But still the bill is coming and unnecessary followups.

I have left kerala with family to Kuwait, and my mother she is alone and is being troubled.

    I am a sports lover, so i can't miss important sports events like ICC World T20 2010, English Premier League etc. So disconnection of ESPN ,STAR CRICKET, STAR SPORTS is very bad.ACV should consider their consumers needs otherwise we will go for another options.

    True, ACV give lot of advertisement to get subscription, but they are not consumer friendly, even small local Cable operators are better than ACV, They shows all channels. Better not to subscribe to ACV and change the operators

    Worst think will be if they do not show world cup football...
    We had previous experience with this operator for not showing Z network for quite some time and we missed lot of Champions league actions & i was fed up..
    Now even the local cable networks are showing ESPN and Star sports...its really a pity that they are showing this...I am stopping this connection and hopefully my friends too...
    didn't get espn, star sports, star cricket channels in the time of icc world T 20.

    The same case with me too. I paid for 6 months in advance only because of sports channels. I dont want to spent my money and time on the bloody serial channels. Im gonna file a lawsuit against them. 6 of my friends are with me for this. These asianet people doesnt even care about customer satisfaction. Whenever we are calling the customer care for ADTV/ADl, they simply disconnects the call if they cant answer or give us an ETA to the problem. I've sent complaints against this to the Senior customer care manager of Asianet 3 weeks before. Seems like he doesnt want to answer to my complaints. I know how to make them responding to our complaints. I am working in technopark and all my friends around there are thinking about disconnecting and filing a lawsuit in the consumer court together. Will provide you guys more detail shortly.

    Yes. Asianet cable networks set a monopoly here and they knew that even if one or two customers are disconnecting from the network, they will get more connection requests from others. SO the disconnection doesnt even make an impact on them. I've been in to city cables here in trivandrum before shifting to a new house. The city cable team told me that they were having a lot of issues from the asianet franchise near by. there was only one cable network in my lane that time and it was city cables. But the asianet franchise inflitrated by causing connection issue by cutting down the cable of city cables. Right now, I am having asianet connection after shifting because only asianet is available there. :(. I used to get atleast 3.5 connection issues with in 6 PM to 10 PM.

    Poor customer service from asianet and we need to make them pay the price for it.

    i have asianet digital in my home. my subscription renewal date is at the end of this month. when they get here i'm going to give them the set top box back and tell them i got dish tv instead. even if it's ridiculously expensive they show exactly all the channels i ask for.
    ACV is not treating customers properly. I didn't get a proper feedback for my email complaint regarding this. We lost T20 matches and EPL final leg matches due to this. No I afraid we will not be able to watch Football world cup as well. My advice to all of you is to change the the cable services of Asianet and prefer some DTH services. I am going to do the same.

    My question to you is why the customer should suffer if you have a payment issue with the channel people? We were paid rent for the full year and now guys are coming up with a payment issue and blocking the channels.

    When no other cable/DTH service is having this issue why only the customers of Asianet suffer for this?. This is not the first time we are facing this issue. What would we do if we face the same issue again during world cup matches? Do the Asianet is not having the professionalism!!!. I feel you guys are behaving like a Government provider..Doordarshan!!!

    I mainly watch tv for the sports channels, and now that asianet has stopped airing the espnstar package, i think its totally not worth continuing my subscription.I am an avid sports fan, and rite now i'm missing out on formula1, final leg of epl, and the t-20 worldcup.I'm just waiting for the fifa worldcup to begin, and if asianet does not resolve watever issues they have and start airing those channels, i would definitely cancel my subscription and take some dth service...after paying this much money as subscription fees, customer satisfaction is the least they could provide..
    Guys..changed to local cable service today... only 500 rs deposit...and 100 rs monthly subscription...

    We can't accept a cable connection without ESPN / Star which means no football world cup this time. We all should start a campaign against this all forums. If we all start posting our comments / views in all forums, most of the customers will start thinking about other options available like taking local cable TV connection. No service sector can sustain without customers. Reluctance to even attend the phone calls shows their attitude towards us.
    Asianet TV I have.With top box I thought things will be better.Since they replaced a defective Top box they do not know how to change the feed and since 3 days we look at the blank screen.I wish I should have g.one for Dish TV only.I thought that I can see more Malayalam channels.I am mistaken.Very poor atrocious service.GopinathHA[protected]customer ID)

    Asianet Cable TV — No response from Asianet

    I am an asianet cable tv subscriber. I took a new connection last month and I paid full connection fee but i didn't got set of box yet.They said there are some work is in progress.

