Not only is the carrier 15 days late in delivery, but office in israel does not answer calls within 10 minutes, and there is no contact to let me know what's going on. This is a bad service bordering on irresponsible behavior.

I demand to know what's going on with the memento frame, and when will it be delivered.

      I have placed an online order through a seller in china. It was shipped through hong kong and arrived in mumbai next day i. E 23rd september 2017, till now its still stuck in customs, my seller has attached the commercial invoice, i have mailed my adhar card on time but till now there has been no progress from their part. Customer care is rude and does not give right answers. Please help me out with these aramex people. I am suppose to receive it in bangalore but it is still in mumbai airport. I have written multiple request mails, called customer care several times but they dont bother at all. My only hope is this forum now.

        The shipment picked up on 22nd september from usa and aramex portal is not showing the current status of shipment since 28th sep. We called more than 100 times and spoke to number of executives of aramex. All are placing the standard response that our shipment is in mumbai under custom clearance whereas the shipment was booked for delhi so why shipment is lying in mumbai.

        No one gives the contact details of any senior person in the organization. They all are just coaxing the issue and enjoyin in their offices. Aramex nothing to do with the urgency and trouble of customer. They are just concern about the money they charge for service which they never provide.

        It is highly recommended not to choose aramex for any personal / official shipments throughout the globe. Once you book the shipment you will get a routine work of calling customer care of aramex to trace your goods.

        All the senior authorities sit quite and never respond on any of your communication. So it is totallt your luck if you get your shipment / goods.

          Aramex awb# [protected].

          Since 20th of september, i am following up with you to get the shipment cleared through aramex & have provided all the kyc documents on 22nd of september.

          Kyc documents were not required if the shipment was to be cleared through our own cha.

          Today, after 15 days of my constant emails & reminders (To which you have not bothered to reply even once), you are asking whose cha to use??

          This is absolute incompetence on part of aramex clearing team who has not bothered to clear the shipment or even reply after 15 days.

          Request you to clear the shipment today itself & deliver to our goregaon office.

            My shipment number is [protected]. I've constantly been recieving messages which include a link to my kyc document which are essential to complete the shipment process. The sms link to my kyc document isn't working. I've been sent about 3-4 links and none of them are working. All have the same response.
            Please respond to this message. I don't want any trouble with my shipment. Thanks.

              Had placed a order through kraftly which was booked at surat on 14th september 2017 for delivery at destination shillong meghalaya - 793001.
              However till date the delivery is pending and for the last two days that is 2nd oct & 3rd oct the status is updated in the morning at 11 am as out for delivery and sms sent to consignee however both days without any attempt for delivery the website is updated as attempt failed office closed /no one at home around 7/7.30 pm. The complaint made to customer support number tel:+[protected] on 3rd october is of no use. Despite being assured of delivery the same was not executed. Call back to the same number on 4th oct was useless as they refused to share any local delivery point contact number. The number in website listed as destination office tel:+ 91 ([protected]) does not work neither does any number in web search listed as aramex guwahati works clearly pointing at fraud and company having no intention to deliver the consignment. Request to initiate action and to black list the courier company.
              They are not bothered to call at destination point with intimation on delivery as the other reputed courier service does. Thus intention is very clear of no effort to deliver.

                I bought a crown from ali baba and my packet is in delhi airport since 11th september and now on 16th september 2017 it's still says that packet is with delhi customs clearance. When i called aramex they say customs is updating their electronic data systems.
                Aramex is lieing on 14th september 2017 my shipment arrived from usa and cleared for customs the same day and was delivered too on 14th september

                Aramex customer care is full of liars. This is the first time my packet is left under clearance for five days. We pay each time 65 dollars that's more than 3500 rupees for courier and is this the service we get.?

