Yesterday courier man came and he was taking only my iPhones accessories only so I was little but confused that he is not picking the main thing(my cell phone) and I asked him that why are you not taking my phone also then the courier man told that taking of cell phone is not mentioned so I called the apps you need then she said that everything goes on one time only so I by mistakely refused to give my product .so my request is that to please you provide a pickup once so that my claim is finally proceeds .

Toady courier man came to pickup of my iPhone as he was taking only my iphones accessories and when I was giving my phone then he said that I can't take your cell phone as it is not mentioned on list so I called apps you need then she said that no sir they will take all the things along with your cell at only one time so I refused to give my accessories to courier man.then a call came from consumer complaint to give all your accessories only not your cell phone then I called the courier man to please take my accessories but he told me that your request is cancelled sir . So my request is that to please re claim my phone insurance as soon as possible or send me a link to reclaim the insurance

      Apps you need is the worst insurance company I have ever seen in my life. They declared my handset as total loss. They do what they want. My iPhone was working properly and I have also made a video as a proof. Please see this sir it's a humble request and do something as fast as possible.

      Abhi tak mene Apne mobile ka original box, original invoice bill, accessories diye nahi they kyuki mai inke pichle decision se hi sehmat nahi tha. So I refused to give my handset box bill and accessories.
      But they have continued their process by cutting depreciation charge of 50%, and excess charges(10% of accessories because I don't give, 10% of box) which means 7400 rs. And 50% depreciation= 18500 according to my invoice billing amount.
      And total goes around 25900 which mean I will receive a cheque of Rs 11000 or vo bhi after 60 days.
      Mai pehle vale decision se to sehmat tha nahi or inke is decision ko dekh kar gussa hi bohot aaya to Maine phone kia lekin inke kisi bhi bande ko koi matlab nahi customer se to khud se hi baat bhi nahi karte or aapka din shubh ho dhanyawad kehkar phone kaat dete hai

      They are running a scam. My phone also can easily be repaired and there is no fault in it except the screen issue. Won't leave them so easily.
      They are doing the same to me right now. They have declared my phone s7edge as total loss when only my screen was supposed to be replaced and everything else was in good condition.

      I am yet another customer of apps you need, I totally agree that it's a fraud company. Their claim process is designed to cheat customers. It's completely one way process of rejecting even the most genuine claims. I am thinking about filing a formal consumer complaint against them in consumer court.

            I am a troubled customer, who wants to receive full 40% of the invoice as confirmed by you and demands from you to put the original motherboard in my phone.
            Everybody's is working hard to earn money and to buy the utilities and gadgets that help him/her in daily chores. And gets it insured with a company to safeguard the product. But I believe your company is there to earn money and to only deliver troubles to the customer in return.
            --You returned me the phone after 20 days.
            --I received my phone unrepaired from you on 1st Feb.
            --I took the phone to nearest Samsung service center for repair, there I was told that the IMEI no of my phone is changed, that my handset's MOTHERBOARD IS CHANGED.
            I am going through a tough time here. The motherboard of my phone Samsung S7 Edge is different from the one that is on the cover.Why in the first place is the motherboard changed? It was not the issue I asked you to resolve then why has it been changed? I am shocked to see this kind of attitude by the company, you are actually harassing me and wasting every second of my time. It is a complete fraud that your company has done to me. I don't know who is responsible at your end, your employees or the owner itself but my phone's warranty guarantee is all lost just because the IMEI has been changed at your service station. At all cost, I want a solution to this scenario and want to bring complaining to you over and over again to an END.

              What kind of service appsyouneed is providing? You people are ridiculous and just fool your customers. I am Yogesh kumar and I have bought Insurance from your company AppsYouNeed against my Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016)
              CIN No.D[protected] to ensure that it will help me out in case some unpleasant event occurs. But, to my surprise you guys are just suck customers money.

              My phone screen got damaged and I registered a complaint on 04/11/2016, after uploaded my documents and so many follow ups & requests my phone was picked up on 29/11/2016.