    Customer care of Asianet is hopeless. they dont attend complaints and are outright arrogant. try not to opt this cable given a chance.
    Its really cruel, to not provide espn, star cricket, star sports on asianet digital tv. Asianet digital tv charges high, comparing with other cable tvs like clear vision, kerala vision etc.
    its worsttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt... what to do we the sports lovers in the district when we dont get what we want through the monthy payment to asianet network.? we dont have ESPN n STAR SPORTS means we miss the world wide seen ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE. what do we do ? change to other cable options? i think you guys dont even see or care about the customer complaints...

    sports.all other cable operators are providing.This is ridiculous. Whenever a sports event take place asianet boycotts that channel either it may be espn
    or ten sports. please take necessary actions.
    please asianet authorities.please consider our complaint seriously, i was a regular viewer of barclays premier league in espn, starsports, but for the past 2 years, i have not seen it, i am even ready to give additional charges for these channels, please consider our complaint, pls guys

      sir, i am a subscriber of asianet cable vision.recently they disconnect ESPN,STAR CRICKET channels.
      in kerala many of them using cable.so we cant see ICC T20 WORLD CUP.
      we inform asinet for getting these cahennels.
      but we didn't get any help from them.
      every one says that it is a trick by the DTH service providers like BIG TV, SUN DIRECT,D2H,AIRTEL TV etc.
      please help us.we have no money take DTH.
      please give justice to me,and other asianet cable subscribers..........

      Asianet Cable Service — Cable Connection Disrupted Frequently and No Action Taken

      I am a asianet cable and internet consumer, I am living in Thrikkakara,Kochi. Right from the day we took the connection,the connection is lost frequently.If we call and register complaint, they will say they that the problem will be rectified.But the truth is that this problem persists.If we call them again they will behave as if we are a kind of annoyance to them.We want true value for the money paid.Kindly do the needful.
      its 1 and half months since i registered complaint with asianet in alleppey, and they have not resolved yet.
      FULLY agree to what sreejith is told. Asianet had collected full years payment, at that time all star channels were availble. Now they are missing

      Full fledged cheating. you can compute the money they saved when compared to the number of subscriptions they have.

      My name is Surya from Trivandrum. I've been using Asianet Cable for many years. Earlier, some few months back, I've had channels such as Disney, Disney XD and Star Cricket. But recently, they've been removed and replaced by some other channels. I cannot watch my fav shows on disney, nor can I see ICC World T20 2010. I tried to reach Asianet, but I didn't get any response. I feel betrayed by such cheating.

      So I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved very soon.

      i am johnson from tiruvalla, too agree, they cheat their subscribers often and when register they dont listen and disconnect the line. now they say the match played by India is on DD national and this chanel only show the match by india and we miss all other actions. now that he world cup football is near we will further miss the grte actions. plz do somwthing in this regard.
      I am vivek from muvattupuzha.I too agree with all of them.Its very bad to say that they removed this channels during the time of period of world cup.There was no action taken by them on this issue.Instead of ESPN, star cricket, star sports they had put some useless channels...
      Today moring I contacted ACV customer service in Trivandrum [protected] one of the customer service executive confirmed that they will arrange to give the Star cricket within two weeks. World cup over So that time all ACV officials will play 20 twenty world cup cricket for telecasting Star cricket. and I asked that poor fellow that please give me the paychannels list of ACV. Then that fool informed me that Please tell him the name of channels at present in ACV then he confirms paychannel from that list. Very horrible to say that they dont know the name of pay channels but they know to collect Rs. 220 every month from customer as subscription. and that ACV executive disconnected the phone before completing telecon. Who give the right to close the phone without completing telecon...Great customer Service...from ACV...

      only 9 days remaining for the Fifa world cup2010, at this time no"ESPN & STAR SPORTS" channels in ACV.

      what it means.

      Fifa world cup is the mega event in world wide, ACV making a Trap for their subscribers by avoiding these channels from their service.
      As an ACV subscriber, it is very deep sad and pity about their poor service what they providing to their long back customers by doing this kind of cheating.

