I have given my asus cell for repair to service centre rajkot. But centre executive gave me 5 days time & i went their but they told it is not completed, after that more 6 days yet till date it is not completed. They are not receiving my call. Not giving any reply. Rma no. Ijxhj70073. Dt.17/7/2018. They are wasting my time n money.

    Asus zenfone max pro m1 problem :

    I ordered asus's new phone from flipkart zenfone max pro m1 (4gb/64gb) on 18/07/2018 but there was no cash on delivery at my hometown, so i gave the address of this delivery to my relative who resides in delhi and on 21/07/2018 the mobile received my brother in delhi, but i found my mobile yesterday evrening (25/07/2018). Mobile was absolutely packed. As soon as when turn on my mobile i received phone update message, then i updated the phone and then again turned on my mobile then i got some problem in the fingerprint sensor of mobile and also today the mobile screen suddenly became completely blue and mobile is off and it's no longer going on.

      The issue that I have experienced was: MY LAPTOP is been damage four times in 15 months period. I have given my lapot for repair for 4th time i have given an attachement of the receipt of rma no. and i am feed up with my laptop.
      every time it goes for repair my daily work is hampered and it causes me a lot of problem.
      As if i have made a biggest mistake of my life by purchasing asus product.

      It occurred on: 19/07/2018

      If possible can you replace my laptop with a new laptop.

      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

        I bought zenfone 5z five days ago after a long research even after knowing the fact that it doesnt have the weather proof protection. I was handling it very carefully. But shockingly I realized that it cant even resist the moisture. This mobile is completely dead now. I kept this mobile in my trousers pocket and put the rain suit on top of it. It was raining and hardly I traveled 5 kms but it got dead by that time. I am really disappointed with the quality

          I bought the leptop of ASUS brand, eight month before and from the last month, I found that the keyboard of the leptop is not working properly. Most of the switches are not working. Even, the leptop does not work properly, like- my files automatically deleted. As a customer of Asus it makes me very disappointed. I request you to change the keyboard as soon as possible.

            My laptop is showing boot error and not detecting the hard disk.It is still under warranty and It has been 12 days since I registered my complaint
            You say your engineer would visit in 2days but they keep saying me your parts are on the way and as soon as we receive them engineer would see the laptop.
            But sorry sir it is difficult to believe anything in India would take 12days to reach somewhere.
            It is final year of my college and all my project details are in my laptop and I have to travel to another city for my training but just because of your delay i am stuck at my home and can't make any progress about my work
            Sir please you guys should understand the value of customers time and atleast first send your engineer to the location even without parts so he can actually determine the problem instead of just guessing it and making us wait.

              I bought a new vivobook. Sr. J1N0CX[protected] on 29/5/18 from the authorized dealer. The keyboard, screen hinge and touchpad were defective. I returned it to the asus service center on 3/6/18. On 6/6/18 they gave me the DoA letter and asked me to deposit the old sealed laptop with the letter to the dealer for a replacement. I did so the same day.

              Till now I havent got my replacement as the dealer says Asus are not giving him a replacement as prices have increased. 4 calls to customer have only resulted in me being asked to wait.

              Terrible customer care.

                I have given my mobile phone for repairing on 2nd may 2018.

                Till date we have not received any message from your service center for date of readiness of my phone.

                I have very fade up from asus service centre, due to there is no any facility for repairing of faulty phones.

                I would request you to please look in to matter & arrange for delivery of my phone as earliest as possible.

                My asus rog gaming laptop display damage and laptop is not working in this time
                I bought 2, Asus Zenfone max by Amzon.in on May and Jul '17 respectively.

                Within 90 days started to face heating, charging and hanging issue with the both device.

                Still now i am facing the same. They are refusing for replacement even i Requested for multiple times.

                  We are highly disappointed with the sale on flipkart for asus zenfone pro max m1. We were just online to purchase the particular phone but within a minute the phone goes out of stock. This is not the right way to launch your phone through sale which goes out of stock immediately. Hence i request you to bring the phone exclusively on flipkart so that all users can buy it easily. And stop selling it through sale which last long only for a minute.

