Wrong Destination

I shipped my laptop from Cairo to Dubai for a warranty claim due to a faulty display. Aramex just caused a serious damage to the laptop as shown in the picture attached. When I raised up the calim they refused to take respnsibilty of what they did. Custmer service agents and their Manager were so rude to me to just leave it. Not delivering the product

Undelivered the product

Aramex service has really left me disappointed . I have had different unpleasent experiences in the past with the same service provider. In my resent experience, Aramex has not delievered my shipment for the last 8 days. The tracking record display the arrival of the product in the destination but inspite of the customer service support staff assurrance, the shipment is still not delilvered.

Fake Update, lack of accountability

Such bad level of service has happened earlier as well with Aramex. These people do not even cross verify if the update is correct or not. Not one called me and no one rang my house bell. Courier delivery

Next day called to same no, reply other person will come. 2 days complaint registered and followed with aramex will be delivered . As on 16th not received worst service. If checked in tracking shipment status no one available at home. What a flase statement....

Spamming my phone's inbox

Inefficiency in service

A shipment was sent to me form france (chronopost) on monday july 11, 2016. name and address clearly stated on the envelope.
Tracking the shipment that was supposed to be delivered on thursday july 14th ended with a wrong address. friday july 15th i receive a call from the messenger asking for my whereabouts. the address he is in was tyre where it should be beirut. saturday noon, aramex people call due to the urgency of the document......
