After recently update of my phone battery getting drain very fastly... Atleast one day also charging not remains. And also please include "auto start manager"for disabling the background application.. And also camera shutter lags also need to improve and also one most important thing is signal reception is very very bad.. Whenever i used to internet via cellular network... The network is not stable.. Kindly fix these things.

I am also facing the same problem regarding the battery. The phone is consuming too much battery and especially in the idle.

      I bought this phone sl no. J5aagf00j80869g. Model no zs621kl-2a012in on first sale of zenfone 5z.. After two months suddenly water got inside my phone and my backlight of the display got off, but the phone was fully functional only i have to use a secondary source of light like flash from other phone to see the display. I went to the service centre and they told me that display and ssb board is to be replaced (Ssb is just for safety in future, old one was also working fine). I got replaced at a cost of 6.5k. After 15 days i got my phone back and on that day i found on signal of network and also error while searching network. I went again and they told me motherboard is to be replaced at 27000+. What was that!!! I bought this phone for 30k and motherboard is for 27k.. Really disappointed with the quality of both service and the product. Now am in a situation like where to go. As a student financially am totally depressed.. Won't but any quality less products like zenfone 5z from asus. Rma no - inudj90294

        I have given my laptop with a problem that it was automatically shutting down while try to switch on. But they are not able to solve the problem and during delivery it has some additional problems like keyboard problem, display was shaking so i return the laptop and asked them to repair it properly. Now it is more than 40 days, they completed the rma status without solving the problem. And every time when i called them regarding the completion and asking for delivery of the laptop but they are not providing any delivery date.
        They are not talking properly and neither they are repairing the problem. I did not receive my laptop till now. The service engineer mr. Ghosal did not even able to clearly dictate the problem.

        Attached my customer document.

        Please do the necessary and let me know.

        I bought this phone one month ago and its have too much problem like finger sensor and Face recognition not working properly and it have another some problmes like lagging too much not charging sometime
        And allover im not satisfied with this product. It will get frozen sometime and not working properly i want my product to be replaced or repaired

          I for the first time called the customer care and told them to pickup my phone in june this year for repairing purposes(mic issue), but the customer care centre person totally rejected my claim of onsite warranty availability. then i visited service centre, and they had to refer the phone to warehouse and this could take 10 days time but unfortunately i had to migrate from delhi in 3 days. in august i saw the bill provided by flipkart with the same phone which explicitly mentioned the ONSITE warranty of my ASUS ZENFONE ULTRA 3, i called customer care they now agreed my claim and they told they will send a logistic agent to pickup the device at a location which i submitted to them, i had to call again after a week because nobody visited my location it was follwed by lots of apologies by them and they took my request on priority and the process was repeated with the same result, and i had to for the third time and they asked me to visit service centre (the nearest one is 120 km away, though i have to take a whole day off from other activities) for better services. this was height of consumer 'thrashing' actually. so i visited the service centre for first time by following the official ASUS SERVICE CENTRE APP directions, which took me somewhere in the middle of DAL LAKE in SRINAGAR. my second visit was on the 20th of september with the same issue, BETTER SERVICE PROVIDERS told me it could take 15 o 16 days as they are sending it to warehouse in MUMBAI for such a big issue(mic was not working well). now when i am tracking the device, its showing under repair from 23rd of september, i sometimes wonder if this is the speed for repairing the device how much time this could take for manufacturing the new devices. but i'm wrong because repairing has to go through many processes which include outside ones as well, but this much time and still no clues of the completion date of repair is totally totally which i earlier called CUSTOMER THRASHING.

            Am using zenfone max pro s. No. J5aab760h121kk6, from last 2 months shows reveres charging and battery drained so fast, i went to service center chennai, 1st time rest software again same problem, so 2nd time they replaced main board on 22/9/18 with rma no. Inuij90306 but the problem was not rectified,
            Then again 3rd time also they replaced main board on 3/10918 with rma no. Inuija0039 but still not rectified and same problem is persist but after service my phone battery condition is so bad.
            This is 5000mah battery but in standby within 1 and half day battery is completely drained.
            Am the zenfone user from 4 years, so purchased in same brand but now am really disappointed about this phone and service, please kindly replace my handset

                I ordered usb data cable for my phone from service centre cooperative infotech ltd on 25-9-18 and it is going to be 11 days but still i don't get any usb cable service centre said that they will call me within 7 days and now it going to be 11 days but no call from service centre when i call customer care they are saying u ordered for your usb cable on 1-10-18 but i am having receipt of order of 25-9-18 i can't believe how they are cheating customers providing wrong information still they are saying come with in 2-3 days. Worst customer service i ever seen worst service from asus never going to buy asus product again. My rma no inubja0007

                  I bought asus k510u with sr no. Han0cx32n080442.. Nd it was defected one. I returned it to retailer and he gave me another model laptop asus x507u. With sr no. J8n0cv03c146326. Now i am again facing technical issue on the same day of purchase. Screen is not working and laptop is getting more nd more heated. I think i must go for legal procedure against the company. Not expected this type of faulty products from asus. I think legal authorities must take some serious steps against company.

                    Hi there, this is nakul. I bought asus zenfone max pro m1 (32gb variant) from flipkart on month of august. Few days ago i encountered a problem while charging when i got back to the mobile to check battery status. *pressed power button* it just flashed for a moment and then it didn't start up. Mobile didn't respond even on plugging charging cable so i tried to power on & didn't got any response. Then i went to a nearby authorised asus service centre (Dev technology, haldwani) who after two days called me up saying there is liquid found inside the phone (They didn't have any it guy to look for the issue at the time i submitted my phone). There is a barcode on motherboard which turned pink he said due to moisture & sent me pics which i completely disagrees as i am 100% sure under my usage there were no chances of liquid getting inside the phone. The only chances of moisture getting inside is fingerprint sensor only due to sweat or the staff doing it purposely to avoid covering up the cost of motherboard which is around 7k. The reason they're giving is unacceptable and i already told this in my previous mail after which i was asked for active repair rmn. Rmn as service center staff said will be given after i order for product (Motherboard) & have to make payment in advance. The thing is my phone is under warranty & at my usage time it was never dipped inside water or got wet in rain. It could be an issue of overheating maybe as during charging phone becomes hot (Btw i wasn't using phone while charging). It could be a case where they failed to find the issue so to avoid circumstances they did it purposely as it doesn't comes under warranty.

