I'm registering my second consumer complaint about aramex. A worst shipping company with lots of worst employees as customer service executive. There was a parcel of mine from China to Chennai was held on hold with aramex Delhi office on June 1st but I didn't get any update about my shipment to my mail ID or to my mobile no. When I call them to verify they won't be responding you properly or guide you to reach the concern person. But I was repeatedly calling customer service for the status and sent them my kyc numerous times by myself seeing the status as waiting to clear from kyc. but At last there was an typo error in updating the system with my name at their end and demanding a penalty and tax for hold with customers for their mistakes. Last time I paid 1000 as penalty for their mistakes and again they doing the same. They are just money minded and not a proper one who really care about the company profile and the customer needs.I hereby attaching the numerous mail conversation with the employees of aramex and nothing has changed as of now. To run this kind of company with these people, the owner would have close the company at least to save his name. And I'm not going to stop with this complaint registering and I'm going to launch a proper complaint in court against aramex and they wants to answer my questions and they wants to take responsible for my mental anxiety.

    I've paid for priority parcel express. My parcel has been at aramex dubai office since 27 june 2019. Delivery was scheduled for the 28th. No one showed up. I then arranged a 2nd delivery date: 30 june, no one showed up. I then scheduled a 3rd delivery date: which is today. I've just spoken to customer service to ask if my parcel is out for delivery because the latest update says: "shipment is on its way to final destination sorting facility". Customer service confirmed that the parcel is not yet out for delivery. It's been at the sorting facility from 27 june - 1 july. There is definitely no priority or express services available. 5 days of not being able to deliver is unacceptable. I am shocked at the level of service and support.

      Urgent complaint against aramex call center agent and management

      Hi,
      I am very disappointed from your team in the call center on all the levels. I have very bad experience with rahaf mohamed (Agent) who refused to connect me to her manager, put me on hold for 17 mins, and disconnected the call, and never called back.
      I received a call now from a lady named ola who claimed to be rahaf's manager (While rahaf informed me that her manager is a male)! This lady didn't solve my problem, didn't bring the delivery guy to our call to agree on specific time today to deliver my bank card, and also didn't connect me to her manager (Abdulla), who is supposed to be the call center manager.
      My delivery time was today june 25 between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm and the delivery guy called at 10:50 (I replied to him with sms that i am available after 15 mins). I called him at 11:03 more than 10 times and he kept canceling my calls. He updated the system that customer not available and he attempted to deliver and failed and asked for rescheduling. I am traveling and i need my card today as agreed yesterday when i scheduled through the call center call with yasmine and also through the whatsapp and aramex mobile app. What else should i do in order for aramex to respect my time???!!

      I need to escalate this to the highest level of management in the complaints and call center and aramex uae.

        I have received a email from seller that to submit a kyc, i have submitted kyc but i dont known it as been approved or not please kindly reply that it as been approved or not if needed i will provide the kyc one again kindly reply to the email id [protected]@yahoo.com so that i can reply to you and be in touch so that the issue will be solved kindly do the needful

        Very bad quality of service from ARAMEX UAE staff on all levels: Delivery guy is a lier, agent Rahaf Mohamed is not professional nor useful as well as Ola her manager (call center). Abdulla (Call Center Manager) is always unavailable!!!

        Very disappointed and very bad experience.

          Am raising this complaint with exteam dissatisfaction,
          your delivery personnel was just humiliated me,
          he shouted me twice and dropped the call 3 times for just no reason,
          I have sent him the location the first time correctly but he was super angry for not finding the location although it talk him 2 minutes to reach the correct location. I will fight to get my right back through you or otherwise I will escalate to Aramex global then to outside Aramix if required,

            My shipment was dispatched on 31st May 2019 and same day i had received a link for KYC. I completed the KYC same day. Then till date i had not received any update from ARAMEX or INDIA Customs and my shipment is pending for clearance since 4th June 2019.

            Since many days I have been trying calling Delhi Customs on (+[protected] / 23238917

            but both the nos. going out of service.

            No link is available to contact ARAMEX or Delhi Customs.

            I am receiving all the packages via Fedex and other Courier services but don't know what is the issue with ARAMEX

              Dear Aramex Team
              I am sorry to send this complaints. Sine one month I am trying to solve my issue with Aramex shipment.

              I am expecting a shipment from Lebanon since April 12, 2019. Until today I did not receive it. The tracking No is: [protected].

              You can see the last activity is on May 11 (after one month of delivery): Shipment Delivered - Postal Services!!!

              During this long period I send many many request through your customer support. But no result!

