My name is vipul prakash and i have taken apps daily insurance for my samsung galaxy s7 edege worth of r.56, 900 phone on 30/6/2016 paying extra rs.5000 for insuramce. The phone was physically damage due to accident. Then we reached out to apps daily with great difficulty as their customer care number never pick the phone and as per the apps daily customer care instructions we have submitted our handset on 14/9/2016 (Samsung s7 edge phone) in the service centre at railway road, aligarh. Up again paying a fee of rs.2700. They have a generated a (Claim id # adn_080916_[protected]. From then we are regularly following up the service center by email and by phone but till todaywe have not got the solution. We spoke to many people in the customer care department even the managers and team leaders (Ramesh harijan - rameshkumar. [protected]@appsdaily.in, mr. Vikas guptha) these people had said they will give us a call back with some status update but never heard back from the. We have even sent emails to ([protected]@appsdaily.in, ajay. [protected]@appsdaily.in, arun. [protected]@appsdaily.in [protected]@appsdailyworld.com) regarding our issue asking for an update on our phone but never got an update from them.

Please look into the matter.

    I Submitted my MObile to APPS DAily over a month back the REg number is cin adn[protected]. I am yet to receive the Mobile back from them. When i try to contact their Call centre i keep receiving unclear answers & when i ask to speak to their higher ups they say two things 1. THey are busy in a meeting 2. They will get back to you within 2 Hrs. Even after 48 hrs i still have not heard from them. Yesterday i receive an answer that they need another 15 days. Apps daily has comitted delivery within 21 days. About 10 days back i had contacted them & they assured me that i will get my Phone on 22nd Nov. I had also told them clearly that i need my phone back by 24th as i was going on a official tour for 4 weeks & would be severly handicaped without this phone. And on 23rd i get an answer that they require another 15 days.
    Their website does not provide any option of providing a feedback of their services nor does it provide an oppurtunity to contact higher authorities for voicing/ resolving the concerns.
    I trust with this that i will get the attention of a person who has the authority & responsibility of resolving my Proble.
    I expect a replacement of my moble by tomorrow as i do not have the time to wait another 2 weeks for repair.

        Thank you so much for your prompt response on issue mentioned below.

        As i submitted my mobile on 24/08/2016 to appsdaily centre rohini for repair but when i collected my mobile from appsdaily centre that not repaired, Even my mobile more damaged from as i submitted there is missing some parts .

        And your claim rejection points also wrong . Please give me reasonable point to reject my claim .

        I want to know the my actual location which where my mobile was switch off..

        I need my mobile phone back . or repaired it...

        You mention upon preliminary scrutiny of the device, your technical or your imagine personnel observed the Damage of the handset is different from actual damage found in my handset.

        Kindly share the damaged and lost term and condition which is not come under my claim or else i will file the RTI for the same.

        Once again request you to provide positive and authentics reply(reply all) with valid bond paper and with your all term and condition on damaged claims so that i can share same with other's consumer for awareness about you worst service.

        Would appreciate if matter look into as a goodwill and as a humanitarian ground.

        Would seeking an explanation on mention below points.

        Causes of extra damage from your end and intention behind for this goons act.

        Where is the missing parts and their functionality on repaired phone.

        Failed to provide the complete claim reject justification.

        Physical life threatening action by your hired goons outside near your service centre.

        Misleaded commitment whilst approached for an insurance policy.

        Unethical behaviour towards consumers.

        Delay for met consumers expectations.

        Bond paper with total claims riders with this insurance policy.

        Why there are lots gaps for your customers services.

          Dear Mohit ji,

          as our telephonic discussion held by time to time and my Gionee M3 insurance...

