With reference to the above ID, the last received update was that the handset has been despatched from the service centre. This was on Jan 4th 2017
I repeat Jan 4th 2017. There has been no further intimation. I repeat, There has been no further intimation.
On 16th Jan, I called and spoke to a customer service representative. He gave me the following information
The handset was despatched to the customer connect centre by Blue Dart Couriers
He checked the online tracking and confirmed that it had not been delivered
He provided me with the airwaybill number [protected].
I repeat he checked on the website and confirmed that AFTER FIVE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, the status WAS SHOWING AS OFFICE CLOSED.
I also checked the tracking number mentioned above on the BLUE DART Website
The status shows SEVERAL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND ALL SAYING THAT THE PREMISES WERE CLOSED.
The Status ALSO shows THAT THE SHIPMENT WAS RETURNED TO YOUR MUMBAI ADDRESS WITH A NEW AIRWAY BILL.
THE NEW WAYBILL NUMBER IS [protected]
THE TRACKING DETAILS FOR THAT SHOW THAT THE PACKAGE WAS RECEIVED BY ANIKET at YOUR MUMBAI ADDRESS AT 1145 AM ON 24TH JANUARY.
I AM ATTACHING THE PDF OF THE TRACKING REPORT FROM BLUE DART WHICH CLEARLY MENTION BOTH THE FOLLOWING FACTS

I am therefore formally requesting you, ON RECORD, to please have a customer representative talk to me at the earliest, and make arrangements to have my handset delivered.
If this is not done, I would have to resort to the legal process in the consumer court, which I do not want to do.
I have a simple demand:
Send the handset to me. And give me information. This can be done very simply
Just put the handset into the courier envelope with the correct address. If the Customer Connect centre is closed, send it to my home address which is on the Job sheet
Pick up the phone, dial the registered mobile number and give me the details
All of the three above are very simply done. It will save us the trouble. By not allowing the IVR to enable me to speak to a customer service representative and by not calling back as promised in the IVR you are causing me a lot of harassment and I intend to take legal recourse if my simple demands are not met.