              My college in Lebanon ( Nabil Chaiban, Ph.D), handed over the shipment to Aramex to deliver to me directly in Malappuram, Kerala, India and not to hand over to other courier services.

              I don't know why you people handed over to another courier company. Your collection point is available in may places in Kerala including my city Malappuram.

              I called the courier company more than 10 times! every day they tell i would recv the shipment with 24 hrs!!

              I did not receive the shipment yet. Now one month finished.

                The person was really rude and arrogant, approach the reception and talking on his mobile, give me the shipment and asking for return service. i opened it in order to make a copy of the original paper/ stamped it and give it back to him. suddenly finished his call and said no i don't need this copy I need to collect a cheque, I look at him and said you said returned service, that's way. I opened the plastic and i shouldn't as some colleagues of mine considered their documents are confidential, he replied with a super rude way saying i don't care am not working in this office.
                I told him please don't shout some meetings are going on, otherwise I'll call the security for you, but still keeps shouting, to avoid arguing with him I called my colleague to assist him and went down.
                Then he starts complaining to her and to others from our HR department saying that he will call the police for me. Again started calling his boss on the phone in front of my colleagues and complaining about me.
                P.S: he knows very well that he is wrong and behave like that only to protect himself
                You can come anytime and check with my colleagues how bad he was shouting

                  Greetings,

                  Here is summary of the incident for your kind perusal:
                  Personal request, not company account. Cash payment.

                  At the beginning communication has been initiated by a visit your aramex ranch in al-muqablein branch on wed - april the 3rd, one of your cs team called majdi has handled our request and promised that he will arrange for collection of the shipment next day in order to finalize packing and provide final price. We’ve been following up by calls with majdi but he never answered our calls then after, then on saturday - april the 6th 2019 - we’ve managed to reach another cs representative (Ahmad emran) we have explained details of our shipment: nature if items, port of discharge and port of delivery i. E. Doha, qatar by air freight, cif hamad international airport. And service requested was door to port. So we were waiting to know the requirements by our side and the cost pertained to our request.

                  On tuesday-april the 9th - after several calls - finally we received an email from your cs team with the requirement and cost were given only verbally. We have filled the required forms and returned on same date. Next day we have provided amended documents as per their request and requested for the prices to be sent written by email. He was helpful at the beginning but then he just advised “i passed your inquiry to my colleague aroba – i can’t help”.

                  The other issue actually was: over excessive charges requested for packing which found to be unrealistic: i requested a breakdown of the same to understand why it’s very high but the answer was not positive, eventually i agreed to the same just to proceed further and not waste previous tine n efforts made between both parties (Though i could cancel and go to other ff). And we kept requesting them to send someone to pick up the shipment package (It was already packed by professional ff agent) but they said it’s not accepted and we accepted their requested packing specs & cost) and no one came to pick up the same).
                  On same date - 10 apr, your cs team (Aroba fakhoury) sent an email requesting for coo - i repaired to her same date that since it’s personal shipment coo must be done by any clearance agent since it can’t be provided to individuals - moreover our service is door to port. We requested her recommendation to help how can we manage the requirement by our side and solve this obstacle but unfortunately since that time we have received no response. Next day - 11 april i sent an email to follow up but i’ve never received a response to my email or calls.

                  I was really disappointed by the manner my request was handled esp there was delays from the beginning and i was patient in order to continue with them. I don’t really find it professional to ignore my request-even if it’s personal service and not company - she could just at least respond to my email and apologize that she can’t proceed with my request instead of ignorance. Other than unjustified excessive charges for packing that i never received an explanation to the same.
                  My expectation has been always high since i am dealing with one of the big four in ff worldwide but unfortunately it was mishandled by your cs team this team.

                  I can provide copy of the emails communication as a supporting document to my compliant, pls provide email address to forward the same.

                  P. S. We have managed to send this shipment with another ff, contacted them last thursday and now shipment eta is tomorrow and packing cost was 75% less than the cost requested by aramex.

                  Hope we won’t face same incident in future.

                    As per the customer care Aramex India, the shipment is considered as commercial because of company's address at sender & receiver side. They are asking for IEC (Import Export Certificate) for custom clearance.
                    However the receiver is the owner of FK International (a manpower consultancy) and don't have any IEC. He upload his company's authorized certificates ( Registration/Tax etc) but is rejected.

                    The Receiver is my friend and forget his wallet (the shipment) in Riyadh which I shipped through Aramex. The shipment is personal and not the commercial.

