I have applied for insurance for my damaged sony xperia c5 ultra of price 30k in september. After a very long process, the claim has been approved in spetember but it was 4 months done but the amount has been not credited for the claimance. I have sent the mobile along with all required documents but of no use. Am planning to place a case in Consumer court regarding this. This is not only for the amount but the way the insurance company is working and cheating the customers.

Please if someone are with the same or other issue with Appsdaily, lets join our hands and fight against the process. I will also post this in facebook, many people will be added to this issue, we can unitely fight against this and get the proper process for other people.

    I had submitted Sony xperia xa on 7th December in your apps daily centre in ludhiana not he told me that I will get my phone after 21 days. Now after 2 months, I received a call from courier service that my phone has arrived. Bt wen I opened the package, it was some OPPO phone. What the hell is this? I now need rs20000 as per the phone's actual amount. I am fed up of this

      My complaint no is: ADI_171216_[protected].
      I have a serious concern with the services of yours. I was told last week (Jan 16) that My phone got repaired and its under testing. By next week (which is current week (jan22), i would get the same).

      You have a SLA of 21 days also, I was really happy to learn that you people are following good practices. But yesterday you denied what you said earlier and now saying it is under repair and may get at the end of month. I don't understand how much time a designated repair center needs time to replace a new screen.

      I wanted to talk to escalate this issue and wanted to talk to some senior member but I was told that you even don;t have such escalation process :)
      That totally Crab.

      Apps Daily Mobile insurance is pathetic with having poorest services. In fact your customer care is totally useless, I further do advise others to avoid your company for Mobile insurance. Here you can't even escalate your problem.

      Today is 1st Feb and till now I don't know what is the status of my phone. I had given them on 19th Dec 2016 for just screen change.

      Today I was trying to talk customer care and there is no use. If I enter CIN no#, answering machine says not valid and when I go to post new claim, that routed me for on-line registration.

      I think this company has taken our phones and money and in process of running away.

        -i bought apps daily insurance. I was pleased.
        -i met with an accident, damaged my phone.
        -visited cutomer centre.
        -submitted the phone with all the neccessary document on 21dec16.
        -inspite of waiting for more than a month not yet recieved my phone.
        -visited the centre, the ask me to wait. I waited for 1 week.
        -visited again i found no one was there.
        -even they are not recieving my calls. No response to my massages .
        -even today have no information regarding my handset, they claimed service within 21 days.

        - seeking legal action (fraud) if no response in next two days.

        -will file police complain-civil and criminal both.
        -complaint in consumer forum

          My mobile is in under insurance of appsdaily after damge i have submitted my mobile and 1000rs also to service center of appsdaily which is in moksh plaza borivali but a month is going on but yet not get my samsung j2, after contacting with service center they told that we dont know any thing about your phone please contact with customer care number and also they are saying that center of appsdaily which in moksh plaza borivali it was also going to close in some days.

          Bought Appsdaily insurance spending RS 5000 for my Samsung 6edge in March 2016. In an accident, phone screen damaged. Submitted claim and phone on 24th Oct 2016. Received confirmation from AppsDaily that they will send me the repaired phone in 3 weeks. It is 3.5 months now. It is very frustrating to call everyday and leave the message. I have asked them to send me at least my phone in the condition whatever I sent them. I feel now that this company is cheater and royally they robbed my phone as well as the 5000 premium in broad day light

            I have submitted my damaged handset at local office of apps daily in Jalandhar (Punjab) on 13/12/2016 for claim as it was damaged. the local office claimed that the handset will be returned in 21 working days considering the off and holidays i went to collect my handset after 1 month but found the office was closed and when inquired about the timings it was shocking to know that there is no timing for the office and some times it does not even open in the day. so i went the other day for the same and came to know from the office that the handset is not repaired and will be returned to you and the claim amount will be deposited in your account but till now i have not got either of the two. above all i tried to visit the office again today but it was again locked and waited till 11:30 but no one came to open the office hence i am without the handset till now.

              I have submitted my request on Nov 28 2016 with all their necessary documents.
              My phone model is Oppo R7 plus and costs Rs 30000.. Till last week they said they will refund all the money if no replacement is made .But from last week their customer care is not working. Now in coimbatore the local office is closed. So i and four people have lodged a formal complaint against the office in the Police station

              Im feeling like crying losing this mobile phone. They have harrassed me waiting and cheating with false promises.

                Your new method o[censored]s requesting a call back is not effective, cause most o[censored]r customers are working people who are busy in any working day, only as and when we get some time we can call you guys up and resolve our issues. you calling us back at your convenience we might be busy.
                I was told that i would get my handset back fully repaired within this month, now i'm not able to contact you guys. and you do not send any message on when will you call back. Kindly advice what has happened to my mobile...
                i m trying to connect with customer care from last 10 days but your operator doesnt pick my call and i m waiting everytime in one hour ...so plz give my phone or good reply..neither i m going to consumer court or police complaint also...

                I have submitted my damaged i phone 5s for replacement on 8th of november and today is 25 of jan ...they assured that they will replace in 21 days and today 2 months have gone and there is no reply from them...i think this is fraud company...i will lodge a complain in consumer court...my intimation id[protected]

                    ) and as per company's policies i also paid 25% of my original bill amount(i.e 4998).As per company's policy i was supposed to get my replacement handset with 21 working days after submission of claim.But Today it has been more than 21 working days and still i haven't got the replacement handset.I want the replacement handset as soon as possible or else i want full money according to my bill amount i.e 1990

But there is not a connect centre. then we call again to company Rep. they give us another no. of Jodhpur but no reply on that No. Also. After that we find company connect centre at jodhpur and try to submit our documents as per list by company 1. ID, 2. Police complaint with seal, 3.Original Invoice. But Connect centre representative tell us to Give FIR copy. Sir, we only give a stolen mobile report to police station not FIR then how can we Give you FIR copy for a Mobile.

