Dear sir,
I rakesh sahu s/o - purna chandra sahu, at/po - turang, ps/ dist - angul odisha-759123 had logged a complain on my name against my damaged mobile having id no. ad_d_010516_[protected]. at your appsdaily office hemrsurpada, angul on dtd. 03 may 2016. but till now there is no reply form their end. so, yesterday i had also called to your bhubaneswar hub office having ph no-[protected]. they are replied me that your complain id is pending for approval at our head office mumbai. then i had also called to your head office having ph no-[protected] from my own mob no-[protected] in 3-times. but they are respond my call and replied me please hold your call because your call to be transferred to our complain dept.. i am wait up to 10 mins. but there is no reply from your end.

That why i am very much suffering to get your service. really i am fed-up on appsdaily company.

I am decided if i did not get my mobile servicing benift, then i go to consumer court for getting justice in my case all so u hav to pay the cost of my case for wrangling unnecessary for such long time in the court of law.

    Appsdaily initially said 10 days replacement if not repaired when my display of the phone was damaged they said 22 days but after 20 days when i receipt no response about the status of my phone.i called the cc centre of jharsuguda they said they are closed nd contact rourkela but several times in between i tried calling customer care about it was worthless they didn't even pick it only charges were deductible.Now after 28 days also they are not assuring my status for the phone.They kept my phone for more than 28 days and now also they are totally not updating me. I asked the girl over in rourkela she said she is not sure but may they will also not repair nd return ur phone back.it is totally absurd that u are keeping some one's property for such along time but not responding nd updating any updates.

      1. I have my mobile insurance with appsdaily solution p. Ltd.
      2. My mobile sony z1 display has broken and i gave to appsdaily solution p. Ltd. Branch located in virar at that time my mobile network was working properly and there is no other problem in my mobikle
      3. I gave my mobile sony z1 to appsdaily solution p. Ltd. On 25th july 2016 and that time my mobile network was working properly but after 25 days (approximately) i received my mobile that time my mobile display was repaired but my mobile network was gone.
      4. Next day i visit airtel gallery for my network issue but they told me that there is no problem in network there is problem in mobile and same day i return my mobile sony z1 to appsdaily solution p. Ltd. And after around 10 days i received my mobile but the problem of network was not solved and i return my mobile at same time to appsdaily solution
      5. I received mobile again there is a problem of network and like this i have given my mobile 4 to 5 times becoz of network issue and from last two months my mobile is with appsdaily solution and becoz of that i have to face so many problem becoz my all work is depend on mobile only
      6. Finaly i visit appsdaily solution p. Ltd. Head office located in andheri on 28th sept. 2016.
      7. There i meet srishti madam (mobile no. [protected]) at 3.00 p.M. And we told her about my mobile soni z1 problem and she check all the details of my mobile and it took 1 hour to check and after 1 hour she come to us and told me that i have to check your mobile soni z1 quality check report and also told me that quality check report come afetr 1 hour.
      8. I called her after 3 hours and she told me that your mobile (sony z1) quality check report was failed and that time she also told me that we get new mobile or cash back and also told that she have to discuss this with her senior (nilesh sir)
      9. On 29th sept., 2016 i called her but she is not picking my call than after some time i called her again but she is not picking my call and finally i spoke with salim khan and he told me that he have to discuss my mobile network problem with srishti madam.
      10. After some time they called me aand told me that my mobile was repaired and sending through courier.
      11. But now i don't won't that mobile return becoz it was repaired 5 to 6 time and it was totally damage
      12. Dear madam kindly note that a customers faith in the brand is for the quality and service provided by the company. We have sent the phone almost 4-5 times to the service center after repeated failure of the operation of the phone. In spite of being patient with the situation and towards the customer care we have not received any positive response from their end.
      13. We deny to accept the repaired phone and demand for cash back as we are not happy with the service and quality of the phone for the money paid to buy it.
      14. I paid money for mobile not for damage mobile.
      15. Respected sir/madam please solve my mobile problem as soon as possible thanking you

        My phone was under insurance from AppsDaily, and after my phone broke i naturally went to claim insurance and get my phone repaired. and now its been 5 months and they still havent returned my phone. And obviously i tried contacting them many times and each time they reply that we will send updates through email but never once i got any mail or reply.they guranteed claim in 15 days and its been 15 days. Its already hard to contact them and when i get with them on call they say they are working on them. I would really like to get my phone reapired.           I registered my complaint on phone today (07/10/16 at 4.30 pm) after waiting on phone for half an hour. My phone got damaged on 2/10/16 at 4.00 pm. I have been trying to contact customer care for last 4 days. Intially the toll free no. Provided with the insurance form is non existent now. Next day i tried the site and then i came to know about ur new no.. Which is never answered by ur executives, cause probably ur short of staff (Well thats ur problem). Then i tried registering my comp[laint on ur site. There again on pressing submit button, your site is not registering complaint. Today after 4 days waiting for ur executive to answer after half an hour, and me being truthful that my phone was damaged 4 days back. I am told that ur claim can not be taken as it is more than 96 yrs. I could have said that it was broken today or yesterday. But then i am being penalised for being truthful and for telling u about ur inefficiency to register the complaint on phone, as it is never answered by ur executives. And you expect a person to waste his full day waiting for his call to be answered. I will go to consumer court, and register a complaint against ur insurance company - a fraud company ur are running. A company which is looking for pretext to reject complaint for no fault of customers and creating the enviroment, so that customer cannot register a complaint. Thanking you

