The company has not send me my repair refund amount as my hand set broken during insurance period. There is no address physical and no email address mention on website. You have register your complaint under the nos.[protected], no rep is avaiable to speak it kept you waiting.
Condition is you have to lodge online complaint I filled the form when one try to send you can not send.

I am md kalamuddin who claimed the insurance for the samsung J2(6) mobile for damege.the mobile display broked on 23 sep 2016 at 7:30 pm when i was drive bike.my intimation no. is ADN_240916_[protected] and imei no. is [protected].it has been repaired but your company not dispatch now.
so i say that please look at matter and solve it.
