I COULDNT GET MY MONEY REGARDING THE CANCELLATION OF ETICKET OF APSRTC .ITZ ALMOST 10 DAYS GONE

Sir,

I booked APSRTC bus ticket online to travel from Hyderabad to Godavarikhani on July 20th 2011(, e-ticket No3112855) Bus schedule time is 5.00 AM. I reached platform at MGBS bus stop at 4.30 AM. Since then i waitied up to 6 AM. No bus arrived with the service number given in the eticket(Service No. 7211). Then I informed Swamy at customer service. He asked me to step into any available bus and claim for refund of ticket money. I took another bus at 6 AM and paid again for ticket. Almost my work suffered a lot because of delay in reaching destination.

After coming back I claimed for ticket refund. But customer support is not responding properly.

Please help me in getting
my ticket money back and
money that i lost due to delay in reaching destination and also
money about Rs. 25/- i spent on phone calls to customer support.

    I have no other option but to register a complaint here after facing the same scenario thrice at Uppal bus stop.

    I along with my parents were waiting for the late night long distance service from KPHB Hyderabad to Mangapet (WL 2 Depot . Bus number 0602) at Uppal chowrasta bus stop. I came to give send off to my parents . The scheduled time of arrival is 11.15 PM. we came to the bus stop at 10.45 PM and were waiting. I have learnt from the controller present at Uppal that the bus has not arrived yet. Time passed by but the bus has not arrived .

    At around 12.15 (1 hr after the scheduled arrival) we saw a bus crossing Uppal chowrasta with out halting at the bus stop. The controller told me that the bus that has crossed with out stopping is the one that we should be boarding.

    I somehow chased the bus on my bike and overtook the bus after 1KM and asked the driver to stop there and then cam back and picked my parents and dropped them near the bus.
    To my astonishment, the driver of the bus was shouting at me and my parents and had instigated the co passengers against us. I was totally surprised by the way he was speaking as he was using filthy language. When asked why he dint stop at uppal, he said there were no seats, though i could see half the bus empty.

    After questioning him that this service is the last bus in that route , (we had to travel 250 km till the last stop in that route to reach our village and this was the last bus) , and what about the passengers who are waiting for this who would never know that the bus has left, he answered that" we were waiting for some passengers who got their seats reserved and they dint turn up at MGBS for 2 hrs (Thats a lie as the bus generally comes to Uppal between 11.45PM - 12.00 PM). so we cant wait any longer ".

    This was the answer given by a public servant to the Public for no mistake of the later.

    This is not the first time i faced this scenario. Its been thrice before I am reporting this incident here. The controller at Uppal was also aghast by the behavior of the driver told us that the drivers are doing things like these very frequently.He advised me to complain against the driver and assured me that he will be the witness for that incident which has happened many a number of times till date.

    I was able to catch the bus because i know about the bus and i had a bike to chase it. But what about the old people who cant see properly in the night , waiting for a bus that would never come in a dead cold night . And after people like us chasing , tensed and what not and finally catching the only bus that would take us 250 km in the night had to hear filthy and foul language from the drivers.

    Is this how a public servant should behave . Have they no responsibility towards the public?

    I hope the authorities would consider this. If they cant trust me and heed a deaf ear to me, they can at least consider one of their own colleagues at least out of respect for his job .     iKnow Tech — Re: Bus fare

    Dear Sir,

    I am a partner in iKnow Tech in Trichy, in trichy some of the government buses are named as LSS and getting 2.50 rs instead of 2.00 and they are also going like a local bus. Its ok but the conductors of those buses are not giving the balance of .50 ps to the passengers and if we ask about this they are not speaking kindly to us. and saying that there is no change. This is happening on regular basis only in the government buses. From this amount conductor of a single bus earn rs 6000+ per month. So please kindly take action for this.

      This is the conversation shows how irresponsble, neglegency and worest feedback for a customer by APSRTC.
      I have booked a ticket on 9-9-2011 and cancelled same date,but as of now there is refund. if i am communicating through phone there is negligency to respond my querry.now present date[protected]. 5 months over still there is no response. kindly consider this is a priority base and please help me to get my money back.

      I booked a return online Ticket from APSRTC website from Hyderabad to Chennai on 28/12/2011 for 1/1/2012.I tried to cancel the ticket 8 hrs before the journey,but the website said "Ticket can be cancelled only one hour before the journey".Though they have different deductions according to timings website stated same message.I went to APSRTC booking centre but they said i have to got to MGBS bus stop to cancel the ticket.I went there too but the officials said they cant help,it can be done online only.I was mentally,physically and monetarily harassed by APSRTC as the officials didn't knew what to do.They gave me a phone number which was not working.I had a scheduled departure at 7pm and i couldn't cancel the ticket even til 6:55 pm same day using the website.I did numerous complaints and sent them 3 emails also.But no reply or refund is received.Please help me.Ticket number is 6764076.

      i have booked a ticket from HYDERABAD to VIJAYAWADA using http://www.apsrtconline.in/ on 06/05/2014. Four transactions are failed i got irritated and went to apsrtc booking centre and booked a ticket.in that above four transactions 2 are refunded but remaining are not refunded.I have done so many negotiations with APSRTC customer care and as per their request sent my bank statement showing that no amount refunded in my bank account on 04/02/2014 but still no response from their side.I am totally vexed with is So can you please do the need full as soon as possible.

