Mera phone gionee m5 plus ka insurance 3 month se b jyada ho gya ..ab tak koi status nhi mil rha ..castmare care k pass phone krta hu phone cut ho jata h...itna preshan kr diya hu..is apps daily ne 3 month se b jyada ka tym ho gya h...koi status hi nhi mila...ab status mila to bole 1 ya 2 month lgege..are hm pgal thodi h ..m is company pr case kruga..bol rhe they january k last tak phone mil jyega or ab bol rhe h 1 ya 2 month lgege ..m 100% is company par case kruga..mera phone rakh liya h inhone ..insurancre isliyae krwate h ki phone tik ho jaye..but yha to 3 month se b jyada ka tym ho gya h..koi staus hi nhi

My claim intimation no is adi_091216_1978. Claim was lodged on 09/12/16 and payment of 11444+500 inr was done on 13/12/2016. Damaged handset was also submitted on 13/12/2016. But today is 24/01/2017. I have no response from the company. Neither have i received the new phone (Total loss) nor is anybody responding to my calls. The local representatives joy ([protected]) and nilofer ([protected]) are also helpless. Ifeel like a complete #. Aready i have shelled 14k for nothing (2000 (Insurance charges)+11444 (Total loss)+500 (Charges).

I have given my mobile samsung s6 edge plus to appsdaily for replacing display. More than 6months over i have not received my mobile or proper status of repair.
Now my warranty period also got over from samsung. So i cant able to get my mobile refund back because of spare parts not available.

I had an accident in wich my phone was damaged and i had requested to claim the insurence but after two days i had a maid saying that your claim has been rejected and the reason was saying insurer has found the following problem (S) with your uploaded documents:

1. Original invoice: in invoice amount is not match with our check list which is not accepted.

And the photo i uploaded of the invoice wich was given by the shopkeeper (Mobile mall ahmedabad). And my insurance was claimed within 30 hours.

This is regarding the online payment made on 17/01/2017 for the insurance of the phone. Amount got deducted but no insurance was generated. I called up the customer care number and was told that I have to send an email stating everything. I mailed but that was the wrong email I'd, so email bounced back. I again called up in the morning of 18/01/2017 and was told that some one will call before evening of 18/01/2017. But no one called. I called up again on 19/01/2017, but same thing again. Today 23/01/2017 when I called up there options have changed. Now you can't talk to the customer care people directly.

Kindly advice what to do now and also would like the matter to be sorted out ASAP.

I've issued my cell for insurance but the staff of your company asked for police fir I've brought the fir but now they are saying that they want fir in which the cell has been theft should be included but now the police r not giving yhe fir need help hoping for the best your faithful

This is regarding my phone samsung galaxy s6 edge. Its been more than 1.5 month since my phone was collected by the service center in meerut. But from the day they collected my handset there is no response on what is going on. I have been calling the CC for more than 10 times, there is no specific answer to my questions.
I didn't even took the backup of my data that was saved in my phone because they assured that the handset will be repaired and returned within 10 working days. And today it has been 42 days to be precise. There might be 30 working days in these 42 days but there is no response from them. It is really disappointing. I will never suggest appsdaily insurance to anyone else in future.

I am properitor of ram enterprise jasdan gujarat i have contract with apps daily insurance for repairing handset and after good working with company but at last they have not release payment of one intimation id ad_d_160116_2932980 of rs 13180. After giving all necessary docs and defective parts but they are out of way from his duty and not giving the payment and new india assurance is taken their hands out of this case. So apps daily is responsible for the same. Pls clear the payment for the above issue

I Channabasava.p. from Gulbarga Karnataka given intex aque ace hand set for repair on 04-10-16, I had enquired many times from costumer service but I have not received satisfactory reply, in last week of December 2016 I had received 2 times call from costumer service saying that you give me your contact details and postal address so that with in 2 days you will despatch your mobile, in 2 nd week I had called customer services center then they told me that still your mobile is under repair. Then I insisted to speak to higher authority but they given reply that the person is in meeting I told me that I am ready hold phone after 15 minutes they told me that we contact you with in 24 hours . when will I get my mobile ? If not please deposit the amount in my account
