I have given my Asus k510sm laptop to this service center on 6/7/2019 and I am writing this complaint today on 5/9/2019. It has been 2 months they still have not fixed my laptop. I have constantly tried to reach them they are not offering any help. Please someone help me get my laptop back and if anyone can tell me what to do with this people. For now I just want my laptop back. Help me.

    I bought a laptop from amazon on the 31st of august, and it has trouble opening. The screen remains black for 10 minutes and the majority of times it doesn't open until i restart it multiple times. Even in general when it opens it takes ages to get to the home screen. The overall performance seems to be exceedingly slow. I read some suggestions online which said to press the fn+f2 key to resolve it. But even it doesn't seem to work 9/10 times

      Date of incident - 1/ 9/ 2019

      There was a new update available for my device but the moment I completed my update my device touch screen was not responding, before this incident I was not having even a single issue with device except little heating problems, it was working just fine.

      I have all smartphone in my home from asus only. Recently I bought the same model for my sister last week. I haven't expected touch failure from this model.

      moreover when i called to complaint centre of asus I was informed that I might have to pay for getting my screen working again in nearest service centre, I'm off budget and in no condition to spend ... please look into my case and take required action as soon as possible.

      Waiting for an early and positive response from both Asus and Consumer complaints.

        I am complaining regarding my system that I have purchased on 05july, 2019
        After purchasing from 15days it's occuring problem. I have complaint against in service center itself but nothing to be going okay.
        It's occurr lots of problem like not able to transfer data .. system hanging, battery backup, not able to opening my folder. I have complaint over and over in customer care but they aren't helping me out. I went to service center but still I am not satisfied with the services of Asus.

          I had bought an asus zenfone max m2 pro for 14000 on june 2, 2019. It worked perfectly fine for 2 months after which now it suddenly stopped working. The screen is none responsive despite repeated attempt at rebooting the device. It is a shame that a product with such high end features should stop working altogether at times when competitive products are coming up. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible because my work is in my phone!!!

            Hi,

            I bought asus x441b laptop while i was moving out o[censored]sa in the month of july. After coming to india i realized that this laptop having the booting problem, instead of opening the windows screen it is always shows bios settings.

            I have contacted guntur asus service center on 26th july to fix the problem with my new laptop, they said this new laptop has the problem with booting and need to replace the part (Small board). It's been almost a month now and still guntur service center people are waiting for the part from asus.

            When i contacted asus toll free number they are suggesting to work with service center people but if i contact the service center where i have submitted laptop they are saying we are not getting proper response and part from asus what can we do.

            I need to follow up with them on daily basis, customers are struggling a lot because of these responses and my laptop is still with service center.

            I am expecting my laptop issue to be fixed asap

              A laptop was purchased from asus in february of 2019 and the motherboard unexpectedly died within 3 months of purchase and for this it took them one complete month and two replacement motherboards and a new display to get laptop in working state, after this repair the laptop ran hot and thermally throttled even for light tasks like web browsing and after replacing the heatsink the temperatures increased and the problem faced earlier was now aggravated. After raising the same with the company they are still saying we are processing the same and till date the laptop has not been fixed.

                I have taken the loan of 1200/-and was under assumtion of due on 6th september.
                The tc called and he was very rude and started talking rubbish with abusive language i have recorded the call and i am even complaining to consumer court for the same. They said they are calling from delhi branch. His name was rajveer as said is the manager and even his colleague was there who was abusing me very badly.
                I will dispute this matter and will not pay till this case is not resolved. Stop calling me. First give proper actions for the complaint.

                I put the phone on charging at night and when I see the charging at 8am it shows only 59% battery . So, please help me out of this.l will be very thankfull to you.

                  I purchased asus zenfone max pro m1 on 24 july 2019 but it's not getting on. I don't expect this type of service from a brand like asus. Kindly replace it asap. I'm available at [protected]. I feel it's an injustice to customers who believe in the product & corrupted sellers. These sellers should be sent to jail without fail. I don't want to use any bad words but it's completely unfair that someone is trusting u & buying faulty product from u from their hard earned money.

                    I had used Asuspromo.in to avail there offer of 1 tb hard disk for 2499 promotional offer back to collage.
                    The promotion is run by KEYSTONE INTEGRATED MARKETING LIMITED. Atleast that's payment goes to.
                    I have written them 9 mails in past with no response .
                    After writing multiple emails to them concerning the product not received . I have received no response from the [protected]@asuspromo.in or [protected]@asuspromo.in
                    The response I get from [protected]@asuspromo.in is will forward your concern to concerned department.
                    I have written them

                    They stated 45 days of time to process and ship the product but it's been 96 days and after multiple emails to them no response from the them.
                    Can't claim dispute with my bank as there criteria is 45 days processing and disputes can only be raised within 45 days of the transaction.
                    Tried contacting atompay there payment gateway but no response from them either.

                      Hi, i am a customer using the asus 5z (Known as the asus zenfone 5z). The phone is truly a good one but recently i am facing some issues from the phone's internal microphone and earpiece. When i call someone, i frequently get back a complaint from the reciever that they can't hear my voice clearly. I had to almost speak at a very loud voice so that the reciever can hear my voice. Also sometimes i can't clearly listen to my caller and a little crackling sound appears to come from the earpiece. I accept the fact that i dropped my phone from a very low place, but i didn't result in any damage. Everything else works perfectly fine. Only the microphone and the internal earpiece seems to give me a little problem. I truly like the asus brand and i trust very much. Please keep up to my trust. The phone is under the 1 year warranty coverage. But i am ready to pay for any extra charges if inquired. Hope that i recieve help very quickly. Thanks!

