I recently placed an order from amazon for 11 products. It was mentioned that 3 of 11 products will be delivered by aramex courier. Today i got a message that "tried to deliver the order customer was not available will try another attempt of today". I have given my hostel address and usually when courier people come they do call, i tell them to handover to the hostel manager. Now no one called and no one came and they sent a message like that. Can't they do proper delivery. Please take the complaint and deliver the product properly. Tracking id: [protected]. And another tracking id: [protected]. Order number:[protected]

    I had ordered Sports nutrition from my protein with Total Value Rs 5335
    (Order Confirmation:[protected]

    Customs charges which I have to pay total of Rs 6233.94

    I am surprised to pay customs duty + octroi charges of almost 120%

    On further investigation I noticed Invoice prepared and submitted to Customs and octroi was incorrect.

    Products ordered were worth 61.98 GBP
    Whereas Invoice prepared by Kalyan Jha from Aramex was for 87.97 GBP.

    My order was for
    Protein - 57.99 GBP
    Lifting straps - 3.99 GBP
    Peanut butter was complimentary - FREE

    Please see the attached image of receipt of Invoice submitted to Customs. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I believe there are many other who are facing same problem, it's not only my protein who is going to lose their Goodwill in India but there will be increasing complaints against Aramex in next few weeks.

    My protein used to deliver via India post and clients never had problems but Aramex is going to destroy their reputation and needs to be fixed immediately.

      Hi, i am navdeep singh and i have ordered protein suppliment from a uk based website. The total i have paid for my order is 5730 inr (Product amount and free shipping) and then when my product reached india, i started getting mails from aramex regarding submission of kyc documents and authorisation to aramex to pay custom on my behave. Even if i have not given any authorisation, aramex claim that they have already paid the custom duty and asking me to pay 5548 inr as a custom duty which is almost 100â„… of my product value. "that is too much", when i ask them to give me the custom bill they said that they pay custom duty for whole consignment not for the individual parcel so they can't give that.
      I am ready to pay the genuine custom duty but right now they are asking for unacceptable amount.
      No indian law state that health supplements would be charged 100â„… custom duty. I need a justification on this. My product is still with aramex as they did't try to deliver it yet.

      I am having the same issue, custom duty is charged on incorrect Invoice.

      I ordered protein for 58GBP on invoice they mentioned 88GBP, so the customs was charged on 88GBP + octroi for delivering from Delhi to Mumbai,

      I am already so irritated for charging me wrong custom amount.

      I have requested invoice from my protein in GBP which I will also on Aramex and request them to charge me correct custom amount

        We have booked and sent our document for yemen .

        when we booked that time do not inform us regarding more payment, after reach the mumbai my documents inform us pay 20 USD .

        After we have cancle and RTO my documents .

        When i received my documents, in cover my company name and adress is ok.
        But when we opened bag and saw the document company id deferent.
        we called consern person, he told me your document sent by mistak and other company document reach to you.

        so how it is possible ?

        and how is very big mistak by Aramex . Aramex is international coorier service.

        so please help us and solve this problem

I received a text msg with a link to fill out "know your customer" document but the link was expired so I could not fill it out and i went on your website to find it but could not.               I had purchased T shirt worth Rs600 from HAMPERTOWN (useless website to buy clothes)and paid them in advance through card These useless site took 30 days to shipbmy product as they dont care about customers order their atitude towards my mail was also casual. Some how they manage to ship the product through such late or i quote "Cheater Aramex Courier"
              Whose courier as well as customer support doestnt know that product is prepaid and they charged me double amount...
              I had lodged a complaint on Aramex but their is no responce from their side
              These website likes HAMPERTOWN n courier companies like ARAMEX are BIG CHEATS THUG N FAKE

              GUYS dont buy from HAMPERTOWN
              Dont ship through ARAMEX

              Your money and products are hard earned and you deserve better than these fake companies...

                I have submit one of courier to aramex courier, nit-5 center on monday afternoon which deliver to ajmer. As communicate by them that courier will be deliver till thursday but till friday it hasn't deliver due to wrong codding and it return it again in delhi.

                There are few things of mine which needs to deliver before friday and it got huge impact on my personal life.