            I (Harpreet singh) purchased samsung a3-sm-a300h from bedi sales pvt ltd, ludhiana.
            And got its insurance from appsdaily at that time. After that my phone got damaged during motorcycle driving. I booked a claim with appsdaily vide intimation id ad_d_280616_[protected].
            The claim was intimated by me on 1 july, 2016, but nothing has been done in this regard by your concerned office. I visited office for about 15-16 times, but they didn't responded positively.
            I feel like being cheated by the company and also feeling depression, feeling like my money has been robbed..
            Please do something positive in this context.
            No body is listening in your office..
            I shall be very much thankful to you if the matter is resolved asap.
            My advocate says that we must take this matter to court, but i am taking time waiting for anything positive from your company.

Wheb inquired about the refund it was told to me by september last week i will recevie. But till now no claims is been credites in my account and calling in customer care, they are not picking the call. Waited for 30 mins on hold but not transferring the call. Plz make the payment as soon as possible.

                I had submitted my handset on 16 aug 2016 and its is written on job sheet i will get my handset with in 10 working days now its been approx 2 months and they are not providing any status of my handset when ever i reach to their connect centre i didn't get any response, niether they their customer care took my calls nor reply to my mails... Nw tell me what should i do and pls don't do fake promises to customers and i[censored] r nt able than stop ur policy.
                Now i again visit last day at office place but unfortunately i found office closed and as per asking by all people said it is closed forever!
                Now i am very much frustrated by all of this

                  As desired all documents along with damaged phone was sent. Its now more then 8 months but i have no news about the status except i am being informed that its under process.
                  No one is taking the call in your customer care no.. I have been trying to contact since last 4 months. Have sent several mails but there is no reply.

                      I, Prateek Agarwal, had submitted my phone to the apps daily service center in Siliguri, West Bengal on 24th October, 2016. The problem with my mobile handset iPhone 6S(Rose Gold) was broken screen. I haven't received any update yet. My Intimation Id is: ADN_211016_[protected]. Its been 3 months and I haven't recieved any update yet. Apps daily insurance claims that the phone will be repaired within 21 working days. I've been complaining through calls and mails to the customer care but everytime I call, they tell me to wait for another ten days. I am highly disappointed by the service.                         The company has not send me my repair refund amount as my hand set broken during insurance period. There is no address physical and no email address mention on website. You have register your complaint under the nos.[protected], no rep is avaiable to speak it kept you waiting.
                        Condition is you have to lodge online complaint I filled the form when one try to send you can not send.
                        This is almost cyber fraud.

                          I have brought a phone on may. my screen broke due to some small accident. my phone had insurance with appsdaily. so i went there and gave my phone to them to change my mobile screen. they fixed it and send the mobile back to the customer connect point located at the given address sent by mail from appsdaily customer care:
                          Appsdaily connect center address:cc1149-kukatpalli, plot no:55, usha mullapudi, arch rd, bhagya ngr colony, beside papa john? s ph:[protected] store timing: 11:00am - 6:00pm lunch time: 1:30pm - 2:00pm closed on: sunday.
                          When i went there i saw the shop was closed. i tried to call them but all their mobile number was switched off. please help me to get my new phone back from them.

                            I want to register a complaint -

                            APPSDAILY intimation ID ADN_230816_[protected] I have given them phone for damage repair on 25 August

                            I have not have so much frustating experiance till now which I got from appsdaily -

                            This whole organization literally took an oath to frustrate down your customer, nobody is able to answer where my phone is and when I will get it back since last 15 days I am hearing that it is in the service factory - well what the hell it is doing there since so long and, when on earth I will get it back - no update on that,

                            I have made multiple efforts to contact you guys in all the ways possible I am not getting and update from your side even when it is promised,

                            Let me tell you the service scenario I have experienced

                            1) Once you drop the phone at customer connect center - there is no update whatsoever.

                            2) After the timeline of the guarantee repair which is 10 working days which comes to 17-18 days in total, and there is no update - it is obvious to panic - you go on to the portal page - http://www.appsdailyclaims.com/ - has not even once able to route me to the status of my handset.
                            I am always routed to the customer support[protected], to which I am trying and nobody is picking up you am keep on hearing - "dear customer app apna claim status hamari website se bhi le sakte h." for more than half an hour or more and that is every time I tried.

