Aramex Couriers — Shipment lost | |||||
I sent the package to south africa from india on 10/10/2016 but the package is lost now. [protected] is shipment number. This is the first time i used aramex service and im disappointed and customer care is also not helping me. I[censored] check your records you will get to know that i have contacted soo many times and sent mail to your customer service head dhaval rao, sonia thomas and madhuri nagaraj but still no proper revert from them.. very bad service...they lost my parcel...plz do not send any parcel thorough their courier

we sent our immigration documents via aramax [fastway] but they lost my courier and they do not have any proper customer care centre so that they can provide you any sort of information regarding ur lost courier.. i Amardeep singh highly suggest all of you that plz do not send ur any kind of thing...
plz do not send any thing thorough them... very disappointed service...no rating to them...they do not deserve
very bad ... they do not even have any claim form so that you can claim for ur lost item...
