Phone was damaged accidentally; that was under insurance from AppsDaily. After the 1st repair, the Customer Connect personnel noticed that phone was damaged & based on my confirmation she returned the phone to Service Connect. After this the phone was returned twice as phone was damaged. Though I have requested for replacement, they don't have a proper update.

    My samsung galaxy note 4 bronze gold, which was insured from appsdaily, was severely damaged when i met with a road accident. I notified the company about the same and got claim intimation id adn45_221016_[protected]. I submitted the damaged handset along with a sum of inr 15, 000 (Fifteen thousand indian rupees) in cash at the appsdaily customer connect point on 26/10/2016. (They said, the handset was beyond repair, and i would get a new handset of exact same model or refund of the invoice value, and for that i need to pay 25% of my invoice value (60, 000). I was promised that i will get the replacement within 10 days. Now, it has been over 40 days, and there is no response from the company. As per the promise, i should have got the replacement by 6/11/2016. Now, whenever i call them, they say, due to demonetization, the case is delayed (Demonetization came into effect on 9/11/2016). I guess, the company works on white and legal money, so there shouldn't be any trouble in providing me the replacement, as govt. Has taken all measures to maintain the cashflow. They say that the handset is "under repair". What are they repairing in a replacement case, as you need to pay 25% only in case of a replacement. It has been the worst experience with any company so far.in the modern era, almost 1.5 months beyond a cell phone is very troublesome.

    So, Finally got a call today[protected] from AppsDaily that the phone has to be replaced, as it cannot be repaired. This situation was clear from the day 1 itself (that's why the made me deposit INR 15, 000). Now as the same model is not available (Galaxy Note 4 Bronze Gold), they are offering me a Galaxy S6 as replacement. I bought the phone for INR 60, 000 in September 2016, the price of the phone is still the same, while the phone I am being offered costs almost 50% of my phone's price. I have already paid 15, 000 as the depreciation on the price. Now, they are telling me to wait for the phone to arrive, it may take 1 month, 2 month, they can't say. I want them to either refund me the remaining price of my phone, or at least offer a phone of similar value

      Its about 2 months i have claimed my phone accidentally damaged... I have received intimation id.. Apps daily centre point, adress, phone no etc. Since two months.. I use to go there daily which is about 20 km from my residency. Neither the apps daily centre ever responds nor they open their shop. I use to call customer care.. And they just say. That please call before going.. Its just a bad company...

          I have claimed for my damage product insurance with complain number adn_160816_[protected] on 18 aug 2016 for apps daily pvt. Ltd.. Claim is approved and i have submitted product, processing fee (500) and documents. My claim is accepted and my product should replace within 17 working days but after 5 months also i didn't get product replacement. I have called customer support more than 20 time but every time same response that you will get replacement within this week but i didn't get my product after 5 months also. I had emailed customer support but i did't get any response. Now a days when i am calling always they are telling that within 48-72 hours you will get call. But i am not getting any call. This process repeat again and again from 6 months. All the time customer support telling that we have escalated your complain.

              I hav claimed my samsung galaxy note 5 under insurance at the appsdaily service center 2 months back,
              i was promised by the executive to receive my handset within 45 days, i havnt received my phone yet and neither have i received any status regarding my phone,
              i have called this people end number of times, they are not entertaining my calls, most of the time there number is switched off, very unproffesional kinda behaviour,
              I would like to file a special complaint against miss smita who is the receptionist at the ghatkopar east branch, she is very rude when talkin to a customer and after there irresponsive behaviour when i threathened them of filing a complaint in police, she was like go do watever u want to,
              I dont understand why do i have to take this [censored] from this worthless people after paying so much money for the high end phones and to this fraud insurance company.a