                    The Receiver and I tried to contact and asked for the solution through mail/calls to customer care executives in India as well as in Riyadh but the issue is not resolved yet.

                    I called several times to customer care but they don't have any update. I also sent mail to [protected]@aramex.com and write my complaint on support request on my Aramex account but of no help.

                      I'd ordered some books on amazon, but they were never delivered. I 'm putting aramex at fault as they repeatedly sent 'submit kyc
                      ' messages even after i submitted kyc twice!! Demanding a refund immediately from the company. I do not have time to waste, aramex! And please stop harassing me with useless kyc links that don't work as i've submitted kyc documents, you frauds!

                        I recently ordered a product from aliexpress.com and i had paid for the product including international shipping rate of 2363.84 rupees. But even then i was charged 670 rupees customs charges upon delivery. I have received international shipping before but never in my life have i been this shocked on levied customs charges. I would like a proper explanation and the means of refund.

                        I never seen such a worst courier service aramex in my lifetime. Even there is not any phone or address to pick up or enquire the details. First day i got the message that "no-one in home, so rescheduling", next day the status came as "invalid address". Not sure that how he came to my home on the first day as it is an invalid address (According to second day). Next day they have returned back my card without calling, without coming to the address.

                        Such an irresponsible courier service (Aramex - madiwala office, bangalore) ever seen. Suppose to reach at 18th feb 2019, now i have requested sbi for card cancellation as it will come again through aramex and i don't want to interact with those fellows anymore.

                          I have applied for sbi credit card (App no.[protected] and tracking number of aramex is #[protected] as per the update that i have received through sms /email, my credit card's expected delivery date is 18-feb 19. When i called to aramex customer care for 5 times on 18th feb to know the delivery status, they told that delivery boy will be reaching your home before 6.30pm and delivering the card. I have waited till 10 pm and mid night 1.12 am i received a sms saying like delivery is rescheduled for next / business days. When i checked the status in aramex app i am shocked by seeing the status (Undelivered due to office closed / no one at home) and the fact is i am available in home for full day because i was on leave and stayed in home for collecting the card especially. Next day when i called customer care, they are saying like address not found.. When the delivery boy is not able to find the address he would have called me.
                          Note : my land mark :geethanjali high school in pragathinagar is very famous and how the delivery boy missed that address. Delivery boy without coming or with out calling simply they are playing with customers and updating fake status and making fools.
                          Please take necessary action on aramex delivery boy and customer care people

                            Aramex courier charged me the custom duty of over rs 17000 on a product worth 38000...

                            Moreover aramex courier did not provide me the customs duty details or any such invoice having customs officers signature etc... I was given no papers regarding the custom duty paid...
                            I have contacted them many times but they are ignoring my emails...
                            Plz provide me the details of the custom duty paid...

                            My delivery was schedule on 19 Feb 2019. I waited till 25th Feb 2019 and then I called customer care of aramex. I spoke to their executive and request to send as early as its already delayed.

                            Additionally i provided official address also but delivery was got cancel.

                            They dont even take efforts to call customers

                                  I have done my kyc 14th time today for custom clearance but i still can't track where my package is and i have also contacted customer care service and mailed them but i have problem with my package i don't know whats wrong with my package, even though i have contacted them they are sending the same kyc submission form everyday 3:00 am they are not at all responsible

                                    On of my parcel for an order from ali express had been shipped using a different shipping method. Later it was shouldered by aramex in india.

                                    It was jsut a action figure worth $72.35, for which aramex had hold the shipment for value proof.

                                    Later post providing value proof, have received a invoice from aramex of ₹2344 as a payable custom duty which i strongly believe is incorrect or false.

                                    Looking into so many complaints now am worried about my parcel and if i would be required to pay that amount to aramex.

                                    Could anyone please help me, my tracking # [protected].

                                      My awb no [protected] the shipment is coming under my name as its just a ecommerce shipment i contacted to cce of aramex mumbai they without doing anything denied to change my location i asked ms deepali to transfer my call to her supervisor so that she/he can help me with the same but she denied to transfer my call when i insist her she put me on hold and hang up the call. I again called ms umma received my call she said that she can place requests for changing location but i asked to transfer my call to ms sonia as she is floor supervisor. I had spoken ms sonia thomas and her tone was loud & she was not polite with me she was speaking with me as she is my boss. She is not worth for floor supervisor as she not able to help she just denied my all request at least she should check the possibilities but she done her work buy saying no
                                      As i am also working for aramex but we are having option to change location but ms sonia mentioned me that as per aramex policies she cant change my location for 9th feb.
