I went to vadapalani branch to buy my regular medicine, one girl shouted it was not available, I asked I have bought here, but she shouted like supply was stopped, I asked can u plz order and deliver, another shouted in bad words how many times need don't have sense like that, I asked why r u shouting she again shouted more loud like I doing my business you don't order me, worst experience plz take necessary step

        I ordered on 27.04.2020 at 11.02 hrs for 3 items(Oximeter, Vapouriser & Electrobion) & also paid through net banking. on 28.04.2020, msg also received order confirmed.It was also showing order will be delivered by 29.04.2020. But then after, no progress in order till 02.05.2020.Several times, i tried to connect with Apollo pharmacy customer care no, but never connected.Even i mailed to [protected]@apollopharmacy.org on 30.04.2020, but no response received.
        So after such long harrasement 02.05.2020, i was bound to cancel the order & after cancellation no refund mail/sms generated/processed.

        Kindly confirm about refund & process on earliest.

              I have ordered 10 items using Apollo pharmacy online delivery app on 24th April 2021. My order number is[protected].
              Yesterday I have received the courier but he sent only one item out of 10 items.

              Invoice also contains single quantity item but net total amount was shown for all the 10 items (1440.22). Delivered item price is 347 Rupees.

              I am looking for refund rest of the 9 items.

                    Wrong items delivered

                    Hi Team,

                    I ordered Whisper Maxi Nights Sanitary pads XL 15s (black cover) from Apollo Pharmacy app on 26th April 2021. I received Whisper Maxi Nights L 15s (blue cover) sanitary pads on 29th April 2021 which is different. This was not expected from Apollo. I raised complaint (tickets no. 501887) but i didn't received any call or replacement from Apollo.
                    Could you please look this issue and do the needful....

                    I placed an order for the below listed items on April 16th 2:30pm IST with the order#[protected] and since the items were being delivered on the 24th, I canceled the order on April 16th 2:50pm and you could see the same in the photos uploaded. Its been more than 10 days and I have not received the refund yet. Would like to understand when would I be receiving the refund.

                      Novopen non-functional. Arrogant Store incharge.

                      Purchased one Novopen, One Novomix 30 penfil and novofine needles on 25th April 2021 at Apollo pharmacy outlet, 4th lane 13th crossroad, Brodiepet, Guntur, vide bill no: ( Bill Attached). Penfil was inserted in to the pen by store keeper It worked fine for the first injection of 10 units and later stopped working. When taken back to the store, one Mr. Basha has re- fixed the pen and assured working, but in vain. Next day, when approached...

                      Non delivery of ordered product

                      Till now product not delivered though in a mail they informed that product will be delivered by 2o th april.

                        Delay in delivery when customer in urgent need of medicine

                        DELIVER THE MEDICINES ASAP. They have themselves changed the dekivery time to tomorrow 9PM. HOW THE HELL DID YOU COMMIT FOR 4 HOUR DELIVERY THEN ###. THESE WERE URGENT DRUGS FOR A COVID PATIENT ###. DELIVER IT TODAY ITSELF TO AVOID LEGAL DISPUTES AND HEFTY CHARGES (INCLUDING MURDER)

                          I am a brain tumour patient residing near Apollo Pharmacy, Garia Hater More. 27th April 2021, 21:38 hrs., I sent them a list of medicines urgently needed by me to through a WhatsApp message. They told me they'd deliver the medicines on the 28th.

                          They did deliver on the 28th, but the wrong medicines.

                          I had ordered 30 tablets of Cipcal 500, which they did not deliver. Instead of 30 tablets of Crocin 650 ordered,...