                        I purchased Samsung Galaxy S7 edge from a samsung store in pattom for an amount of INR 56000 and insured the same with AppsDaily Solutions Private Limited for an amount of INR 6200 on 02/04/2016. The insurance coverage included all types of physical and liquid damage.
                        My handset was damaged in an accident and I requested for the claim. I went to the connect centre and submitted my handset along with all necessary documents on 05th of November 2016 against claim ID : ADN_C_281016_[protected]
                        The terms and conditions of appsdaily clearly states that the handset shall be returned within 21 working days including transit time. However i received the call from AppsDaily on 29th of November at 4:00 PM stating that my claim is rejected as the phone was found to be tampered! He went on to say that the display was not that bright which meant it was removed and the PBA was bent thus it was repaired elsewhere! My mobile was in working condition when I gave it for repair and how can they say that PBA was bent? Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is not an easily removable or repairable device! My phone was still waterproof when i submitted as it was never removed!
                        My CLAIM WAS REJECTED FOR NO REASON! On what grounds should I believe that my device was not purposefully tampered by the appsdaliy personnel to reject my claim ? I need an explanation from the team immediately!
                        I have decided to go to the consumer court and file a case against AppsDaily!
                        At first they did violate the terms and conditions by keeping my handset for a period longer than 21 days!
                        Secondly, They rejected my claim for no reason! Since they disassembled my phone my warranty with Samsung will be void!
                        This is very much ridiculous.

                              I' athul sathyadharman, have registered an insurance claim on my iphone 6s on 3rd november and my intimation id is adn[protected].

                              I have handed over my phone along with payment and details to you connect center on 5th november. When i handed over my phone, apps daily executive told to me that i should wait for 16 days for replacement. According to apps daily's terms i should wait only for 10 days. [*the insurance provides a 10 day guaranteed replacement or repair from date of submission of phone and documents*], but now it have exceeded more than 25 days, i have no information about my phone. As i am leaving state by the end of november, urgently i need my phone back

                              I hope you will look into my case and do the necessary.

                                Claim id is : atn_241116_[protected], i am waiting till 2 pm in afternoon than am going to file your complaint in consumer court.

                                I would like to tell you that on 22nd i filed a fir of my phone snatching.. I dont know what happened with the fir, the police mis printed the reason of snatching of my phone. Just stated 2 people came and after that did not mention that they snatched my phone.
                                When asked about this from police they said that your fir is under section 392 which is only about snatching and robbery.
                                When i submitted my document, my claim got rejected within half an hour.

                                So, this is my request to you that kindly give me one chance to prove my snatching case, i am commiting to you that i will give you the declaration form signed by the police stating my snatching case.
                                I would like to ask a question.. Why do we people go for insurances so that at their bad times.. Atleast insurance companies can help them, a small mistake and tou just rejected my claim?? Why?? You should give a chance to the customer to prove his case.

                                And sorryy to say this.. But if you dont give me another chance, then sorry to say but i wil then take a big step. Last option lefts is consumer court.
                                When a company doesnot listen to his customer, then i think consumer court becomes last option.

                                  I purchased a mobile insurance worth rs 5000 for my samung a5 (The insurance provides a 10 day guarenteed replacement or repair from date of submission of phone and documents) valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Every time i call their customer service center they say that i have to wait for 21 days and the handset is 'under repair". I asked them to give it as a email reply and they declined. The fact that they didnt give an email id for the customer service itself proves that they are a fraud company.

                                    I manoj kumar chasta had purchased a mobile phone of oppo brand / imei no. [protected] i on 8th oct'16 and on the same date i have taken insurance from you (Apps daily).

                                    I was checking the documents and found that my dob 31/10/1988 which is incorrect in the document, it should be 10/08/1995 and my full name is manoj kumar chasta, on papers it is mention only manoj chasta which is also i want to be corrected.

                                    This is unaccepted and may led problem to me while taking benefit of insurance in future.

                                    Hence i request you to make the correction in the insurance documents and send me confirmation for the same and also send me corrected documents.

                                      My mobile was insured with apps daily but when it get damaged and i claimed for insurance there was very very very very poor response from apps daily.
                                      i have submitted all the documents required but sill the apps daily representatives are not satisfied and 2 months gone now and they are asking for one after one documents and formalities which are even not mentioned in the website.

                                      ALL OVER ITS VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE FROM APPS DAILY INSURANCE COMPANY.

                                        Sir i registered claim at 12 oct 2016.
                                        Within 4 days my claim rejected.
                                        Now so many time happen.
                                        My phone not returned.
                                        So many time i call in service centre.
                                        I also sent many emails on [protected]@appsdaily.in
                                        They not give me positive response.
                                        I am so mentally torture by you.
                                        Plz sent me my headset
                                        Otherwise i take legally actions.
