I am sanjeev kumar your customer last 10 years. Today i was visite at your pharmacy. Purched some medicine amount 1050 /- pay by debit card. I got sms send money but your executive denied. They laughing me and refused giving medicine. Thair misbehave is horrible. Why can i do. I was give money but they did not give me medicine. Why i am suffered.

    Dear sir,
    I venkatesh a golden customer for your Apollo pharmacy with Reg Mobile No. [protected], & my brother in-law [protected].we both had accounts we had purchased more than 28000 rupees worth goods from you from the past one and half year.
    Problem was with challapalli(521133-pincode) Apollo from month of February 2018 we requested them to bring NAN EXELLA pro but they used to say some stories finally on 14-4-18 I complained on them to customer care through online itself customer care executive had made the Challapalli people to book the project and the next day itself they had given us 4packets and even I requested them to bring them continuously.
    On[protected] my father in-law who used to get them requested them to keep indent. They said by tomorrow you will get till today he used to visit shop daily.
    I complained to the customer care today(3-5-18) at 6:05PM reg the delay then one of the person From Challapalli APOLLO with phone number [protected]called and warned that if you complaint we will not bring your product.
    again I called yourcustomecare by 6:35PM
    & complained the same thing to Mr.prem
    I asked Mr Prem to ask your people to say sorry. But your people are saying that they will deliver the product.
    But if it is only product I may wait but as your person called and warned my father-inlaw for that I had make call for second time.
    If you want a customer like me and my brother-in-law take saviour action or else
    We will exit out from your Apollo pharmacy as a customer.
    Even you can check the products we had purchased with our above said mobile 📱 numbers.
    As of APOLLO BRAND, HOSPITALITY we purchased but Challapalli people just drag down your BRAND IMAGE.
    Take seviour action or else we our friends will never buy any products from APOLLO PHARMACY.

      I go to yesterday your kumarswamy layout 2nd stage branch at 10.35pm for my grand father medicine and i found all medicine what i required, i shows senior citizen card ask discount 11%, your staff give discount also and i ask for bill he says i give manual bill, i ask i want system bill he told sir after 10 o clock discount not taken in system u take manual bill sir, i[censored] want system bill come tomorrow i give system bill now take manual bill, i question to him another branch give after 10 clock discount and system bill also why u not given all are same company pharmacy, and your staff said sir i compalint many times to office not solved this problem what i do sir, he suggested me plz complaint to head office it is many costomer problem daily it's helps all, your staff was give complete details and give good service also, plz solve this problem,,,,

        Apollo pharmacy of panskura r. S, have 3rd class staffs i have ever seen they don't know how to behave with customers, they give false commitment to the customers, because of that patient of my house is in dangerous condition if anything more serious condition of my patient happens for that apollo pharmacy will be responsible, i asked for one medicine for that that harrasing me for two weeks and the medicine is for emergency conditions. Very much dissapointed by apollo pharmacy now a days. Shame on apollo pharmacy.

          Hi all. Recently i got a tablet from apolla pharmacy on last saturday for tooth pain as per doctor prescription. First when i went into apollo pharmacy there was no proper response as every one are busy with their mobile.. I took the tablet and came back for the tooth pain.. After two days also the pain didn't reduce.. When we went back to doctor he got angry and said that they gave local pain tablet.. He asked us to go to pharmacy and give call from there... But we didn't go.. People trust apollo pharmacy.. If this is service ghost wil give bad impression towards customer..

            money laundering at pharmacy

            I visited the pharmacy for an urgent vaccination, and required medication. I was charged rs. 165/-. I gave rs.500/- to deduct my amount but the guy at counter gave me rs. 200 and asked for 65 change, by the time i was giving the change the guy kept the rest amount under desk, after i demanded he was saying wait wait i am giving, most importantly i was the only one in the counter, which clearly resembles his intention. This happened at appollo...

            availability of medicines

            Regarding the apollo pharmacies in vadodara, i went to 2 of them today looking for sporlac sachets, opox 400 and moxif 400. They did not have them. I found an alternate medicine for opox 200, but sporlac wasn’t available at all.
            I went to the pharmacy in akota and the one near race course.
            It was quite disappointing that they didn’t have any of the medicines i wanted. Please look into this....

