I have received an international shipment and i am following up endlessely with the customer service to deliver it to my address. Everyday i follow-up & call around 5-6 times & they would say sorry we will deliver it today but no body comes. They will simply update the status as receiver not at home. Most of the time the service desk will say the servers are down & we cant help you. Please call later. This is the second time i am facing issue...

Since lat three days your courier boy rahul ([protected]) is making me fool and my courier was supposed to be delivered by day before yesterday but didn't. Today when i called him he is misbehaving and saying that i am on leave and will not deliver do whatever you want. Need action immediately and my courier by today at any cost.
Is this the kind of services you are providing. Very pathetic experience.....

My courier has been on hold since 17 august 2017 and each time they say it will be delivered on priority basis and someone will contact me. I haven't received it nor any calls! I have called everyday to no avail. I'm leaving the country soon and if they can't deliver they need to say that! My shipment no is [protected]. I have had many telephonic conversation with aramex regarding this matter but no action has been taken or satisfactory replies to my queries has been made by aramex.

1 want to return my dress because the dress which i get from fabfunia is worst. And i can't take this. I m very disappointed from your response as well. Refund my money.. I was expecting urgent delivery of my medicines through aramax couriers in bangalore on 17th aug. Airway bill no. [protected]. However no attempt was made by courier services to deliver my parcel and simply updated false status as "customer not available at home". On complaining and follow up with customer care multiple times (Through email and phone) delivery was assured on 18th aug. But the same thing was repeated and false status was updated...

My order [protected] which was to be received on 8th august has not been received yet now, and in the tracking it is showing that the order has reached the operational facility cochin on 2nd august.
And on 121th august when i went to the parcel office to ask about my package they are telling they didn't received this package and it is unable to track now.
Why this irregularity always followed by you....

our shipment ([protected]) is blocked more than 2-3 weeks. After receipt of duty payment email, we immediately paid custom duty, brokerage charges, and GST to aramex account. But yet consignement is not received us.

Please inform us, what is the problem to releasing our consignment?

I had ordered a red colour t-shirt online, i have to return it as the size is small. But when i tried calling on the given number they are not receiving the call. When i called after sometime they started talking in some other language. When we tried to send a request through email they didn't even accept the email. Kindly look into this matter and sort out it as quick as possible....

I am apsara, i am fond of collecting custom made jewellery and i most of the time but online from alibaba and aliexpress websites which are china based online shopping portals.
This is regarding my one of the shipments number [protected]. My shipper sent to me on 28th of july and today 5th of august it has not reached me.
Whenever i call up aramex i was told to ask my shipper. I asked her she called aramex...

My courier was destined to pune, sent on 27th july. I don't know how it reached phalatan.
It was in phalatan for more than five days (Look at the irony that pune didn't check that this is to be delivered in pune and phalatan didn't return immediately saying this parcel belongs to pune consignee). I have ordered one back cover from ebay.in to my redmi 4 phone and the seller ship the item via armax courier. I lived in kolhapur maharashtra the consignment is reached to my city at 27th jully. The courier executive called me and said that i cant deliverd your parcel because your area is too long i cant bear it for one parcel. What the hell i mean it is your responsibility to deliverd the courier any how and if you cant deliver it why did...

I ordered few stuffs from club factory. At the time of delivery they asked me to pay kd 4.400 as customs charges. When i adked for the receipt they replied the sms. How can i claim the amount just by showing sms with no details of the sender.
I need receipt for the parcel which i received which should state that i have paid kd4.4 as customs charges.

Hi,

I purchased a karaoke music system from mumzworld dubai through online system. Mumzworld charged us shipping & handling charges along with the item cost which was paid in advance.

Now when the courier guy came to deliver the item to me he is asking for almost 90% of the item cost (Including shipping & handling charges) as custom charges.

I am really surprised to see this. How can be the custom...

Aramex is a fraud company that illegally extort money from thier customers in the name of customs. This has been going on forever and i have overpaid them for each n every parcel i havegot through them
Here is what they do.
They overestimate the amount of my parcels according to thier imagination and wish and circle out the real amount of the parcel on the bill of entry and increase it to 3 to 4 times and then charge 40 to 50...

Received a massage that my order from
Maa laxmi enterprise attempted via aramex # [protected] is pending due to office closed/no one home.. This is incorrect. Contacted one mr rahul on no.33003300 who promised me to deliver the order today. Again a massage received
Stating address not correct. This is totally confusing.

My shipment no: [protected] was supposed to be delivered on saturday through aramex couriers. I got a message stating that delivery attempted and failed due to restricted access. But that wrong, i am talking to the watchmen from last three days. I am also calling aramex people from last 3 days twice a day and they give me some reason or the other. I am waiting for my shipment.