              After many complaints, I got a claim status ( Final Status Of This CIN: Case Completed
              Repaired Handset Dispatched To Customer) and reply for CN[protected] on 11/01/2017 from your website mentioning my phone will be repaired and will be dispatched 3-4 working days but i am still waiting to recive my phone.

              i have spent my hard earned money to buy this phone and insurance and you guys are so irresponsible that your executives MR. DEV (mob.[protected] and MR. PAWAN (mob.[protected]) don"t have time to give response to the customers.

                MY cin no is : D[protected].I am very disappointed by the service .My Claim was approved on 20th January 2016.Its almost 2 months and i have not received my handset.At every step there was no information provided to me.Everytime i enquired and answers were not satisfactory.On site it is displayed that my handset is repaired on 28th Jan 2017 and i will get it on 3rd Feb 2017 but till now i have not recived my handset and everytime i lodge a complaint, they just provide me with airway bill no and after tracking that number we see that company is not providing the handset to the courier people from 28th Jan .Kindly see to the matter and make my handset deliver to me as soon as possible.

                    On the voice support, there is no option to speak to anyone to know the status of the claim.

                      I had mailed many times about my handset complain but there is no solution frm this company, as they are saying there is delay in the upload of documents. but I had tried my times and there is always server problem for that reason the documents can't be uploaded. But if the documents can't be uploaded within the specified time one can't generate a new case again this is the good rules of the company. As for this reason my set is pending for four months without repair at the dealer point and there is no solution till end.

                        Have called them more than 500 Times to resolve my issue - Have mailed them more than 10 times.They are not giving my Complain Number - My warranty started from 11th November 2016 and their system says it expired 6 before it has started - I have sent then Screen Shot for that error appearing while submitting online Complain and daily requesting Customer Care to help me but they are Ignoring my Mail.

                        It's also strange that they have also Picked up my Mobile from Kolkata and now their Technical team is asking me submit CIN - How they have Picked up my device without Complain Number??

                        Requesting Customer Care Group through this forum to please address my issue.They can also be victim of any such things in their life.

                          I provided all the documents as asked by you to provide so as to process the claim and repair my phone Samsung S7 edge. I got the approval for my damaged phone on 8 January 2017 and my phone was picked up on the 10 January 2017. But it has been delivered to me in unrepaired condition after 20 days on February 1, 2017. Why?
                          During the time I repeatedly sent reminders and asked as to how long will it take for my phone to get repaired. I even called the customer care number where the agents did not pay any heed instead cut the call. Also sometimes they even told me to lodge the complaint on the website. I even did that but all my complaints are showing PENDING status there. Even the repair and delivery section on the website is blank. Is this the way the website and company function and handles the customer's complaints?
                          I am feeling cheated as I paid my hard earned money to you as the insurance money and to assure myself of the fact that any damage or the loss will be taken care of, and that my mobile handset is in safe hands. But that my phone has returned in unrepaired condition after 20 days the scenario is highly intolerable.
                          Kindly tell me as to what next should I expect from your end in regard to my unrepaired but completely insured phone?

                          Kindly tell me for how long will I have to go through the trouble of writing to you to in regards to my unrepaired phone? From your end, my claim is approved and you yourself have confirmed that you will send me the cheque of 40% of my invoice bill. Then why have you send me the cheque with only 35% of the invoice bill?
                          You are not standing true to your own commitments and have sent the cheque that is dated 1 month late i.e. 7 march. I simply asked to you to get the phone repaired under the insurance policy on 3rd January 2017 and now you have sent the cheque dated for March month.
                          If I would have known that getting my phone insured from your company will cost me so much I wouldn't have done it in the first place.
                          I just want you to send me the cheque with 40% of my invoice bill and that too dated within this month.

                            What kind of service appsyouneed is providing? You people are ridiculous and just fool your customers. I am Rohit Chopra and I have bought Insurance from your company AppsYouNeed against my Samsung Galaxy Note 5..
                            CIN No.D[protected] to ensure that it will help me out in case some unpleasant event occurs. But, to my surprise you guys are ##### who are sitting there to just suck customer’s money. BS Company, pathetic service.