            This is regarding a branch located in cu block pitampura. I purchased tampons from this branch a while ago, i purchased a super one, asked the person who was there at the counter that is there any other tampons came in the market as it was my first time purchasing, he said no. This is the only one there in the market. After a while when i researched about it. There are normal tampons also which your sales person did not tell me about. I asked him to change it but as he said that i open the packet seal so it cannot be changed. I agreed and i took a normal absorbent from the shelf and that packet of the tampon was open from both the sides. I told him that as you are saying no for the exchange because of the open seal, can you show me another to purchase which actually is sealed pack. He said this came with no seal, as i can actually see the glue on the box. Then i said that why didn't you tell me about this one when i purchased the other one, he lied saying i showed you the both of them and you took this one by your choice. What kind of sales person do you keep on your store. Is that a way to treat your customer. I asked him to see the footage he said i don't have time for that.

            I agree that the tampon i gave him cannot be changed due to the seal break but selling me something which doesn't have a seal either and lying me about what i said to him earlier. I always used to purchase from this store but now this attitude is not acceptable.

              This is with regard to the pamper dry pants XL purchased last week. This was @ discounted price. I purchased @ Apollo B Narayanapura, Bangalore. I was not given the bill stating that it is at a discount price, the reason mentioned was strange. Nevertheless as I wanted it badly I didn't bother. Also to mention last time when I purchased online I was not satisfied. Hence I thought buying from Apollo would be the better option because of their reputation. But after using it for my 13 month old Son I observed that he was getting rashes. Also as mentioned in the product ie dry night . It was getting wet in an hour and cotton was coming out. That's when I realised why the bill was not given. So the matter is clear the pharmacy does not want to take the ownership of the product. They only want to push the product on behalf of the supplier. They are least bothered about the health of the average child. Hence I request the concern to take note of this complaint if they can do something about it.

                I went to sector 14 huda market apollo farmacy.

                There employee name akshya behave was very indecent. I was very awkward the way he was looking on ladies and two times while passing by me he touch inappropriately.

                I was supecious about his behave but when he touched... He crossed the limit

                Then i have asked his name and that's y m complaining about his behave here.

                      I m regular customer o[censored]r product. Some days back i purchase appolo company feeding bottle for my kid but afer 4 days it was broken and i complaint to ur store manager... He said mam she is ur fault... Again i purchase same company bottle bcs store manager sandeep (Ashoka main) sec 35 faridabad he said it was my guarntee that bottle not broken if any chance it broke i replace it. But today whn i complai ur store manager he misbehave with me and shouted loudly i m not responsble for ur feeding bottle... Then i said pls give me feedback form then he regret that i have no form after 15 min waitng he gave me.

                      Now u telll what we have to do... Whether we dnt purchase from appolo pharmacy or u can solve it

                      U chk my record every month minimum 1000 rs medicne or baby milk powder will be come

                      But from today i will never purchase it... Becuse o[censored]r company product or store manager behaviour

                      Pls chnge the bottle ya never take the guarntee for ur product and he take my feeding bottle also.

                        Two of the employees at your franchise at shankar nagar, raipur (C. G) misbehaved and were not providing the 5% discount that is availed for apollo card holders based on previous bills.
                        They were ill mannered and were persuading the receiver that we should let go of the discount and they were not giving the bill.
                        One was a woman (Name not known) accompanied by one kamlesh paikra.
                        The women was boasting about her personal wealth said "i don't receive the money, i have plenty, company receives it therefore for the benefit of the company i will not give the discount."
                        If such is the case then company should take care that the offers and facilities they provide reach the customers and the customers are not interested in what your employees have or don't have, train them how to maintain customer relations.

                            I bought medicines at apollo pharmacy in mig and paid the bill using phone pay on 14/11/2017. Bill amount is 544.10. The transaction showed successful but the seller told he didn't receive the amount. So i paid the bill of rs 496 (After using discount). He told the amount will be redirected to your a/c with in one week but i couldn't receive the amount up to now. I called the customer care and explain the problem but he did not resolve the problem. I am enclosing the details of the transaction.
