I have handed over my Gionee P5W with apps daily on 19 Nov 2016, it has screen damage.i have not received it yet.
no proper response from customer care & no commitment (they provide 21 days handset delivery timeline)
my complaint ID is ADN_141116_[protected]
its a fraud company, don't buy such product.
the website too don't post any recent updates about the claim
i want my cell fully repaired asap.

With regards to the above complaint, I have visited apps daily office in Virar on 23rd Nov, 16 & talked to its executive there . After confirming with back office executive Mr.Vipin Kumar, she informed me that I will get my mobile by 31st Dec, 16. I have called Mr.Vipin today, but he told me that Gionee parts are not available & will take 20 days more. Can you (apps daily people) honour your own commitments pls ? Pls advise with whom to escalate the issue or else will be forced to take legal action .The entire Apps daily team is highly unprofessional and has no value for Customer. its been more than 1 month & 12 days now and I still have no clue when will I get my phone repaired/replaced.

    I have handed my S7 edge Mobile with apps daily since 9th Nov 2016 in one of the Chennai AppsDaily connect Centre.
    (It has screen damage)
    I have not received it back yet . And whenever I m calling in this number [protected] i, e there customer care number they are not provinding any proper status update of the claim other than just "its under repair" and "wait for 21 days then call". No proper commitment.
    No responsibility.Seems like its a fraud company.
    The website too does not work well, we do not get any recent or proper updates of the claim.
    Now, I just want my Mobile back repaired or not repaired.
    And this company( Appsdaily) only harasses there customer mentally.

        Hello Mam/Sir,

        I have purchased AppsDaily Insurance for the mobile we have a new gadget - Mobile Iphone 6s . Then less than few months the screen/display was broken. We have an insured phone so we lodged complaint through customer care and handed over to the service center in Ganpati Plaza, MI Road, Jaipur with Rs. 2400/- as fee. i have no clue the status when i keep tracking on website is still repairing and we tried getting hold of the service manager on the call. He claims that there is no spare in the market. What the hell. Is this why you are making all the customers fool. Everytime we check the status with the ID Provided there is no update.
        Please better advise is what would be the best way to get the work done.

        This has reference to your mails dated Nov 04, 09 & 11 regarding claim of Mobile Insurance.

        As advised, i have completed all formalities and you have process claim which is evident from your mail dated Nov 09 & 11, 2016.

        Since more then 45 Days, neither you give Mobile nor gave status of my claim process.

        This act of yours is deficiency in service.

        In view of same i request you to process my claim within 7 days of this mail, failing which i will be constrained to approach appropriate court of law as per law of this land at your risk and coat there of.

            Hello,

            This complain is in reference to insurance id : ATN_130916_[protected]

            I had registered a theft insurance complaint on 12th September 2016 which got approved on 16th September 2016. Thus i had submitted my documents in the given time frame. Thus i was given an assurance at the connect center that the claim will be given in maximum 25 days. I waited patiently thereafter for 1 next month. After 1 month i got to know that my claim has been approved and i am to be given a new handset. A mobile no. was given to me that of the sales advisor(Mr. Nitin). After telling the whole case Mr. Nitin asked me for some time and thus after some time he told that the same model is not available in the market and thus told me to wait for some more time till he can contact his dealers. After some time he gave me the no. of his senior manager (Mr. Apish). To whom i again explained the whole incident and then he said the same thing to help me out and give me a new phone. But after some time he said that the phone(Iphone 5s 32GB) is not available in the market and thus i can either buy a phone that is same as of the invoice value or can purchase a higher version of the phone by paying the difference amount. To which i agreed and thus he connected me to his APPSDAILY DEALER on conference and asked about buying a iphone 6s 32 gb. He quoted me a price which was even higher than that of the MRP of the phone. To which i said a "NO" and thus apish told me to refund the amount in my account. Thus for further clarifications he gave me the number of his senior(Mr.Hemant) Who heads the process for North India or North Delhi. I had some expectation that atleast this person would help me out. To which he never gave a clarity on what has been happening to the claim. Thus in todays time none of the Three customer representatives (MR.NITIN, APISH, HEMANT) pick up my call ever. They read my messages but don't reply to them.
            Please reply to the complaint and provide me a solution for it.

              I have registered claim of ADN_291016_[protected] dated 29/10/216 through your customer center.

              We have submit handset and related documents to your customer center. Yesterday i called to customer care and know the status of my handset but the status is still saying they have received handset and documents. But no update on delivery. I am not getting any update on my claim status and they are just denying the mobile delivery giving logistics issue due to demonetization since 1 month.
              I really hate the worst service and want to complain in Consumer court against company...

                I have received the confirmation mail regarding the total damage claim and asked for ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and DAMAGED EQUIPMENT INCLUDING FULL BOX WITH ACCESSORIES (with Sony Experia Z Ultra mobile full box accessories). Then I have submited all the relevant documents and accessories within 7 days of April on the below address.

