I am a student pursuing architecture, 4th year, from ggsipu, delhi. I purchased this expensive notebook from my parents' savings as my field requires the usage of heavy softwares. This laptop has been giving problems since day one. Just after 4 months from purchase, it's motherboard crashed and had to be replaced. Ever since it has been overheating and crashing. I am unable to use any basic software, without it crashing. I have taken it to the service centre 4 times in the last 1 year. The problem with the laptop is that it overheats and begins to throttle which results in the crashing of the softwares. Despite having explained the problem, the service centre just reinstalls the windows and returns the notebook saying there's no other problem. Every time i go through the pain of reinstalling all my softwares and taking backup again and again just to land up with the same problem again! No one here is able to fix it's hardware and just knows how to reinstall the windows! It's been 1 year going through this problem and wasting my time and energy in trying to get it fixed, or as per what they do, reinstallation of windows. Visiting the service centre every month is tiring! I request you to replace this notebook, asap, so that i can prepare for my ongoing submissions.

I have uploaded 2 files showing the throttling of my notebook while using and without using a software. And one photo after running a benchmark software where the results show that the performance of my i7-7th gen is worse than an i7-3rd gen

sorry for the bad experience, Did you overclocked the processor Ghz using any overclock software.
Did you applied latest bios firmware and intel microcode update .
i seen thermal throttling maximum in red colour in firast two photos .

    Dear sir/mam. I have bought a laptop with device name laptop - rbnpmvk9 from tej computer, ranchi one and half month ago. Now i am facing problems that while working it's screen bifurcate and start vibrating. It's occur 2 to 5 times daily. Suddenly become slow... So i m requesting you to take proper action or try to refund my money and take back your products.
    It is not user friendly.. It's total mind wash of tej computer sales man to buy such a useless product letting me total wastage of money..

      I had bought an asus laptop extended warranty on 26.09.2018 from http://www.asuspromo.in/ during the offer period and paid inr 2000 for the same. When contacted them over email "[protected]@asuspromo.in", got confirmation email from asus that i will receive the warranty extension code by 16.01.2019. But since then, i have tried calling them on "[protected]", but they never pick up the call and don't even respond to the emails sent to them on "[protected]@asuspromo.in". Therefore request you to kindly look into this matter.

        When a technician from your side came in person and checked the mobile, he didn't register a complaint.. He just said that the model quality itself was poor and left... But later when we checked with asus certified service centre, they acknowledged that the handset was faulty and i have also attached their statement for your perusal... I request a complete refund or a way to order some other phone as replacement even if it's costing more...

          Respected sir/ madam,
          I have purchased asus n300 rt n14u hp wireless - 3-in-1 router/ap/range extender (Black) from amazon.in and following dealer on 28-aug-2016.
          "the peripheral store

          As it stopped working i sent to authorized repair center in pune i. E. "rashi peripheral, terling centre, m. G. Road, pune ([protected]@rptechindia.com)". They confirm that it is warranty and i will get replacement. After that "rashi peripheral" asked me to get replacement from "the peripheral store" and denied replacement from asus india. However the "the peripheral store" denied replacement as they said repairs and replacement are handled by service center.
          I request you to look into this matter and help me get replacement.

            I received new asus zenfone max pro 1 via flipkart on 16th oct 2018.
            Warranty expiry till 10th oct, 2019.

            On 30th dec, 2018 phone stopped working. (Approx. 42 days old)

            Submitted to asus service centre in pimpri, pune, maharashtra.
            Received call from them next day saying that phone is completely dead & none of its part working &
            Repairing expenditure will come more than the buying price.
            (Buying price 12999/- & repairing charges 17000/-)

            I requested them not to repair & to return back.

            One fine day, on 11th jan, 2019 (After 10 days) plugged phone for charging & amazingly it started working fine & till date working smoothly.

            Now the question arises: how genuine are service centre authorized by asus?

            Today on 22nd feb i was checking my phone's warranty & i was surprised to know that my phone is no more under warranty. : (

            If as per service centre my phone was completely dead then how come it started working fine without any repair?

            Went back to same service centre & told them the entire story & requested them to continue warranty of my phone but they disagreed.

            I request asus india to give back warranty of my phone or else many will stop buying your asus products.

              Dear sir,

              We have ordered asus vivo book model no. R542uq-dm252t, order no. Od[protected] dt.11.02.2019 time 10.19pmfrom flipkart, which we received on 14.02.2019 invoice no. Fa ch[protected] dt.12.02.2019 time 4.46pm.

              As per instructions we charged it for 5 hours but it was getting charged, due to which we were unable to start laptop.

