I ordered few items for https://www.apollopharmacy.in, this was prepaid & i spent rs. 1705, but they didn't deliver me item worth rs 229 from this. Orderid:[protected], didn't deliver item (Cerelac 8+ ragi apple refill 300g).
Each time customer care representative ask me to wait for just 24 hrs & it will be done. This is a loot. I have stopped using their online services since then.

    Kindly note we have not received the offer posted on the shop even after completing the purchase of rs 750. As per offer demands.

    According to offer by apollo pharmacy sagara, karnataka offer on shopping above 750 you will get an umbrella.
    But on purchase they say that they have not received the stock.

    So i want to know when you don't have the stock then why you are offering such type of offer and ads.

      need invoice for insurance claim

      Dear sir, i have purchased medicines from apollo pharmacy on 27 march 2020, invoice number 15545cc0053991 the invoice says duplicate copy of invoice, the insurance is rejecting the copy since it says duplicate copy can you anyway help me to get the original ones pls. As i visited the store but they are unable to help me out on this. I would really appreciate if you could help me....

        Most pathetic response ever.

        Ordered medicines on 6th july and the app says same say delivery. Today is the 10th and everyday since then customer care and pharmacy says delivery will happen by end of day or today. Still no delivery or update.
        Raised ticket and no response on that as well.

            I have placed an online order [order id :[protected]] on www.apollopharmacy.in on 22nd june, 2020. The order amount was ₹2, 258.16 the status of the order changed to shipped on the same day but no tracking number was provided. My order has not been delivered yet.

            I have contacted the customer care several times asking about the tracking number without any response. How many times do i have to contact customer care? Please cancel my order and refund the money if you cannot deliver it.

                This is with regards to Online Order (Order #[protected] placed on https://www.apollopharmacy.in/ on 3-Jul, wherein I had ordered or 4 Units of "VENUSIA SOFT PLUS LOTION 100ML". The delivery person came to deliver on 03-Jul but had the wrong product (brought VENUSIA MOISTURIZING LOTION instead of VENUSIA SOFT PLUS LOTION), Also he brought only 1 item instead of 4. When i highlighted the same to him, he took back all the items and said he will revet back.

                Status of delivery items was changed to DELIEVERED on 04-Jul and when I call the Customer Care Numbers, they give number of a shop and ask me to speak to them and sort out.

                I spoke to the Apollo Pharmacy MVP Colony on 04-Jul and was promised delivery by same day, but it never happend even on 05-JUL.

                Please REFUND me my money

                Its almost a week now since it was acknowledged and some official will get in touch, No one or nothing has happened since then. Nor the Pharmacy in question has bothered for the payment done for INR 1181 to be returned back to my card

                  Sir i made a payment of 55 rupees on 30 jun 20 at applo pharmacy bagalur cross through phone pe. Payment deducted from my account and amount is not reflected in appolo pharmacy system. Then i paid through my credit card. The appolo staff told the payment will come in automatic. Till now the payment is not came to my account.4 jul (Today) i went to the appolo pharmacy they are telling wait for 01 week. What is that means. They are not bothering about the customers. I want my money back as soon as possible

                      I have placed an order back in march order no.[protected] and as the medicines were not delivered even after multiple follow ups.. I cancelled the order in april and i'm still waiting for my refund.. It has been close to 3 months and whenever i call agents say 24 hours.. Nt sure what is happening and the agents dont even respond properly. Im still waiting for my refund of 1162.80 and i need it asap as i have waited long enough..

                          I ordered for a n95 reusable face mask order no.[protected] four numbers - amounting to rs.1170/- as net amount after discount.                               Refunding of amount regarding

                              I have bought medicines few days before in apollo pharmacy. They staff members swiped the card, after a while they said the swiping machine not working properly and made me to wait few minutes since i have entered my pin number too. Then they asked me to pay as cash and assured me the amount from my bank account won't be debitted. I payed them as cash and soon after i returned home 2 hours later there was a sms regarding the transaction details...

                                Related to order id :[protected], this order was pending since 11 march 2020, not order was delivered nor refund initiated till date even after talk to customer care always give us a assurance to wait. The apollo pharmacy customer service also very very substandard they not provide any docket no.in reference of complaint nor declair his/her name and also left in mid of chat.

                                I want to know the current status of order id :[protected], which is still shows pending. Please short out this issue.