                            My phone screen got damaged and I registered a complaint on 29/11/2016, after which I uploaded my documents for pick up of my phone on 6th Dec, 2016. After uploading documents, your executive told me that approval will come by 10th December 2016. But it came on 24th Dec 2016 and after so many follow ups & requests to your stupid executives, my phone was picked up by your executive from my home on 29th December 2016, ONE COMPLETE MONTH YOU IDIOTS TOOK.

                            On 29th December 2016, I got a claim status from your website mentioning my phone will be repaired and will be send by 18th January 2017. Upon checking again, I got to know from the website that your phone has reached our service centre on 6th January 2017 and will be send back by 18th January 2017.But, since then I haven’t received any call from your executives. When, I called up for the status your executives told that your phone has got in total loss and it cannot be repaired. Same was send across a message to me on 19th January 2017.

                            Are you people mad, when the approval was received on 24th December 2016 and phone reached your service centre on 6th January 2017. It took one month to your bloody inefficient staff to investigate that phone cannot be repaired.
                            I have no idea on the amount that you guys are going to give against the claim. But the fact is i have spent Rs.56000/- my hard earned money to buy this phone.. And you guys are so irresponsible that your executives dont have time to give response to the customers. Also, why you people need 60 days to return my claim amount. And the fact is its more than 60 days now since I have lodged a complaint to your so called appsyouneed.

                            Now you guys are not responding at all, I will sue you in Consumer Court, if prompt action is not taken against my complaint. I need exact status on my claim along with the amount and credit date asap.

                              After providing you with all the details regarding my documents on 3rd of December 2016 they were approved on 13th of December. Pick up was scheduled on 15th of December 2016. I had to complaint thrice on your website and even to you customer care agent as a reminder to arrange for a pick up. It was picked up on 29th of December 2016.. I had to complaint even to remind you that my phone which was scheduled to be picked up was not picked up even after a month. You Kept my phone with you for a month, it was scheduled to be delivered by 28th of Jan 2017 after complete repair.
                              I got a call on 16th of Jan 2017 to deactivate Find my I phone setting online from apples website after login i Deactivated even that on the same day that is on 16th of Jan. No details regarding my Apple Id and password were asked by even them on that day. The phone was delivered to me in unrepaired condition on 23rd Jan 2017. I contacted your customer care agent regarding the unrepaired handset delivery they requested me to logde a complaint on your website, i complained twice regarding this issue on 24th and 29th Jan 2017. I did not get any reply regarding my issue. on 2nd Feb 2017 you sent me an email stating that required information was not provided within a given time and thus my case was repudiated. I want to know how is this possible if i haven't missed any call regarding your claim process nor i have missed any mail regarding it since 3rd of December 2016.
                              My CIN number is D[protected]. I will file a FIR against your companies name and take legal actions if i don't get my phone picked up repaired within a week. Its been two months that my insurance is not getting claimed even after getting approved and submitting all the required documents and information on time. If i didn't get my phone repaired as soon as possible then i will sue you people in consumer court and lodge a fraud F.I.R against you. All your customer care agents phone lines are always busy and none of them have any idea regarding any problem which your customer face nor do they provide any proper information regarding contact details.

                                Never ever take an insurance form Appsyouneed. Have had the worst service from them. Registered my claim with them in mid January and am still struggling to get my phone repaired due to water damage. Call any of their numbers and there is no definitive answers from any of their support numbers as to when will they pick up the phone. Nor do they let you know what exactly needs to be done. Every time i called them to get it picked up again, everYtime i received a different instruction to follow to get it picked up. Strange for me to know that none of them have any idea as customer support nor do they have a central system to let them know who is calling and for what. They keep telling you to wait 48 hours after registering a complaint. I had registered a complain for the un-repaired receipt of the phone, and received no response. On calling i was instructed to place another complaint under the pick up related issues. Its been more than 24 hours and no responSe as yet. Called their support and they informed me to place another complaint under the other category. Its as if they are messing with you and enjoy keeping you lingered. Its worst than a BMC office. RIDICULOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

                                Would appreciate if they can give a definitive answer as to when and how will they collect the phone and repair a rendturn if at all.
