I am not able to claim for my phone also not able to contact AppsDaily customer care. Its saying my number and ID is not valid where i am a registered member on that sight. Also the updated app of AppsDaily is not allowing me to login. Below is the registered number:

Hi Team,
Thanks for the support.I have complaint yesterday also, regarding my mobile damage. The Appsdaily executive called me and send me the link to fill the form but I am not able to process as form's "next" button is disable.

Sent them email also but didnt get any response till now. Also tried calling but not reachable the number is.

Kindly guide me for the next step.

    My damaged phone was handed over to connect point in Kolkata on 12 Dec 2016 with an amount of Rs 3054. Till date no information is available other than 'your handset and papers received at service centre'. This is nothing new as I could understand after going through all the complaints. I will wait for a week more and then Consumer Court and Complaint to be lodged at Police Station. It is good if it would be received by me before that. I request the company to look into it.

      My phone submitted in apps daily dhanbad (Jharkhand) on 23 dec 2016 from then till now i know only this that my phone is in mumbai and in mumbai they have not kept the parts of samsung.... Then what kind of insurance company is it.. And they will say that you will get your mobile repair only 21 days and when you say where is your word to give your mobile back in 21days they will say you choose option 2nd to wait so wait... Sir i want a call from call center and a date on which date i will get back my phone... My number is [protected]...

        I've already raised a claim with CIN: ATN_270117_[protected], for which there is no response.. later we tried calling on[protected] where the 9 digit is said to be invalid by the IVR.. for which we actually had call back from AppsDaily before from the same.. how come the CIN accepted on IVR before and not now.

        We have also sent the requested documents through speed post to the address
        AppsDaily, Shop no # 315, mumbai, PIN 401107. withSpeed Post ID: EN[protected]IN. which is delivered to AppsDaily on 06-Feb-2017. Please find the attached jpeg of the post tracking.

          There are so far for contact with you.
          Should my phone repair even i have pay for insurance of apps daily with all over complete process. If no action done then i will go further another process.

            I submitted my claim on 18.11.16.for my lost mobile.paid the company rs8000 plus 5000 for insurance.till date i I have not any claim inspite of repeated emails, no one can even contact there representatives.

            The policy of the company is 21 working days,
            I am un to contact any representative from the company, no response from the company eve.

              Samsung A9Pro submitted for repair at customer connect point Panvel on 26th Dec 2016. Today is 11th Feb 2017 and my mobile is still not received, I had been told that I will get my repaired handset max in 21 working days but still not received.
              I also tried to raise my concern by calling on the customer care number many times but was not usefull. So now I am not able to understand what should be done to get my handset back in well condition.
              Please resolve the issue asap and return my handset.

                After putting up my last complaint instead of payment being credited to my account my account was debited with Rs.5000/-. the intimation ID is[protected]. The call received form the mobile number was [protected]. He promised the payment to be refunded in account in 10 minutes but till now it has not been refunded. Please get the same resolved ASAP for clarification please call at [protected].

The call center called up and said that your phone will be sent to you at your address and the amount pertaining to the repair not carried out will be sent to you but till date do not have any information after that.                     My intimation ID-ADN C[protected].It is very unhappy to receive my unrepaired phone set .I did not expect such a worst response from your end.For what sake I spend amount for apps daily insurance .why it is not possible to replace with a new handset.Even it is impossible for you to arrange parts of handset how can I .Moreover I spend another Rs1000 while I deposited the handset at Calicut.Now I would like to put extreme step to approach consumer court and IRDA authority as this seems to be a cheating to a customer

                      I am purchased my SONY M4 AQUA DUAL BLACK in 25.12.2015 with Rs18, 990 and paid 1850 rupees for insurance when i am taking insurance they told me as within 10 days repair or replacement, when i am giving my mobile to them i paid 950 rupees to them and they told as 21 working days it will take to complete process,
                      I am submitted my mobile in 12.10.2016 after they closed claim due to IMEI number not matching without any information tome, i meet Hyderabad head with relevant document and my claim has reopened on 02.01.2017 they told as my mobile will reach up to ending of January 2017, i receive a cal from apps daily in 27.01.2017 he told me as my mobile is not in repairable condition right now my mobile model not available in market they are sanctioned 45% of my mobile cost, my mobile cost is now Rs 18, 599.00 i send a mail to them finally i receive a cal them on yesterday evening the agent told me as for replacement they will deduct 35% of mobile cost and using charges are 25% of mobile cost finally i will get 45% of mobile cost, apps daily is number one cheating company, i i never seen this type of cheating company.

