Hi, team, today, i have visited the apollo pharmacy 03-08.2018, address: hennagara gate, hosur main road, bomma sandra, anekal, banglore, karnataka. I went to purchase few thing like cotton, bandage etc. When i went inside the shop, i have asked for cotton and bandage. Store person said that cotton and bandage you will get in stall which is the out side of my shop, those stalls are set up by apollo pharmacy. We are not keeping these items inside our shop. When i came outside, i saw two stalls were set up just outside of the apollo pharmacy store. Again i asked cotton from the person who was arranging the stationery items like oil and tooth brush etc. First, i asked cotton from the person who was setting in the left hand side of the shop, he told me, you go and ask the person who is in right hand side of the store, again i have asked the cotton and other stuff, again i went and asked from the person who was sitting in the right side of the shop, he said you go and ask that person who is sitting in left side. I asked them why you people are sending me hear are there, if you don't have then tell me i will go from hear. There were three guys are there in that stall, and all three guys are from apollo pharmacy employee, because those guys were wearing apollo pharmacy dress. All of sudden these three guys were started using slang/bad language to me, and they told me that if you wish to buy, otherwise you can get lost from hear. They were lifted there hands on me, which was very bad, and i got injured because if apollo pharmacy employee. When i have asked there name, they told me what you will do, we will not tell our name.

This is how apollo pharmacy employee behave with customers. I got injured because of them, which is not acceptable.

Kindly investigate this issue as soon possible, and remove those guys from apollo pharmacy, who don't know how to speak/behave with customer, whatever they wish to do, they will do. No body is there to take action against them. This type of employee are there in apollo pharmacy. This is very shameless for apollo pharmacy, are they setting for business, or are they sitting to abuse the customers. I want you to take action on this as soon as possible.

I had purchased a medicine worth rs 153.50 on 4mar2018 from apollo pharmacy sector 16 panchkula haryana and paid the amount through phonepe from where money has got deducted and message displayed on phonepe app as order i'd[protected]

Which i displayed to the cashier but he refused to accept and asked to pay...

I've visited the apollo pharmacy at malkajgiri near by land mark given beside dolphin hotel i've visited the store 5 to6 times every time they charge me some different prices n when i countered them they came up with some time discount n pleased me to take some card which i was not said before n over out of this there behavior is too worst n least bothering about customer

How to customer satisfaction.
But Apollo pharmacy is not good .

And Paytm bar code is showing but not working customer is any asked wait for 10 mins why are you showing that Paytm.
No Pos machine

No remaining chage
Sales boy talking is very wrost

And no growming
No standards...

In navalur branch only few people are working please assist more people we are waiting for more than a half hour for getting a medicine.. People are getting tired and sick even a small branch have lotz of employees but here only 2 are working please help on this asap. I have already gave complaints about this but no use on that still we are waiting for a long time because of this u wil lost a lot of customers...

We faced many issues in this apollo pharmacy, dargah circle, chittoor. We purchased some injection and medicines on the first day. Then we came to know that some of the medicines were wrong, they are not the ones that doctor has prescribed to us. Then our doctor warned them for giving wrong medicines. This is happened @ biet road apollo pharmacy davanagere, karnataka and the employee name is shivu, and the way he talks with the customers is really intolerable plz initiate necessary action against him or else i will cancel my membership with ur organization, i used to purchase about two thousands medicine every month from ur shop, now onwards no more purchase until unless u take necessary action against that employee...

Pharmacist gave wrong tablet and when i asked for return he is asking to buy some other tablets which are not necessary for me. Tablet which doctor prescribed is trp but pharmacist gave ultraset. As a return when i asked some other tablet he is asking to buy 30 tablets but i required only 10 and he is not accepting anything. Then i returned back to home with that wrong tablet only. This has happened in attibele at 8:30 pm 1st march 2018. Kindly take some action for that pharmacist because he was not properly responding when i came for return.

I had to visit your store located at smrvinay, fountain head, hedernagar, hyderabad, 50049 (Ts). But personnelcat counter works at the store "who cares" attitude. Slow and non receptive to customers needs. I, hindi speaking customer can not ask for medicines easily. It appears to me that the personnel even donot understand medicines name properly.
Today, i was at counter to purchase "dextaorange syp" at counter was one mr. Chamlehwar by name.in the first instance he said "no" when again asked, he checked with computar. Yes, it was there. On purchase i asked for bill and asked for points to be added in my account. I have membership card with mob. No.[protected]. The counterman refused to give bill or add my points and asked me to come later on. Athough there were no customersv. He was rude too.
Is it a reasonable way to attend customer and deny him bilk and his points. Is not this cheating at your store. I consider it dereliction induty and therefore named staff be taken to task better remove him else one day he will bring bad name to company.
Trust company would look into it.