        Money refund

        I am K.Ramesh booked the APSRTC travel ticket though internet on 19.09.2011 from S.R.Nagar to Koyylagudem. Ticket no:4554251. Service No:1346 / KPHB - PVM and travelling date 04.10.11. Seat No:17, 18 &22. Ticket fair 750/-. Due to telagana bandh bus was cancelled. I intimate through customer care no[protected] several time for refund money. complaint given through consumer foram in the month of November. still I unable to get the money....

        The APSRTC is running a very few number of buses from Pantancheru to Koti in the route of 222 and 222 A,especially in the morning timings of 7 am to 10 am.Daily I will have to wait for atleast half and hour to get in to the bus and when the bus comes it is full of passengers.I request APSRTC to take necessary actions to solve this problem and make the people more comfortable in providing better transportation facilities.

          I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with APSRTC. I had booked two tickets for me and my friend from Hyderabad to Goa from the madhapur booking counter ( near police station, kavuri hills). I had booked the tickets one month in advance and paid Rs.2116. Just 4 days before our departure date, we came to know that all the APSRTC buses had been cancelled dur to the Telangana strike. The booking counter people did not bother to inform us. We rang them up and they said I could go and collect the full refund. So I went to cancel the ticket ( and the refund) one day prior to our actual date of journey to which they said they will be deducting 10% because the online portal was not updated with the cancelled status. So I went again on the day of the journey to which they said they dont have money and gave me a slip and asked me to collect after the strike was finished. Finally I went to collect the amount when they said they would be deducting Rs.120. When I protested, they started making random arguments. I asked them to give me their manager's number or the customer care to which they said they didnt have anything and they wouldnt give me any number. I told them to show me where the cancellation rules were given to which they said I knew more rules than them and asked me to look it up myself. Then they took my tickets and gave me back Rs.1996. When I told them to give me some proof or alteast let me click a photograph of the ticket so that I can lodge a complaint against them, they just tore off the ticket in front of me and did not even give a written proof. Both the persons at the counter behaved very badly and they did not justify why they deducted my money.

          This s*** is happening for quite some time. Long back I booked tickets to bangalore from MGBS and waited for long time for the bus to come. After 30mnts past scheduled time, I reached the enquiry and told them the issue. He asked me for the tickets. He took the tickets tore them apart, returned the money(luckily full amount) and recklessly said, this bus is canceled take another bus. It was a sunday night and everyone knows how busy the buses will be. Somehow I was able to get tickets in a KSRTC bus.

          This may not be the case every time. But definitely, some guys are too rude and irresponsible.

            Hai Sir,
            I am vamsi krishna, Yesterday i had booked for GARUDA service from vijayawada to hyderabad for 16.30 service. after a fight on officials that bus came around 17.40 at vijayawada. as the the co-passenger's discussion this bus is not at all in good codition. after doing some midor checks they sent from the gaarrage at 17.40. we started the travel.. and bus is very ugly.. less maintanance. and huge sound and fog.... very horrible bus.. even though we adjusted.. around 21.30 it was breakdown in the mid way of kodad and suryapet.. at the time driver is very irresposible..
            after a big fight on DM, RM, Controller, and the Driver.. and media Prasurres they arrange a bug instead of GARUDA they arranged a No.1 WROST EXPRESS service(they dont have window glasses, no proper seats, huge sound while breaking.. etc.. ) at last they shifted us to hyderabad around 3 AM. finally, one conductor get in to the bus near hayatnagar and asking the passengers tickets to get the money back (100.00 for each ticket in before they collected 390.00 in vijayawada, and even he is very roude even with ladies.. )this is the kind of GARUDA services mainitaining by the APSRTC. due to this i lost my important interview in my life. No. 1 wrost Services IN APSRTC FROM VIJAYAWADA ... i request apsrtc to please take this compaint seriously

But Due to Telangana Bund this service has been canceled. While I have contacted customer care i got the information that the money will credit to my account.               APSRTC — Refund for cancelled services

              I had booked a ticket with APS RTC and due to some reason they cancelled that bus service and a guy from customer care informed me that i will be receiving refund in 3 to 4 days, but it has been 20 days and don't even have a update on this.

