Hello aramex
I am apsara, i am fond of collecting custom made jewellery and i most of the time but online from alibaba and aliexpress websites which are china based online shopping portals.
This is regarding my one of the shipments number [protected]. My shipper sent to me on 28th of july and today 5th of august it has not reached me.
Whenever i call up aramex i was told to ask my shipper. I asked her she called aramex in china and they used to say it's in india. No one was ready to tell the real facts.

We at aramex pay so high for your services but is this the customer service we get? For my each jewellery coming from china i pay 40 dollars only for aramex.

My question to you is
Why aramex in china do not send directly to india? Why does it send to dubai and then it comes to india. My packet has to undergo twice the checking.

Secondly my latest shipment. It arrived in india on 3rd and when i callee today i am told it will not be cleared before the 7th or 8th.

I am waiting for my parcel so much. If this is the service i am supposed to get from you and so much of mental torchure from you. I will never ask any of my friends and relatives to work with you.

I want you to give strict instructions to aramex china not to send me parcels via dubai
And i need compensation for the delay made by you on my latest parcel

Saturday morning i called aramex and i get a bad news that customs are closed today. And it wouldn't be cleared before tuesday

I had hell of a time with aramex this time i need a prompt reply from you all today. And i need my this parcel today. I had enough torchure and faced enough difficulties from you. Give me a solution

    My courier was destined to pune, sent on 27th july. I don't know how it reached phalatan.
    It was in phalatan for more than five days (Look at the irony that pune didn't check that this is to be delivered in pune and phalatan didn't return immediately saying this parcel belongs to pune consignee). I called them on 1st august that i am yet to receive my parcel. They said mam it will reach you within 48 hrs. I am yet waiting. Nad they are still not promising to deliver my courier by tomorrow. I have to carry it outside india along with me. The irony is,, they are still irresponsive.

      I have ordered one back cover from ebay.in to my redmi 4 phone and the seller ship the item via armax courier. I lived in kolhapur maharashtra the consignment is reached to my city at 27th jully. The courier executive called me and said that i cant deliverd your parcel because your area is too long i cant bear it for one parcel. What the hell i mean it is your responsibility to deliverd the courier any how and if you cant deliver it why did you pickup??? My item is prepaid already all he needs to do is to deliverd tjat parcel only but he cant today my consignment is returned back to ebay it was so rediculus please take this matter seriously and take action on respective executive.

        I ordered few stuffs from club factory. At the time of delivery they asked me to pay kd 4.400 as customs charges. When i adked for the receipt they replied the sms. How can i claim the amount just by showing sms with no details of the sender.
        I need receipt for the parcel which i received which should state that i have paid kd4.4 as customs charges.

          Hi,

          I purchased a karaoke music system from mumzworld dubai through online system. Mumzworld charged us shipping & handling charges along with the item cost which was paid in advance.

          Now when the courier guy came to deliver the item to me he is asking for almost 90% of the item cost (Including shipping & handling charges) as custom charges.

          I am really surprised to see this. How can be the custom charges so high when officially the indian govt is charging anything between 15% to 28% custom duty.

          I had purchased similarly earlier where the material came from dhl. I never had to pay such a high custom charges to them. They were quite reasonable and charged as per tariff rate.

          I have complained to aramex courier as well as mumzworld dubai about this and its almost 3 weeks but they have not responded despite regular follow ups.

            Aramex is a fraud company that illegally extort money from thier customers in the name of customs. This has been going on forever and i have overpaid them for each n every parcel i havegot through them
            Here is what they do.
            They overestimate the amount of my parcels according to thier imagination and wish and circle out the real amount of the parcel on the bill of entry and increase it to 3 to 4 times and then charge 40 to 50 % custom charges on thier estimated value. Its al ldone by hand and thier is no signature or stamp on the changes done. Then they hold back your parcel demanding money. I have been shipping in sone clothes and aramex can not charge 40% customs on clothes as per law. This is totally illeagal and i m going to just let them get away with tjis fraud everytime. I have been calling them everytime and have written many emails to thier senior executives but they are least botherted and nothing has been done so far. They have held my parcel worth 950 and are asking me to pay 1750 on just few pieces of clothes wieghing less than 2.5 kgs.
            I hope some action is taken immediately because i will be making people and authorities aware of this fraud in every way i can. This is cheating and downright bad by law even.

