With respect to above claim, I have couriered on 12th Sept. all the documents and damaged parts as asked by UB Insurance, to the address as per below:

Now, it is more than 4 months now and I have not got the compensation which is around Rs. 9800/-.

Till date, I have asking the status of claim thru mail 10 times to "[protected]@ubiassociates.com" and "[protected]@appsdaily.in" but I am getting no reply.

So, request you to please expedite my compensation. I am very much desperate to get my compensation of Rs.9800/-

    I have submitted my phone Samsung S6 edge (64 GB) in the collection center of apps daily in pimpri chinchwad, pune on 31st Aug 2016 and till date i havent recieved my phone.
    Everytime i call to the call centre they give me some or the other reason.they are not taking my case seriously. Their seniors are not ready to talk. Recently i had a call from them on 22 dec they told me that my handset will be delivered in 8 days bt i didnt received my phone so i called them back in next week. They are again saying that u will get your phone soon bt when they are not telling. Today on 5 jan 2017 I called them back and they are telling me that my phone has been delivered so i told them that i havent recieved my phone so again they are saying that they have taken my phone for repair. I checked the online status its showing phone is successful delivered to customer. i checked with the collection center they are saying that your phone has not sent by the company which is in mumbai. According to their policy you will get your phone in 45 days and now its more than 120 days.
    The executives will only tell that they have mailed anf forwarded your case.
    does it takes 120 days for a company to revert to the mail and get in touch with the customer. they just tell you fake resons.
    i have all the proofs and recordings of all the conversations done in 4 months.
    I want my phone back or 100 percent refund of my phone from company or they should provide me a same new phone.

      Hello,

      Almost three months back my brother lost his mobile phone (Samsung Edge S7), fortunately he has the insurance with AppsDaily.
      As per the procedure everything have been done including submission of 15% amount to avail the claim from my brother's end but still we are not getting any status even after 3 months.
      On terms and Condition its mentioned that this will be done in 21 working days but still we are waiting for the phone in replacement of lost.

      We tried customer care number but they don't pick up or put on hold or say they can not help other than telling the current status from system.

      We tried calling the Ghaziabad customer center but they also not replying.

      Please help

        Ref: Intimation No. ADI_020216_2953839 Dt 2nd February 2016.

        It's going to be 1 year... Nothing has happened. Does this company exist or is it a hoax. In their claims portal website they keep on updating the date on which they will intimate us. This has been done by them 11 times.
        How long will this go on. Is this a scam or has any one ever got their claim settled.
        Their phone will never be answered.
        Will some one please look into this scam.
        Can we get the CEO's contact number... ?

          My name is Ishan Sharma, I h've submitted my mobile Phone to apps daily connect centre on 1st December 2016, The CRN Number was ADN_C_251116_[protected], Last Update I received from them was on 5 December 2016 that my mobile and documents have been received to service centre, Since then there is more then one month I haven't received any update, Whenever I call to them, I always got the same reply that we will update you soon, If they have signed the document that it will be given within 21 days then, how they can delay the same. It is my request to update me for the same ASAP.

            My name is rosy singh. I submit my phone claim on 13sep'16. After that i have submitted all documents as per their instructions. They have received my documents sent by courier on 28 oct'16. Every time I have wait for good 30-45 mintues just to speak with their unprofessional employess. Who don't have answer of my questions except saying that " you will get the update in next 21 day" I am totally fed up with their lame excuse. Its been 4 months, every time they tell me check after 21 days. very poor service and very unprofessional employees. At the time of buying phone, their company representative follow me to get the insurance. Now no one wants to give me positive reply.

                I bought intex aqua ace 4g mobile. And i was asked to register a claim insurance of apps daily. Recently my phone was stolen by someone while i was at market so i claimed theft claim in apps daily. I registered theft stolen atn_231216_[protected] on dated 23.12.16. But not respond many times mail or call customer care. But every time response waiting from now when i have claimed but they didnt give any intimation about the claim process it has been worst insurance company. Do not buy this insurance by mistakely also. They extended the time by saying that the documents are having short falls and they extend 1 - 2 weeks it is just a fraud and we not have any conformation that we will get the piece.
                I calls today customer care but same message forward wait after 10-15 days extend your approval. This is only fraud company as not anything. Early is not closed or banned in this company harmfull effects for customers.