                I had complained earlier about a shipment i think aramex is taking out it's revenge on me by not following up with the customs

                Aramex close down the customer care and stop using our money to give salary to bunch of # who know nothing about anything

                I called today again and i was told customs don't work on saturday and sunday and shipment may get cleared on monday or tuesday and i may get packet on wednesday or thursday.. God do we pay a fortune to wait in india for 10 days to be delivered where as aramex claims packet to be delivered in 5 days

                Please take an action and get my packet deliver at the earliest

                  I have received an international shipment and i am following up endlessely with the customer service to deliver it to my address. Everyday i follow-up & call around 5-6 times & they would say sorry we will deliver it today but no body comes. They will simply update the status as receiver not at home. Most of the time the service desk will say the servers are down & we cant help you. Please call later. This is the second time i am facing issue with aramex. They will keep the parcel with them delaying delivery & in the end after paying high custom charges, i receive damaged goods & have to bear it.
                  Such pathetic helpdesk service!!

                      I am contacting Aramex customer care and explained them it is very urgent item but they are not mentioning the reason. Seems like they just want to attend the call and not take any complaint seriously.

                        Since lat three days your courier boy rahul ([protected]) is making me fool and my courier was supposed to be delivered by day before yesterday but didn't. Today when i called him he is misbehaving and saying that i am on leave and will not deliver do whatever you want. Need action immediately and my courier by today at any cost.
                        Is this the kind of services you are providing. Very pathetic experience.. And the behavior of the employee. I have the call recording of the delivery boy and going to register a complain against him.

                          My courier has been on hold since 17 august 2017 and each time they say it will be delivered on priority basis and someone will contact me. I haven't received it nor any calls! I have called everyday to no avail. I'm leaving the country soon and if they can't deliver they need to say that! My shipment no is [protected].                             I have had many telephonic conversation with aramex regarding this matter but no action has been taken or satisfactory replies to my queries has been made by aramex.
                            I would like to once again mention my questions :
                            1. For consignment no-[protected]. The original value mentioned in print was 955.74 for which customs duty chargeable was shown in print as 393.61inr. The assailable value has been encircled by hand and changed to inr 4000 and likewise the total duty was also encircled and changed to 1647 by hand.
                            These changes has not been initialled by custom officer nor any seal by customs department has been put on the entry
                            2. I have not been given copy of the receipt for payment made to customs if any by aramex.
                            3. The total duty has also been changed and doesn't tally with the changes made in the bill of entry
                            4. The duty levied on the changed accessible value amounts to more than 41%. I would like to understand under what rule or on what basis 41% duty has been charged on garments
                            The answers given to me by aramex are not clear nor any documentary has been provided authenticating the claim of aramex that the above changes by hand have been made by customs department.
                            May i expect a clear explanation/answer to my questions with supporting documents within 15 days from today, to enable me decide further course of action.
                            Meanwhile i am making payment of the 1765 inr as claimed by aramex. I hope to a get a receipt of the received amount with gts no of aramex
                            They have been looting money from me in the name of customs and i have been paying them or they threaten to hold the parcel back or discard it.. I think aramex is hoping i would get fed up and give up this matter but rest assured f no action is taken against it i will be going to higher authorities and also make people aware of this this fraud going on by aramex on social media... I have been very patient with aramex... I guess they just think nothing can be done and they can get away by fooling innocent customers...

                                I was expecting urgent delivery of my medicines through aramax couriers in bangalore on 17th aug. Airway bill no. [protected]. However no attempt was made by courier services to deliver my parcel and simply updated false status as "customer not available at home". On complaining and follow up with customer care multiple times (Through email and phone) delivery was assured on 18th aug. But the same thing was repeated and false status was updated as "customer not available at home". Extremely pathetic services and non responsive. Complaint id for complaints lodged with aramex: blr/0817/5542 and blr/0817/5901

                                      our shipment ([protected]) is blocked more than 2-3 weeks. After receipt of duty payment email, we immediately paid custom duty, brokerage charges, and GST to aramex account. But yet consignement is not received us.

                                      Please inform us, what is the problem to releasing our consignment?

                                      Now, aramex is asking us regarding storage charges, please inform us which charges is this? If it is custom store charges then why you are not told before when we making your custom duty payment.

                                      We already did all correspondances time to time without doing any delay. We are enclosing herewith all corresspondance & payment receipt of paid custom duty.

                                        I had ordered a red colour t-shirt online, i have to return it as the size is small. But when i tried calling on the given number they are not receiving the call. When i called after sometime they started talking in some other language. When we tried to send a request through email they didn't even accept the email. Kindly look into this matter and sort out it as quick as possible.
