After repeatedly receiving sms messages to submit kyc for my shipment under amazon online shopping with shipment number [protected].

I have filled up the required fields on the link provided by aramex in the sms messages. After uploading and filling up all the necessary details more than 6 times, the link will not accept any input and a notification of the provided link being out of service is all i get.

I have no clue what to do now. I am still getting sms messages to submit kyc even at the present moment of writing this mail.

    This is to bring to your notice that aramex ground is pathetic with customer.

    This docket is containing important bank document and is out for delivery from 11.30am ist and now its 5.40pm ist i haven’t heard a single word about the delivery.

    I had called up your helpdesk asking for an update and was told that its out for delivery and comment updated was i was not reachable which is false..

    I had requested to put this on priority delivery but still no action taken…

    I am sorry to say but i am reporting this to the bank as well as to the consumer court that this is how people handling customer documents. Also reporting the same to the local police station as theft of the docket which contains important bank information and could be miss used…

      The product is different from that of the picture shown in the site. I want the aramex 2 refund my amount that I paid for the product. JD[Protected]order ID. And product appears different from the picture first shown in the website i.e the colour, type of material, quality of the product is not up to the mark. Not Satisfied With The Product Received.

In ur custmr support not helpful they are very lazy like kam chor and I will never use aramex in my life ur service is very bad what r u doing 5 days when parcel reached in mumbai plz take srsly am not a single customer i[censored] do like that u will came in trouble plz trend ur ur customer support they are very lazy

          I had ordered some clothes from united kingdom and the aramex company had received it in india. Ther were 2 parcel and i have only received 1 parcel from aramex. The aramex company has just 1 response that your complaint is under investigation.
          Highly irresponsible company i must say..
          I request aramex to refund for all my losses which is 250 pounds and rs 14000/- for the duty i paid for it.

          I had an dell laptop coming to India from USA and it's value is $1310(Roughly INR 93000).

          I got notified by aramex that I will have to pay INR 37000 as customs and taxes to get the product released.

          As per my knowledge, the custom and taxes on the above value shouldn't have exceeded INR 20, 000.

          Please resolve my issue.

            Very very very very very pathetic services,
            My shipment was kept in the islampur gurgaon office and they even don`t call me a single time to confirm even after when i call to the customer support then they said that the rider is went on my delivery adders but no one is their. Here they clearly caught red handed when if i was doing night shift and i am always available in the day time at my home then who came to derived the shipment.

            And lastly they said that the shipment is return back to the bank without calling the shipment owner.

            Wow what a services.

            This review for the higher management please wake up...!

              My shipment didn't come to home or office, neither anyone came, nor called, my parents are at home and office is opened 24*7, and in the evening it showing delivery attempted and customer is not available.

              This is happening 3rd time with aramex only, such a pathetic company, i don't know how companies given business to aramex, after looking at various complaints about their services.

                My shipment was coming from HONGKONG, as shipment received india, ARAMEX people asked about kyc documents, i send all details, and mean while they send me invoice of more than 50% custom dusty charges. I asked from customer care about it, but they are saying its custom dusty charges.
                My tracking no AWB [protected]. I refuse to pay to delivery boy.
                Kindly resolve my issue. My order value is RS 10000.

                  Yesterday i have received sms it is out of delivery. But no one has contacted me on mobile nor came to the given residential address which is 24/7 available.
                  I have contacted to customer care number also.
                  I have received sms like
                  Your sbi card attempted via aramex reference #[protected] is undelivered due to office closed / no one home. Status can be tracked thrugh www.aramex.com or call @ 33003300.

                  Item delivered today, courier guy called me for address. Don't know how they were giving fake update. Even Aramex Couriers customer support were not accepting it.
                  Worst experience.
                  You guys work and give the service for which you are being paid instead of making fool.

                    Please note one pf my courier is coming from your worst courier service nd status is showing customer was not available for pickup... What a stupid service i was available full day but no one comes nd already take follow up with customer care number. Thus, this is my bank courier as [protected] this is my docket number nd i had received one otp from bank so how its can possible to receive otp without open my welcome kit pf hdfc bank please resolve the matter otherwise i will punched fir against it.

