My Visa and passport was couriered on 19/9/2018 from VFS Delhi office and they tagged it under urgent shipment as my travel date to Copenhagen was on 21/9/2018 9:55 am. I am in continuously touch with their call centre, branch office etc, but no one was able to give correct information. Quality and size related issues quality was not good and wnt a exchange and want my amount back it was 999... Make sure it be solved as soon as possible there were my problems regarding tht top which ordered from the website... It must be returned soon... And these complaints must be checked... And watch to be solved... And i moderately to be responsed...

I think they doesn't even know that to call to respective customer mobile number.

Kindly inform the courier guys to deliver properly in the next attempt at least.

I am receiving daily text from Aramex that my courier has been dispatch for delivery since Monday but today is 3rd day but still courier yet to be received & Text received in Monday evening courier not delivered due to Incomplete/Incorrect Address even without a call.

Yesterday i got a call from courier boy for address confirmation but then again same issue, not received. when...

I too had similar issue. I had ordered a badminton bat through amazon and delivery service was assigned to aramex. I was waiting till late evening yesterday as the status showing out for delivery. Then suddenly at 8 pm received a message saying delivery attempted though i did not receive any call.. Aramex is big liers.. Though given multiple complaint through amazon, there is no action so far......

I am also writing this mail because i have not received my sbi credit card and also i didnt get any phone call or any other thing form shipment but i have get message on my phone you have get your credit card. please resolve it immediately and your company has so much complaint about delivery so please provide shipment number to customer.

I received my order on 17th of august through aramex delivery boy, thats why i am writing this to, when i opened my envelope there was no bill inside, no tracking id, no bar-code of amazon i am sure that my parcel is being exchanged by your delivery boy

I spoke to one of your customer care executive & she also accepted that barcode should be there, otherwise it cant get delivered & from that executive i got your mail id.br...

At first i called amazon customer service thrice after placing order that i want to cancel my order but they told me that they shipped my packet with third party courier so they can't do anything except sending email to the courier partner...

Please note that the said docket no. Awb [protected] has still not delivered at our destination. Neither the courier man or any other representative o[censored]rs courier had contacted me against the said docket.

Its is a sad to note that this sort of service is not expected from your end.

You are requested to arrange to deliver the documents immediately. Or else the same will be intimated to icici bank ltd.

I got a message from aramex saying my package had arrived on 18.7.2018 but there has not been a single courier at my doorstep to deliver my package. I filed for a complaint twice on their website but i still have not received any response from the team. Also, when we do not go and take the package from their office they just send it back without even delivering it, and we even get a message saying an aramex courier tried to deliver your package...

Aramex Couriers is suppose to deliver my courier on 19th July and a message was sent to me that it is out for delivery on 19th July 2018, 11:23 am. The is still not made yet. It is out for delivery for almost 3 days. Inspite of complain to Aramex customer care to deliver my courier the courier is not delivered to me yet. According to Aramex customer care they will escalate the problem as soon as problem but it is already more than 3 days....

I have confirmed from SBI card cust care that my card will deliver before[protected]. but my card not delivered up to now.. please quarry it and confirm. On 16/07/2018 a call of delivery boy received by me at 0730 hrs by the phone no. [protected]. He enquire my address and said he will come tomorrow to deliver the card. Since last four days the status has been 'customer not available' whereas not even a single time that I've been contacted on my phone.

Im not sure why i have navigated the entire site of aramex why do they not provide a single support contact email? The part where u submit assistance request is not working. They require kyc but have not bothered contacting me so where am i supposed to email them with required document?! This is gross negligence on their part and they should be held to account....
