I am tracking my shipping since last three days, the delivery person never called me once, when i reach the customer care no. The executive informs me that i would get a call soon and the order will be delivered shortly and by 6 pm the status for the tracking order becomes customer not available but no one calls for delivery, this is going in a loop since last three i really upset, this item is very important for me and i am delayed, all i request them is to provide me the phone no of the delivery person or ask him to call me up but unfortunately i get no response, i called many times the customer care but they take me through a loop everyday... My order tracking id is [protected], i kindly request you to please ask someone to contact me for the delivery in [protected]... I am really having a very bad experience with amarex, i hope that you will look forward to this put me out if this misery... I am annoyed at your service but i am helpless right now so kindly request you to please reply forward... You check my order status online here

    I had a package delivered to mango in package as part of my return request. Aramex courier came for the pick up. The package left my home address on 20 feb. And since then it has not reached the destination. I checked with the tracking number - [protected] on aramex website. The last update was on 27 feb and status was departed operations facility, london, uk. The package hasn't reached mango, spain. Both mango and aramex haven't timely responded to my complaints. I was expecting a refund on a timely fashion. But as a result i have been levied financial charges of around 1100 inr because the refunded amount didn't get credited back to my credit card account before the monthly bill was generated. This is very disappointing.

    The amount that i am expected from mango after they have received the package with the returned items cost INR Rs.11960. The aramex courier and mango both should be held responsible for the timely delivery of the package.

      I have received packages from other couriers like delhivery and ecom and was never charged custom duties. My package is arriving through aramex courier this time. I highly respect the custom duties that we are liable to pay. However, while my order cost me just 3579 rs, aramex courier service agent informed me that i will have to pay 2001.69 rs as custom duty which is more than 50 percent of the total package value. This is obviously an illegal high charge. Kindly look into the matter immediately.

        Dears,

        Aramex is ignoring even consumer complaint as well.,

        Aramex shop and shop, is charging unnessary charges for invalid shipping weight for import item from us to india.

        Aramex shop ans ship shipment no. [protected].

        They are asking to pay excess of amount of just having invoice value is $6.

        I’ve sent so many emails to calls no response from even from head of operations., they just says everything correct with valid justification.

        Finall i had to say good bye to their services and hold shipment with them.

        Because there is sense to pay approx 3500/- rs for value of invoice rs 550/-

        This is unfortunate with worst aramex service.

        I hope consumer compliant can not also resolve this issue.,

          Hi, i had ordered a makeup brushes form usa & is shipped by aramex, i had received a massage ti upload my kyc details but i was not aware it gets expired within 30 min, now the link does not open & i haven’t received any further messages or updates. There is no link to upload kyc document on their website. Please to guide as to what shall i do. Thanks

            Today i received my courier which was shipped from usa to india via aramex tracking no [protected] of my galaxy note 8. Please read out my points
            1) paid custom of 17829 rupees.
            2) got a galaxy s7 edge instead of note 8. That to with out a box. Which is not turning on.
            3) it’s a screen cracked piece with no sim tray
            4) great that now i have a cracked screen phone with screen flickering issue and also without sim tray
            5) and to top that i just had phone with screen issue
            I am not getting where my phone got changed

              I’m trying to import items via shop and ship service... Goods are held by customs and shop and ship team never bothered on customer items or investments... Either they do not respond on emails... Till now several weeks... No response, no refund., the higher officials they keep watching emails and ignoring it... I would recommend should not buy anything over shop and ship... Becareful you will loose the money and items as well. No updates and worst support and finally you never know eta for items delivery or either refund... If you book items and will loose it... I have lot shipments number as well

              This is first indication..., to update service yourself., I have full email history along with shipments numbers, , I’m going to post matter in consumer complaints as well social networking ., how the response received... I’ve invested lot of amount of having multiple shipments are held by customs and No ETA and no response... you will be seeing the people you are involved are just watching emails and just ignoring it

              I’ve bought few items over internationally through aramex’s shop and ship it’s been been 20days no update on shipments and no proper response to customers., no pre-notifications on this., very careless on customer emails and they will not attempt the phone calls., no call back and notification. Executives and managers will not bother on customer items and they read emails and they just ignore replies., they never tell about escalation contact email matrix to save themselves or neither describe in shop and ship web portal shop and ship.com., i would request to do not entertain these kind of careless people and careless services in india.

