My self Amit one time I came to Apollo pharmacy moshi branch this are newly open branch but staff are very rud behaviour
They are miss behaviour through customer
This staff are prescribe wrong medicine
And not inform to customer, customer are very serious condition and hospitalised
Please inform to Apollo this staff are change

Do not download their app or register, they will make your life hell.
Even after contacting costumer service they havent removed my number from promotion list.

I have ordered for a medicine for my mother in law and i am a pharmacist by profession thats why it is necessary to complaint about apollo pharmacy as i ordered for a medicine Rejulox OD capsule of MRP 1800 for 3 stripe but Apollo delivered Rejunex OD of MRP 196 reach. They have delivered medicine of different salt and even after complianing they are not bothered to pick up the wrong medicine or refund and money. This is so disappointing from a pharmacy to deliver incorrect medicine. Patient care is a joke for them. My complaint number is 1261144

I had ordered for an Alex syrup from above mentioned store at 4:26pm on 05th Oct, i was badly coughing and this was the first time i had placed an order for a home delivery after buying medicines worth 50, 000 over 100 times from this store, the store guy said we are getting it delivered in a while however no one turned up for more than couple of hours.
I WILL STOP BUYING ANY MEDICINES FROM APOLLO PHARMACY NOW ON AND MAKE SURE TO HIGHLIGHT THIS ON ALL THE MEDICAL AND PHARMACY FORUMS

I had ordered my medicines on 27th sep by apollo 24/7 and that time delivery date was 30th sep then it changed to 1st oct then 2nd oct then 5th oct and now showing 7th Oct. I need my medicine ASAP. I already missed my dose. And their is no clear confirmation from their end about exact delivery date. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

I regularly visit to appollo pharmacy near by my home for my medical needs. The employees here purposefully refuses to provide medicines stating the reason as there is no stock available and these are not provided by their suppliers even there is a stock available, they behave so rudely.So that we dont take anything and go empty hand.
There is a mid aged guy and a lady who indulge in such behavior.

Please see how you can rectify it and take further actions to avoid losing genuine customers.

Pregnant lady is waiting for more than 15 minutes in quite. They do not provide your stool to sit for pregnant ladies. They do not have the Googlepay barcode. I am waiting with my wife to pay my bill in the GooglePay. I saying it that my wife's pregnant is waiting for medicine. No response from pharmacist employee...Too poor pharmacist behaviours... please take action on behaviour

I have placed online order for Vitamin B12 capsules from Apollo247 app but received multi vitamin capsules. I have raised request to replace with what I ordered. I escalated with customer care twice. It has been 3 days and no action or response from Apollo247. If I have ordered some other medicine for some one else for other health issues, they might take take the wrong medication what Apollo247 sent. This may cause very serious health issues. Since this is medicine and not grocery they need to be very careful.

I ordered for 5 strips of Jardiance met 12.5/500 mg tablets along with Prolomet XL 50 mg tablets on 30th August 2022. This is what my wife has a prescription for.

The order was promptly delivered.

However, just as my wife, whose prescription the tablets were, took one pill, she realized something was wrong. She then noticed that they had sent Jardiance met 12.5/1000 mg!

I reached out to customer support immediately and they arranged for an exchange. The person who came to collect the wrongly delivered pills refused to take back 4 unopened strips saying that it was not possible to exchange.

I tried reaching support again and eventually, they said that since we used 1 tablet, they will not take back the 40 remaining tablets!

Today, we noticed that they have sent two Prolomet XL 25 mg tablets instead of Prolomet XL 50 mg tablets!

The prescription is clear and I purchased the exact same pills from them earlier too! But no exchange or refund was accepted by Apollo Pharmacy Online App.

I was forced to purchase new tablets because they are not your regular aspirin. They are life-saving drugs that have to be taken for life.

The attitude of these super pharmacy companies is totally appalling.

I am sorry to say that today i visited madhyamgram subhaspally Apollo pharmacy situated near station having a bad manners of service boy I have got. Actually i visited for buying some kids medicine so i demanded 4times but there were no responce from 5 service boys on that time 12 o clock . They all were so busy with 1 customer that they don't have time to response. I am a long time customer of this pharmacy so i was disappointed for their manner. They don't have minimum responsibilities for their customers.