                  I purchased a Samsung Galaxy J2 hand set (SM-J200G) from Shivam Enterprise ( Madhymagram, 700129) on 29th Oct. 2015. The IMEI No. is [protected]. On that day I also purchased Appsdaily insurance ( Sr no. DUP(M[protected].

                  When I used the phone, it got a physical damage (screen). Then I launched a complaint at AppsDaily Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Barasat branch ( 3/2, KB Basu road, Champadaly more, barasat). On dated 08 April 2016.

                  On that time I also deposit Rs.500.
                  After that by giving several remainders company is not refunding the money till now (02.01.2017) . I am requesting to you to refund my money immediatly as soon as possible.Receiving the mail if any steps are not taken otherwsie I will take take legal actions.                     I had bought a lyf mobile on 01.12.2016 and also got it insured (it was suggested by the mobile sales agent). On 28/12/2016 while in market i felt that somebody tried pulling my handbag and somehow he managed to steal my mobile phone of which i have also filed a report at the nearest police station at sainik colony.
                    when i went to retailer on 30.12.2016 he asked to visit next day and today when i visited the shop (retailer again) his sales executive asked me to visit office of appsdaily at gandhi nagar(Jammu) to file complain. At the office of appsdaily i was told to lodge my complain on[protected]. when i did call the said number after hearing my details and about the theft, i was told by customer executive that my case couldn't be processed as the incidence didn't qualify as "theft" moreover it was negligence on my part.
                    At the time of purchase the sales executive the executive advised us to get insurance cover as it would protect against theft or damage( more over he told that even loss would be covered) and simply charged extra Rs500. of which i was not given any receipt of any sort nor there was any paper work. These companies are simply making fools of customers by making false promises of covering mobile theft and damage

                        We have purchased Iphone 6s with Apps Daily Insurance cover.
                        Iphone was recently damaged and claimed for Insurance, ADN _271216_[protected] we received confirmation email from Apps Daily stating as confirmed, when we visited the store to submit the phone and the documents at Secunderabad outlet which was in pathetic condition with only 1 computer and 2 staff.
                        When we went to the store straight away i was told the claim will not be processed for the day though it was only 3.30 pm, for which i have to call up customer care and complaint, later when our turn came we were informed that the claim is still under process.
                        When we contacted customer care again they checked and asked us to wait for 48 hours, when i was leaving the outlet Anitha from Apps Store called and informed that the claim is approved and wanted to speak to the agent at the outlet, later someone Ramesh Kumar took the screenshots of the error and later when we called back to enquire we were informed that the claim is rejected.
                        When i enquired about the email, they said it might be some technical issue, and about how Anitha confirmed they dint have any answer.
                        i was forced to wait for 4 hours at the store for no use and had to travel 50 kms.

                            Iam K.SARAVANAN who had worked in apps daily as a ISD in tamilnadu thanjavur vb cellworld outlet nearly 2years.There is salary pending and no committed incentives honoured by the company after achievement.I asked to the company for many times, no responce from them, finally I sent my resignation mail, they said all balance amount will be credited with final settlements.I forwarded my resignation mail to radford global technologies, and my team leader, ZSM on dec12th 2016 also attached my NOC certificate on 20 th dec 2016.Still no reply from the company, I request to accept my resignation and process all my final settlements as soon as possible.With this I attched screenshots of NOC and to whomever i sent mail.

                                        My payment is not revived my complaint number is adn15_300916_[protected], i am received my damage phone on last 15 nov, and app daily said your payment send your account on two working days, still now wait on 7 working days and not refund the repair amount, get i am coll the coll centaur hi said your amount transfer your account on november last, still i am more wait, but not refund my claim amount, and i have received coll by your coll centaur and hi said again your amount transfer on dec 1st week and got a time on 22 decmber but hi did not transfar for cliam amount, this is totally fake company, i am not satisfied with thair company and, i am tell my family member and friend, dont be use on app daily hi company are totally fake company... and i got a facebook, tiwetr also