      Agree fully. In my case they put up Set Top Box and we were using digital service. All of a sudden Digital Service became unavailable with very few analog channels. For the last 3 weeks none of their existing numbers are available. I am not able to complain directly. I am a customer at Cheroor, Thrissur. (contact [protected])
      Well, It is quite unfortunate that an organisation like Asianet cable vision prefer to take their customers for a ride despite a lot of complaints in this regard were raised at different levels. I think they must realise that their customer base wouldn't be as concrete as they dream, if they opt to continue this kind of service further. Although they may cling on the terms and condition they have made their subscribers to sign, playing cheeky with customers by denaying channels while prime programmes are scheduled wouldn't make them stick with Asianet cable vision. I consider it is high time that Asianet cable vision realise that only trueful and professional service will make customers glued to them. Any way a bit better understanding and professionalism will not hurt
      ACV is really cheating people. They are collecting the advance payment and wont respond to the complaints properly. They are prompt only to collect the money. I have given a complaint before 11 days now and no response from their side yet. The same happened to me one more time. My settop box was not working for more than 1 month and the number they given to contact them was not working.

      CUSTOMERS in COCHIN can opt for SITI CABLE..Rs 110/month and 80+ channels. Good PICTURE and will get the connection without paying much.
      I had recently registered a complaint on Dec 15th 2011 regarding channels not available through Asianet Set Top Box.I had contacted the Customer Care more than 5 times regarding this issue.They informed me that they will contact me ASAP.But each time when I contacted the response was the same.Till now the issue is not resolved.

      I have paid for 150 Channel for12 months subscription. But I am sofar only getting 104 Channels. Why are you not fulfilling your promises?

      ASIANET DTH SERVICE PROMISED 150 CHANNELSON THEIR ADVERTISMENT. I HAVE PAID MY ANNUALSUBSCRIPTION BUT TILL DATE ONLY GETTING 104 CHANNELSONLY. STILL NO NEWS OF ESPN AND OTHER MAIN SPORTS CHANNELS OR BBC ETC.
      ASIANET does not have any service mentality. It's simply money making. Most of the sports channels are pay channels; ASIANET does not honour them; so we don't get such channels.
      As ASIANETeyes only on profit, most of the hardware items procured by them are Chinese make. Chinese products come cheap because there is no reliability design involved.The customers suffer because of that too: we encounter frequent failures.
      Another funny aspect: ASIANET displays in big letters, occupying almost one third of the screen, about their customers’ dues, which is in fact insulting the customers.
      It’s high time that the customers organize to teach IANET a lesson.

      My name is Brahmadas, I have paid full amount for 1 year subscription. Yesterday when I was watching their prime channel, Asianet, it show the message as Channel unauthorized, you are not authorized to view this channel and contact their customer care executive. I tried for their customer care number, after trying about 30minues I got a person in line. It is true that when I called them the call was connected to asianet and their EPBX box was holding the call that means, I lost money from mobile balance for just holding more than 30 minutes. After getting a customer care executive, it was too noisy. I really felt like their executive was sitting at broad way market. I don’t know whether my feeling about the location for customer care of asianet is not Ernakulam. If it is not in Ernakulam, may be the customer care executive must be sitting in Challai Bazar Market, Trivandrum. When I got connected he asked for my MAC id, and I replied after seeing beneath my set up box. He made some cross questioning like in police station about connection holders name, phone number, address etc. He said that my address was given as my last residential address at Palarivattom which coming under the asianet office of Pallinada, Palarivattom. Last month I have shifted to Ayyappankavu which location comes under their Elamakkara office. After shifting my house holding I called asianet office and informed about shifting. That time they replied that I need to bring the set up box to their Elamakkara office. I have took my setup box to Asianet Elamakkara office on 19th April 2013. They have noted the MAC id and all other details in their office computer and said that a fellow will come to home soon and make the connection ok. On 22nd one person came at home and connected the cable, the connection was ok and I paid shifting charge of Rs. 275. Now when I loose connection, it show like not authorized to view the channel and when contacted the customer care as shown in their display, they were arguing about the change in address. On 22nd I have closed all formalities for shifting by paying Rs.275 as their connection shifting charge. After 8 days, on 30th April, they were telling that my address shown in their system is old. After discussing all matters, the customer care executive said to switch of the set up box for 15 minutes and will be ok as he has refreshed the set up box. I tried 3-4 for time after 30 minutes and there was no connection to their channels except ACV.

