I biplab agarwal from kasba purchase new born baby diaper of apollo co. Few
Days back for which your staff didn't give me bill but however he said he have
Given me discount of rs. 50 in my apollo card [protected]. Today when i ask him
To replace those diapers with new small size diaper he deny and say cannot do it
Without bill. When i ask him to redeem my rs. 50 on new purchase he said he
Don't have internet. This is a very disappointing behavior from such a renowned
Pharmacy. I purchased from apollo store near ballygunj station. Requesting you

I had ordered on apollo app on 23rd march. My order number is[protected].
The order was cancelled without any intimation on 26th march. I had checked it on 29th march and started writing to them through app, whatsapp and mail. No one is feeling responsible and my money is not refunded even after 40+days.
In this tough times if you they arrnot able to deliver products, we can understand. At the same time apollo pharmacy should...

We are using Apollo app in the mane of our daughter Ms. Tilottama Banerjee. We have booked three orders on 25th March 2020 having order values Rs. 1061.2, Rs. 6084 and Rs. 207. We have spent over one month, but a single order has not yet delivered.

Order amount Rs. 207 was already refund to our account. But, other two orders (Rs. 1061.2 and Rs. 6084) were neither delivered nor refund the amount to our account.

My order was cancelled on 29th March 2020 with order no[protected] but still I didn't get my refund whenever I called them they said we will get back to you but they didn't refund my money.

If They are not capable to serve the orders why they accept the money against the order and after that they didn't want to refund it. Very worst and horrible experience with apollo pharmacy didn't expect such type o[censored]nprofessional behaviour...

I received an advertisement message in my mobile from apollo pharmacy. The advertisement said due to the lockdown they will supply the ordered medicines in our doorstep.

Believing this and also adhere to government regulations to not to go out, i placed order for baby medicines and baby diapers and paid a bill sum of rs.1885.95 and order dated 29th march 2020. The payment was successful but the goods were...

Have taken nebulizer 2 months back the machine is not working so i went to exchange the product this branch located at jalvayu vihar a person name with sampath. Spoke rudely with me and also not giving a proper proper information about the product in spite of that he is talking rudely.. Fishing going complaint to anybody i am not bothered for anything. He stated this and i complaint to police.. Anytime police can take action on this

Visited your kovaipudur br. Mask was worn by staff after our visit and she was sneezing, without covering mouth. So we paid 278₹ at 9.56 am &bill no 2020-apr-23 and came home with a sthalon. All shops here give 8 to 15 % discount. When we asked over phone [protected] at 10.57 am, cashier told above ₹200, discount is available. When we asked, why we were not given discount, she talked very rudely and insulted us. We have recorded the call and we plan to file suit in consumer court for deficiency in service and lack of hygiene in medical shop. Also she asked my mobile & name but printed a doctor's name, in bill who is not available at kovaipudur

No response from Apollo pharmacy till date. All customers are eligible for 10% discount . By not giving discount the company swindled 28₹ illegally. How much crores they will make every hour ?