                Sir/Madam, This is regarding the AppsDaily total damage claim(AD_D_120316_2999053) I have received JOB SHEET FROM AppsDaily Solutions Pvt. Ltd. regarding the above matter on 18.03.2016. The below remarks have been mentioned on the sheet, "Total Loss doc received Box Adapter, Charger, SC Cancel cheque, ID Proof, Original Bill", and they had told me "the claim will be passed within 25 working days". But they have not pass the total damage claim till today. Shall I go to consumer court??? This is very poor service by the apps daily insurance company. I am irritated due to this faulty service. At the time off selling the insurance product, they provide 10 days gaurentee of repair now it was extend to 21 days, they charge from us 1000 also, 2-3 times we had send the mail, 50 times i had call at jaipur office but no response, till date i am not getting any response. Pl help

                    My claim number is ADN_181016_[protected]. Regular follow up with call center then I will not find proper services, miscommunication, misguide and cease my phone with in correct cause. I have submitted my claim after checking and approval. correct phone which was return from apps daily of my first claim.

                    I am submitted correct mobile IMEI phone with check with connect center executive. Request you to please return my mobile phone.

                    After registration of claim executive at indore office told me that you have received the call from investigation team and after approval you can submit your document.

                    But no any update and call received from apps daily team After my regular follow up I knew that my claim is approved then I was visited at indore office but it was closed and I am call to call center and inform about this then executive told me you may visit on monday but also monday it was closed and continue visited at indore office but it was met me closed then I ask to call center "When Indore office is working" they replied me indore office was closed and not address to when it come to working. After regular follow up they miscommunicate and misguide me to go to ujjain office but not not gone and visited to indore office and surprise that indore office is working then indore office executive take photo of my mobile phone, photocopy of invoice, 5% charges on invoice, check IMEI and photocopy of my ID proof.

                    After regular follow up with apps daily on call center they inform me you have lodge fake claim. How it? I am submitted correct IMEI phone and incidence then I received the call from investigation team about this and cease my phone.

                    Regular follow up call center executive take my address for my phone return to my address only and will be dispatched to me from 12/12/2016 to 17/12/2016 but not phone return and closed my claim.

                    I am not submited wrong IMEI phone and not fake claim with you.

                    I appreciated apps daily but now apps daily disappointed and sad to me.

                    Request you to please return my mobile phone. I am not wrong claim.

                        I claimed for my iPhone on 3rd November and it's been 45 days I'm not getting any response. I keep calling on helpline number and nobody response well there.                           We have submit handset and related documents to your customer center on dated 18/11/2016. Yesterday i called to your service team and know the status of my handset they put request for calling to me and your office mr. Pankaj singh calling me, your claim rejected and seized your mobile.

                          Now we request all friends please inform to your friends and relative don't purchase above products. It's waste of time and money.

                          It's fake company.

                                I had submitted my samsung galaxy J2 handset for repair, vide complaint number ADN_C_141116_[protected] at their kolkata service centre. after physically verifying the phone, taking and sending snaps of the phone from different angles, and obtaining approval from their head office, collecting 500 rupees, they sent the phone to mumbai. i received a mail after 15 days saying the phone has been tempered with and a part missing and hence the claim is rejected and they are confiscating the phone. i had never got the phone opened or repaired from anyone as the phone was hardly 4 months old. moreover, under what ground can they confiscate my phone. i have sent them two e mails but the same has been unanswered. if no suitable reply is received within a week, i shall have no option but to lodge an FIR.

                                one star bhi but zyada hai for such a poor company..I submitted my phone on cc, khurramnagar, Lucknow to the gal named zainab, (such an irresponsible behaviour of DAT gal don't know how to behave to customers just sits n wait for 6 p.m to complete her duty n go home) I did not get any job sheet or response from cc till 24 DEC 2016, after repeated followups n bhut bhaag daud k some how got my job sheet after 12 days now its 26 th december n today she is saying DAT she will send my handset by today n now I will have to wait for next 21 working days n still don't know whether will get it in repaired status or I will again have to submit my phone to Samsung service centre.
                                I got my phone Samsung s7 on 19 April 2016 n they charged 2516/-as so called their processing fee.

                                  I have given my phone on 17th October for display change as i met with an accident and the my display was damaged. I was asked to wait for 21 days as i will get my phone repaired. But today its almost 2 months and there is no information regarding my phone .

Your area Manager Mr.Hasan told me to wait for some time and he will enquired with in 15 days. Now, he advise me to contact your dealer . I contacted to dealer M/s ujjawal telecom .He told me to contact you. This is now enough…I am going to server a legal notice to you and your dealer in consumer forum and district court.

                                        Claim registration number no.[protected] in name of mohit nanda from Amritsar.
                                        submitted s7 edge mobile for claim on 17.10.16 but till date no reply from apps daily.
                                        Have called numbers of times snd visited the office at amritsar many times but even the stagf does not know any thing. Giving fame committments to return the phone in 10 days always.

                                        Result: Not repaired propely & handset was non operational
                                        Re-intimation with earlier intimation no ADN[protected] on 25.11.2016
                                        Result: Same problem exists.

                                        Need new hand set as it is insured and company is not able to repair the handset.
