I hv asked them for a call bck but did nt receive any calls. They said that the phone will be returned within 21 days and its more than 50 days but i have not received my phone yet or any status ..plz help me out ..n plz return my my lovely phone back soon it miss it alot..plz plz plzz

      I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge smartphone worth Rs. 55, 900/- from Samsung’s authorized sales center and took APPS DAILY INSURANCE amounting to Rs. 4, 999/- on the same date. The insurance was registered to my name by a Samsung’s sales center representative. After that, I came across a situation where the screen of my handset was cracked and I claimed insurance. I paid 5% of the price of the phone (i.e. Rs. 2795/-) as their insurance fee. Apps Daily serviced my phone and returned it on time.

      A month later, my handset encountered a software issue and I gave the same for repair at Samsung’s authorized service center. They said that my handset underwent a water damage and that it cannot be covered under warranty. Upon detailed investigation, they informed me that a magnetic tape, which protected the phone from water damage, was missing while they opened the phone. I asked them for a written explanation from their part detailing this issue and I escalated the issue to their head office. As my complaint was found to be genuine, they repaired my phone free of cost. This marked my LACK OF TRUST ON APPS DAILY INSURANCE.

      Now recently, I endured an accident and my phone screen had a crack again. I claimed for the insurance immediately and they asked me to submit my phone along with necessary documents. They also said that the amount to be paid to claim insurance has now increased from 5% to 6% of the price of the phone (i.e. Rs. 3354/-). As informed, I handed over the handset with the required documents & said amount. They mailed me on January 2nd, 2017 that they received my handset and is at their service center for further repair. As per their policy, they were responsible to return my phone repaired within 21 working days or refund the amount for repair. As the time specified by them for repair had finished, I called them and they asked me to wait till 03.02.2017 (Friday). But the extended time which they asked also finished and I am afraid about my handset.

      I have had a lot of trouble without my handset. I provide private tuitions on music and academics and a lot many people call me for the same. I also learn by watching online sessions on music and academics. The delay in returning the handset has cost me so much money as I am not able to watch videos online. This has affected my learning process and I now find mysel[censored]ncomfortable without updating my knowledge on the same. All my contacts were synced to this handset and I now don’t have access to my contacts, which has affected me in a number of ways. I am not able to identify whom all are contacting me. I am also afraid that the delay in response from APPS DAILY INSURANCE might be due to unprofessional handling of my phone which could have led to additional damage caused from their part.

      Hence, I humbly request you to consider my issue

      Considering my previous experience on their improper service, and the reason stated above regarding my concern about the unprofessional handling of the handset, I demand a replacement of my defective handset with a band new Samsung galaxy s7 edge handset.

        Apps Daily Claim reference number - ADN_C_151116_[protected]

        My Samsung J7 was given at the service center on 16/11/2016. They charged me Rs.750 for the processing and my phone was returned after 21 days un repaired. I was told to take it to the Samsung service and get it repaired and they will reimburse the claim amount.

        The claim bill of Rs. 4781/- was submitted to Appsdaily on 08/12/2016. I have contacted the customer care number at least 10 times till date and they promise to settle the claim every time but never happened.

        Need an immediate settlement of the claim or I will be left with no other option other than moving to the consumer forum claiming the damages of this claim, My time, Money wasted to purchase the appsdaily product and the mental agony i have gone through.

            My intimation ID is ADI_121216_[protected]. I have submitted my phone on 17th December 16 in shakarpur service center which got closed. I was told that I would receive my phone by 19th January. I didn't get any communication from them. I have tried their Mumbai call center no. The answering machine says that your I'd is wrong and disconnect the phone which was not the case earlier.i have also attached job sheet.Kindly help.

              I submitted my damaged phone Gionee M5 plus on 15 Nov 2016 at Janak puri connect point of apps daily and pay 1000 rs along with all Required documents that people provide me the maximum time period of phone repair is 21 working days .but still I didn't received my phone on 17 Jan 2017 that people call and tell that ur phone display is not available in Gionee service station in mumbai and they people told me that u repaired that phone from ur side and estimated balance paid to ur account then I say OK just refund my phone asap but still I didn't received any phone and inFornation about my phone pls provide my phone Asap.

                  Hi Team,
                  I submitted my HTC Desire 526G Plus mobile phone on 11th January. I made multiple Attempts to contact and know the status of repair. the number[protected] isn't working and when I call[protected] this tells me that my Intimation number is wrong. I am stuck in between. On the Job sheet I have collection executives ID (43) and number to call ([protected]), which again no one answers. I use this phone for my office purpose and I am now baring a lot of loss. I recently recieved a message from Apps Daily that now home delivery service have started, which is nice. However, I dont know how will I get my Phone. Please help and bring some helpline number to to talk to a human rather a machine.