          I purchased that Gionee M3 on dated 27 feb 2015, and i also purchased your app daily insurance from same shop that is " Arihant Communication" shop no 147, cantonment shopping complex, ahmednagar.
          After an 8-9 month this handset mat an prob in that time personal i visited that shop and your company representative Mr. Danish (who is insist me too purchase the insurance) mr. danish has told me that go to service center which is at MR trade center, wadiya park but at that service center was not accepted that mobile.
          Again i contact to Mr. Danish then he told me to you must go to service center at pune or aurangabad which is i can possible also i submitted insurance document which is needed along with all sign and signature( pls find attament for same).then i send this mobile with my cosine to aurangabad service center.( if service center is not available at our location or not possible give service for a customer then why he insisted me)
          Aurangabad service center regarding person was told that u again submit document and mobile send to benglore address also he told me that u r insurance value is near about 8000 is sanctioned by company, payment will be deposited at my account which i given canceled chk and do connected with the company representative at nagar location.
          After time to time i contact Mr. Danish but every time he cant possible to give me a proper reason or proper guidance abt the same.but when every i consistently contact Mr. danish i found that mr. danish was not submitted that document to concern person or department. And always he said me that no reply from desk or from customer care or senior person.i think Mr. danish is not serious about customer service.

          I think i made a mistake to purchased that app daily insurance and to believe that company who is no need to customer and cant possible to give any responsibility about the same.

          When i forcefully insist then he gave u r mob and contact you for the same time to time.
          as per your suggestion i send that all history of this case.
          then can you please resolve my prob.
          and let me know that u can also possible to resolve my prob.

            I purchased a mobile insurance worth Rs 5999 for my iPhone 6s on 30th Jan 2016 (THE INSURANCE PROVIDES A 10 DAY GUARENTEED REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR FROM DATE OF SUBMISSION OF PHONE AND DOCUMENTS) valid for 12 months from date of purchase .
            Unfortunately on 7th November I had an accident due to which my phone broke. On 8th November i contacted appsdaily and submitted claim form for my insurance. I submitted my phone along with all required documents on 11th November.
            Now as they have guaranteed a 10 day replacement or repair from date of submission of phone, I am supposed to have my phone back by 23rd November. But when i contacted regarding my cliam status, they are telling that they have changed their policy and that now it takes min 21 days for me to get my phone.
            I purchased an Insurance worth 5999/- which is expensive for a phone because it provides a 10 day guaranteed replacement. The concerned customer support is not ready to provide a reliable answer and i am made to run behind them.

            Kindly consider and do the needful

              Accidentally, my phone broke down.. I logged the claim and got the Initimation No. But when I have to submit phone and all documents, staffs are not available on time. I went to office atleast 8 times. Sometime staffs are not avilable, sometimes mumbai staffs are not in the office, and when i submitted all the necessary documents then they dont send me approval. After 15 days the send me the mail that '' It is observed that the required claim documents were not submitted to our Connect Centre within the prescribed period of 7 days from generation of claim intimation.Therefore your claim is not tenable as per the terms and conditions of the protection plan/scheme.''
              Its obviously not my fault but slow procedure of this company.

                Its with u for last 1 month nobody tell me when i got my mobile back and what legal actions i can take against them i am so frustrated please help me any one want to know the status of my claim intimation . I am not getting any response from the company after it is processed. If I do not get any response I will file a case in consumer court against the company because I am getting irritated from the company and service center.

                  My Name is Mahesh and I have taken APPS daily insurance for my samsung Galaxy s6 edege worth of R.49, 900 phone on 26/1/2016 paying extra Rs.5000 for insuramce. The phone had some liquid damage power button due to accident and it stopped working. Then we reached out to APPs daily with great difficulty as their customer care number never works and as per the APPS daily customer care instructions we have submitted our handset on 8/9/2016 (SAMSUNG S6 edge phone) in the service centre in Kukatpally Hyderabad(Address:CC1149-Kukatpalli, Plot No:55, Usha Mullapudi, Arch Rd, Bhagya Ngr Colony, Beside Papa John) again paying a fee of Rs.2700. They have a generated a (Claim id # ADN_0809016_[protected]. After a month as we did not hear back from them we walked up to service centre to check the status of our phone but the service center people said they do not have any information about as they have sent the phone to their main branch in Mumbai and we have to f0llow up with customer care people. From then we started following up with customer care every week by being on hold for more than an hour and every they say that they have given approval to give a new handset for us and by next week we will get a call from retailer and they are escalating our issue to the concerned team. This is what we are hearing from customer care from past 2 months. We spoke to many people in the customer care department even the managers and team leaders (Ramesh Harijan - rameshkumar.[protected]@appsdaily.in, Mr. Vikas Guptha) these people had said they will ive us a call back with some status update but never heard back from the.                   I also spoke to MR. Vikas Shetty floor manager in apps daily (vikas.[protected]@appsdaily.in) saying that he will call us back with our status update but never heard back from him. We are seriously not sure of wha happened to my phone. Its really Pathetic. I think its a fraud company.