      I called their customer care on May 1st, the executive from Asianet was telling that, it was due to set up box struking and will be ok after 15 minutes as he has refreshed the set up box.
      I my wife contacted asianet customer care and same process conducted and registered a complaint, and they were telling that they will solve the issue with hours.

      On same day at evening I contacted their customer care again and as person named Sameer talked to me and again said that it will be solved after 15 minutes as he has successfully refreshed my set up box.

      After trying like what Sameer from Asianet customer care, after 30 minutes I called again to their customer care. An executive named Anoop attended the call and he was telling that there was problem due to change in address. It is true that I have shifted the connection on 22nd April and completed the formalities for shifting by paying the shifting charges. I have the receipt with me. Don’t forget that I have already made full amount of one year subscription. Now I felt that they are number one cheating company in Kerala.

      I am not going to file any case against them because it costly to file a legal petition against these kind of cheating companies.

      It is true that we are living in an era of great persons like Anna Hazare who and his team are doing massive campaigns against corruption.
      I think if we can beat these kind of cheating companies by don’t what is possible by us, it will be a good support for such anti-corruption movements.

        I am an Asianet Cable Connection holder with ID No AA07000043 and my address is SARADA MANDIRAM Eanikkara Kallayam Road Karakulam P O Trivandrum.

        For the past four months we are not getting any connection and based on the suggestion of the Customer Care of Asianet we have taken a Set top box.

        Even then we are not getting any of the Channels.

        The Complaint Nos are 242223,252118.

        Even after repeated requests the Asianet have not bothered to rectify the same.

        We have taken an yearly connection and it is requested that the same may be extended for four months and also Rs 1000/- may be reimbursed towards telephone charges for the calls I have made several times to the Customer Care of Asianet from my Mobile & Land line.


        An early reply is appreciated to the above mail.

        My cable connection is not working from 29 march onwards, I tried for the complaint, but your telephone at Eranakulam is full time engaged, That is why i am sending this mail for your immediate action.I am a Yearly subscriber.apart from this I have your Dataline connection also.

        Kindly treat this as Most urgent to Rectify the fault.I am Totaly failed to contact you over Phone, getting your telephone at Eranakulam is nightmare.

          We were using Asianet Cable TV connection for the past 7 years and recently moved from Trivandrum to Mavelikara. As switching the connection was a known problem we cancelled the connection at Trivandrum which we used to re-new every three months.

          After many repeated calls for setting the connection in Mavelikara, the guys from the Asianet Cable TV network finally came and they were very adamant that they will provide connection only if we subscribe the cable tv for a year. They were not at all consumer friendly and refused to connect the cable wire (just across the house) unless we took a year's connection.

          For the first time we have come across such un-acceptable behaviour from vendor as if they do not care to do business.

            I am posting this just based on my suspicion (no proof yet): For the last two months, my Asianet upload and download data is shown as very high. Today I decided to keep a watch and even though I did not download any multimedia content I am supposed to have downloaded nearly 500 MB of data (at a single IP address) from 8: 30 am to 5:00 pm.

            I have emailed the company for details and am awaiting their reply. Does anyone else have similar experience? If so please post here or email me.

            You have to frequently login to your account and check your usage regularly. they dont cheat on that count. The problem with Asianet is that is is very unreliable erratic and if you call them they act as if they are surprised and tell you to switch on and of and all such garbage and wate your telephone bills for nothing. they are highly over subscribed and they know damn well thats is why the connection is unpredictable. Better go for BSNL if you dont mind zero customer support. At least the connection is not as unreliable as Asianet

                sir I'am using asianet broadband
                my id is TV10668
                i am using homenet 399 plan
                when i first got the paper it was written that i will get 96 kbps
                but now i'm only getting 11 kbps
                when i called they are saying that it is 96 bit per seconds
                They are cheating
                they are writing kbps so people will use their service
                and when they complain only people get to know the truth
                i know about 7 people who also are angry about this
                Sir please do all you can

                I have to pay 4800 an year and i am cheated

                I am surprised how companies can continue to thrive, without due regard to authorities and the customer. Importantly, authorities seem to have no regulatory power; consequently, the country is lagging behind in every aspect. Can't say "proud to be an Indian".

