Aramex Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Aramex has the most pathetic delivery service. waiting for the delivery since last 2 days n still no luck even after endless calls to there customer care, complaints on there website & the worst thing, even after sending an email to there manager! Reason-Incorrect add? they dont have any money to provide mobiles to there delivery staff? or they don't know how to call n confirm the address? Or the parcel was not at all out for delivery?...

[protected] Aramex. There is no update about this package after 25th feb. And today it 1st march. Cant find whereabouts of the package.
Customer Care fo not respond.
It takes max 2 days to come from Hong Kong To India. But its been 6 days there is no response and no update either.
Have mailed several.times to customer support. NO RESPONSE

I have all the government ID on permanent address not current address as i have recently started working in this city.