                      I have not received my claim payment hi was juest a ever time wait a month coll centre said every time your amount refound on your account on just 1 week but stil now not received my payment there was not coll and not any information . Provides on me . I am 20 coll for every month but gaus are not responding of any queries hi was said every time sir your amount transfer on just in 1 week . My damged phone date 4october 2016 . Hi just received my damaged phone returned on 15 December not any riapair .gaus said you are plz repair any other mobile store . Compny pay your riapair amount on just 2 days but still 16 February 2017 not refound my ripair cost

                        Adn[protected] is customer id : sony c4 dual which i have submitted in appsdaily service center - maninagar, ahmedabad, gujarat. Turn around time for company was extended from 12 days to 21 dyas. At the end of 43 days i am getting answer "sir, humain pata nahi kitna time lagega" "hum kuch nahi kar sakte" my handset worth 20k is with company. They are not doing anything. Rubbish company. Poor staff. Please let me know if legally one can help me.

                        On 4th october but still not returned.. i am call, call centaur as par every time said wait a week but still now not received phone and returned amount, my damage phone not a repair and and any information ..kindly i am waiting for last 1 month and 11 days very loss service ...

                          I have filed claim of my damaged device on dated 29.10.2016 vide cliam intimation no. Adn_291016_[protected].

                          I have also submitted my damaged handset to apps daily customer service center at vadodara, gujarat on dated 10.10.2016 and pay deductible amount of rs. 650/- of device value as per policy terms and conditions but still now they was not issued job sheet at all. I frequently call to service center they told, job sheet released within two days and customer center told required seven more days for released job sheet. I didn't get proper reply from apps daily.

                          At the time of purchase apps daily insurance they write they policy for compensation for damage repair or replacement of the damaged device within 10 working days now almost 15 working days over in that case but device not send to service center.

                          We attached herewith copy compensation terms.

                          We request you please take matter on propriety basis and request to other customer please don't purchase this products this waste of money and time.

                            I ahve given my phone to apps daily company as the screen was broken and my phone was insured by apps daily comapny on 23 september, 2016. then i received a message on 8th oct, 2016 that my phone is not repairable and company will provide me new phone on giving 2500 rs (wich is 20% of the invoice value).it's ok. but now when i reached the office of apps daily they are not able to give the justification that the phone is new. even the phone dosn't look like new...please help

                              My Mobile have gave for service under the AppsDaily Damage Insurance: AD_D_250716_[protected] to the following Appsdaily service center(Address: CC1136-Coimbatore, Rasi Building Ponniyarajapuram) on 30-july-2016 Still there is no response form the appsdaily service provider.
                              Even though The New India Assurance Company Limited had approved the claim for my damage the appsdaily service provider cannot make my mobile service happen.
                              Kindly make a step on the appsdaily insurance.

                              Still My Mobile was not Serviced.
                              I contact their Support team with all possible and i found my mobile is in chennai adyar SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER and the service center manager replied in the time we are not able to support Appsdaily service due to outstanding payment pending with Appsdaily.
                              I asked to return my mobile. it was returned with Broken screen damage and my mobile in dead condition.

                                My phone sony m4'aqua IMEI [protected] given to repair on 15/9/16 at service centre name_mobile connect hub Punjab in chandigarh.he give me 45 days to return phone but when I call he say that your phone body parts are not availeble and request me to extend the time till 7/11/16 and than again I call on 7/11/16 and again say ro extend till tuesday .and I call again on tuesday than again say to extend .when I go to service centre he talk to me not in good manner qnd irritating me from month..so please help me...

                                  on[protected].It has been claimed as a total loss, and I have even couriered all the required documents, but the status is showing as below

                                  Till today the status is same . Worst service by the company and totally zero