                  Hello mates,
                  I've been an asianet subscriber for the past few year and i have to say that you guys are not broadcasting many of the cool channels out their for example the BBC,Animax,Tens Sports etc..
                  I know that you wont take any actions for this complaint, still Iam asking you to do something. Iam resided near the Chandashekarannair stadium (Police quarters for exact). If you do plan to airing some channels in the future please broadcast "Animax" Iam missing that channel a lot..

                    i am an asianet customer of harippad ,alappuzha My Customer id is HP923(dataline) & EB[protected]ADTV).Last year i took the combo offer ( data line and digital tv) including set up box free connection. I paid dataline subscribtion for one year and adtv subscribtion for 6months But the billing department of haripad enterd it wrongly and they took my 3 months subscription charge as setupbox charge.After that lot of time they disturbd me for not paying subscribtion .At last I submitted all bills at their office and cleared all the billing mistakes they made . Then also they came home and said the same matter that i didnt pay the subscribtion charges . Whenever they came all the time i had to show the bills . Later on Oct 2009 i went to the harippad office and clarified evry doubts regardin the bills.Evn if i did evry clarifications they came and disconnected my tv subscription . Due to this problems my dataline(evn if irenewed my subscrption for 1 year) was also disconnected for 2 weeks by them , As a customer i want to reconnect Adtv but they want the charge of set up box .It is thier mistak but they are notaccepting and making difficulty for me.

                    Package later revised to include cartoon channels.Payment made Rs.375.Now, I want to restore package KSD 04.

                    2.Remitted high amount of Rs.500 inadvertently on 17.2.2021as against Rs.375.Excess payment being Rs.125.
                    Shockingly I was asked to pay Rs.625/27.Paid on 23.3.2021 fearing disconnection.Thus made excess payment of Rs.250/27.I really wonder on what ground excess payment was demanded.

                    A). Revert to package KSD 04.
                    B). Refund excess collected or adjust against ensuing bill.

                      What happened to "Nammude Swantham mammukkinea"-Dubai?
                      We paid good amount of money for tickets, but couldn't enter the gate itself.
                      It was heavy rush like Thrissur pooram.We have seen ladies,children were beaten with

                      iron rodes. It was mentioned in the ticket that Right for admission reserverd, but

                      people were struggling to get this right-"Panam koduthu kadikkunna patti-ye vangi"
                      Dubai has seen many great shows with great personalities and international stars. Ive

                      not seen such a worse managed program in my lifetime. If Alpha one/Asianet doesn't

                      know how to co-ordinate a program, don't go for this and cheat people.We are not
                      getting Time and money free from anyone. There are different rates for tickets-500,200,100,50Dh, but all were treated in the same manner. We request this well reputed sponsors to give our money back and keep their standard.

                      I'm also agree with the above comments...it was a "wagon trajedy" treat from the asianet team middlle east.If they want money, the better way is to beg at our flat doors. we would have given more than this as donation if they want to survive from the global recession.but such cheating is unexecusable.
                      Nammude Swantam Mammuka!!!, The most un organised program ever happend in Dubai..Organising Committee and their staff have given lot of free passes to thier friends and relatives...and allowed them to enter the program hall befor the poor people who taken the tickets...Who came from even sila, Liwa, Bada Sayed...more than 400 Km drive from Dubai..Dear asianet, Now only you can do one thing...Do the arrangement for refund the tickets and announce the date and location through your channels in every 15 minutes like how you done Add for this program...
                      Me too... that was so ridicules, because the programme organiser doesn't even care about family & children. We did drive all the way from Abu Dhabi to Dubai from the Firday afternoon to reach early so we can assure our early entry. There were small children with us, we stand in the crowd for around 5 hours, while there were no info about whether they will start the programme or not. It was really very bad organising, Asianet should take all responsibility for that and should refund the entry fee.
                      Yes, i also agree the same. We never expect such a programme in Dubai. It was rediculous. I was with my family with small child, by luckly we escaped from the crowd. Asianet should take all the responsibility for this instead of saying SORRY. Finally they allowed everyone to enter the hall without checking the ticket. WHAT IS THIS? This is the number one cheating done by Asianet. Then why should we purchased ticket? So do arrangement to refund the money. Otherwise Asianet will realise the benefit in the coming future programme.

