I booked my courier as overnight parcel on 14th March'2017 at Ashram Road, Ahmedabad location. this was very urgent parcel, & i asked them did you deliver this in 2 days to Jhansi, They said yes, We will deliver in 2-3 days. Now after 4 days, Parcel is moving in Agra and when i visit Aramex location where i given the parcel for delivery. I meet with Manager & The Manager said, We don't deliver parcel to Jhansi, I don't know why our employee take your parcel.
I said, Are you making fool to customers?,
He said: You can picked up your parcel from delhi or agra location,
I said: Are you mad, I booked parcel for Jhansi & you are saying, take pickup from Delhi or Agra
He said: then your parcel will be return to your location.
I said: Is this make any sense, The parcel delivery is very urgent, why you take pick up if you are not delivering to such locations.
He said: Sorry its our mistake, But we can't do anything.
I said: I will fire a case in consumer court for such services
He said: Ok you can do whatever you want to do.
This is how Aramex behave with their customer. I want to take very serious action against aramex. The parcel was very urgent & now no status of delivery. I don't know anything, This is really ashamed, If you have no office in Jhansi & you are not delivering to such locations, Then why you picking up for Jhansi.
I request to Consumer forum to take serious action & i want to claim on that company for such services
