My order [protected] is showing delivery date of yesterday 9th Jan but till now the order is not received. I need the medicines urgently

I ordered mamy poko pants of small size...I need to exchange it but there is no response yet

I bought medicine for my mother in Apollo that power is too high so my mom is affected by that so I asked replacement of medicine but still now. They are saying that they are not get that stock. Pls give replacement because it cost cost 1200 it is not helpful for anyone

There is not followup whatsaover with Apollo pharmacy 247, I ordered an oximeter only to find it as screen broken, now they have closed the email complaint as resolved status

Time. Recently I went to buy a protein powder in Apollo pharmacy in ramanthapur, madhura nagar branch, they billed me actual price of RS.560 when I asked them a receipt they kept denied saying me to take bill another time, when I refused to do that they waited for sometime and agreed to give me my receipt because I wasn’t going from there when I saw the receipt the actual bill is 509rs they are scamming us for a long time like this and looting a lot of money by not giving us receipts and they are making some credit point stories when I asked them about billing differences. I strongly urge to take action on your employees who are literally fooling your company and customers. The name of the receptionist Is supraja from madhura nagar branch they’ve been doing this for long time and the whole ramathapur Apollo pharmacies are into this trick. they have been doing from long time. I want immediate action against this before it’s too late or else I see you at court.

Not received the medicines yet. It was supposed to deliver by 3rd Jan 2022 and it was an urgent deliver as I was about to take a flight on 4th Jan 2022. Now I need to cancel the order. It was such a pathetic service

I have placed 2 orders and paid via UPI.
Next day and 24 hours after order no SIGN of Apollo.
Thorough Crooks and terrible customer care and delivery.

Today morning my 65yr old father tried to place order via Apollo Pharmacy a customer care no. [protected] and a person picked up the call at other end and informed my father that he would get a call from another number for help with placing the order.
The person who spoke was an official from Apollo Pharmacy as the call was made to their own customer care no.
Then a call came in another 5 min from a different number and the person who spoke informed that he is from Apollo pharmacy and is here to help with the order. He helped my father with various steps like asking him to download an app by visiting a link via the sms he had sent.
On visiting the link, he asked my father to feed in the details of his bank account number for the offer and asked him to enter his PIN for payment for the medicine to be done.
On entering it, he asked for another bank account number if any to be entered and stored for future purpose at which point my father had doubts and cut the call.
Within next 5 min, two transactions of Rs.5000 each were done by someone and there was one more transaction of Rs.3000. All were withdrawals.
Someone from Apollo Pharmacy customer care no. is running a scam call market and routing all calls to the person who then cheats old and vulnerable people to steal money.
We are lodging a cyber crime report at this point and will make sure that the culprit is caught by anyway possible.
Hope Apollo Pharmacy takes not of such terrible acts and starts remedy by helping us out.

I was told that the pharmacy person would call me but I did not get any call
Pl do not close the complaint before someone from pharmacy calls me

We have ordered pampers for our kid 1 week back in online but it is not yet delivered. Wrote multiple emails to the customer service but no response, could you please deliver the item please as we need pampers for our baby and our Order number is[protected]. strange thing is the order summary says delivery attempted but no one called us and no one rang the bell as well which is really strange.

This is to inform that . The pharmacist of your company are rude & behave wrongly when asked genuine questions.
3-4 days back I was informed that I would receive all the medicine by today. But infact the no. of medicine had been reduced & when asking about the matter . Your pharmacist behaved in a very unsatisfactory way .

Myself and my wife Aparna are regular customers to above shop. Yesterday I ordered some medicines and I was promised by Mr. Amol Dhahe that I will surely get it by 5 pm today. As no one called by 5 pm today, I called the pharmacy at 6 pm and I was told that 4 medicines are missing from the list I ordered. When asked why I was not informed as yesterday I was promised to get all medicines which were urgent to me. The person Amol Dhahe was extremely rude on phone. When I visited the pharmacy he was again rude and also raised his voice. Other employees were very polite and accepted their mistake. But Amol had no regret and was very very rude to me. I am CEO of German Multinational responsible for ASEAN, South Asia, Middle East and Africa and I thought it’s my responsibility to bring this to your notice as it tarnished image of your esteemed organization. Pl reprimand this employee who talks rude to polite customers. Pl allots me customer complaint number and let me know your action. Thanks. I have placed today one order for 3 medicine for total Rs. 2103.76 and made payment through HDFC credit card. As per instant discount scheme offer of Rs. 150/- applicable on order above Rs. 1500/-, the same was not deducted while making the final payment. Hence need to check at your end and give credit of the same to my wallet.

I am getting lots of SMS from Apollo Pharmacy which are irrelevant to me.
Kindly advice the concerned to stop this irritating messages on my mobile.

I am regular customer of apollopharmacy, I as an normal human being except some decent and proper way if response from the associates of thewell organised pharmacy.I regularly visit to one your branches in Nizamabad which is located in mubaraknagar near to my home.Some of the associates in the mubaraknagar branch behave in a very rude and indecent way, they even don’t know how to behave with the customer simply but show their attitude.So please I request you to take some action and provide some guidelines to the associates regarding how to respond, receive and talk to the customers in a polite way no matter who the customer is. It is very hard to take when some one shows attitude and behave in indecent way.So please take some action regrading this issue i hope as a well organised pharmacy you will take action towards this.

I had purchased mamy poko pants and cold tablets from mugalivakkam Apollo pharmacy branch.bill amount was 933 .I was paid through phone pe.transaction I'd was successful.but they were not accepted the payment and they're not given the items.kindly refund my money.

I have placed multiple orders on appolo pharmacy from cash less facility on medi buddy but the pharmacy is taking its own sweet time to deliver medicines also they are giving standard time as 5 hours to pick up from store its been 5 days and till now it's not ready at pharmacy.
The store attendants and managers are very irresponsible no one takes even basic step to resolve customer issue. It's like a government office where we can't expect any thing.
I am taking about nagawara store bengaluru 560045.
The customer care on call always mentions there is no one in office hence cannot help and there won't be any call back. I have called 1000 times hopeless