              We immediately complain to flipkart about it, after many follow up they sent a technician on 19.02.2019 at 12.30pm approx. From vashi service centre address. D 504, 3rd floor, vashi plaza, sector 17, vashi, navi mumbai 400703 namely mr. Ganesh k. Battalwar, who was not ready to accept the issue first o. Bf all, then after convincing he sent false report that laptop cardbox is in condition. We were surprised with his statement, we worried about rs.45, 990/- we spent, and he was trying to highlight our mistake of packing.

              In the evening at around 19.02.19, at around 4.40pm i have received call/email from mr. Ganesh k. Battalwar that our complaint was rejected by company.

              How can we accept this invalid reason of packaging.

              Please look into the matter urgently as i bought this laptop with loan for son's project which has to be submitted on 24th february 2019.

              We suffered alot and loose mental since last 4 to 5 days.

              Please do the needful and oblige.

                I have purchased this phone on 13.02.2019 & delivered me 15.02.2019. I have face problems in contact application, there is no phone contact & device contact, sim contact features. It support only gmail contact.in phone, contact is a basic features. Do something for this problem.in this connection i call your customers care today. They are helpless.

                  Issue with gorilla protection which is coupled with its display-

                  Problem statement: i was dropped my max pro m2 mobile phone accidentally from my pant pocket which was 3 feet distance and corning gorilla glass has damaged severely but my mobile display and all other functionality works well & good.

                  When i tried to reach asus via toll free, they suggested me to reach out to chennai-egmore & mount road service center and these centers are authorized service center for asus mobile phones/laptops.

                  Bit surprised by the charges they quoted to replace gorilla glass which was around inr 5312 in one service center and inr 6000 in another service center. And when i dig more on why the rate was too high and they explained me that the gorilla glass was coupled with display of the mobile phone and they need to replace both gorilla glass and the display of phone. By this stance when our gorilla glass {i. E. Not even withstanding one single drop from 3 feet distance but opposed to an advertisement in mobile features of 15 consecutive drops in 1 feet distance which was more false statement}.

                  Common feedback from service center: also, i have received feedback from one of the above service centers that they are handling more gorilla glass damages from asus phone max pro m2 and this is big scam of cheating common man money with such huge 5-6k cost for simple gorilla glass damage.

                  Suggestion making to asus: i have asked asus mobile phone department to add one disclaimer under corning gorilla glass section of max pro m2 that, if you need to protect your mobile from drop on any feet distance, please buy one strong tempered glass on top of corning gorilla glass 6.

                  I need my money refunded barring the service cost or replacement of mobile needed so that i will buy some strong tempered glass on top of this easily breakable corning gorilla glass... Thanks!!

                    My asus laptop is having lot of problems when i was bought at that time to till now, i contact the customer care and i logged the complaint. Till now it is not resolved, no one is taking the responsible for my problem. Kindly resolve my below mentioned points.

                    1. While using automatic power off
                    2. To much of heating
                    3. Hanging
                    4. Too much of loading all times
                    5. Software are locating the different different drives.
                    And lot of small small problem are there in my laptop. Kindly do needful and resolve my issue..

                    Some software's changed the power settings to get automatic switch off.
                    or some malware are doing it.

                    Install the good antivirus like Kaspersky internet security and update the database and then scan full disk.
                    delete all the malwares or Trojans or viruses

                      I HAVE BOUGHT A ZENFONE MAX M2 PRO JUST 2 DAYS AGO AND THE DISPLAY SELECTS ANYTHING OF ITS OWN AND RESTRICTS TO USE ANY OTHER APP, IT FLICKERS AND HAVE TO CLOSE THE APP TO CORRECT IT.
                      ALSO BATTERY BACKUP IS POOR.

                        I had purchased asus zenfone max pro m1 on 11th october 2018. It is having 32gb memory and 3gb ram with finger print scanner unlock and face unlock and lot of bla bla and fake features. The moment i started using this device it caused only disappoinment to me. None of the features is working properly even i need to pause cmera for 5 to 7 second after clicking a snap otherwise the photo becoming hassy... Neither the keyboard nor the file transfer speed is as per expectation. Its really a fake company with fake features products. I instruct to provide me a satisfactory solution for the grievance or i shall go to court of law as its high time now to tolerate your stupid product.

