On 25th may it was in gurgaon, and package on 30th its not delivered yet.
And false status updations are there, like need more address info, attempted delivery - no one home / unable to contact.

Service is really pathetic.
No updation after 27th.
I called, dropped mail but no result.

Now after 5 days

Tracid: [protected]: got call on 2nd june at 5:40pm approx from [protected], [protected], said package is delivered, but

Its not delivered.
They updated on site that item delivered at 6:53pm to me at my company address (Delivery address). But i left company for

Home around 5:30 pm: totally fraud it is.
After 27th they udpated site on 2nd june (No updation inbetween) that courier is delivered. No other updation in between.

No out for delivery, they dint give a single call from 25th to 2st june.

Now i called on those numbers they said yesterday our supervisor called you from our numbers. I asked supervisors number,

They said he don't have mobile, we dont know his number bla bla. Even they talked rudely. What is this #

    Aramex is charging so much. Last time they dilever my order in about 1.5 month.
    They keep me waiting without any answer.
    Last time they charge 1300 custom and this time my order value is same but they charge 7000 as custom duty. What the hell is this??? Why Aramex is cheating customers? Their service executives don't take any interest in customer's problem

      I ordered a 25000 mah powerbank a jbl earphone and a 128 gb memory card @599. The amount amount came to be around 850. First of all they sent the wrong product. Inspite of 25000 mah powerbank they sent me a 10400 mah powerbank which was used and old and didnt work. They arent returning my mails so please do something about this or tell me what should i do.

          IPhone fish eye lens, I don't know why these people take aadhaar card, DL or I'd card, this is very disgusting the courier boy has taken my aadhaar card Xerox copy, im really worried if they misuse my proof...
          But till now I have purchased many things online, till now no other courier company demanded any proof but aramex couriers is asking proof.

          I have purchasee a three combo pack packege (vivo 25000 MaH power bank, one 64GB samsung card, one samsung ear phone ) but after the delevery i found a samsung 25000mAh power bank. Its not working, a locak earphone its not a good sound and a 128GB SD card.

            Wednesday, 22 Mar 2017.

            it's was very urgent parcel, its came from USA, yesterday I got a massage that parcel is out for delivery around 11:55 AM, still I was waiting for the parcel still 10:00PM, I haven't received, I got massage (Attempted Delivery - No One Home / Unable to Contact ) at 07:30 PM ... this is very unprofessional I never aspect this kind o[censored]nprofessional from the company like Aramex.

            Again next day I got a massage that parcel is out for delivery around 11:33 AM whole day i was waiting for the parcel and received massage from Aramex (Attempted Delivery - Address not found )

            Many time i called to customer care on this number but[protected] regarding that,

            Have mailed several.times to customer support. NO RESPONSE
            CALLED CUSTOMER CARE- NO RESPONSE

            Now what do i do...?

            Same thing happened with me twice. Worst service. They won't deliver the items on time. I have complained two times & there was no response from their end. The complaint ref#[BLR/0317/11262] & [BLR/0517/5974]

            PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COURIER SERVICE.

              Hello Team,

              My AWB number is : [protected]

              I booked my courier as overnight parcel on 14th March'2017 at Ashram Road, Ahmedabad location. this was very urgent parcel, & i asked them did you deliver this in 2 days to Jhansi, They said yes, We will deliver in 2-3 days. Now after 4 days, Parcel is moving in Agra and when i visit Aramex location where i given the parcel for delivery. I meet with Manager & The Manager said, We don't deliver parcel to Jhansi, I don't know why our employee take your parcel.

              I said, Are you making fool to customers?,
              He said: You can picked up your parcel from delhi or agra location,
              I said: Are you mad, I booked parcel for Jhansi & you are saying, take pickup from Delhi or Agra
              He said: then your parcel will be return to your location.
              I said: Is this make any sense, The parcel delivery is very urgent, why you take pick up if you are not delivering to such locations.
              He said: Sorry its our mistake, But we can't do anything.
              I said: I will fire a case in consumer court for such services
              He said: Ok you can do whatever you want to do.

              This is how Aramex behave with their customer. I want to take very serious action against aramex. The parcel was very urgent & now no status of delivery. I don't know anything, This is really ashamed, If you have no office in Jhansi & you are not delivering to such locations, Then why you picking up for Jhansi.

