Kindly check on top priority as i am facing a hug problem with Apps daily as my IPhone 6S got damaged and i have visited the shop aroung 10-15 times but the shop is always closed, Kindly do the needfull as i also have the insurance by AppsDaily but there is no resolution by Appsdaily

    What the hell are you people doing I'm suffering for two months for my phone and you people are not bothering about my valuable handset. Firstly you company said that it will take twenty one working days and then it will be send to my address that's right I agree, then you are giving me excuses that there are no parts available for my handset I have called many times to you but the answer I get is there are no parts available, so I called a Samsung service centre and asked them why there are no parts available for Samsung Galaxy S7 edge the reply I got is Sir i[censored] have ordered it why you are not getting it so he told me to give the details of the service centre where I have repaired my handset I told him I don't know because apps daily had taken my handset for repairing that means it simple that you company are not bothering about my handset so I called again at apps daily customer care I raised a question about my handset the same answer I'm getting fed up of the same fuc_ _ _g answer there are no parts so I asked about the details of the service centre where they have send to repair my handset but unfortunately they answered sir we are not allowed to give the details of the service centre. Why is that so I'm not getting the details and nobody knows you may repair my cell phone at some horrible third class service centre. To contact me call on [protected]

      I had given the mobile in Patiala Office in Nov'16 for repair but till now I have not received my mobile upon asking to the center executive every time the reply is that they have send your mobile for replacement to Mumbai office you will receive the call.Very poor service.

        Samsung galaxy grand prime was purchased on 22Dec 2015 costing 9500/-with apps daily insurance rs. 799/- mobile protection.My mobile got stolen on 16 Oct 2016 in thane station and I have claimed in app daily regarding mobile snatched on 17 Oct 2016. And they told us 'u want to pay some deductible amount rs. 2375/-(25%bill amt 9500)' for replacement of same mobile.
        After that I have called them several times regarding update but they replied it will take some time and u will get the mobile soon we are looking into this matter. After 3 months they have replied me that we will give the amount 5400/- ( 70% of current value of galaxy grand prime) they already took 25% of bill amount 2375/- and again they have deducted 30% of current market value and giving only 70% amount i.e. 5400/-.. I need a complete market value or else new mobile of Samsung Galaxy grand prime 4g...

          Unfortunately i have taken appsdaily insurance when i purchased my mobile fone. I was happy and felt lucky when i took the insurance for the phone. But started realising the bad side of the company when i went to claim my insurance. Got the first intimation id and said have to submit the fone in 7 days. Didn't realise that you will count the weekends as well. So during the 7th day i have called the appsdaily customer care number and they said today is the last day to submit the mobile fone. And they gave appsdaily alua conect centre ernakulam contact number and adress. So at 3.30 pm i had called the staff at alua conect centre and she told me to come before 4.30 pm. But appsdaily customer care have told it's functioning ttill 6.30pm. Since i was working i asked the lady who was working in appsdaily conect centre alua about this and she told don't worry, wait till one week and create one new intimation id. I trusted that staff and did as what she told. Second intimation id was given to me on december. Then i went to conect centre and gave my fone, and got the jobsheet as well. Right now it's been more than a month i have no news about my fone and said the claim has been denied.
          All people are saying at the shop that appsdaily has been cheating people with the claim and its no longer valid. If so please send my fone back. If you want i can give you the courrier charge. I havent been any situation like this before. Please, there is a limit for everything.

              Dear Team,
              My HTC 728g phone was snatched by a ##### on 29 Oct 2016 when I was going to my office. I lodged a complain in police station and submitted all my documents to AppsDaily CC Point at Virar and Paid 3750/- also for getting NEW PHONE.

              They Gave me REFURBISHED(Instead of New Phone) phone on 2 dec 2016 but it was in very BAD CONDITION. So I Returned that phone Immediately.

              3 Months has been passed but there is no feedback from the Team of AppsDaily till now. Whenever I call to the Call centre they say " Sir your request has been accepted you will get your phone soon"

              I want NEW PHONE not damaged phone.

                Hello Team,

                This is regarding the HTC phone which we have given for repair on 15th Nov-16. Till date we haven't got any update about the phone status.
                I called the Toll Free no on 7th Jan-17 where I was told that they don't have any update & they will escalate the issue. Today again i.e. on 12th Jan-17 I called them, but to surprise, I have got the same reply "No Update".
                The Toll Free guys are saying that they are not getting update from the follow up & support team. It means there is lack of coordination within your team.
                I don't know what is happening, does it takes two months to repair a phone ?
                The phone was not used for two months, can you imagine how difficult it is to be without a mobile phone ?

