I'd ordered some books on amazon, but they were never delivered. I 'm putting aramex at fault as they repeatedly sent 'submit kyc
' messages even after i submitted kyc twice!! Demanding a refund immediately from the company. I do not have time to waste, aramex! And please stop harassing me with useless kyc links that don't work as i've submitted kyc documents, you frauds!...

I recently ordered a product from aliexpress.com and i had paid for the product including international shipping rate of 2363.84 rupees. But even then i was charged 670 rupees customs charges upon delivery. I have received international shipping before but never in my life have i been this shocked on levied customs charges. I would like a proper explanation and the means of refund.

I never seen such a worst courier service aramex in my lifetime. Even there is not any phone or address to pick up or enquire the details. First day i got the message that "no-one in home, so rescheduling", next day the status came as "invalid address". Not sure that how he came to my home on the first day as it is an invalid address (According to second day). Next day they have returned back my card without calling, without coming to the...

I have applied for sbi credit card (App no.[protected] and tracking number of aramex is #[protected] as per the update that i have received through sms /email, my credit card's expected delivery date is 18-feb 19. When i called to aramex customer care for 5 times on 18th feb to know the delivery status, they told that delivery boy will be reaching your home before 6.30pm and delivering the card. I have waited till 10 pm and mid night 1.12...

Aramex courier charged me the custom duty of over rs 17000 on a product worth 38000...

Moreover aramex courier did not provide me the customs duty details or any such invoice having customs officers signature etc... I was given no papers regarding the custom duty paid...
I have contacted them many times but they are ignoring...

I placed order with amazon on on 23 jan'2019 under order no[protected] and on calling amazon i come to know it's pending in custom clearance still waiting in custom and these people dont have time to tell why order is peding for delivery. Tracking id-[protected] from amazon. Mailed the kyc on [protected]@aramex.com and eveytime mail getting bounce due to failure. Please respond to my order as its my daughter's bday gift and i yet not...

I have done my kyc 14th time today for custom clearance but i still can't track where my package is and i have also contacted customer care service and mailed them but i have problem with my package i don't know whats wrong with my package, even though i have contacted them they are sending the same kyc submission form everyday 3:00 am they are not at all responsible...

On of my parcel for an order from ali express had been shipped using a different shipping method. Later it was shouldered by aramex in india.

It was jsut a action figure worth $72.35, for which aramex had hold the shipment for value proof.

Later post providing value proof, have received a invoice from aramex of ₹2344 as a payable custom duty which i strongly believe is incorrect or false.

After repeatedly receiving sms messages to submit kyc for my shipment under amazon online shopping with shipment number [protected].

I have filled up the required fields on the link provided by aramex in the sms messages. After uploading and filling up all the necessary details more than 6 times, the link will not accept any input and a notification of the provided link being out of service is all i get.

This docket is containing important bank document and is out for delivery from 11.30am ist and now its 5.40pm ist i haven’t heard a single word about the delivery.

I had called up your helpdesk asking for an update and was told that its out for delivery and comment updated was i was not reachable which...

The product is different from that of the picture shown in the site. I want the aramex 2 refund my amount that I paid for the product. JD[Protected]order ID. And product appears different from the picture first shown in the website i.e the colour, type of material, quality of the product is not up to the mark. Not Satisfied With The Product Received....

I had ordered some clothes from united kingdom and the aramex company had received it in india. Ther were 2 parcel and i have only received 1 parcel from aramex. The aramex company has just 1 response that your complaint is under investigation.
Highly irresponsible company i must say..
I request aramex to refund for all my losses which is 250 pounds and rs 14000/- for the duty i paid for it....

My shipment was kept in the islampur gurgaon office and they even don`t call me a single time to confirm even after when i call to the customer support then they said that the rider is went on my delivery adders but no one is their. Here they clearly caught red handed when if i was doing night shift and i am always available in the day time at my home then who came to derived the shipment.br...

My shipment didn't come to home or office, neither anyone came, nor called, my parents are at home and office is opened 24*7, and in the evening it showing delivery attempted and customer is not available.

This is happening 3rd time with aramex only, such a pathetic company, i don't know how companies given business to aramex, after looking at various complaints about their services.

My shipment was coming from HONGKONG, as shipment received india, ARAMEX people asked about kyc documents, i send all details, and mean while they send me invoice of more than 50% custom dusty charges. I asked from customer care about it, but they are saying its custom dusty charges.
My tracking no AWB [protected]. I refuse to pay to delivery boy.
Kindly resolve my issue. My order value is RS 10000....
