Dear Sir, This is regarding the below employee details : Emp ID- 350338; Emp Name- Vellanki Narasimha Rao (Late) who had worked in APSRTC (Guntur-2 Depo) few years back. During his service he had met with an accident in depo & died even after long treatment. The claimant i.e. his wife is not getting pension. The reason is given to her is that she is not eligible for the pension. Request you to kindly look into this matter & check the same. The claimant is very poor; she doesn't have any livelihood now.     Please providTeam, I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad (MGBS) to Bangalore(Shantinagar) through APSRTC ONLINE (with login Vikas_cccc) on the date of 6/09/2013. Journey date is 7-9-2013. But Due to Telangana Bundh this service has been cancelled. While I have contacted customer care i got the information that the money will credit to my account. For that they suggested to send a mail to "online.[protected]@apsrtconline.in" 4 times I have sent mail to this mail address. But till now i haven't got my money back. At least i haven't got any reply from APSRTC.e as much information as possible...

      Buses not stopping at JNTU, kukatpally Bus stop

      To, The General Manager, APSRTC We the employees commute towards BHEL from JNTU University campus. The Bus route numbers 225 and 226 are very very rare and also are not stopping the buses at evening time from 4:30pm and the number of buses are too low. daily we are supposed to stay in the bus stop till 6.30 PM and even no proper bus shelter to sit. Kindly please please please take action. We are from middle class working employee...

      To, The General Manager, APSRTC We the employees commute towards yousufguda from ashok nagar cross roads. One bus by number AP11Z 6244 that is, 113Y comes from Uppal Depot that goes via RTC X Roads, Ashok Nagar, NTR Stadium, Indira Park. The bus comes around 10:10 Am to 10:20 Am. Daily the driver never stops in above stages,... stops far away from the stage,... Normally 113 Y and 113 I/M are very few in this Route. Kindly take action against the said bus number driver. More ever kindly increase buses in this Route, we are facing much difficulty to reach office on time and also instruct all the bus Drivers of 113 Y in this Route especially AP11Z 6244 to stop in the respected stages.         Refund not happen, even after 3 months of cancellation

        I booked 2 tickets in advance for 2 people to go native around 15th May, 2013 using the site https://apsrtconline.in/oprs-web/. But before 3 days of travel we cancelled a ticket out of 2. On that day i got a message about my refund amount as below.

        We want bus stop at CHINTALBUSTI (KHAIRTABAD).Especially PATENCHER &LINGAMPALLY BUSES r

          For your information on dated 26.03.2013 When i was trying to book the ticket but transaction failed and deducted from my Account 380/-. The same day I have write to letter to APSRTC on email id - online.[protected]@apsrtconline.in and also called this number[protected] they have provided us one Ticket ID :88312. From to till date we have spent much money for calling to customer care and email sending the same but no-one responded yet. Transaction ID S92853716 thru Andhra Bank.

          Hence requested do the needful action

            Hello Team,

            This is in regards to APSRTC bus shelter near Vivekananda nagar X roads near kukatpally.

            I am a resident of Vivekananda nagar, kukatpally, Hyderabad.

            My work place is at Patancheru.

            Each day is becoming very hard to wait for the busses at the main road, there are more people waiting in the hot sun and in the dust for the busses.

            The worst part is there is so much of traffic due to metro rail works, the trees were all cut down for road extensions.

            Metro Rail has blocked the road and occupied space for which there are traffic jams at this junction.

            It is becoming very difficult during office hours to wait for the busses as the traffic jams are heavy.

            I would request the APSRTC department to kindly build a bus shelter for the public.

            It would be of great help for the people who travel by bus.

            I kindly request you to consider the request and hoping for the APSRTC team to look into the issue and make the public show more interest in APSRTC.

                  I was trying to book a ticket from Bangalore to Pulivendula, I have made my payment using Netbanking, after my payment was accepted by the bank when it was redirecting to APSRTC site I got an Forbidden error, my booking dint go through. My amount was deducted from the bank but my tickets were not booked.
                  Any one please help me regarding this.

                  I suggest to not book the APSRTC tickets by using the crapy website developed and recommended by APSRTC.

                    This is with respect to APSRTC function of cancelled services and the customer center behavior.

