I’m trying to import items via shop and ship service... Goods are held by customs and shop and ship team never bothered on customer items or investments... Either they do not respond on emails... Till now several weeks... No response, no refund., the higher officials they keep watching emails and ignoring it... I would recommend should not buy anything over shop and ship... Becareful you will loose the money and items as well. No updates and worst support and finally you never know eta for items delivery or either refund... If you book items and will loose it... I have lot shipments number as well

Complaint marked as Resolved This is first indication..., to update service yourself., I have full email history along with shipments numbers, , I’m going to post matter in consumer complaints as well social networking ., how the response received... I’ve invested lot of amount of having multiple shipments are held by customs and No ETA and no response... you will be seeing the people you are involved are just watching emails and just ignoring it

I’ve bought few items over internationally through aramex’s shop and ship it’s been been 20days no update on shipments and no proper response to customers., no pre-notifications on this., very careless on customer emails and they will not attempt the phone calls., no call back and notification. Executives and managers will not bother on customer items and they read emails and they just ignore replies., they never tell about escalation contact email matrix to save themselves or neither describe in shop and ship web portal shop and ship.com., i would request to do not entertain these kind of careless people and careless services in india.
Here are aramex’s shop and ship shipment numbers holding for several weeks... They never tell eta on these., don’t know how long it’s going to be...,, months or years..,
