I had a prepaid healing card of appollo pharmacy number [protected]. I have lost this card somewhere at home. Now i want a duplicate card issued but the appollo pharmacy in khanna market, jor bagh, new delhi says that they cannot issue it and only appollo pharmacy customer care can get it done. Please help me out in issue of duplicate card.

    Apollo pharmacy in rbi layout jp magar bengaluru, very pathetic customer service. Placed order in the morning 8.30 am didnt get the medicines till 2.00 pm. One medicine was not available after two follows up delivered.
    Asked for two bills as two different patients only one bill delivered. When asked curtly told two separate bills discount will not be given but information not given in the morning - when order taken with clear instructions for two different bill. When checked in your website this detail is not mentioned. Very lackadaisical staff and store incharge mr. Prathap.

    I have contacted this pharmacy due to
    1) apollo pharmacy
    2) discount 10% given on medicals
    3) 500 meters from my residence
    The staff are very pathetic and rude. Not. Briefing customer about what are the schemes etc. Hope the concerned authorities will look into this and take appropriate action on the staff. People in service industry need to be approachable and customer is customer whether physically present or not. I approached because of the brand name because of one branch let the brand name not suffer.

      At harni warasiya road branch of applo pgarmacy of ta and dist baroda state gujarat. I have visited for a perticular medicine.
      Sales person said he his having medicine but not avaible in his stoke. So he can not prepare bill and he force me to buy without bill. (Also offer discount without bill)
      I denied to buy without bill and visited one day later. Then also same thing happen.
      This contiues upto whole weak. Daily i visit shop but sales person avoid me after arrogent reply and not showing intension to prepare a bill.
      So why he is not agree to prepare bill.?
      Why these much delay for a medicine?
      How much time do u take to enter a perticular medicine inbyour stoke to prepare a bill?
      These type of greedy and lethargic attitude does not suitable for prestigious firn like yours
      Pl take action against such sales person other wise i will complaint in consumer court.

        I am regular customer of rr nagar appollo pharmacy. My purchases are about 15 thousands per month. I am a customer for about 6 years. Today morning i asked for losar 25 and assurance was given that it will be available at 6 pm. I approached them around 9.45 pm. They were very generous that they have not brought that medicine. Earlier they used to give home delivery, but they are so kind, there is nothing like home delivery. The reply given was very casual. Hope any such callous attitude is highly deplorable. This is not my first experience, i have experienced earlier also, being a senior citizen the irresponsible behaviour and attitude can be tolerated only by people of their type only. I have decided not to visit appollo pharmacy and i will inform other friends about the attitude towards customers. Hope such type of service is not given to other customers.             On 6 june 2018, 8:42pm i bought a medicine from apollo net amount is 355rs, i want to pay through phonepe, i told my mobile number which is linked with phonepe app and your employe send me a link to pay then only i pay like this so many times i paid in apollo mostly i paid through phonepe only but this time he said i didn't generate otp, signal is not there some stupid reason he said and he forced me to pay money again for the same medicine which i bought.
            What the hell is this?
            I believe on your pharmacy but you people are cheated me for one medicine you charged me double amount.
            First time i paid through phonepe amount was deducted and transaction was successful. Second time apollo pharmacy employee amarnath reddy forced me to pay the bill by cash or card.
            He only didn't generate otp, while paying the amount also he didn't tell anything,
            He only done mistake then again he ask me to pay again
            What the stupid service it is?
            I never seen such a lazy fellow in my life.
            How did you give job to him, i didn't know?
            I want my money back instantly.
            Your employe done the mistake and am suffering here.

            I asked for a complaint the slowly lazily he answering no wait i will call then he will call and tell the details, but in the same shop remaining people are also there previous time also this happen like this they just ask me the transaction id.
            But this fellow ask to do the double payment.
            I don't want to listen any reason, i want instantly resolution for this
            I want my money back right now.

              I made a transaction with Apollo pharmacy on 3rd Jun 18 in Repalle Apollo Pharmacy unit. I made payment using Phonepe wallet and the transaction was requested by the billing person twice( he said that the first link was expired and i will get refund).

              But when i checked with Phonepe, they confirmed both were with Apollo and they have to return the amount.

              The bill amount was 313 and transaction...

On 31st may i went and checked again in shop. Now they are telling batch num of box is different. I gave same box which they gave to me. And in bill it is mentioned different batch num....

                It was disgusting when a customer care calls customer 'batameez' on phone. Is this how customer care are suppose to help customer.
                I was in emergency situation when I called apollo Indirapuram to ask for my old report (apr 2015).i shared all details still they don't have my relevant data. If they can'taintain 2years data what is the purpose of charging such hefty amount.
                1. It was my company sponsored full body checkup, they mentioned all details of blood but had not mentioned my blood group.
                2. Do not have data before 2016.
                3. Worse thing when I stead of listening to customer Co vern they call u batameez.

                This was third the I got my full body check done by company. And everytime I received blood group. I do have complete blood report of my blood test but blood group is not mentioned which is very crucial for next treatment. This is how they are making their bank balance hefty!

                No matter what such response not acceptable from such big brand customer care. I asked for details which was my rights.

Even today 22/5/2018 in pharmacy no responds.in yerraguntla kadapa dist., they when told only two days but still their are no responses. They even not answering to call also. I didn't know name also. Staff is irresponsibility in yerraguntla kadapa dist,., ap. They are not giving computer bills to customer means no discount. So why we have to go to that pharm., iam sending these complaint...

                    In bangalore munnekolala area near government school apolo pharmacy. Dey r not providing to pay by paytm, phonepay. Always they are saying signal is not there u can't pay by phonepay and paytm. We r struggling like this before 6 months on words till now. Dey r saying same thing.                         overselling of medicines/forced purchase of medicines

                        All Apollo Pharmacy stores are selling Prescription medicines only in Whole Sheets. The Doctor prescribed 7 days of medication for which 7 Tablets are sufficient. But every Apollo Pharmacy store is selling only the whole sheet of 10 Tablets. Even their Customer care say the same. Why should customers buy medicines that they will not be using?
                        The medicine in question here is Syntran 200Mg. Which is 35 INR per tablet.

                        Address: 500047

                        PAYTM wallet amount Rs.310/- deducted on 30th April 2018 at @ 7.10 P.M. Apollo pharmacy Mirjalguda, Hyderabad-47, Telangana under order 1476200130042018191050 but medicine was delivered saying that amount not received to Apollo pharmacy from PAYTM for which PAYTM was shown as payment as success with Wallet Txn ID: [protected].
                        Kindly look into it & revert ASAP.

                          Hi sir/ madem,

                          I am shravankumar j, from kothagudem bhadradri dist, i am the customer to your apollo pharmacy since from 2 years and my registered mobile number is [protected]...

                          I would like to bring to your notice that your apollo pharmacy centres are not in corret manner...

                          As this is summer and your pharmacy have the a. C but they are not useing it due to this high temperature the medicines get damaged and as a customer i want to question you that if the medicines are in high temperature will it get experied before the expeire date...

                          I think and i am sure that the medicines should be in low temperature so that the medicines will not have a chance to spoil before expeire date...

                          So i request you to look into this issue and please give the medicines in good condition by keeping them in low temperature...

                          Please dont play with customer health...

                          Note: this is the second time i am escliating the same issue which i had done at the last summer...