                      I was waitinting for a product from jumia the delivery man called me once and i talled hom the address in detail then i kept calling him more than one time he said its not my area its my fiend's but he did an accident and i dont know that area i kept describing all day then calling him again with no response after a while he answered sorry im home and they gave me your order by mistake

                        My SBI Card via Ref. #[protected] will be attempted today via Aramex. Yesterday I have received sms it is out of delivery. But no one has contacted me on mobile number not came to the given residential address which is 24/7 available. But today I have contacted customer care number also. Now I have received SMS like (Your SBI Card attempted via ARAMEX Ref. #[protected] is undelivered due to incorrect/incomplete address. Status can be tracked through www.aramex.com or call @ 33003300.)
                        Also there is not positive response from Aramex Customer Support by Email.

                          Awb: [protected]. My shipment has been stuck in delhi airport since 17days and none of the aramex staff has helped me solve the issue. Now they hve stopped taking my calls or replying to my emails. There is some internal issue between india aramex and hongkong aramex because of which they refuse to help the client and cause unnecessary harrasment. Very bad experience. People i am in touch with for this shipment :jyoti dhingra, rahul, seem, virender and few others from delhi aramex team. And none of them are responding

                            I have ordered 2 products in amazon and seller has sent the products via aramex. Parcel from and to address are same city. I didn't not receive the product after a week and for past 2 days i am getting out for delivery messages but i am not receiving any calls and end of the day status updated to attempted delivery. Worst courier company.

                              I called many times, I called customer call center many time to ask them let the driver call me because no response from him.
                              Then I saw in tracking they said that they failed to reach me that’s Then scheduled the shipment time.

                                  Appreciate the quick delivery service of the Aramex company, I received my parcel today (i.e. 5th Dec 2018) AWB no: [protected], On receipt of a sms from the Aramex company on 27th Nov 2018 for furnishing my KYC details, wherein on the same day I submitted my PAN Details, GST details, Aadhar details along with its jpeg images, despite all this, I received my package with a Tax Invoice from Aramex Company as well as my Custom Tax paid Invoice without my GST details and with a wrong PAN details.
                                  Now I cannot even claim the IGST charged on my Invoices.

                                  I am a proprietor and have my GST registered on my name, on complaining to the Aramex customer support today, I was initially misguided that because its an individual we do not mention GST no. On my argument they finally agreed to take my complaint with my email id and mobile nos, and said that they are forwarding my complaint to the accounts department, who will correct the errors in next 24 hours, but failed to receive any complaint request code neither any confirmation on my email or mobile for the same even after 8 hours.

                                  Now even after paying their service charge for custom clearance and submitting my KYC well in advance I fail to understand such negligence from such internationally working company which was not expected.

                                  On telephonic complaint twice in last 5 days I was assured that we do not provide any complaint no, but your complaint has been taken on a priority basis and quick action shall be taken over this, but its more than 5 days have passed but fail to receive any response or solution to my problem from Aramex.

                                  Hence I was forced to submit online complaint once again on 10th Dec 2018 18:35 towards which I received a system generated request number BOM/1218/16142

                                  But still waiting for the correction on my Invoice..

                                  Instead of giving proper reply to my complaint, they simply sent the email today that, "According to our tracking system, your package has been delivered. " and shut down the complaint,
                                  On further verbal complaint to the customer care Mr. Glawin helped me and I was asked to forward my complaint to [protected]@aramax.com & [protected]@aramex.com. have sent my complaint today, (i.e. 11th Dec 2018 14:29)

                                    Dbrand doesn't send about half of its couriers, but i think that this is affected by aramex and this needs to change. First of all they take more than the designated time to deliver a priority mail express and then they deliver it to the wrong address. Their import custom service is also very inconvenient as it is required on the last moment. The tracking is the worst as it shows the product has been delivered to me, but in reality is given to an unknown person who may or may not act as me.

                                      Hi my self Vinay Nakwal I have order, some sample products from China, and I got one msg to complete my kyc but the link which I got is not taking my details, as I am trying to put my Adhar card number then also its not showing anything, then I called to customer care and ask then they said your starting letter of name is wrong but then they have shown my name, which was totally right from there side know I m confused, now please help me out for this issue so that I can get my order soon, as I m doing this first time

                                      I have attached successfully my government issued KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER document - my Aadhar card and received the message from you that I have successfully attached my KYC document successfully on 07/12/2018, then why I am getting your phone call and message to attach the same ?