                    I purchased Apps daily platinum plan in Aug 2016. Once, I claimed for my theft device I came to know that Apps Daily is totally fraud insurance company. Their customer care number never attended and there is no email id where you write them. In the case of thief the customer ask to pay 30% as Compulsory Deductible Component of the device value and customer will get repaired / refurbished device. And also is no grant of the claim and in the event the Company rejects the claim on any ground the Company not refund the 30%(Compulsory Deductible Component) amount paid to them. So there is total loss of the customer.
                    Never buy Apps Daily insurance plan for your costly device. It is better to buy reliable insurer. I will write to social media also.

                    I have made the payment and send the required documents, which acknowledge my apps daily on 22nd Feb. Now already 40 days passed no update of the claim. Refund back the amount if you cannot resolve the issue within due date.

                      This mobile insurance company took my Samsung S7 Edge mobile on 16 Nov, 2016 for screen replacement but they have not given it back till now. Their customer care executives are giving false promises but not sharing the exact details that when will i get my mobile back.
                      I am frustrated now and thinking of taking some legal action against the company.

                        the complaint is not yet resolved if they sent a mail stating that it will be resolved it doesn't mean it is done. The solution needs to be replicated to the customer then only the issue is resolved.

                          I purchased a mobile phone and it's insurance from appsdaily. My phone broke, I took my phone to them first they kept it so long and did not repair, then they said because I have multiple claim they will not repair it. In span of one year I made single and that was refused. The customer service takes no ownership and the people sitting in office 22 sector are not helpful. I spoke to them so many times that this first instance when I have given my phone for repair but I have received no help. And they refused to repair saying that I have claimed multiple times which is not true. I logged a complaint first time but did not give my phone for repair, as I had to go abroad. When I came back they asked me to re log the complaint and they would repair it. An executive also called me I explained him that I couldn't give my phone earlier and this first time. Then there was no intimation from their side. After 15 days I got a mail that claim is rejected due to multiple claims.

                            Hi,

                            My mobile sony xperis c5 ultra mobile damaged on Sept 18, 2015 so I have applied for insurance in Appsdaily. Mobile cost is 28000, apps daily insurance is 2500 total 31, 500 is the mobile cost. After sending all requested details, insurance has been approved for 14, 000 on total loss basis. As per this total loss policy, the customer has to return all the product and bills to the company so I have sent the damaged mobile along with the invoices. It has almost 4 months that the claimance has approved but the amount is not being credited to the account. If I call customer care they are not helping anything and they just say that is still in process.

                            This is not the way the customers expect from an authorised Insurance company. Not sure how the government is encouraging these companies to expand.

                            Please help us to get the amount as per my claimance else atleast please help us to get back my damaged handset so that I can get it repaired with any local people help.

                                  I gave my iphone 6s due to physical damage on 2nd jan while selling the claim they promised 10days replacement or repair its 3rd feb today no updates yesterday got a call from appsdaily the person claims sir you gave passport as id prove and your adress is bikaner rajasthan kolkata i told do you have sense of what you say who can a passport have so i told him i have passport in my hand which says adress this then he went on claiming that your claim is rejected because you did not submit the sim tray i asked the connect centre person thrice as to if i need to submit she says i have more idea then you i told ok then i gave now no way to contact them too its a BS company a fraud please form a FORUM against it i want my phone repaired what should i do

                                    my mobile got liquid damaged, I am submitted my mobile to apps daily on 12.10.2016 after they are closed my claim without any information to me.on 3rd December 2016 i got a cal from apps daily, he told as my claim got rejected due to IMEI No mismatch send a mail with attaching relevant documents to investigation department, i send a mail with attaching of my mobile repairing invoice to them at least i send that mail to them five times, i didn't got any information from them. After that i met Hyderabad head explained to him he send a mail to them finally my claim was reopened on 2nd Jan-2017 after that again i got a cal on 27th of January from apps daily team, That executive told as my mobile is not in repairable condition it will not repair, my mobile model was not found to them, if i send to the bank account details to them they will credit 50% of my mobile present cost to me, i purchase my mobile with 18000 rupees they are giving 50% amount in present mobile costs, i send a mail with attaching bank passbook copy on 27th January-2017 still i didn't get any information from them. If i go to local connect center the executive is said they not any information call to customer care, if i tried to customer care cal was not connection to them and i select a recall option they not call to me they are not giving correct and complete information to us and unable to contact to know my claim status.

                                    please give mobile replacement to me

                                    i think this a fraud company no one is giving correct and complete information to customers and they have only one customer care number event that is not working properly