                Subject: Complaint regarding smoke pollutant of APSRTC Bus (No: AP11-Z 4087)-reg

                To your kind perusal, I inform you that we have noticed that APSRTC Bus (No: AP11-Z 4087) has been producing lot of noxious dense smoke through it's exhaust in the bandhar road at 2:00PM on 05/11/2011 in Vijayawada. Really, It has produced the smoke to the extent in which one can not able to view the road. So, it blocks the view of other vehicle drivers who are coming behind that bus. I had to drive my bike behind that bus in a heavy traffic for an hour, experiencing worsen than hell. It seems the driver was not bothering about public and environment. It is also so pathetic to know that the RTC authority has allowed that bus to run on road. I feel It is their negligence. It affects our generation and ecosystem and may cause some new lethal diseases to the public community. Kindly take stringent action to protect our self.

                      I have booked ticket from chittoor to bangalore. I forgot to carry ID card which i have mentioned in that ticket but i am having some other ID proof and the other people also having ID proofs which are listed in the ticket. but conductor didn't allow those proofs and he canceled the ticket.
                      They have clearly written in ticket that
                      " This e-ticket has to be carried by the passenger during the journey along with an original photo ID card of the passenger whose name appears above"
                      So anybody's ID card was OK. and It can be any photo ID card..It is not mentioned anywhere that you should carry the same proof which you have provided.

                      When the person who's ID proof was used to book the tickets is not avaliable the APSRTC should have considered any of his other Identity. The purpose of Identity is to authenticate the actual person who had booked the tickets and that can be done using any of his ID proo[censored]ntill it is not fake. Whatever happend is not right the APSRTC should make some changes and understand the pain which the passenger goes through.

                        This is Swetha , am a software professional I very often travel from Bangalore to Nellore and vice verse with my 5 yrs old kid in super luxury .
                        Every time I travel in that bus my 5 yrs kid suffer a lot with bed bugs ,
                        She is getting rashes and she wont sleep because bed bugs and the next day she is getting fever because of rashes. She is suffering with this kind of problem in APSRTC buses only when I travel in other private buses she is comfortable.

                        It is becoming very difficult to travel in APSRTC.
                        Please clean the bus and spray some medicine to avoid bed bugs at least twice a month .
                        I hope the authorities will take the necessary action as soon as possible.

                          We, the four of our cousins booked 5 plots in one of the ventures plotted by APSRTC Welfare association, Hyderabad. Booking had done in the month of Jan-Feb, 2008. About Rs. 750000/- was given for the booking of all 5 plots. At that time we have received only the receipts from APSRTC WA for the amount given to them. Later they could not process the layout properly and no banks were ready to give the loans on the property. hence we decided to withdraw our proposals and asked APSRTC WA to return our deposited amount and inssued a letter to APSRTC WA regarding this. this happened in the month of May 2010. They agreed to return the mony in coulple of months. Till date we have not received single rupee from them. on top of that they are not responding to phone calls and even not available at their offices. Only available office staff are not giving any information about their superiors. At this point, can you please advice how to get our money back. can i approach consumer court for assistance.

                            I want to inform u that, the rtc employee who is driving the bus 113 I/M( from morning 8.25, it will start from boduppal, and 11.15 from boduppal) boduppal to mehdipatnam,
                            driver is not stopping the bus in Uppal junction, every 113 bus will stop in that stage, but the I/M bus is not stoping the driver in stage, when i told him to stop he is creating nonsense nd behaving very rude.

                              This is Bharath.

                              I donno who prepared the schedule for 20P and 40 numbered route buses in hyderabad,schedule is really really very bad.

                              6 buses will come at a times and suddenly 20p/40 buses will not come for atleast 45 min and more.

                              Many times I waited for 20p near birla temple for about 1hr.During 9.15 to 10.15 there are no buses. also from 8.15 to 8.50 PM also.. at a time 7 buses came from 8.55 PM to 9.05PM

                              pls.. make a correct schedule for these buses.. this is really ridiculous.

                                  I wish to complaint against a male conductor Bus. No.8485,Rout No.8A Metro express from Ranigunj depot.Secunderabad.

                                  The said male conductors whose doing in the second shift on the above said rout, yesterday when I got in to his bus from Boards club stage I saw the two gents are sitting in the ladies seat. they look like illiterate people, I requested them to give seat for me as this seat is belongs...

                                  APRTC IS THE WORST MAINTAINED GOVERMENT ORGANISATION IN AP.THE BUS RENEWAL OR ISSUE OF NEW PASSES TO STUDENTS OR WORKING PEOPLE IS A COMPLCATED.THE RATHI FILE BUS PASS SECTION IS WORST WITH NO PROPER INSTRUCTIONS OR GUIDE TO NEW AND ELDERLY....IT IS A HAVOC THERE WITH NO BOARDS OR GUIDANCE.ONLY GOD AND RTC KNOW WAHT THEY ARE DOING.