                      The same happened with last week (Friday) program held in Sharjah Cricket Stadium Which is "AMMA " film fare award with Asianet. They issued VIP pass but they did not allowed to enter in time and they allowed only to VVIP. There was too rush and they sold the ticket without control. They fail to control the people who came to watch the show. Lot of people injured, missed the kids and family, lost ornaments and hurted with African securities.We made a issue in the front of stage, but there was not any management persons to responds who made the money and cheat the malayalyees.



                      Dubai and sharjah was not like.There was entertainment were the people are love cinima and cinima arist.



                      But now...?



                      Friends would you thinking its required to watch these type of shows who thinking only for business?



                      Who is suffering to run the channel now days not getting much advertisement were is felt in Financial crises all over the real estate business.



                      Think about were they are offering 2 million worth of prices all over the channels with reality shows especially in Asianet.



                      What happened all the real estate business who made the money with NRI's ?



                      Asianet also chose the place were they can cheat the people nicely to absorbe the market and cross the financial crises.

                        As of today, after TEN days and after repeated complaints the service has not been rectified and the Asia net is putting the blame on KSEB

                        I would very much like to hear your suggestions about the service provided by your franchise.

                        Asianet ( Kuriachira, Thrissur) field staff who came to provide a new connection on 28.8.2011 in Skyline Blossom Apartments, Sakthan Nagar, Thrissur-680001 are very indescent in behaviour, especially the one (middle aged man) wearing Kaky uniform. We are already having many Asianet connecrion in this apartments. They are not using the ladder to climb into the connection-room and just climb through the wall making the wall inside the common area of apartment shabby with their soiled foot-print and hand . I had complained this on 20.7.011 and no reply and thereafter again I have painted the place. But tody two persons came to give a connection in the apartments and repeated the same..Moreover the man with kaky Shirt was shouting on us inside the Flat . If you are not properly addressing the problem, we are forced to disconnect the entire Asianet connections in Apartments.

                          I have shifted my connection from my residence at Vattiyoorkavu to Kalathipady in Kottayam(Manarkadu) on 11/06/2010.Since there is not enough signal strength, the Digital transmission is not available to me.I have contacted the Manarkadu Asianet almost 8 times and till date they even care to check the connection.I have remitted the subscription charges up to Sept.2010 and the shifting charges of Rs.250/-at Vattioorkavu.Almost a month is nearby, the indifference on the part of Asianet people here is not tolerable.If this is going, I would constraint to disconnect my old connection with Asianet cable .

                            I have an Asianet TV. For the last one year, most of the lower channels (up to 25) are extremly grainy and often nothing can be seen. I have complained many times to Asianet (very difficult to get even a person to answer) and they came once and said they will be back, never to be seen again. Now, even worse, there is frequent disconnectiosn (for the last 3 days there is no TV).
                            I had paid for 1 year service in advance. Since then many channels like CNN have been disconnected and no rebate given
                            Asianet is the worst service provider and I am switching to a competitor as soon as my one year payment is up.
                            I also had a so-called broadband connection, which suffered the same fate. It was always down. Since last April, there was no connection and no one came to repair despite repeated calls and finally I stopped paying (I always pay in advance). Since then they have been harassing me to pay Rs.7000 for service they never provided. They call me every week, send me several SMS when I expalined to them that they had not provided servce. This falls on deaf ears
                            I wrote to TRAI, who has taken no action againt these criminals. I plead to all the people who can not to use Asianet service at all. There are much better options available for you. As for the internet, I took BSNL ADSL, which is 100 times better and cheaper too.

                                We are using Asianet Cable Connection & Net Connection(thrikkakara area)But connection is lost frequently at most times.In effect there is no value to the money paid.
                                i live in Chengannur and we are having Asianet cable connection, from the half of December we are not receiving any channels during the night and mostly during the day.The cable connection we took seems to be useless and not worthy for money.There is no proper response from the office even when complainted
                                i am also using an asianet connection for cable. Being a fool i paid for a one year subscription and now regretting the decision .                                 Asianet digital is not working properly. Kairali and that group of channels and Amrita channel very often are not received. Audio reception also interrupted in Asianet channel. Correction needed. Direct cable connection seems to be ok. The number of channels has come down to less than 120, which is less than the number promised at the time of giving digital connection.

                                  I am not getting TV for the last two days. I have taken the Asianet cable TV connection and paid for 3 years. The Digital TV signal is not reaching since early morning of 16th July. The matter is repoted to the service provider - Asianet Cable TV Kollam (Rameswaram). Even after two days the complaint is not attended. Today they are not even picking up the phone.
                                  At least they should explain the problem to the customer.