Seretide accuhaler 50mcg/250mc was purchased from apollo pharmacy new ghaziabad, vaisahli, bill no - 11349mb0009264/ns dated 20.02.2018 and the inhaler was not available at the time of payment. It was delivered at home later. Inhaler was prescribed for 10 days requiring 20 blisters whereas inhaler containing 60 blisters was delivered.in the next 2 days we visited twice to get it exchanged with 28 blisters inhaler but it was still unavailable...

I was asked to purchase a complete strip of medicine whereas i was not in need of them. I asked for 5 tablets and was willing to pay for it, but the store manager refused to sell the tablets. I was really sick after a flight. And at this point of time his business mattered to him more than selling the tablets. Located at an airport, i was not able to locate any other store for the next 30 kms. I was helpless and i gave up.

Am 7th month old pregnant women and a regular customer of Apollo pharmacy. A week back (9th Feb 2018) I had made a purchase from one of your store in CSB Layout Bangalore and today I went to the same store to exchange one of the medicine (15th Feb 2018)

When I approached the store the person who called himself as the store supervisor named Kumar for an exchange he was least interested in attending, when I asked again he approached me and asked for the Bill. I stated that you will be having the bill with my mobile number as I had missed to carry the Bill and requested to check in the system. But he was very rude and starting miss behaving with his manners and went on to demand the bill with a very unpleasant tone and attitude.

I further insisted to collect the necessary bill details from the Apollo system and help me as a value customer and explained it will be hard from me to travel long distance home to get the bill and being in my 7th month of pregnancy. But he continued to be rude and impolite. He also had an audacity to say he don’t care if the pharmacy loses a customer. To mention in the same pharmacy they have exchanged my previous purchase without asking for a bill and with a complete difference experience from customer standpoint, which was good from their staff.

I traveled back home and went back with the bill for an exchange and request for his store managers details to raise a complaint, which I have even asked him to write in the cover paper of the medicine. And as we expected when I dialed to that number it turns out to be someone else number not only other than the Store Managers but not at all associated to Apollo Pharmacy. This kind of act is considered to be an utter FRAUD!!!

We have also recorded a video during my conversation with Kumar in which if I post you can clearly find his expression and tone been impolite and showing disgrace towards the customer. Even other customer who were present at the store that moment contested Kumar for his behavior and forwarded him suggestion to correct himself, but he was been too much adamant. I the 1st place if he would have stated that no replacement that also would have hold good for me rather than the harassment with he being asking to get bill for an exchange where bills are all present in front of him in the system.

Eventually we can see that he have been in the pharmacy with a 6th months of tenure and his behavior was so rude and harsh for a customer.

I am taking this time and writing to your Apollo team without just right away posting publicly the video or my experience is only because of my relation with Apollo so far. In which I do understand that one staff shallnt be blaming the entire Apollo brand. But me being considerate in this manner, with believe that Apollo Pharmacy team will take considerable action regarding the same and I will be informed about it.

The staff named himself Kumar, who even gave us misleading and fraudulent information about his manager. I am completely unsure now that he would have named himself correctly to us. Hence hereby I am attaching his picture from the video clip.

Looking forward towards your team so that I don’t have to be further dis heartened and look for other channels to get it addressed. My Intention here is “With due humanity, this same kind of issue shallnt be repeated for any other customer!!!”

I brough some medicines from apollo pharmacy ichapur manicktala pushpa apartment pin 743144. I paid through paytm amount is deducted and money is not received by shopkeeper. Then he hanged his computer and i had to pay cash. Moreover he did a mistake in billing. I didn't got any discount nor any bill. He was behaving badly. Amount deducted is 380.60 rs. I have purchased medicines in apollo pharmacy in b. N. Reddy nagar, hyderabad. On[protected] for rs.227.70. I paid through mobile paytm wallet. But medical shop people said they have not received money in their account so i paid cash and received medicines. They told my paytm money will be credit back in 2 or 3 days. But still not returned even after one week. When i again asked no proper response. Please look in to this and return my money at the earliest.

Hello i purchased insulatard insulin pen and novo rapid pen at apollo 1 month back. At the time of purchasing they told that i can change cartridge when it finis hed but now they r telling that they can't open it i think they don't know how to open and put new cartridge so now simply they are telling it is use and throw pens and i have to buy new pens.