                  Iam a asus zenfone max pro customer.when I use my mobile camera it have a bokhe mode, it shows a background blur but when i caoture image in bokhe mode the picture doesnt show blur, its looks a normal pic.what i can do for getting a real bokhe effect..pls help
                  I don't buy Zenfone Max pro m1 because of foolish flash sale, please make it on open flash sale

                    I r p ahirwar bhopal purchased a asus mobile on 22.08.2017 (Order date) online. Its charging slot became loose and sometimes battery is not getting charge. I went to your authorized service centre, in mp nagar bhopal i. E. Techmate enterprises, bhopal. Mobile is under warranty period. Your technician/service engineer is telling me that first approval will come from company afterwards part will be dispatched and it will take atleast 5 to 6 days. If i agree for cash payment then he is ready to change the part within 5 minutes.
                    My question is that, if company approves the part then it should be replaced immediately by your service centre and should not take 5 to 6 days. It is unnecessary mentally harassment of customer. Kindly do needful immediately to avoid any litigation in future pl.

                      I have submitted Zenfone 5 model no ZC500TGIT015WW to repair at GUWAHATI authorized service center. Fault was rebooting continues after error during system update. They quote me 5800 for mother board replacement. But, after rejected by me, I took the handset back. Accidently it fall down from my hand and after that working fine.

                      Why this is done by service center. For that I had to buy new hand sent for Rd 15000. Who is responsible for such false estimate.

                      Twice I mail this complaint to service center. I got no response. Please review and revert.

                      My phone always hangs a lot i am in a great trouble .My contacts does not appear and i need to format my phone every 1 month . And main problem is sometimes I even cannot call someone.
                      Initially it was performing good. After a week it starts lagging and battery isn't charging it says plugged in charging. But percentage is not going up from 10%. What should i do..?

                        I bought a battery through ebay on the last december. Model name mentioned in subject line. But it is draining fast and getting discharged on 30% charging. I think the product is waste of money. Battery never getting charged to 100%. I am facing issue not only for me and my friends as well. I was very unhappy with the product. Please let me know where i will get the original battery.

                          Sir i have purchased an asus laptop from a certified store in trivandrum, kerala on 27 may 2017 and registered for asus "back to school" offer in which they are supposed to send extra 3 year warranty card within 20 working days after payment. Now its been almost 1 year after the payment and till now i have not received any updates on the offer. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. They should refund the amount that i have paid if they are unable to provide the service they offered.

                            I have bought a asus rog gl553vd laptop...its only 8 months old..it is very slow, overheating, and crashing os.and its speaker is producing some kind of weird noise..its a terrible situation...as i am working, the laptop suddenly crashed and its not rebooting...as i went to the customer care, trivandrum, They are saying they will try to look at the complaints in 7 working days, which is terrible, and they are also saying that the data is not recoverable..i know that the problem with the laptop is severe..Its under warranty period..Do something about this plz..

                              I have been using an Asus Laptop for the Past 2 years. The Model is ASUS R510JX. Currently the laptop is in out of warranty. For the Past one week, i have the power on problem. The laptop is not switching on for some reasons. I check it internally, everything was good. But i think the Pin that mounts the cable from the Power button board to the motherboard was little bit loose and has some problem. So took the unit to nearby offical Asus Service Center (V-Connect in Salem-TN, India). The told me that they have to change the entire motherboard for the laptop and it will cost me Rs. 59, 900/-. I have purchased the entire laptop itself for Rs. 64, 447/- only and now they are asking me Rs. 59, 000/- for changing the Motherboard alone. Also, F.Y.I the motherboard is perfectly working, only the cable mount for the power button board got some problem. For that they are telling that they have to change the Motherboard along with CPU & GPU. I literally can't able to understand what kind of scam is this...Just for a laptop motherboard, they are charging me Rs. 59, 000/- and that lady in the front desk is advising me to buy a new laptop instead. Herewith, i have attached the Invoice of my product as well. Kindly tell me the reason why they are charging me Rs. 59, 000/- for a motherboard (that too Just for a Pin problem). This is the level of service Asus is providing here in India?? I indeed need an explanation for this issue. This is in fact a serious issue. Your employee from your authorized service center is advising me to throw my existing laptop & purchase a new laptop just for some issues in the cable's pin!! They are repeatedly telling me that if the laptop is under warranty, they would have changed it for free, I told them that i'll pay for whatever it takes to fix the problem. But they are asking me to pay Rs 59, 000/- for the laptop that i have purchased for Rs. 64, 447/- which is 91.5% of the laptop's Price. Really frustrated service from Asus. Soon i am gonna make a video on this in my Youtube channel as well. So that people will be aware of your Brand and the type of service that you guys are Providing..

