I purchased a samsung smartphone on 27.12.2015 and insured it under the policy of Apps Daily Insurance against damage for one year. My phone got damaged and i claimed for the insurance on 04.10.2016. I was charged a fee of INR 750 but later on i was denied the claim. It has been 20 days since then but they have not provided resolution. The complaint no issued on complaining is [protected]

I am composing this mail inorder to make you aware about my disappointment in appsdaily insurance service. I submitted my phone' Samsung galaxy A8' for repairing at appsdaily service center at Aluva on 14 July 2016.I got my phone back approximately after 10 days. Actually my phone's primary camera outer glass cover was damaged but they replaced my camera lens with a much worse one. And after the service, my phone's display sealing is broken and is falling apart from the body. My audio jack is not working properly .Sensors are not working. My camera is filled with dark spots. My phone is completely in wrecked Condition.I have appsdaily platinum insurance. I payed 2500 for insurance when I buy the phone and a additional 1500 when I submitted the phone for repairing at your service centre Aluva. My intimation ID is "ADN_140716_[protected]".I have been contacting appsdaily representative Mr. Sujith[Area Sales Manager] regarding this problem for the last 3 months. I am completely fed up with appsdaily service and need a phone replacement. I am filling this petition for fraud on consumer court against -Mr. Sujith[Area sales manager]

Its been a long time since I have submitted my phone to get it repaired but as a lack of display available they failed to do so. Appsdaily informed that they would resolve it in a week time span but its almost a month now but still did not receive any feedback/update from them.I need a quick action to be taken and get my insurance amount and phone back before its takes too long now or else strict action needs to be taken against Appsdaily.

Its been almost 5months for i hv surrendered my iphone 5s grey colour cell phone which slipped out of my hands while i was talking when i was slightly struck by a 4wheeler and as i had insured my cell so i surrended it in the neraest store where i purchased the insurance. They even told me dat my claim has been processed and i vl get back my device soon but its been more den 5months almost. So at last find this way to register my complaint unless it resolves soon i will suit a mental harassment and a consumer case in the consumer forum.. my complaint number at the apps daily was SR000000C858. For Apple iphone 5s 16gb. Color grey

I, slept at around 4:30 am today on 21st of october and kept my phone over the side table. And due to vibration of some calls over it, my iphone fell down on the floor frm the side table in result the screen of my phone is damaged.
But sir when i called your customer care they refused to give me damage claim as they were saying it is due to neglegency so will you please tell me who wants to damage his own lovingly belonging wishingly so i just want to say you that accident happened its not our choice no body wants and its your work to help we people during these types of mishappening for which the esteemed company like yours is known sir.
O sir pls look into the matter and clear my damage claim or suggest me not to buy your insurrance policy in future so that i would also suggest other not to buy. Hope for the best reply or help from you.

I'm Pranshu Dixit, my mobile phone ( Apple Iphone 6s ) got stolen from Rajiv Chowk Metro Station on 16th September 2016 at 12:05 PM while entering the metro.

After that, I filed online FIR and got the auto mated response.

I already had a word my uncle Mr.Hiralal Baliyan(Special Cell, Crime Branch, New Delhi) & he says that the case is considered as THEFT only( as It comes under IPC 379-Theft).

I already filed the complaint in DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM against AppsDaily for the false promises, cheated services & as I have the proof written guidelines shared by AppsDaily in the package which says that "they provide the complete insurance for Theft/Breakage.

Kindly revert fast and help me further with the registration procdeure of the MY CLAIM otherwise I won't take my complaint back which I have filed in district forum.

I purchased mobile insurance from appsdaily on[protected] form thane.
I filed a claim for my damaged mobile on[protected]claim intimation number ad_d_130916_[protected] to appsdaily.
I also submitted my handset to appsdaily gallery. almost after one month i got to know that, my handset is not repairable. so i wrote mail to [protected]@appsdaily.in on[protected] for request to return my handset in same condition.
But till date i have not received any response regarding the same.

