I sent the package to south africa from india on 10/10/2016 but the package is lost now. [protected] is shipment number.

I shipped my laptop from Cairo to Dubai for a warranty claim due to a faulty display. Aramex just caused a serious damage to the laptop as shown in the picture attached. Aramex service has really left me disappointed . I have had different unpleasent experiences in the past with the same service provider. I have order, aramex courier person called me @ 9 pm on Friday 12th . I informed him not at this time. I have paid freight charges of rs. 3249 to my counter part for this sample unit of surge protector. The total cost of the surge protector device is 8usd.

I have visited at aramex office at sanpada navi mumbai. As per them, custom charges are rs.2470 which is not acceptable. I explain them to esquire about this then they show me the invoice of rs. 545.60 but told to pay rs.2470.