                                Hi,
                                This is to please suggest me how can my problem be resolved. I purchased a zenfone 3 laser from flipkart on 20th of december’ 17; within the first 2 months time only,
                                • the charger stopped working,
                                • in another 15 days one plug of the earphone,
                                • and finally in another 10 days the handset itself. 
                                I already found some lags in the beginning and requested 4 replacement, but was not attended by properly by the flipkart. I found that the handset delivered was the very old model, manufactured in 2016. Also, i never go for chinese products, asus being from taiwan i opted for it, but it was clearly mentioned in the box that it is manufactured in china : (M sorry to say but this is the height of disaster.
                                I will suggest you to kindly perform a proper check on the quality of the products before you advertise, to save people’s trust on your company and the name and fame it earned in years. Waiting for a reply soon..

                                  I had bought a laptop from asus exclusive store and next day it gave me frequent wifi disconnection. Made a complaint and a replacement was allowed. This time i opted for even a more costlier product. This gave me same problem as was in earlier laptop. So i made a complaint and been following up on it for last 5 days and there is no concrete response coming my way.
                                  They want to repair but why would i take something which is repaired for 60000/-. I could have bought a refurbished at half the price. I have paid this high to get a new product and a working product without any defect. Twice the product has been faulty and so i am asking for a refund as i don't trust the brand anymore and what is guarantee that things will be fine even if they repair it now. After paying this high i dont want a fault product. Had i used it for couple of months and the problem came it was understood to go for repair. But here the problem was on same day it was bought.
                                  I am asking for refund and they have not been responding to my calls to the customer care and all mails are unanswered. Even the store that i bought it from are not helping. I just want to take action against the store and the company. Its my hard earned money and i am not going to let it go waste buying a faulty or a repaired product.

                                  the response was on expected lines. they replied saying they are not seeing the problem in their network. i was told that the logs would show the time of occurrence of the issue but now they say this kind of error does not get logged. they are forcing me to keep the same laptop and even if this occurs ever they are only gonna give servicing. my submission to them was that if i had used it for a week or more, i could have lived with servicing but getting a problem after opening the system for first time does not give me any confidence to keep the same. that to when i have paid a hefty price to buy that laptop.
                                  for all mental agony and delay in services, i have decided to taking this complaint to consumer forum.
                                  My suggestion: Never buy an ASUS product ever. they are where they are for their products and services. Sadly, They can never be one like DELL or even HP.

                                    I purchased asus zenfone max mobile one year back. Recently it started to develop some software problem and not booting. But it is charging normally. I took it to asus service center at vijayawada and they took it inside and said it is not charging. However i asked them to diagnose the problem and call back me with an estimation. They told me that some pcb connected with charging and mouth piece is defecting and will cost rs. 1250 to replace and software will be updated within the same cost. Now they say motherboard is damaged. I have 4 asus mobile phones at my home and purchased them with great anticipation of good quality as the name is familiar. Now i am made to review my opinion about the company and its services. I did not take the phone back. I can not prove anything either. I dont have the intention of getting it repaired, as i feel i am deceived. What can i do now. I just want to share my feeling as it could be of some help to others before they grew expectations about the company and be more careful and not to trust blindly.

                                      Resp. Sir,
                                      I have purchare asus zenphone 5 mobile. Now after three years i have to replace mobile battery. So i went to asus service center in ahmednagar. They told that battery prise is rs.600 + 500 sevice charges. I was shocked that for only changing battery they take sevice charges of rs.500. So i called costomer care officer for conforming the charges. They told the charges was correct. They told we have company policy.
                                      So this is totaly wrong to take so much sevice charges.

                                        Hello sir,

                                        I had purchased asus graphics card - asus strix rog 1070 o8g and its under warranty period. It's been only one month old and never worked after i bought it. Same has been confirmed by their service center, regenersis andheri.
                                        So they are now giving me refurbished piece (Instead of new graphics card in replacement). I am not willing to accept refurbished part as it is nothing but repaired part of someone else, as confirmed by their toll-free number itself.

                                        Raised complaint to their head office and service center but not getting any response. Service center refused to provide me new graphics card.

                                        Below is ticket raised #a[protected] with asus head office.