                          I had a phone complaint in October 2016 under intimation id ..ADI_181016_[protected].against which i didn't received my phone yet in good condition.Two times they sent phone to their authorized centre in damage condition.now nobody is providing appropirate information regarding phone at customer care centre or centre available in my city. Please resolve the issue and return me my phone please.

                            Hi,

                            My name is Jagdish Kumar. I purchased samsung 7 edge plus from Bajaj Electronics in March 2016. At the same time, I also purchased Apps daily insurance for my Mobile at a cost of Rs.4, 000.
                            In September 2016, My mobile LCD was broken accidentally. I approached Apps daily office in Kukatpally & submitted the phone as I'm eligible to get the amount. They gave a repair quote & asked me to have the mobile repaired in Hyderabad center. I had my mobile repaired in November at a cost of Rs.13, 000. Apps daily said they would credit my amount in December. I submitted all the necessary documents. However, till today 9th Feb, I did not receive my money. I already escalated 2 times & they promised that my money would be deposited. They gave all wrong promises. Hence, I'm raising a consumer complaints.

                                My phone was stolen and i had given the complaint in Oct 2016. But till now i have not got the handset.

                                Every time when i call the customer care they tell the handset will be dispatched in next week but those next weeks are over so many times. Till now i have not got any revert from the Apps Daily team.

                                Once they had offered me that they will refund the amount and the amount which they offered me was 40% to 50% of my phone amount. I didn't agree for the refund, Instead of that i asked my phone back or i asked them to refund the amount which i had paided to them during the complaint lodge + 70% what the company is ready to give. But till now no anyone came back to me about that.

                                I want to convey that by the end of this month if i don't get my handset i am filing the case on Apps Daily.

                                  My Samsung mobile model SM-A800FZKEINS given to apps daily for repair in claim period but they unable to repair and returned my phone after long period and told that they will give me the estimated repair amount 7202.00.and this amount will be transfered in my bank a/c in 2-3 weeks but now for this 6-7 weeks past still I have not got the said amount .please do the helpful as earliest otherwise I will file a case in consumer court.

                                    I purchase a Galaxy A5 with Appsdaily. Mobile glass damaged (not LCD only upper glass) with an accident. We submit this mobile on 19th April 2016 my intimation ID is AD_D_120416_3029747 and they given time 20days. Collection center ID is 31Till not received my mobile. When 30days over They told me this handset not repairable please contact Mr. Suman he is Kolkata Appsdaily marketing head. He confirmed Rs.10500 returned. Then I send him my account cancel cheque now continue 2months he don't receive my call. I am helpless and your service level so poor

Gopal krishan R/o rehal tehsil Bishnah District Jammu I am not getting my phone Samsung a7 back from the insurance company appsdaily to whom I handed over my damaged phone . At the time when I handed over my phone to insurance company, company informed me about there policy to return the phone in 21 business days but now more than three months are over but I still didn't receive my phone and the customer care point in Gandhi nagar Jammu is also closed . they are not even picking up the phone at customer care no., As an Indian citizen and the customer of this insurance company I want to ask them why I am not getting my phone back. it was worth rs. 25000 which is the salary of my two months.

                                        Kindly note i have submitted my phone on 7th Jan at Laxmi nagar apps daily store, = and i was given a 21 days TAT for receiving my phone.It has been a month till date i have not received my phone and there is no response from customer care and the Area ASN.
                                        The vendor from i have purchased the phone got me connected to Area ASN name Nitin, he is giving me false date for receiving the phone, but till date i have no update.
                                        I would request you to get my phone by this week otherwise i will be forced to make a complain at consumer court for the company as the company seems Thief. And they have taken a amount of rs 4500 + 3500 to get the phone replced and insured.