                    I submitted my damaged samsung s7 edge phone on 14 of nov and was received at service centre on 18 of nov 2016. They couldn't repair within 21 working days and according to their policy they are supposed to send back the phone with repair charges deposited to my bank account. They took their own decision and extended the repair time. Without a choice I waited till 30th Dec because they said they will dispatch it by than fully repaired. From that day till today I have tried everything to speed up the process to get back my phone. I have tried Customer care every single day but they just ask me to wait. Managers of connect centre don't pick up my calls.connect centre people say all they can do is send emails to the higher team.. which again hasn't helped me.in today's world where u can't stay without your phone for a single day and I have suffered without my phone for 2 months.i want my phone back as soon as possible because the parts are available near my house and I can get it repaired in a single day.This is not a joke to make your customers wait for this long. DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

                    I have submitted my phone Samsung J2 vide complaint Number ADN_071216_[protected] and got message and the phone has been repaired and send to the Customer connect centre in Gurgaon but the office is closed in Gurgaon and the phone number is switched off. ( [protected] ) This number belongs to the executive to whom I submitted my phone, in person in their office in Gurgaon. Now even after following up for almost 15 days and calling the customer centre @[protected], there is no confirmation from them when the phone will be returned back to me. I am getting messages to collect the phone before 17th Jan'2017 else the phone will be send back to their customer service center for security reasons.
                    Whenever I call them I also get a survey message to give the rating on number [protected] and when I send the rating, the message fails.
                    Please help me in delivering the handset at the earliest.

                      I gave my mobile S-7 edge on 16 November 2016 with all the required documents and fee. the mobile was physically damaged it has been than 2 months since i gave them my mobile and have not got my mobile though it was told that it would get repaired by 21 working days. after 21 days finished they are saying call after 7 days every, i call after 7 days but not giving satisfactory answer.Apps Daily choosed the wrong insurance co.I don't know how & when i will get my mobile.

                        I have a valid insurance from apps india and i submitted my phone since its screen was broken and i was informed that i will get back my repaired phone within 21 days but now it is more than 51 days but i have not received my phone and when i call apps daily they always say that phone is with samsung service centre and they will send when they get it. I fail to understand what is the system of samsung. Does it take more than months to repair a phone. I need your proper answer and solution to my problem immediately otherwise i will have no option but to go consumer court. This is highly deplorable...

                          Submitted my Samsung S7 phone for insurance claim for physical damage on 18.10.2016. It's nearing 2 months today, and neither the customer care has an answer nor the branch where this was submitted (Apps Daily, Jayanagar, Bangalore). Landline Number :[protected] is never received. Branch Manager Mr Arvind ([protected]), does not ever respond to calls or messages, and the executive at the branch Ms Asha has no answer whatsoever, except saying please talk to my manager for the status of the phone / complaint.

                              AS my insurance says 10 days guarantee my work is not even started its already 10 days i have made the payment and the mobile phone i.e. S7 EDGE woth 48k is in service centre and i here by request you to start the work before i move to the consumer forum for the fraud being done. i hope my work is done and i need not file a complaint. i have a platinium insurance and i request you to kindly do the job i have all paper work saying 10 repair ot replacement gurante

                                I have submitted my Samsung Galaxy A8 (Golden Color) phone to AppsDaily Pune (Patil Plaza) office on 21st Dec'16 for repair/reimbursement, vide above referred ADN number, which was insured by AppsDaily. Since then I have not recieved any status report on repair of my phone.

                                I have been assured by Apps Daily that I would get my phone repaired within 21 days or will be reimbursed for the same, if repair is not possible. Also, when visited their Pune branch I was assured of regular updates on alternate Phone or otherwise, which was totally neglected by the company.

                                AppsDaily customer care/branch person is not responding even when contacted from our side, time and again. When I could get through their customer care person he informed me that it may take another month or so to know the status. This is not acceptable to any genuine customer like me.

                                As I have come to Pune on temporary basis and will have to leave Pune earliest I needed my phone back within stipulated time as assured.

                                Request for the necessary guidance on the same.

                                  I have submitted my mobile to appsdaily on 6th oct.16 and i was told that within 15 days i will get handset repaired. But after 15 days i got a call that i have to repair the handset on my own and company will give me the amount . It has been around 3 nonths i have repaired the handset with 5000 rs expense and i am waiting to get the claim. Every time i call the customer care they use to say that because of Demonetization my claim is pending. This company is very unethical and unprofessional. Kindly help me to get my claim back.

                                      I am a customer of apps daily.
                                      I bought their insurance for lenovo zuk z1. When buying their insurance i was provided with so many points as to why is should by their product. But their after sale service is worst. The time they take to process claim and their management is what will be the reason for the failure of the company.

                                      I broke my phone screen by a small accident. I registered for claim and when i went to submit my handset to their office my claim was declined, the reason given was that the name on the bill is different. Just to make clear same information was provided while buying the insurance. It was approved by the company.

                                      After many call and follow ups still there is no revert from the company end. My phone screen is still cracked and i regret wasting my money on the insurance.
                                      After sale service sucks!
                                      Please help me with a solution and what can be done to get my insurance approved or a proper reason for decline.

                                        I have been running behind my mobile insurance since 4months. Due to accidental breakage, I had been waiting for the insurance amount since 4months. Earlier apps daily approved a specific amount for the repairing of the breakage, but, when sent to the service centre, a new estimated amount was given by them which was again sent to your headoffice. And was said that the amount will be sent to the bank account by first week of December, 2016, but haven't been received till now.
