Voltas Silver 3s 1.5ton (3 Star) Window Air Conditioner — cheating, fraud, faulty product quality

Hi there...i am Kanwaljeet from noida. we bought voltas window ac a year ago. Till date we have had to get gas refilled once already. this time when we called them to service the ac, we were told gas needs to be refilled...that is the second time within just one year. we asked them to take the ac to workshop and either get it replaced or get the gas refilled and bring it back. Up until this moment warranty was not discussed at all. they promised they would do that. they took the ac from our home on 6th april 2013 and promised to bring it back on 8th april. but they did not do so. then we got a call from them saying that the cooling coil needs to be replaced along with refilling of gas. we told them to go ahead. then we called them again and told them that our warranty is till valid so they told us they will get back to us. then they called us and told us that everything is fine with the ac and nothing needs to be replaced. This shows their fraudulent behaviour and mischevious intentions. as soon as they came to know that air conditioner's warranty is still valid and that we won't have to pay for cooling coil and gas, they changed their tune and miraculously our ac became absolutely fine according to them. i then confronted them with this and asked them to change the coil, which should not be required to change withing the very first year of buying the ac. finally they brought the ac on 15th after too many exhortations from our side. even then, they did not change the cooling coil saying ac is fine. we have now sent back the ac to the workshop and we have demanded that cooling coil b changed as promised. I am filing this complaint to bring forth the fact that we are being cheated and harassed by the company. we are living without ac in this heat and on top of that the company is trying to defraud us. the quality pf the product is also under question considering that within a year it required two gas changes and cooling coil also requires to be changed. Please help in whatever way you can. thank you!

Air conditioner, Voltas — Faulty AC, request replacement

I have purchased one Voltas AC 1T from Voltas dealer in July last year. After installation it was noticed that the remote was not functioning due to some fault in the AC pannel. Technician removed the pannel and replaced it after a week. Then it was found that the swing was not working, again it was corrected. Since its purchase I have to call Voltas Service centre several times as it keeps on developing problem after problem, one after another. This year again after servicing, there developed some problem. Technician ( Mr. Ramjanam) took the MCB for repair. Its more then one month the MCB ccould not repaired or replaced. The whole summer, we have to suffer as if I have wasted my time and money for the comfort I expected to have by purchasing Voltas AC. Several complaints made, Sales executive contacted but the problem could not be solved. I have also sent e-mail complaints to Voltas to replace the faulty AC supplied to me. Nothing has been done by Voltas so far.

Kindly help me to get rid of this problem as it has become a burden on me. In fact, its also reflecting on my family life. Hooping for the best from your side.

LLoyed window AC — Fraudulent Product

I have bought LLoyd Window AC model AW19GLR1 from your Authorised Distributors in Ghaziabad ( UP ) M/s Ashish Traders vide invoice no. 10 dt. 12-04-09.

While Buying it was told to me that the AC is actually a new latest greek model 1.6Ton capacity because of which it gives better cooling as compared to contemporary 1.5Ton ACs available in Market. It was also confirmed by the distributor as well as written on your Catalogue & website ( Tech Specs pasted down below ) that this perticular model is an AUTO RESTART model. Because of these qualities I bought this model.

From the day one of installation, the cooling was not upto the mark & it was not an Auto Restart model also. We complaint to the concerned distributor & he in turn came with the Company Branch Service Head Mr. Devesh Sharma & his team. Despite their four visits & attempts to rectify the problem & fitting the so called PCB to make it Auto Restart model it was not succesfull. Lastly on dated 17.06.09 Mr. Sharma agreed that this model has got some problem. It is neither an Auto Restart model nor it is giving the required cooling in the Room. He agreed to change the unit with another one having this function within a week, s time. After a week when we again contacted him he said that he has forwarded his request to the national service Head Mr. Jose who has to reply back. My repeated request for getting Mr. Jose contact no. also was refused by him.

Till date we have not recd. any reply from the company as to what is the status & Mr. Sharma has stopped taking my calls also. This matter has been twice reported to the Branch Head Ghaziabad Mr. Pathak also & he also assured me that the needfull will be done.

I Request for the concerned authorities to pls look into the matter. Now I want this unit be taken back by the company & my Money should be refunded as it is a clear case of Fraudulent Practice opted by the company.

Voltas AC — complaint regarding the window air conditioner

I Ankur gupta resident of sonepat is not satisfied by the voltas service. I want to say that the poor response from the vervice centre of voltas at sonepat (vishwas refrigration). is not listining to my complaint. Their is a problem of compressor and a two month before my window a/c was repaired by the same technician,with a same problem. As per company rule i am going to pay the charges of the gas. and transport frait too. But due these two reasons the technician is not repairing my air condition. and demanding for the charges which is illegal as per company rule. Their is a request to show the quick response as soon as possible.

VOLTAS WINDOW Air conditioner — Not fitting the AC

We bought a Window type 1 Ton Voltas AC from AIRCOL Enterprises, Mamangalam, Cochin. They are refusing to fit the AC in place.

VOLTAS 1.5 WINDOW AC — THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING IN WARRANTY COMPLAINT

I have purchased new Voltas Plantina Split AC (1.5 Tons) on[protected] from A.K. Electronics (Bhajanpura). When I purchased this a/c think so that this a/c company is best & Reliable Company of India but this a/c is not working on the date purchased. I logged complained to Dealer after complaint some engineers come my house and look this a/c and they said some parts of a/c manufacturing defective and defected parts come from company, but not say when come. I think that part of this a/c come after spending Summer? I requested that My A/c repleced soon as soon & solve problem.

I have purchased new Voltas Premium Window AC (1.5 Tons) from Rajpath Motors, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. But there is no user manual in that pack. Without a manual there is some dificult for me to run the AC. AC mechanic advise me that how to run the AC then also I am facing some problem. So, can you help me by sending a user manual through email by attachment, then I can run the mechine easily. Please send me a quick repply regarding this.