              My shipment [protected] not delivered yet. Supposed to be delivered on Thursday 13/7/2017. When I phoned them they said it will be deliverd today. Not heared from them yet.

But that wrong, i am talking to the watchmen from last three days. I am also calling aramex people from last 3 days twice a day and they give me some reason or the other.                   Aramex have been sending text everyday that your shipment is out for delivery but at the end of the day it remains undelivered.
                  This is happening for 2days consecutively.
                  And the place is bangalore electronic city.
                  I still don't know when i will receive my shipment. The delivery guy doesn't even contacts me still i get a text at the end of the day that i wasn't at home so shipment remains undelivered..

                    On 19th May 2017, 04:20pm I have booked for a courier service from aramex couriers for the shipment to be delivered to Australia with tracking id([protected]).

                    On 26th may 2017 their web page shows the shipment has been delivered, and the shipment has been received but whereas it was not delivered actually.

                    I wrote a mail to their customer care and their immediate reply was the shipment is delivered, and on further enquiry
                    On June 5th 2017 they replied back saying the shipment has been lost during transit.

                    But after that their attitude towards solving my issue went lethargic and if I write a mail they will reply saying the issue has been escalated but no results.

                    Their customer care no is always engaged and u can't speak to their customer care.

                    Finally spending an hectic amount on their service, they simply update their systems as shipment delivered but in reality they never bother about that and cheat customers.

                      I regularly keep receiving shipments from china from fedex, bhl, gati & aramex. But the customs charged by aramex is way too high. The charges also cannot be reconfirmed & tracked anywhere in aramex website.

                          I am contacting the customer support agents since 3 days they are not giving the correct information regarding the delivery of the product since 3 days they are telling that it will be delivered by evening. Worst customer support and worst service. No one will give correct information regarding the delivery. Aramex is the worst service i've ever experienced.                             Shop and ship by arames is fraud. They have a sign up fee for 45 dollars. And its clearly mentioned on their website that the sign up fee can be refunded if the customer is not happy woth the sns and "no questions asked". But recently when i asked for refund they told me that its no questions asked but with "conditions". This itself is a fraud statement. No questions simply means no conditions! Please help me. The condition is that i have to use their service once! They are fooling people by this statement.

But after 8:00m when i call back on that number. Another guy has picked up ans said today its not possible. Courier guy will reach early in the morning today still 12:30pm.                                   Had ordered few items online from nykaa.co.in [protected] is the tracking order. Had spoken to yaour customer executive ms. Namrata but was not of much help. The product has reached your pune main branch on 3rd may. Why has it not been delivered till now? Cannot cancel the order now as these lying at the destination. Kindly deliver it immediately. Very poor service.. Really pathetic..

                                    Dear aramex:

                                    My brother sent me a gift from china to beirut through aramex that costs 20 usd (Beach bag and slipper shoes) and he paid in china the full shipping costs to aramex. Order number: [protected]

                                    Yesterday, aramex beirut called me claiming that i should pay 175 usd to aramex to clear my gift besides the customs fees, and if i pay so they will deliver it to my door step!! The other option was that i should go by myself to the airport, pay 60 usd to aramex as delivery charges and clear it by myself from the customs and pay the customs fees.
                                    So i went to the airport, and they obliged me to pay the 60 usd fees at the aramex offices, and the aramex operations manager decided to price my gift 130 usd based on its weight and not the real value!!! So i had to also pay 40 usd to clear it from the customs and the whole process took me 3 hours.
                                    So in total i paid 100 usd to receive a 20 usd gift.
                                    Is this how aramex works??? You dont deliver the order to our door step as you are supposed to do??? You make us pay 60 usd delivery fee for a 20 usd gift knowing that the full shipping costs were paid in advance??? Arent you responsible to clear my delivery from the customs and give me the receipt at my door step??? Please i need a reply on this because i want to really know the kind of service you are providing!!

                                        I ordered a 4products in a scheme of rs.948 from salebargaindeals few days ago.but when my order shipped in tht order one product which is samsung powerbank of 25000mah is not received and shipper told us to contact online for solution but email is not going to salebargaindeals so i m complaining here for solution as early as possible i get my powerbank delivered to my address..!!