                                  I totally agree with you Mr. Pillai. I made a complaint with number 78198 with their customer care number on 8th July 2009. Till today even after 10 days they didn't rectified the same. I am calling them daily basis and they are giving different numbers. All of them will say that the complaint will be pass to service people. I am in Cochin and this connection was shifted from Angadippuram of Malappuram where they are giving excellent service. I don't know why these people are not at all caring the customers ?
                                  regret to inform you that yours, is the worst ever known service provider and prompt approacher at due time to collect the rent .
                                  I have complaint four days back that here in durganagar I have the problem of signal not available due to which i am unable to receive the channels, a prompt reply came from your office whether it is digital if so kindly coonect to analog . More than 45%people in kerala are using this service.and the victory behind the program IDEA STAR SINGER AND OTHER PROGRAMS is this 45% viewers. so please do not avoid us and our problems. Due to your sudden change to mp4 technology, asianet and asianet plus channel are not getting to us.other wise the viewers and the sms to idea star singer program will decrease. we hope asianet management teams may take immediate action against our complaint.

At that time almost all the channels were available- like BBC, CNN, History etc etc. Their promise was that they will be adding more channels without extra cost. But later they withdrew most of the GOOD channels one by one. Lately they play with channels. Since Onam is nearing they have reintroduced POGO, CN and HBO. But no body knows what channels will be available in future on continuous basis. Also the quality of transmission is VERY POOR. We get mostly get grains not pictures. Complaints do not have any effect. But promptly enquire about subscription. Now I am in a dilema to continue or go for DTH. I have not taken set top box.

                                    I had taken ASIANET CABLE connection on 5/9/08booking no. [protected] with Digital set box. They can given me a list of channels they are providing me the period. I got only 2 months these channels, after that CARTOON NET WORK, POGO ETC like these kids zone was not available till this time.

                                    Several times I informed PARUR BRANCH this problem. They told me asianet and this particular channel is in some dispute about the telecast. Later I under stood that they are cheating till this time. My nearest home they can get all these channels in the same cable.

                                    I AM WORKING IN Kerala tourism Munnar. I have two kids, they want only the kids channel. They don’t want F TV, SPORTS ZONE, TAMIL ETC.

                                    I never expect this type of cheating from reputed firm like you. Next month is my renewal time, I am anxious about the renewal. I may go to another source or DTH, Kindly inform me the actual problems with the channel,

                                    Please resolve your problems with ESPN STAR and air those channels so that we can watch all the T20 world cup matches. To watch T20 world cup on DD1 we do not need Asianets assistance.

                                    i have taken a new connection and paid 2500rs for 150 channels but now i am getting only 120-125 channels
                                    FROM ATTINGAL...NO ESPN STAR!!! WE ARE WAITIN 2 SEE ENGLISH PREMIR LEAGUE FOOOTBALL...!!!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
                                    Digital signal is very poor in most of the Ernakulam area.In analog mode we can watch uninterrupted picture with grains. In Digital mode interrupted picture(still picture). Please rectify and then introduce Digital service or connect a cable to RF socket of TV for watching analog mode.

                                      I am subscriber of Asianet Satellite Cable-TV channels and my consumer no. is 1230023. During the last few days I had made several telephonic complaints to the Asianet Satellite communications Office, TIRUVALLA regarding the non-availability of SUN_TV channel (no picture, only sound available). But the Asianet has not so far responded to my complaint. Every time when I call them they blaim either their KOTTAYAM office authorities or the SUN_TV channel fault. I have paid 3 years' charges in advance, i.e. upto 2012 as such, this neglegence towards the customers like me is, I feel highly unpardonable. Kindly look into the matter and make the SUN_TV available please.

                                        Before I subscribed, the Company agent told that ZEE channels would
                                        come shortly. Now its been almost 4 months and no sign. This is
                                        pathetic. i dont know what this asianet cable operators are doing. of course i heard abouth their row with the zee turner company
                                        no updates on that. i wonder where all this subscription goes if its not going to these companies.
                                        or has the asianet decided not to subscribe zee turner channels. if thats their decision then iam sure asianet will have a huge loss of subscribers.
                                        please we need those channels back. asianet has to work promptly.
