I thontaraj urs t s ordered nestle nan pro stage 1 on 28 march 2020 till now i didn't get the product. My order number is[protected]. Please requesting you consider my complaint to cancel my order and return my money back.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: health care

The issue that i have experienced was: this is a medicine order placed using mediassist order number 3301373. And the order is due to pickup from apollo pharmacy hosur bagalur road.

The prescriptions attached in the order had more medicines but we needed only few medicines from the prescription. But they have billed it for all the medicines. But we no longer need those medicines. And we have requested them to provide the medicines only we need it from the prescription, but they have refused it and forcing us to take all the medicines which is not needed for us. And they are claiming they received the billed amount so it doesn't matter for them which is really rude.
I requested them to cancel the order which is also they are not doing it.
So kindly resolve this issue.

It occurred on: 05/05/2020

Provide the medicines only that we need from the prescription for the billed amount.
Educate the pharmacy to behave properly with customers.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Not a complaint. Request to send me the copy of bhel prescription, i handed over to bhel apollo pharmacy at evr building nandanam in february 2020. I do not a have copies. I had ordered on apollo app on 23rd march. My order number is[protected].
The order was cancelled without any intimation on 26th march. I had checked it on 29th march and started writing to them through app, whatsapp and mail. No one is feeling responsible and my money is not refunded even after 40+days.

At the time of purchasing of medicines the staff are not behaves properly and responded in a reckless manner mainly kiran. Shows much more impatience. Your brand name having very precious. We are using Apollo app in the mane of our daughter Ms. Tilottama Banerjee. We have booked three orders on 25th March 2020 having order values Rs. 1061.2, Rs. 6084 and Rs. 207. We have spent over one month, but a single order has not yet delivered.

Order amount Rs. 207 was already refund to our account. But, other two orders (Rs. 1061.2 and Rs. 6084) were neither delivered nor refund the amount to our account.

Its so painful and shameful to submit that the stores are Karwar does not have or sale Covid-19 mask till date. Even I went to the store in Karwar for mask. They just saying no stock.

I am m a azeem regular customer of apollopharmacy my mobile number [protected]. I stay at east anandbagh malkajgiri. Hyderabad pincode :500047 i am self employed i work in a garment showroom at secunderabad. I have 2 kids 1 boy of 4 years and my daughter is 5 months from two months i didn't get any salary and i don't have money to purchase diapers, lactogen, cerelac etc. Kindly help me out. My order was cancelled on 29th March 2020 with order no[protected] but still I didn't get my refund whenever I called them they said we will get back to you but they didn't refund my money.

If They are not capable to serve the orders why they accept the money against the order and after that they didn't want to refund it. Very worst and horrible experience with apollo pharmacy didn't expect such type o[censored]nprofessional behaviour...

I received an advertisement message in my mobile from apollo pharmacy. The advertisement said due to the lockdown they will supply the ordered medicines in our doorstep.

Believing this and also adhere to government regulations to not to go out, i placed order for baby medicines and baby diapers and paid a bill sum of rs.1885.95 and order dated 29th march 2020. The payment was successful but the goods were...

Sir. Yobu from avadi (Advocate) today i purchased some tablets in the above branch i was claiming the bill no response to the pharmacy worker and misbehaving me. Two days before having medicine rupees 1892/- bill no.[protected]Hema ref no. [protected]) not to discount the bill. Today i am purchace rs 1608/- the worker not given the bill i question about them no response and misbehaving the pharmacy worker pls take action immediately and enquired about the matter. Have taken nebulizer 2 months back the machine is not working so i went to exchange the product this branch located at jalvayu vihar a person name with sampath. Spoke rudely with me and also not giving a proper proper information about the product in spite of that he is talking rudely.. Fishing going complaint to anybody i am not bothered for anything. He stated this and i complaint to police.. Anytime police can take action on this