                        I have submitted my required details on the website of Appdaily on Tuesday and i have received further this message of the Claim Intimation Number that is ADN_240117_[protected] .
                        I have not received any confirmation from the Appdaily team . So i want to know the status of my claim. When i am calling at the helpline no person is attending the phone call. So i am in a problem by doing my insurance with appdaily . Worst conpany very bad experience. I request the conserned authoroties to check in to the matter and information should be given to me.

                            My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 was damaged on 27.10.16 due to an Accident. It was a Non-Repairable damage as tell to me by the Samsung care. After, that I have registered a complained to Apps daily on phone no [protected] after long try with many complications, complain no AD_D_291016_[protected]. I have been completed all usual formalities & sent all required documents (like original documents of the phone, ID proof, address proof, Cancel Chaque etc. along with Handset. Apps daily agreed on and Approved claim on Dated 05.12.2016 for giving me a refund amount of RS 30776 (invoice amount is 58900).

                            I have sent my damaged phone and all other documents by courier. I am waiting for this more than 2 months. If I ask the customer service they telling the same reply every time that "With reference to your below the request, we wish to inform you that your case has been processed by us and is with the insurance company for finalization.We will intimate you as soon as we receive the further update from the insurance company with respect to your case."

                            I don't know how long I need to wait for this. I am very Frustrated. phone no [protected]

                                I have submitted my mobile to apps daily before 70 days they committed that they will repair my phone with in 20 days but till date there is no proper information and the patathic thing is the customer care department is nit providing proper information and from two days i am not able to talk with custemer care executives they are not connecting the line

                                    Never fall into trap of this company.
                                    I raised a claimed request on 2-Feb-2016.Since then they have been processing my request.
                                    I used to get new email very week with document requirements.
                                    I shared all.
                                    On 10-Nov-2016 i sent last email to get status of my claim and i got reply today.(27-jan-2016)
                                    They have forwared it to insurance company and now it's insurance comapnay (NOT APPS DAILY) decision to process claim.

                                    I have given up all hopes to get my claim.

                                      With reference to the above ID, the last received update was that the handset has been despatched from the service centre. This was on Jan 4th 2017

                                      I repeat Jan 4th 2017. There has been no further intimation. I repeat, There has been no further intimation.

                                      On 16th Jan, I called and spoke to a customer service representative. He gave me the following information

                                      The handset was despatched to the customer connect centre by Blue Dart Couriers
                                      He checked the online tracking and confirmed that it had not been delivered
                                      He provided me with the airwaybill number [protected].
                                      I repeat he checked on the website and confirmed that AFTER FIVE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, the status WAS SHOWING AS OFFICE CLOSED.
                                      I also checked the tracking number mentioned above on the BLUE DART Website
                                      The status shows SEVERAL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND ALL SAYING THAT THE PREMISES WERE CLOSED.
                                      The Status ALSO shows THAT THE SHIPMENT WAS RETURNED TO YOUR MUMBAI ADDRESS WITH A NEW AIRWAY BILL.
                                      THE NEW WAYBILL NUMBER IS [protected]
                                      THE TRACKING DETAILS FOR THAT SHOW THAT THE PACKAGE WAS RECEIVED BY ANIKET at YOUR MUMBAI ADDRESS AT 1145 AM ON 24TH JANUARY.
                                      I AM ATTACHING THE PDF OF THE TRACKING REPORT FROM BLUE DART WHICH CLEARLY MENTION BOTH THE FOLLOWING FACTS

                                      IT ALLOWS FOR REGISTERING FOR A CALL BACK AND DESPITE THREE REQUESTS NO CALL BACK HAS COME
                                      YOUR WEBSITE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR ANY OTHER PROCESS FOR REGISTERING A COMPLAINT - THIS MEANS THAT THE COMPANY IS ACTUALLY PREVENTING ME FROM GETTING IN TOUCH
                                      YOU ARS STILL IN POSSESSION OF MY PERSONAL PROPERTY DESPITE MY MANY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT YOU - THE EVIDENCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE ATTACHED PDF WHERE ANIKET HAS RECEIVED IT
                                      THE ABOVE CONSTITUTES CHEATING. THIS IS ALSO AN OFFENCE NOT ONLY UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT BUT ALSO UNDER THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE
                                      I am therefore formally requesting you, ON RECORD, to please have a customer representative talk to me at the earliest, and make arrangements to have my handset delivered.

                                      If this is not done, I would have to resort to the legal process in the consumer court, which I do not want to do.

                                      I have a simple demand:
                                      Send the handset to me. And give me information. This can be done very simply
                                      Just put the handset into the courier envelope with the correct address. If the Customer Connect centre is closed, send it to my home address which is on the Job sheet
                                      Pick up the phone, dial the registered mobile number and give me the details
                                      All of the three above are very simply done. It will save us the trouble. By not allowing the IVR to enable me to speak to a customer service representative and by not calling back as promised in the IVR you are causing me a lot of harassment and I intend to take legal recourse if my simple demands are not met.