Yesterday we bought some medicine from your branch for more than 1100 rupees/- at Karayanchavadi 2 ( Avadi road) Address:

We have used to pay the invoice amount through my IOB -debit card at your branch swipe m/c. the amount of Rs. 1000/- has been debited from my account automatically, but till not yet been received. In this connection i have shown our msg to your branch people they have accepted & not believed us therefore again we made the invoice amount through my google pay ( ref: transaction id:[protected]. We asked them to give a solution but they have not given a proper response for that. kindly take an action on this req to solve this issue immediately. Please help us.

I am waiting for the order:[protected] from last one week without any status update being sent to mobile/email either.

Please note we ordered medicines not soaps/dresses to keen on waiting. Kindly look into the order and deliver it ASAP.

My strong advice to Apollo Pharmacy is to stop online business and focus on physical store as you are unfit to do online business,

Why do you even have helpline desk they do nothing i tried every possible way that i can but nothing seemed to work please guys help me to unsub from your so called customer list or what ever

Hi I have ordered the medicines named Divatrone on sep2nd with order no[protected] but till now it was not delivered but it was showing as delivered.
I am reaching out to them from last 1 week and till now there is no refund

I had placed medicine order (Order ID:[[protected]] on 10 September, 2022. Payment was made as Prepaid. The order was showing to be delivered by 10 September by 11.00pm but status of the Order remains the same i.e. in Transit. Complaint was also raised with Apollo 24/7 Helpline (Complaint No:[1171821]. But response still remains the same. Apollo team itself is saying that they can not commit for the delivery date. I had to purchase the medicines from after market at MRP. I want Apollo to deliver the medicine order as soon as possible & compensate me for the monetary loss incurred by me during purchase of medicines from after Market.

I had placed an order for medicines on Sept 2, 2022 through UR World App. The order no. is [protected]. It has been 8 days, still the medicines have not been delivered. For the last 4-5 days I have been following up on your helpline number on daily basis but of no help. Such a hopeless and pathetic service provided by you. Literally fed up.

. Ordered a bunch of medicines ( 5th September ), they made two batches of them one was[protected] and other[protected]. The order[protected] was delivered but order[protected] was never delivered.

Even after multiple complaints no response to fix the issue ( the problem is I have paid the money ) .

They are showing delivered and later they are showing delivery attempted and today ( 9th September ) they are showing delivery will be attempted

FRAUD COMPANY

I placed medicines order online on 1.9.22 and it shows shipped on 2.9.22. Est delivery 5.9.22. Even after that there is no update. Can not even cancel the order nor refund is coming. This is really very bad of duping customers on medicines. order no[protected].

Does it take 8 days in delivering medicines? Even Pizza is delivered in 30 mins. Hopeless.

Made me credit the amount 2 times saying that the first credit not received by them.
On 3rd July 2022 I made a purchase of Rs. 413.00 from Appollo Pharmacy Thuthiyoor, Ernakulam branch and credited the amount via Google pay scanning the QR code . But the lady, Ms. Krishnendhu, one of the staff member told me that the amount is not credited in their account and made me pay again using her personal account. But later when I checked I could realize that both the payments have been credited perfectly and I submitted all the supporting documents to Ms. Krishnemdu and the Manager Mr. Shinto Shaji also. But nothing happened so far even after two months now. I had talked with the manager Mr. Shinto more than 3 times and even though he had promised to solve the issue before 31st of August nothing happened so far and he is not even attending my calls after that.
I am submitting all the related supporting documents along with this complaint for your kind perusal and a favourable action because I know such issues can be solved within no time in this digital world instead of making me wait so long unjustifiably like this.

I ordered thru Apollo pharmacy online a BP monitor on august 29th. . Till September 4 th I have been going back and forth by email and phone/ help line regarding the delivery . It has not been delivered and their system indicates it was delivered on September 4 th . That is not possible because we left for US by then .
I need my money refunded and it has not been done despite multiple requests.
