at Tadepalligudem depot West Godavari Dist.I had worked till 16.08.2012 at Tadepalligudem Depot. Then again Disengaged on 17.08.2012. Then engaged on 24.04.2013 at Vuyyuru Depot Krishna Dist. I have worked till 01.07.2013. Then Disengaged on 02.07.2013. Then again Engaged to duty 25.07.2016 at Ibraheempatnam Depot Krishna Dist.
                                During above said period deducted P.F. was not brought forward to my current P.F. Account.I have Seen my P.F. information before joining Ibraheempatnam Depot, That was around Rs. 10, 000.
                                Now in my P.F. account current month P.F. only appears.Please provide information to my Email: [protected]@gmail.com, Ph. [protected].

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  My father got retired from the APSRTC service during 2012. As we claimed for the PF withdraw, we got notice saying the rejection of the PF claim and asking us to submit the affidavit. We did the same thing within no time an till now we didn't get any status regarding the claim. When i checked on the online it is still showing the same status as
                                  "Claim Form 10D for Pension AGAINST Member Account No (APHYD[protected] has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim." Attached the same for your reference.

                                  Even if we make a call to the PF office at barkatpura with telephone number[protected],[protected] they are picking up the receiver and keeping it aside. Not responding properly.

                                  Is this the right way to behave a retired public servant ?

                                  Kindly look into the issue and resolve/update status before it got escalated to the higher officers.

                                    we are staying near krupa complex bus stop from Sec'bad to ECIL. The Bus STOP is situated in corner place and it became as accidental zone . The Autos are stoped in the corner place and from the Maximum vehicles are passing through this corner place. So every passenger has to run to catch the bus while taking care of vehicles and autos. The next road of this corner place i.e Aditya Bar road is not a busy road. So many drivers are discussed with the passengers for this issue to move bus stop to next corner place. So we are requesting you to check and just move the accidental bus stop to safe zone. thanks Krupa Complex residents.

                                      I booked ticket from Rajahmundry to Bangalore on 17th May 2014. Service is 3487 / VSP - BNGLR ( 3 STOP). When I booked ticket is in Waiting List.After that I didn't get any information from APSRTC.I reached Bus stand and enquired about ticket they asked me to contact customer care. When i called Customer care they told your ticket is not yet confirmed. We can't cancel ticket also.They gave free suggestion to travel entire 16hrs journey by standing or else check with driver. When i check with driver he didn't allowed me to get into bus as it is in waiting list.I lost my money and journey...

                                        Sir namasthe I am Satyam Teacher of Jangaon, warangal district, on 30/04/2014 time about 8-45 pm the bus no AP 36 Z 153 super express belongs warangal depot, I let into d bus near adalath and asked d driver is it having stop jangaon he said yes, the bus was cross d city limits and travel about 20 km, the conductor came for ticket i said a ticket to jangaon with navya card he said it was not going jangaon it is non stop direct bus and take 100 rupees from me and let me out from bus in forest area and using unparliamentary words, you r not boss to me i dont show any sr to u, it is not way to respect the passengers, the apstrc say passengers are gods, by this type of staff destroy the department so kindly ;look in the matter do the necessaty actions againest the driver and conductor, kindly strongly warned him not to repeat such type of incidents never Thanking you sir Satyam S Ph [protected]
