This is to register complaint against Anytime fitness gym that their counselor on desk didntvtold ne about personal trainer charges and after taking Rs 11000 for four months their Trainers were asking for more charges like 10000 or 20000 more . They told me that we cant teach you without it. I clearly told them that I am a beginner so how I would able to do gymnastics. Moreover, on 15th March govt. Closes all gyms because of pandemic and gyms were allowed to open in Aug mid but I requested them many times to either refund my amount as I did not completed a month of training with them . My request to extend my remaining time from march, 21 was also not treated. Hence, I request you to resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? |