              Here are aramex’s shop and ship shipment numbers holding for several weeks... They never tell eta on these., don’t know how long it’s going to be...,, months or years..,

                Hello have ordered something from china but it is stuck in bangalore customs from past two weeks and i am calling aramex daily they are not giving any proper information about the same and also not replying to my emails. Everyday i call them they give different reasons and ask me to call next day. My aramex tracking number is - [protected]

                  One of my consignment awb ([protected]) is stuck in mumbai custom clearance for 4 months. I don't know how aarmex has goofed up, they are unable to clear /file for customs clearance for about more months (Will be 5 months soon). It is so unfortunate after writing 40+ mails to various authorities in aramex there is no update till now.
                  It appears mumbai aramex team has not able to cope up, i never faced any issues with bangalore team.

                    I have buy product from alibaba, with my wide name sonam sharma.

                    Shipper has been shipped through aramex and shipment was moved from china 20 december for jaipur india. Now almost 1.5 month completed.

                    No specified answer given by aramex. Where is the my shipment the never told my right answer. Whenever i called aramex customer service said to me your shipment is under process give us 24 hours for latest update. And next day when i call again said same words again.

                    Even when i go to aramex website for check tracking update, there is no update coming after 23 december.

                    My question is?

                    Why we choose private shipping with high shipping cost - because we want our product at door easily and conveniently, timely.

                    But aramex service is the worst service in the all shipping service providers

                    Aramex give me right status about my shipment.

Status can be tracked thrugh www.aramex.com or call @ 33003300. Ie got this massage in evening but last two days i didn't revived my courier. No body reached at my adress. I am on leave but i was told my office worker to revived my courier. Plz do the need fulll fast

It is under filing at customs for the last 8-9 days and nobody is listening and giving any satisfactory answer that when can we get the shipment.                             Aramex couriers in mumbai is the worst company to deal with my parcel from botswana was received in mumbai on the 30th november awb [protected] to date it has not been delivered although they have received all the documents that they requested for kyc. Numerous phone calls have been made but still they haven’t delivered this is most frustrating and action needs to be taken against aramex this is the worst courier company to deal with

                                I could not upload my kyc document.i got an sms from aramex courier to uplpad my kyc docement to receive the courier.but when i open the page from the link they provided through sms, it is redirect to home page only.i could not find any page to upload my document.kindly send me the link to upload my document to my mobile number.i could load the page yesterday with that link but today i could not redirect to the page .please send me the link as soon As possible because this item is waiting to be delivered for 1 month now.we have contacted the person sent the courier many times we got very rare response.this aramex courier also not taking care.we really fed up of this company and this couriee service also

                                  Today i had a bad worse experience from my dilivery aramex couriers. The dilivery boy came very early at my work place to dilivery my oriflame parcel but at the same time i wasnt at the work place so i told him to wait or i[censored] couldnt wait i told him to diliverd by tomorrow. But he scolded me and told me that u will never get this parcel again. He cancel my parcel by himself. I dont know why oriflame choose aramex couriers. Please change the couriers service this is not the 1st time i had experience.

                                    Ordered a book of 1200rs from sterling book house and paid with my debitcard. I recived a mail from stealing book house that your book is being delivered​ by aramax courier. When i checked with the tracking number it says the book has been delivered to raigad maharastra track number -[protected]
                                    While i havent recived it at all. If they wont deliver my book in next few days i am going to file a case against them in consumer court.
                                    Last time when i ordered a book from sterling book house it was delivered​ by indain post in timely manner but this hopless courier​ service is scamming people of thier goods. This company should be banned for false claiming that goods are delivered when they aren't actually delivered. So sad company stealing from consumers. If anyone is with me for thier missing goods pls file a consumer case agaisnt this company.

                                        Product shipped from hong kong to pune on dec 5th 2017
                                        Kyc submitted on dec 12th
                                        Customer care confirmed the receipt on dec 13th

                                        ... Yet the tracking page shows the same message - "held in customs - pending kyc document" since the 19th of december.

                                        The customer care people who confirmed receipt of the kyc documents (Dl and pan) kept asking the people at delhi to update the status, but there was never any reply from them. The last update on the tracking page was on the 29th of dec 2017. No updates after that.