              I request to Consumer forum to take serious action & i want to claim on that company for such services

                This is regarding oder number LTS4078.
                I never had received it from aramex courrier service I tried calling them and they never picked the phone in their dehradun centre. When I got to know my product is still in transit from like more than 25 days now I called aramex courrier services delhi.
                They never bring that product for delievery to my home for which I prepaid and wanted as soon as possible.
                They without even inimating me send back to seller.
                This is not the first time aramex has disappointed me .

                  Aramex has the most pathetic delivery service. waiting for the delivery since last 2 days n still no luck even after endless calls to there customer care, complaints on there website & the worst thing, even after sending an email to there manager! Reason-Incorrect add? they dont have any money to provide mobiles to there delivery staff? or they don't know how to call n confirm the address? Or the parcel was not at all out for delivery?

                    [protected] Aramex. There is no update about this package after 25th feb. And today it 1st march. Cant find whereabouts of the package.
                    Customer Care fo not respond.
                    It takes max 2 days to come from Hong Kong To India. But its been 6 days there is no response and no update either.

                        Hey i had ordered a pair of sandal from mango india website but my order is stuck in siliguri as it says shipment on hold for the past two weeks =(. Also siliguri is only a few hours away from Darjeeling and i would be willing to go to your office and collect the order myself if you guys cannot, but the problem is that i have no idea where you guys are located in siliguri . I cannot even contact the customer care service.I have paid quite a lot of money for the shoes and have also paid 800 rupees extra for the delivery service . My courier details are as follows .

Also the last activity shown on my order was on 9th February 2017 but my shipment was on hold since 4th Feb 2017 and today is the 14th of Feb 2017 already.                           Totally defective shoes delivered it was the worst quality of the shoes dat I hav ever brought or purchased. It was my fist experience of online shopping n uh damn ****ing people hav delivered to me. So kindly refund my amount in my bank account.                             It's my first and last use Aramex service ever. I am super disappointed with service what they provide... already one week that they don't know where is my shipment and no-one cannot give me right information... Disaster service, non professional employees...

                              I have bought an electronic product from Amazon US and mentioned the address where i am working currently in Pune India.
                              I have all the government ID on permanent address not current address as i have recently started working in this city.
                              Will this cause any problem during custom clearance from Aramex. I tried reaching to aramex customer support but it seems that they dont Care.

                                  My shipment tracking no =[protected] Hi I have ordered mobile from Dubai and it came through aramex courier service and when I tried to track my item on aramex website it shows there awaiting customs documentation..its been 8 days now I can see same status on tracking page. May I know when I can get my item delivered as it was a birthday gift for my brother and it's no use now because his birthday is gone. And I also tried to email supervisor of customs clearance at aramex in bangalore and that person is so unprofessional that in spite of sending him emails 3 times he don't even try to reply my mail. So I'm really unhappy with aramex service.
                                  So pls let me know if you guys can deliver my item by 12 Jan 2017 if not then I need to complain to seller and pls return my item back to seller so I can get a refund.

                                    My order 3834253pm8518c316 from firstcry.com which was shipped via aramex awb: [protected].
                                    Since 17.12.16 to 23.12.16 no tracking details. After several time call at first cry.com, on 23.12.16 from aramex tracking shows product delivered.
                                    But today 24.12.16 no any product has been delivered to me. So that type of fake statement will stop online shopping.
                                    Our pm trying to digital india, but that type of perter should create a fear on online shopping

                                      Aramex singapore received parcel on 7/12/16. So i expecting will be deliver to me in 3 working days. Unfortunately i have been waiting for 8days, still not yet arrived. 3 days ago call to follow up, promised will call back but until now never get back to me. I think my parcel must be misplaced. This is international company, how could they provide this service! Is really bad courier company i ever seen!

                                        I recently placed an order from amazon for 11 products. It was mentioned that 3 of 11 products will be delivered by aramex courier. Today i got a message that "tried to deliver the order customer was not available will try another attempt of today". I have given my hostel address and usually when courier people come they do call, i tell them to handover to the hostel manager. Now no one called and no one came and they sent a message like that.