Appsdaily is very poor, appalling and torturous insurance service providers. Their hidden rules are like hangman's noose for a customer.

To connect to their call centre is an absolute nightmare! In 9 out of 10 times their call centre keep you on automatic recorded messages. Even after 30 minutes of waiting, you don't have anyone answering the phone.

To get to their contact centre is a distant dream as they are located in dubious and dingy corners of the city. Their staff cant even give directions! Their connect centres usually have frustrating staff who are very RUDE and slow. Contact centre numbers barely work.

They claim to have tie ups with service centres but the service centres of Samsung and Sony do not entertain the claimants. You have to run around from pillar to post and waste a few days to hand over your phone to them for repair or claims .

I'm waiting for almost one month but my phone still not returned (case no ADI_120916_[protected]. If you misplace any document at their dubious connect centre, you have to go to court and get a stamp paper in which you have to declare your identity to get your phone back. Going to the contact centre in person will not solve the issue.

Some PLEASE SAVE ME FROM THEIR HARASSMENT AND TORTURE AND RESCUE MY PHONE (SAMSUNG NOTE 4) FROM THEM.

This is in regards to the claim for intimation id ad_d_300716_[protected]. its been more than a month i haven't received the amount of the claim. its annoying to check the update every second day and see the same thing mentioned to check it again. your customer care number is not at all usefull it takes an hour to get connected to your executive who are not at all helpful, they can't commit anything. even one of your executive mr. naveen when asked to transfer the call to his supervisor he disconnected the call. request you to please update me how soon i can get the amont credited in my account. it will be really helpful.

I Bhavesh Rupawat . My intimation id- AD_D_231015_2814799 have not received the claim. As every time I call the customer care my phone is not responded. I always check my status on your website it give next 5-6 day to check status and it being going from almost a year. I need my claim as soon as possible.. Unless I will take a legal action. contact me as soon as poosible.

My handset samsung s7edge was taken by the samsung company, as it had some heating problem. i purchased the mobile on 8th aug 2016, and i got the money back from samsung. but i got my mobile insured for rs.5000 at apps daily, now these people are not responding. my question is when my mobile was defective and the money has been returned by samsung then for what reasons apps daily is not returning my mobile insurance money, neither my mobile was stolen nor it was damaged, but it was defective, whole world knows that samsung is facing reheating trouble in their handsets. called on their customer care number but sad to say they are turning a cold ear. i request you to please look into this matter. their is difference between damage and deffective product. i dont know much abt the companys office.

I purchased microsoft Lumia 640 XL in2015 november. Apart from that I was asked by the Apps Daily executive to purchase an insurance worth 1299 for the same. I was explained that I just have to call the customer care no and register my claim if there is any loss, theft or damage to my phone. I purchased it from Spice Hotspot shop no 3 and 4, Propertyno C1 A, MSC main vikas marg, Aruna park laxmi nagar. I damaged my mobile by falling and it broke. When I tried to register complain there was no one to hear it. The customer care no was not available as I tried the whole day. PLease resolve my issue as I have already paid Rs 1299 for the insurance and still there is no one to hear my complaint. Also the shop from wher I purcased the mobile has already been shut.

Its been 3 months that i have handed over my damage mobile phone to appsdaily mobile protection (insurance company) against damage claim. i have submitted my damaged handset, but against my expectations they gave a total loss approval. still i deposited all the documents & accesories well within the time. i have called many times to the customer care of appsdaily but all in vain.

I have register a claim. I have received claim intimation no. But same no. is not traceable. I tried calling on toll free no. & also on[protected]. They are keeping me on hold for more than 20 minutes. There is no response from their side. Even their website is not able to trace claim no. I am fed up with them.They do not have that much courtesy to at least send a mail. They do these activities so that customers gets fed up & leave their claim money.
