I shipped my laptop from Cairo to Dubai for a warranty claim due to a faulty display. Aramex just caused a serious damage to the laptop as shown in the picture attached. When I raised up the calim they refused to take respnsibilty of what they did. Custmer service agents and their Manager were so rude to me to just leave it.