                          I had deposited my asus ze500 kl for replacement of touch screen with f1 info solutions & services private limited, jaipur, rajasthan (Authorized asus service centre), on 20 sep 2018. It was in working condition and was shown to the individual at the reception who issued the receipt under the job no: ing6j90215.
                          I was informed that the set had been opened by unauthorized vendor. I told the concerned person that the mobile phone had been subsequently been repaired twice by the authorized service provider ie f1 info solutions & services private limited, jaipur, rajasthan. The same was confirmed by the earlier record existing in the company computer before the set was accepted for repairs. At no time i was informed that the service provider will not be responsible if they damaged the phone. I was asked to sign the receipt by the service provider which was done in good faith based on which the service provider is claiming no liability.
                          The phone was kept by the service provider for more than a month without intimation of repair or otherwise. I finally inquired about the repair status thereafter i was told to collect the set after a lapse of more time. On arrival at the service centre i was told that the set cannot be repaired, i accepted the outcome and asked them to return the phone. They returned the same in non-working condition. I refused to accept the non functioning handset and asked them to give it back in the same condition as i had submitted it for repairs. The matter was raised to the manger who then asked me to leave the handset and assured me that once repaired i will receive the message for collection.
                          The service provider was either incompetent to repair the same or wanted to sit over the issue, either way i received no message from them.in january 2019 i rang up the service centre who promised to contact me but did not do so. I then contacted the asus consumer complaint who connected me to the manager of the service station. The manager refused to accept his liability and told me that i had signed the agreement on the receipt and due to that he was not responsible of handing over the phone in working condition in which he had received from me and i could pursue the course i wanted.
                          I would like the service centre to hand over the handset in working condition. I am sure that they have damaged the set beyond repair and are now trying to hide behind flimsy excuses. If they were honest to their profession they would have returned the handset in end september/ first week october 18 intimating their inability to and handed over the same in working order.

                            I participated in asus diwali redemption offer and my ticket no is adw121468
                            After successful payment it said that i will be getting my goddie and warranty extension within 45 working days and evem after 65 days i haven't received anything and on 21 jan 2019 i received a call from the courier for my goodie
                            Which was coming without any prior mail or notice about dispatch no
                            When i got that i plugged it to my laptop and it started making beep sound and was not working i tried it in \other pc even there also it started making beep sound and not working.
                            And on 23 jan 2019 i received mail from the asus team about goodie dispatch and tracking id of goodie which was already delivered to me on 21 jan 2019
                            I am trying to call its customer care from the last 7 days but they are not picking up the call and once they picked up and told me to send them a mail regarding the issue on 22 jan 2019 but til today i have not received any mail from asus team as i am really facing depression after 3 moths you get your harddisk ant that is too damaged
                            I request to look intoi my matter and provide me a solution to replace my harddisk

                              I have paid rs.599 on[protected] for a goodie (Jbl go2 bluetooth speaker) post purchase of a asus laptop dated on[protected]. Asus india promised me to sent the goodie on my registered address within 45 days. But till now, even after 82 days i haven't got the goodie delivered to me. Adding to it, no one from from the customer support picks up the call and nor reply to the emails that i've send them. Please notify the concerned asus india to resolve my issue and sent me my goodie as soon as possible.

I got a diwali offer with the laptop wherein an option was given to buy a extended warranty and jbl speaker as goodie for rs. 1098/ — .                                     I bought an asus laptop on 31.10.2018 from Paytm . I got a diwali offer with the laptop wherein an option was given to buy a extended warranty and JBL speaker as goodie for rs. 1098/--. I got confirmation email from asus on 31.10.2018 regarding the payment and they promised to share the goodie with in 45 working days. But since then, its been more than 45 days, no goodie received. I have tried calling them, but they never pick up the call. They even don't respond to the emails sent to them on [protected]@asuspromo.in. I am tired of their such irresponsible behaviour towards their customer. Therefore request you to kindly look into this matter.

                                      I have applied for the asus diwali offer for which i have paid 1999 for gift and 1499 for warranty extension. The asus promo was promised to be delivered within 45 days and it has already been 64 days and i still haven't received any gift and also in past week i have also sent them 2 emails for this matter but they have not replied yet. Their email is [protected]@asuspromo.in.

                                        I bought an asus laptop on 20.11.2018 from an asus store in chandigarh. I got a diwali offer with the laptop wherein an option was given to buy a hard drive as goodie for rs. 2000/-. I got confirmation email from asus on 22.11.2018 regarding the payment and they promised to share the goodie with in 45 working days. But since then, its been more than 45 days, no goodie received. I have tried calling them on[protected] but they never pick up the call. They even don't respond to the emails sent to them on [protected]@asuspromo.in. I am tired of their such irresponsible behaviour towards their customer. Therefore request you to kindly look into this matter.