                        I have purchased asus laptop recently and since beginning it is very slow in performance it takes ages to load up and once it gets open it takes time toh get everything ready and when i try to open anything let’s say edge then also it take few minutes to open it i have other laptop but it never take this much time. If i try to open a picture as well it takes minutes to open and it gets stuck automatically whenever working and then i have to hard reboot it every time.                           I have bought an asus rog series laptop last to last year in december and till now it has had its screen cracked like 3 times. Even warranty doesn't cover that. It's not because of some mishandling because i had kept it in a foam cover inside a foam packed bag with screen guard and key guard inside. Yet this has happened all the 3 times. The problem is supposedly with the manufacturing now because all of the padding and support to not get it damaged is proving worthless. I want this to get resolved as soon as possible or i would be forced to get it out in the social media.

                            I purchased asus laptop online from flipkart with an offer "back to college". I went online on asus website and registered for the offer. I uploaded all required documents. It was on[protected]. Then i received an email from asus offer redemption team that my offer is on hold because invoice copy is not clear. I emailed back the same invoice copy and they found it clear but asked for i'd proof, then address proof, then kept demanding something or other but never gave me the offer. Now they have stopped responding. They are fooling their customers in the name of offers. I thought asus is a big brand in market but was shocked by their cheap publicity stunt to sell their products. They are a fraud company and should be booked.

                            I bought the phone after seeing it is a Taiwan product, however after receipt of the courier, i found it is made in Indonesia..secondly the font size i have set as the biggest, huge is still smaller than what i used to have in Samsung..

                              I have submitted my mobile in service center on 05-jun-2019 and got standby unit. Visited the service center on 10-june to collect the mobile and found issue not resolved.

                              Service center personnel don't even understood the problem, they just flashed the software. I explained and shown the issue to them in 10-june and left my device service center.

                              They opened new rma on 12-jun-2019, till now there is solution to the problem. I hope they (Service center) tried some options but no results.

                              I have been calling them (Service center) twice in a week and following-up. Even they don't have any solution so they contacted asus technical team and sent device to them in last week.

                              Mean time contacted customer support to escalate the issue, but didn't noticed any difference in the way things are going-on.
                              Contacted and shared details with asusindia on twitter but no response from asusindia.

                              I'm relocating to bangalore from chennai, and i need to take care of multiple things. This mobile issue is bothering me a lot. And i'm extremely disappointed with the service from asus.

                              As of now i'm not sure whether issue will be solved or not. If not solved what can i do? Lot of confusions.

                              Kindly help me with the issue. If its hardware issue and possible to find and replace, please do it. Or else give me my money back.

                                I am prashant roy an architect. I have been a loyal customer of your product for the past 2 years and i never went for service center,
                                But this time it was needed to go there, and i am very disappointed.

                                I forgot about warranty of my laptop. It's still under warranty, unfortunately till tomorrow.
                                I went to the service center which is in faridabad sector 37.
                                He asked me about warranty, i said no!! He didn't check also, he asked for 250 rs and check the laptop, i have no idea what did they do, and said some hard-disk detector problem, and asked me to pay 1400 rs to replace it. They didn't even gave me job sheet and all.
                                Now i went to the nehru place, delhi asus service center.
                                There i gave them laptop, now they are saying, its outside open your warranty has been rejected. The both small and main motherboard has problem we need to replace it. Its better to buy a new laptop or pay 36989 rs to repair both parts.

                                I was appalled at such behavior. I hope you would look into the matter, and take an appropriate action. Asus has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon.

                                    I am using asus zenfone max pro m2 from almost last 6-7 months. I have already update my 3-4 times as per system updation given by company. First 2-3 update was good but after last update i am facing some problem with my handset. Noticing that battery backup reduced to almost 10% from before. That is not the major issue. The most important matter is calling sound mean hearing speaker sound is reduced to atleast 50%. This horrible to me. I can't speak properly in public place not even within 4-5 people around me. Every time i need to go to a silent zone. This is simply breaking my faith on asus. Suggest any solution.

                                      I have bought 'asus zenfone max pro m1' in 31st may, 2018.
                                      Since i was using it, 4 time touch screen was not working whenever there is new software update from asus. The bypass i found was 'download and update' and reboot cell. It was 4 times during its warranty and solved by myself.
                                      Now, after 15 days of warranty end date, same issue occurred again. I though to do bypass. But this time there was no new system update available. So i just rebooted, done factory restore, nothing worked.
                                      I went to 'asus service center', at first the representative told me that there might be software issue, he need to look. He asked me invoice. He got to know that my cell is now out of warranty. Now without having inspection he told me that there is hardware issue, might cost you 4800rs. I was shocked. Still i submitted my cell for inspection.
                                      After 2 days. I got call and guy said, there is mainboard issue and will cost 10k. This was biggest shock for me for handset costing 13k. I have to dump my cell for just touch is not working.
                                      So, there i think there is 'big fraud' from both 'asus india' and 'service center in pune, pimpri'.
                                      I am doubtful for intentionally introduced software issue causing 'touch not working' and now they ask 10k for repair just after 1 year and 15 days of cell use.
                                      Serious awareness and action need to taken again such fraud company.

                                        Sir i have purchased an asus laptop from Amazon on 5th may 2019 and registered for asus "back to school" offer in which they are supposed to send extra 3 year warranty card within 20 working days after payment. Now its been more than a month after the payment and till now i have not received any updates on the offer. This is the worst customer service. No reply of the status. They have written they will reply about claims in 45 days and till now no reply.