                    There are chances that they might have replaced the motherboard with a defective one as they were having my phone for 2 days.

                      This is a complain against asus service center shillong. With my Asus Zenfone Max on warranty touch not functioning anymore. I went for repair but due to minor scratches the recieptionis scolds me against my complain. If this enterprise will continue as the service center then it is a huge problem faced by the customer in this area.Kindly handle this complain at the earliest.

                        I bought asus vivobook x510ua laptop from asus showroom in my hometown. It was great for 1 month and after that there comes a bunch of issues in it. It hangs a lot, it slows down, it's keyboard doesn't work properly, it's mother borad got changed once in its warranty period and still i am facing a lot of problem from it.
                        I am very much annoyed from this product as well it's services. The services are too slow that it sucks.
                        Please, look over my pblm and this is a defective piece, so exchange this product still it is in warranty period.
                        I will never recommend anyone to use asus products and it's services.

                          I have purchased asus zenfone 3 deluxe zs570kl last year march 2017, unfortunately i met an accident and my phone screen get damaged. I submitted the phone near by asus service center in thane maharashtra on 26/07/2018. They agreed to repair and delivery in a week, but till date there is no update from there side, today when i call they told they are not getting the screen or parts please come & collect when the part will available we will call you. Is this the way to handle customer. I want my phone repair asap. Do the needfull and tell me the way what to do.

                            I have purchased a new laptop from fliokart of asus and it has 4 gb ram and on the day i started it. It started freezing and slowed down and sometimes the screen go blqnk and flipkart said i have one year onsite warranty for this but i have not received any warranty documents.                               Hi, shikhar sharma so i purchase asus zenfone 3 from amazonon 10th of oct. 2017, now i first time visit on authorised service centre which is near shivaji nagar, on 1 ofsept. 2018 i submit phone for usb issue and headphone jack. After 4-5days theygive back that phone, with solved my 2 issue (5th of sept) butlater on i reached and during my analysing phone i find out finger printscanner is not fixed properly, so i visit again, after 2 days (7thsept), they don’t agree on that, but on monday i have make argument with themthen on monday (10th sept) visited, they fixed that issue, but from the dayfrom which i received i faced networkissue continuously later on i thought that will happening in whole area networkbut that not the case, so i again visited for network issue on 12thof sept 2018, they take my mobile for 2 days on 14 th sept they give me that mobile with network issue unsolved + mymobile flash is not working working
                              I want action againt i t –
                              1. I visited they service center like 6 times
                              2. From past days from 1st of sept till now (22thsept 2018) my issue is unsolve so it like 22days adding days still. Is like mobilw with me butlike a stone in my pocket.
                              3. I want newmobile (I suffer a lot) as a compension

                                My phone was not repaired by the service center, sambalpur, odisha last one month past, complain no. 51, regularly i contact with service provider but they told me that, company not respond our complain properly to despatch actually requirement part to our center. So we are not able to provide proper service to you. I have purchase this phone on last 26th july, but after use this phone it become lining on the touch screen and phone not work properly and became dead respectively,
                                So i request please replace a new phone instead of the old phone.

I found some manufacturing issue in that mobile within 15 days i went to f1 info solution, bhubaneswer, but they didn't resolve my issue properly. Also i complained in asus site but they are not listening my issue. Now i am unable switch on my mobile due to that manufacturing problem. Now they are demanding 10000 rupees to repair my mobile its really very embarrassing as i have not used my mobile for 10 days. I am not getting support from asus service center.

                                    Mobile serial no.. J7aagf00y753m6p (Zenfone max pro (M1) is given for repair on dtd.. 30.08.2018 at jaippur, rajasthan.
                                    Issue: screen damage
                                    Till date no one is able to say when mobile will get repair, as required by service center, i had deposited advance amount which was required by service center.
                                    I had not purchased mobile set to keep in service center.
                                    If services cannot be provided then product is not to be sold.

                                    What i should do?.

                                    Till date i have been harrashed badly by your service center due to you (company) is not supporting for required parts.

                                    If Company unable to supply parts, I am ready to pay your screen charge as demanded by service center, you plz provide me new Mobile phone.

                                    And your call center they are just keeping on hold for longer period and unable to solve issue.

                                      Hi All,

                                      I have purchased new ZenFone Max Pro(M1) on 3rd August After 20 days its started giving problems. It automatically restarts, system crashes & Camera not working. I visited service center twice and taking following on daily basis with service center and Asus helpline from last 25 days. My device is submitted in service center for repair since 11 Sept, still no proper updates received from them. Service center(Pimpri, Pune) giving some irrelevant responses blaming Asus team for delayed in delivering require spare part. also Asus Helpline don't have track record of spare part.

                                      Now I am fed of this daily follow-ups and its badly affecting my daily routines.

                                        The tablet was buy 2 year's ago from kolkata asus centre but after 2year's the device is not working properly and discharged quickly. So, in near future i never prefer asus product and also reffer not to buy asus products because durability is very bad means the battery of the tablet 7"while charging it take too much time along with immediate dischargre of stored power.in two years how technical problems can appear. Ridiculous exprecience of asus tablet 7"..
