I want to register a complaint -
APPSDAILY intimation ID ADN_230816_[protected] I have given them phone for damage repair on 25 August
I have not have so much frustating experiance till now which I got from appsdaily -
This whole organization literally took an oath to frustrate down your customer, nobody is able to answer where my phone is and when I will get it back since last 15 days I am hearing that it is in the service factory - well what the hell it is doing there since so long and, when on earth I will get it back - no update on that,
I have made multiple efforts to contact you guys in all the ways possible I am not getting and update from your side even when it is promised,
Let me tell you the service scenario I have experienced
1) Once you drop the phone at customer connect center - there is no update whatsoever.
2) After the timeline of the guarantee repair which is 10 working days which comes to 17-18 days in total, and there is no update - it is obvious to panic - you go on to the portal page - http://www.appsdailyclaims.com/ - has not even once able to route me to the status of my handset.
I am always routed to the customer support[protected], to which I am trying and nobody is picking up you am keep on hearing - "dear customer app apna claim status hamari website se bhi le sakte h." for more than half an hour or more and that is every time I tried.
3) Then you transfer my efforts to contact the customer care center which I did- connect center pick up the call 1 in 10 times - I was promised the update or the headset to the weekend which is not delivered when I tried again there was nobody to pick up, - I have to go to connect center and I am convinced that the call were ignored purposely.
4) Since I was personally there the manager contented to me that too on call (Manager was not at the office), he told me that my phone will not get repaired as the parts it not available (this I am talking about Samsung’s flagship phone Galaxy S7 edge), and I will receive the call from head quarters to dispatch the phone if I agree, timeline 2 days.
5) I waited for the call the call never came, tried contacting connect center or the Manager but call was never attended after that.
6) Thankfully Manager gave me an email - [protected]@appsdaily.com - and from that day I have just got a single response stating that we have escalated the issue, but they didnt gave any timeline or ETA, which by the way I do not have till date.
7) Since I was left with no other option I am calling customer care daily - where the waiting time to talk to the representative is min. 30 mins every time, I got a response that my case is not escalated till date, they are doing it at that point.
3) Issue is escalated with appsdaily - 7 calls are made with 4 emails are been sent, multiple messages on the Facebook case - I have not heard anything till now where my mobile is - except that it is in Service Center.
9) I have enquired about the ETA so as to when APPSDAILY will have the info about the headset - they do not even have a vague estimate.
10) Asked about - if I ask for the return of Mobile without the repair how much time it will take - they do not even have a vague estimate.
12) I have made efforts to talk to some authoritative member of APPSDAILY who can understand the situation and take action - but when done so customer care representative put me on hold and call gets disconnected in 10 mins.
11) Even after all this - there is no effort from APPSDAILY to communicate proactively from there side to me.
For a working class person where there humongous other things that really matter keeps him on edge o - getting up in the morning is to contact appsdaily, sit for 30 mins or more talk to somebody who will have no idea where the product is, or what they are doing about it, and then gets disconnected is the main aim.This is extremely wrong
My issue is escalated multiple times, but till now I do not have any update or an ETA except that the phone is at their service factory, I have no update as in where my phone is.
AppsDaily customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
