Dear sir/madam
I have courier using aramex from delhi to oman with tracking number is [protected]

I have provide the correct oman address which has it already delivered courier successfully with my other friends
But for my case has issue with the following issues

14 nov 2018 07:27 pm muscat, oman sms sent to consignee

14 nov 2018 06:30 pm muscat, oman shipment on hold
14 nov 2018 05:11 pm muscat, oman attempted delivery - incorrect or incomplete address / delivery rescheduled

I have provide the correct address to oman where my friends courier successfully delivered which is same address

We ordered for natural right hand dakshinavarti on 17th Nov vide order no.[protected]. But we received small torch light. after paying an amt of Rs.340/- only we found that it is torch light. Hence we request you to send back the money what we paid for natural right hand dakshinavarti.

    Everytime we make a mistake o[censored]sing aramex courier service, we have to regret for weeks and weeks. Still there is no response, contact, intimation or update from aramex. I was supposed to receive diwali sweets and its 6 days past the sweets are lying with aramex courier service. I wonder if the sweets are still eatable. Last time the same issue took place when my debit card was sent using aramex. The courier person mentioned as delivered and i dint even know where my debit card was for a week. I'm not sure if i should be using social media to make such complaints. As this is the third time im using aramex and regretting.

      Sir/madam
      [protected]is my tracking number.
      I ordered a pair of nike shoes from nike india on 5th of nov. Customs has it cleared.
      I've been tracking it since then. It came to india but not even in my state.
      They never contacted me but the tracking status says attempted delivery - business is permanently closed / unable to contact customer.
      I don't know what to do, who to contact to know what's going on.
      Are those people trying to scam me? I don't know.
      Please help me get my product safe.

        Amazon delivery comes through this courier.. Delivery boy called me when i was in out of station. I told him to handover to security guard.

        But while checking the tracking history it shows like item delivered to me. But i was out of station at the time.

        Till i didn't received the courier..

        I tried to get the details from courier boy, but he is not giving proper response

          Sir, I bought a Mobile from Amazon and they assured me that delivery will be done on 05 Nov 18 through Aramex couriers but after 02 days they will not delivered my package so far. When i tracked my parcel, they are updated the delivery is attempted no one is available at home which is totally false as I have eagerly waiting for my parcel for last 02 days. The fact is that they neither contact me nor came for delivery. In this regard, I have already complaint their customer care executive. I had already told amazon about this and they have already complaint filed against him, however they told me that wait your items will be delivered by 08 Nov 18. But sir, I just want that this type of falsifying and irresponsible work not done in future and also request to take necessary action against him. I am unable to get my parcel what can i do sir, please help me. Thanking You Sir,

            My courier consignment number is [protected]. Yesterday I have received sms it is out of delivery. But no one has contacted me on mobile nor not came to the given residential address which is 24/7 available. But today I have contacted customer care number also. Now I have received SMS like
            Your SBI Card attempted via ARAMEX Reference #[protected] is undelivered due to office closed / no one home. Status can be tracked thrugh www.aramex.com or call @ 33003300.

            Earlier [protected] also returned to the sender like this.

              I have ordered a dress worth 5000 from china via aramex they asked me to mail a pic of my adhar card, which i did immediately but still it has been more than a week that i haven't received any reply or call from them regarding the clearance. I have been mailing them everyday and have been not getting any reply from them. The adhar card is updated by myself.

                    My shipment no [protected] has not been delivered to me.The shipment need kyc document for CBE filing purpose I need the website address to upload kyc documents and the procedure to upload the kyc documents
                    I received an sms alert to submit kyc details through a link. I am a senior citizen, house wife not and computer savvy . I had hard time to find the link .I have finally uploaded the aadhar card copy successfully. The material sent by my son is gift to me and has no commercial value. Please send that to my address asap

                      This is to inform you that my consignment has to deliver on 20 of sep but till 21 it has not to be delivered. I called your delivery boy which contact no is [protected] but that guy told me that he is coming. I waited a lot for him but he did not come. He is very irrisponsible person. My awb no is.[protected]. As i was going to out of station on 21st september night. So i requested to the executive but did not get the positive response. As per the delivery time it should be delivered on 20 september but till 21st it did not deliver.

                        My Visa and passport was couriered on 19/9/2018 from VFS Delhi office and they tagged it under urgent shipment as my travel date to Copenhagen was on 21/9/2018 9:55 am. I am in continuously touch with their call centre, branch office etc, but no one was able to give correct information. Their website since today morning was showing in in transit from Delhi to Chennai. Does it take a whole day and night to get an update on a shipment from Delhi to Chennai? Also there is no proper update from call centre on whereabouts of the shipment. Due this now I have to reschedule the flight and flight company will not refund a single penny to me as it is last moment cancelation. I am also travelling with my son and now I have to get a new ticket on Saturday to travel for both o[censored]s which will cost Rs 50000/-.

                        I want a refund of both our ticket (50, 000 Rs) from Aramex as they are not fast enough in handling such sensitive documents. Also their website is not giving updated information. I have gone thru a higher mental stress today and I have to change my travel plans due to this which is additional finance as well as mental stress for me.

                        Tracking number is Aramex courier and tracking no: [protected] I have attached the remark which is still showing in the website. Also if my refund is not made I will escalate this case to VFS and will seek for clarification on the service level agreements and what basis they have appointed Aramex as their service provider.

                              I am receiving daily text from Aramex that my courier has been dispatch for delivery since Monday but today is 3rd day but still courier yet to be received & Text received in Monday evening courier not delivered due to Incomplete/Incorrect Address even without a call.

                              Yesterday i got a call from courier boy for address confirmation but then again same issue, not received. when i had call him in evening he said i could not deliver due to rain & same text received "courier not delivered due to Incomplete/Incorrect Address"

                              Today I am calling your guy then he is saying that the address is belongs you is not in my area, what is this rubbish.

                              Hence still courier awaited & no status received from customer care after many calls.

                              Very Pathetic Service by Aramex, I will not refer to any one to go Aramex.

                                I too had similar issue. I had ordered a badminton bat through amazon and delivery service was assigned to aramex. I was waiting till late evening yesterday as the status showing out for delivery. Then suddenly at 8 pm received a message saying delivery attempted though i did not receive any call.. Aramex is big liers.. Though given multiple complaint through amazon, there is no action so far...

                                    I received my order on 17th of august through aramex delivery boy, thats why i am writing this to, when i opened my envelope there was no bill inside, no tracking id, no bar-code of amazon i am sure that my parcel is being exchanged by your delivery boy

                                    I spoke to one of your customer care executive & she also accepted that barcode should be there, otherwise it cant get delivered & from that executive i got your mail id.

                                      I have ordered a product worth ₹40000 from amazon india.
                                      Order date - 1 august 2018

                                      Shipped with aramex courier with tracking number: [protected]
                                      At first i called amazon customer service thrice after placing order that i want to cancel my order but they told me that they shipped my packet with third party courier so they can't do anything except sending email to the courier partner to stop the delivery.
                                      But on 5 august 2018 a courier boy from aramex called me on phone and i reject that packet and said i can't accept this order please return it.
                                      And around 3 pm on the same day he (Courier boy) arrived at my home and again i rejected that packet but after few minutes i got a message that the product has been delivered
                                      After many complaints that i made to amazon india & aramex courier nothing happened till now.
                                      Aramex complaint no - zad/0818/37
                                      Seems like i trapped in a scam and i lost my ₹40000.