                  Latestone has dispatched a order from my name on[protected] and as per the courier tracking details it was here in pune branch on 18th, however the courier guys have not delivered it to me yet and without attempting any delivery the courier company updated the status as consignee rejected the shipment. I called customer care alot of times and they have told me every now and then that it will get deliver on the next day, but this thing is told to me from past 7 days and when i call them they say that the load was full so we are not able to deliver and without any reason they have put my shipment on hold.
                  Now, they have returned the product back to the shipper without attempting the delivery and have misguided me for the delivery again and again.

                    I sent the package to south africa from india on 10/10/2016 but the package is lost now. [protected] is shipment number.
                    This is the first time i used aramex service and im disappointed and customer care is also not helping me.
                    I[censored] check your records you will get to know that i have contacted soo many times and sent mail to your customer service head dhaval rao, sonia thomas and madhuri nagaraj but still no proper revert from them..

                      They say they have attempted delivery and I was not reachable.
                      I have CCTV footage of my home where i don't see any delivery person.

                      No one came home and no one called on my phone.

                      Fooling people.

                      Product is on hold.

                      I am in urgent need of that product, they are holding it and creating nuisance.
                      Any thing happens due to delay delivery then ARAMEX will fully be responsible for the after effects.

                            I have ordered a consignment from shopclues as cod. and, i got a message as my shipment is handed to aramex couriers and will be delivered by 13 october 2016. but, i ain't got any calls or message from the courier service. this is not the first time aramex is failing to deliver in shillong. i already got return details of my two previous shipments. the service of aramex in shillong is poor. the contact numbers given is also fake and there's no way to contact the courier office. i used to get messages as "delivery attempt was failed", but i never got a call from them. so, i request to kindly take action on this.

                              My shipment from hongkong is supposed to arrived and delivered to my address last tuesday. What is the point of talking to your customer service scheduled the delivery but you are not following it.
                              Yes in some cases there is a unexpected emergencies but you are oblige to update the client.in every shipment there is a different story behind, and its important to your client. Be responsible to the schedule youve given, and be professional with it comes to your delivery.
                              Client cant adjust due to your failure and unprofessional attitude handling your clients shipment. This is the second time you fail my shipment and i cant afford a 3rd mistake.

                                I shipped my laptop from Cairo to Dubai for a warranty claim due to a faulty display. Aramex just caused a serious damage to the laptop as shown in the picture attached. When I raised up the calim they refused to take respnsibilty of what they did. Custmer service agents and their Manager were so rude to me to just leave it. The empoyees called Nesrine Hassan, Nesrine Diaa El Din and Fatema Al Zahraa Soliman. It was the worst experience with them. So far I am paying $300 for the fix and consuming time to get it done.

                                  This item is undelivered to the destination location. But the web page of Aramex shows as delivered.

                                  Called up Aramex Patna several times.
                                  They are not resolving the issue.
                                  Patna Aramex Team sent the shipment to purnea through local courier Sky King .(as they spoke to me over voice call )

                                  Before the Aramex Patna said that the shipment is delivered and when I asked about the receiving signature as proof, they were blank.

                                  Please solve the issue asap.

                                    The service provider in Shillong has been giving a very poor service and there seems to be no convictions to learnt from mistakes. My three experiences with Aramex courier service provider Shillong has been a nightmare.
                                    the first experience was that the courier from Shillong to Karnataka never reached and returned after a month, the second courier never got delivered and the third one is lying in the service provider for the last 10 days.
                                    They are taking the consumer for a ride.Someone needs to intervene and see such people with no heart of service pave way to people who wants to serve.

                                      Aramex service has really left me disappointed . I have had different unpleasent experiences in the past with the same service provider. In my resent experience, Aramex has not delievered my shipment for the last 8 days. The tracking record display the arrival of the product in the destination but inspite of the customer service support staff assurrance, the shipment is still not delilvered.

                                      This is my third consecutive bitter experience with Aramex..

                                        My Aramex shipment number [protected] was out for delivery on 10th Sept but i received a fake update that i was not available and my number was not available which is false. Such bad level of service has happened earlier as well with Aramex. These people do not even cross verify if the update is correct or not. Not one called me and no one rang my house bell. Now it is your prerogative to get it delivered today- 11/9- or before 10am / after 7pm on weekday. I hope you can do some work.