                            3) Then you transfer my efforts to contact the customer care center which I did- connect center pick up the call 1 in 10 times - I was promised the update or the headset to the weekend which is not delivered when I tried again there was nobody to pick up, - I have to go to connect center and I am convinced that the call were ignored purposely.

                            4) Since I was personally there the manager contented to me that too on call (Manager was not at the office), he told me that my phone will not get repaired as the parts it not available (this I am talking about Samsung’s flagship phone Galaxy S7 edge), and I will receive the call from head quarters to dispatch the phone if I agree, timeline 2 days.

                            5) I waited for the call the call never came, tried contacting connect center or the Manager but call was never attended after that.

                            6) Thankfully Manager gave me an email - [protected]@appsdaily.com - and from that day I have just got a single response stating that we have escalated the issue, but they didnt gave any timeline or ETA, which by the way I do not have till date.

                            7) Since I was left with no other option I am calling customer care daily - where the waiting time to talk to the representative is min. 30 mins every time, I got a response that my case is not escalated till date, they are doing it at that point.

                            3) Issue is escalated with appsdaily - 7 calls are made with 4 emails are been sent, multiple messages on the Facebook case - I have not heard anything till now where my mobile is - except that it is in Service Center.

                            9) I have enquired about the ETA so as to when APPSDAILY will have the info about the headset - they do not even have a vague estimate.

                            10) Asked about - if I ask for the return of Mobile without the repair how much time it will take - they do not even have a vague estimate.

                            12) I have made efforts to talk to some authoritative member of APPSDAILY who can understand the situation and take action - but when done so customer care representative put me on hold and call gets disconnected in 10 mins.

                            11) Even after all this - there is no effort from APPSDAILY to communicate proactively from there side to me.
                            For a working class person where there humongous other things that really matter keeps him on edge o - getting up in the morning is to contact appsdaily, sit for 30 mins or more talk to somebody who will have no idea where the product is, or what they are doing about it, and then gets disconnected is the main aim.This is extremely wrong

                            My issue is escalated multiple times, but till now I do not have any update or an ETA except that the phone is at their service factory, I have no update as in where my phone is.

                              I am md kalamuddin who claimed the insurance for the samsung J2(6) mobile for damege.the mobile display broked on 23 sep 2016 at 7:30 pm when i was drive bike.my intimation no. is ADN_240916_[protected] and imei no. is [protected].it has been repaired but your company not dispatch now.
                              so i say that please look at matter and solve it.
                              i hope you are look and solve it as early as possible.

                                  My handset was damaged on 5th september 2016 i received an claim intimation letter on 6th september 2016 .
                                  One of your employee misbehaved with us .
                                  No proper information and direction given to us .
                                  There is an one female attender on your laxmi nagar customer care she was not at all behaving like an mature lady she was just showing her attitude towards us, .
                                  As your policy is (10 days guaranteed replacement or repair ), this is all lie .
                                  I want you to take an action against it. And give my money back as soon as possible.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I had submitted my docs. Details for claim under above reered intimation number.
                                    I called up you office[protected] on 27th septemebr, 2016 and was told that we have received all docs etc required and after verification has been submitted to insurance co. And will revert to you in 24 to 48 hours from now.

                                    I did not get any update till today. I again called up ([protected]) and some one named sheetal attended cal and after taking my details she told me to be on line she is transferring call to concerned department. I hold phone for 30 minutes no body has responded to my call.

                                      I had submitted my phone 1 month ago because of some damage. Now I am getting no respond from customer care and also not from their center. Everyone is unaware about my handset. they charged 1000 rupees for insurance and when I submitted my mobile, they charged 750 rupees. and now I have no respond from their side.
                                      If I'll not get my handset within this week, I will file the complaint aginst it.
                                      This is not the way to treat customers. Cheating customers. Charged approximately 2000 rupees and not even ready to return the device.
                                      I will file a complaint against it if I will not get my device back within this week.

                                        While purchasing a cell from the samsung show room located on sardar patel road, adyar, appsdaily representative sold me insurance for the phone. I paid in good faith and took the insurance paying around rs. 2500. After 8 months, the phone was damaged by a small scooter accident and as it fell, the front glass broke. I approached appsdaily with all details required for filing the claim. I submitted this claim in their office on 4th august 2016 and it took till 29th auh=gust to approve this claim. Thereafter it was sent to samsung service centre. Till writing this complaint samsung service says that there is no stock of the parts.
                                        The insurer says he has already authorised repairs though there is no explanation why they took so much time to approve. Secondly, they are saying that as samsung has no parts, the insurer has no more role to play. Why should they so long is not understood?
                                        I have suffered irreparable damages due to the cell phone not available to me and hence the insurer ought to replace with a new phone to me.
