My mobile LG G5 was given to Apps daily collection center, Kochi for insurance related repair on 19 jan 2017. An amount of Rs.2490/- was also collected towards repair expense. Even after one month my mobile is not returned after repair. The local collection center is found closed. And no response from the company registered office. If the mobile is not repaired the same be returned immediately and insurance amount as well as the additional amount collected towards the repair also be refunded at the earliest.

    I have submitted my samsung S7 Edge 4 months back with apps daily connect center, Dehradun for repair. Since then the online status is that my claim is accepted and my handset and documents have reached their service center.
    Connect center has disappeared from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, No executive exist here and apps daily consumer forum is not reverting.
    I have no clue where to get my phone back from.
    Kindly help me in getting my phone back.

      I have Purchased a new phone in 2016 and have purchased insurance from appdaily.

      I have issue with my phone and want to apply form clams whenever i call customer care it ask to register claims online and the online page of claims is not available it says page not found. Even tried calling registered office but no one answers the call hence unable to claim the insurance for which i have already paid to Appsdaily.

      Very poor service . 40 days ago my phone samsung j2 not get claimed m also unable to check the status of it
      Because their service to check the phone status is too cheap...n poor..
      Service of customer care through calling is not functioned ... there should be systematic way to check claim status thorugh phone services...

        I had pathetic experience with such a crap organisation.they promised to deliver my phone in21 working days but as of today it's been more than a month and more than a 21working days it's not deliver to me.now challenge is whenever I'm calling or sending any email these people are not even bother to take any concern.so plz dnt ever go with this fraud company

            Its been more than 90 days from the date which i have handed over my mobile for service. I have received a cal week before saying that my mobile is not reparable and they are going to replace it. The payment link was given to be and i have done the payment also. They have guaranteed that with in 7 day i will be receiving my mobile. But i have not received any mail or phone communication and i am still waiting for my mobile.

                I bought insurance with AppsDaily while purchasing my mobile (Samsung J2) for damage protection. When my mobile damaged, i have submitted my mobile along with required documents and fees to the collection centre in Chennai - Velachery on 3rd Dec 2016. They've informed, as per policy, the maximum time for return of device after service is 21 days.

                After 75 days, till now, i haven't received my mobile back and no communication from them.

                I have called the support number 10s of times. Only few times we could reach the support executive and everytim they say that the mobile handset is in service center. Same reply. No action.

                There is no escalation point provided for further concerns.

                I need my Mobile back immediately.

                    I was asked to submit the deductible amount for damage claim amount Rs 3, 060/- after which a kit is to be received by me within 48 hrs of payment. The payment has been submitted by me last week but no information about the kit is received till date. The kit is required to pack my damaged phone with some documents after that repair/replacement process can be started.
                    I have email and also tried to contact the customer support too many times within a week and they are no replied when it will be delivered. but till yet we haven't received it and no information regarding dispatch of kit. If Packing kit getting so delay then when our mobile will get repairs or replaced.
                    We had also given the offer that we will get the job done by our nearest authorised service centre you just pay the claim charges online or sent back to us asap we will attach the job sheet of authorised Samsung service centre. but still no reply. we are expecting a good after sales service from Apps daily as a trusted Mobile Insurance Brand for India.

                    Just not we got the call in name Consumer Forum from Cell no. +91-[protected] 2:23 pm sir was talking about refunding about the claim amount and also they ask us from which bank the claim amount had been paid and in between call discounted when we tried to call him back but the call connected to ICICI Bank Call Centre number for same. I doubt it was fake or real. and we need the only that our mobile screen should be replaced asap from apps daily.

                    Just not we got the call in name of Consumer Forum from Cell no. +91-[protected] 3:01 pm and sir was talking about refunding about the claim amount and also they ask us from which bank debit card no and other privacy bank details. He was fake and i ask him to sent the same request from your official email id and call discounted.
                    many fake people are trying to take advantage of this systems or trying to stop this kind of website consumer complaints forum should take some action and solution for it.

                      This is not a complaint. I purchased apps daily for my iPhone from Pothys Trivandrum Kerala. After an elapse of six months some cosmetic problems occurred on the back body side of my iPhone and subsequently they replaced to me a new iPhone.
                      My question is what are things I have to do to continue the mob protection to this fone. Is any request is needed to shift the protection from the older fone to new one.

                        Mere case 1 November ka hai mere ko na abhi tak mobile mila na uska amount . lest week appsdaily ke customer care ko aaya ki hum aapko mob. nhi de sakte uske jagha aapko amount dege par appsdaily ke taraf mere ko only 70% amount dene ko kaha gaya wo abhi abhi ke mobile ke market amount se . par jab aapne mere se 25% liya tab mere mobile ka market rate kam ho gaya tha par bolo gaya ki aapko fees apke invoice ke amount se deni hogi . jab aapko amount lene hai to aapko bill rate se lena hai aur jab amount dene ki bari aai to mobile ke current rate se dena hai . ek hi company me do alag alag rule kaise ho sakte hai .jab customer se lena ho to full amount me aur jab dena ho to current rate me . mere ko apne mobile ka full amount chahiye .

                          I had given my phone to the customer connect point in District Center, Janak Puri, New Delhi, 110058, paid a deductible amount of Rs.3060.
                          Its been over 40 days and I haven't got I a single reply from Apps Daily about the repair.
                          The phone numbers mentioned are incorrect. [protected] - Hemant, He says these words every time I call him, "I will escalate your request to Apps Daily team."
                          This company is totally fraud and now all over Delhi & NCR, they have closed down all the service centres. The guard outside the Krishna Complex, Sector 31, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301 said that the company has taken 150 to 200 mobile phones and have gone away. They closed all Delhi stores around 15 to 20 days back. Apps Daily guarantee of delivering the phone within 21 working days is over and they haven't even found my mobile phone part(display) yet.

                                I have submitted all the documents for the above mentioned and got an acknowledgement for the same. Till last week when I used the check the status of claim it say your documents have been verified and claim is under process. Now it say there is no claim pending. Can you please let me know what is this. Is this company fake and cheating its customer. The customer service number is IVR and no one comes on line.

                                  Dear sir, iam given my samsung galaxy a9pro (34000/- approx cost) in to apps daily company for a insurance related repairing. At the time of receiving my mobile at there collection center they are committed that 21 working days only they are taking for rectifying the complaints. Iam given the phone in there outlet is 16/01/2017. But still now (14/02/2017) they are not given my phone after rectification. Also they not giving any proper response. Pleasehelp me to resolve the problem.

                                        I've already raised a claim with id no. (Ad_d_070916_[protected] for which there is no response. Later i tried calling on[protected] where the 9 digit is said to be invalid by the ivr. For which we actually had call back from appsdaily before from the same. How come the id accepted on ivr before and not now.

                                        I have also sent the requested documents through speed post to the address. I received the following email on 23.11.2016 with the following message:

                                        “dear sir / madam,

                                        This is with reference to your below request, we wish to inform you that your case have been processed by us and is with insurance company for finalization. We will intimate you as soon as we receive further update from insurance company with respect to your case.”

                                        After that there is no response. Kindly reimburse rs.12279/- as approved in your mail to me at the earliest.