                    I have reserved ticket on Non AC super luxury service from Narasaraopet to Bangalore for 630/- which start at 4.30PM on January 15th,2013.

                    As I was sick on the day of travel , have found a better service Indra AC , hence I have cancelled the above booked ticket and booked on this bus for 1130/- which starts at 5PM. The cancellation charges were 160/-.

                    Before to 30 min prior to journey of Indra AC I was informed saying Indra AC has been delayed by an hour.I retunred home as I have already reched bus depo by that time.

                    I arrived at bus stop after an hour and was told that Indra service has been cancelled and I have to book ticket on the other non AC Super luxury bus( similar to the one I booked and cancelled) at 6PM.

                    The ticket costed 890/-.

                    I was deceived interms of money as I bought the same cancelled service ticket by paying 260 more along with paying 160 rs calcellation charges as I opted a better service as I was ill.

                    I was delayed with journey by an hour , late to office.

                    I was not carrying enough money to book super luxury as I was told Indra AC ticket refund will be done by online only as I have booked tickets online. It dropped me trouble I have some how managed .


                    Later, so far till the date , the money amount for Indra AC cancelled service is not refund.

                    I followed up with customer center [protected] and APSRTC Narasaraopet at [protected] for more than 5 times.

                    They always say it takes 2 days to return and they are not ready to take up teh issue on a good pace.

                    It is not a simple amount 1130/-.
                    I demand them to return my money along with interest also for all the above extra 260 I paid unnecessary.

                    APSRTC — APSRTC unanticipated behavior on canceled service

                        This is Rajesh here.I have booked a bus ticket on APSRTC website from Bangalore to Ongole and my date of journey was 14th Dec,2012.The bus service number is 5849 and the booking id is 16693078.While I was waiting to board the bus,I got call from the bus driver that the bus has a mechanical issue and it is cancelled and the amount will be refunded back to my account.The ticket fare is Rs.1138 .So I had boarded another bus and paid the fare of Rs.1130 after waiting for another hour in the pollution filled bus stop and all I get are the last 2 seats (for me and my wife). Today is 25th Dec,2012 and I have got any refund to my account.I called the bangalore customer care 080 – 22873915/ 65791646 where in the 2nd number is not working.Some one received the call on the first number and they informed me that it is enquiry and he gave me another numner which is[protected].I called this number and I get a message that the number is NOT TO BE FOUND.I have no idea who to contact.I have called another customer care number [protected] and its the same agent who picked the first cal and informed me in a frustrated tone that this number is not for refund.I am not sure what to do at this time.
                        No one is taking responsibility for no fault of mine.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have been observing a trend in my last three trips on routes such as from Tandur to Hyderabad. Yesterday (Dec 9th, 2012) was one such experience. When we boarded the bus AP11Z 5808 the bus stopped on the Anantagiri Hills. This was supposedly an "express" bus. The conductor was extremely rude and initially said that we would not go forward anymore. Then after some pleading, all the gents were asked to get down and push the bus. The driver admitted to knowing that the bus was not in a good condition. Interestingly, just before this, another bus had broken down in the station next to Tandur. The conductor in that bus told passengers there to board the bus(AP11Z 5808). The conductor of this bus refused to accomodate them without a fresh ticket, then after some confusion collected extra fare because this was an "express" bus. So much for an express bus. There is no coordination between the conductors.

                          Interestingly, on the same route Tandur to Hyderabad a couple of hours later a bus broke down and a replacement was arranged in Vikarabad. I think it is too much of a coincidence that three buses broke down on the same day in the same route/locations.

                          There is no phone number inside the bus in cases of emergency. Most people who travel on this route are poor labourers and will not follow-up. Either the buses are not inspected properly or there is a deliberate act of making people suffer and not travel in these buses.

                          Attaching the photos for above issue. You can see people have got down and pleading with the driver. The bus stopped in the middle of nowhere. Shouldnt RTC arrange a replacement?
                          And please have conductors who are not rude.

                            According to the rules, the buses are supposed to stop at the bus stop, but at Langar house bus stop, most of the Metro buses are not making halt during the morning time(8.30 to 10am) when people are in highest need of public transport. The buses who are taking halt at stop are not standing at proper bus stop but are running far away from stop.So please make a take of this issue as it is getting difficult for common man to reach their destination on time.
