Purchased asus g750jm somewhere in the second half of 2014.in 2018 november encountered a problem with the battery.
Service centre person in pune checked and informed that the battery needs to be replaced. Took an advance from me to procure the battery. After 10 days informs me that the battery wont be available. I tried to get in touch with customer care wherein they also could not help and were not aware if the product was tagged as end of life. I even reached out to the escalation team a link to write your concerns to senior management but absolutely no response.

Extremely agitated by the attitude of asus towards after sales service. I finally managed to get a battery from the grey market after paying a premium. Would never recommend this product to be bought in india.

    M asus zenfon max pro m2 device purchase karna chahta hu
    Lekin, muje mere ek friend n bataya ki isame update k bad bahut problem face karni pad rhi h like as battery drain issue, screen touch problem, face and finger lock or heating issues bhi h. I want to purchase this device but its has many bugs in this device when using max pro m2.
    I accept plastic body there is no issue. Notification led light with triple slot is best specification. Lekin mobile running m bugs nhi hone chahiye this is a large break deal to sale. So please solve running bugs because i like max rpo m2 & want to purchase this device.

      Asus had hosted an unbeatable fan club contest in december. The results were supposed to be announced by the 31st of december but are still pending. Asus doesnt reply to tweets, dms, facebook messages and emails. I have been tweeting them continously about the same but they do not reply. Moreover, the people on the helpline are clueless about the contest.

        On 24/12/2018 i ordered a laptop which turned out to be defective and i requested an immediate return (Processed on 25/12/2018) and very conveniently the company said it would look into it (Technician visit) before 30/12. Today it is further extended to 31/12.

        My point: it takes corporations 2 days (The product is a flipkart exclusive guaranteed 2 day delivery in my address) to delivery a new product but 2 weeks (?!!!) to resolve genuine and immediate issues from converted customers. Clearly fleecing customers and increasing revenues are priority no.1.

        Request immediate resolution through product replacement (Flipkart has conveniently denied return and my money saved over a year is now stuck with them during this crucial holiday season).

          We bought one loptop from kaathar on 8 th dec 2018. We are the indians so we received on 21 december. When we opened and checked it is in the problem of screen flicker display flickering etc. When we are approaching service centre they replied the mother board is damage. The cost of laptop is 48, 110rs in indian value. Now it is in the service center. Please give answer for our difficult conditions immediately. Otherwise we will go for the next process.             A very disappointing experience buying an asus notebook.

            I bought a new notebook 2 weeks ago and the audio (Both speakers and headset) don't work. I tried updating the drivers, downloaded the realtec drivers from asus site and installed it, did everything i could without much success.
            I did a chat online with asus customer support. They were completely clueless as well.

            I wonder what kind of product testing you do before shipping : (
            In any case, any tips on what i should do to get this notebook fixed?

              I have visit to Asus service center(F1 Info solutions & services pvt. Ltd.) Nagpur for repairing purpose & I have purchased battery & paid full amount in advance.
              RMA No. is INH8JB0297 on dtd. 23/11/2018. Approx. one month passed but still i am waiting for battery.I have many times contact to service center but they are not giving exact date to replace my battery.Please resolve my problem.

                Its been 1 year since i bought this laptop, and it has many defects such as battery failure, slow performance, some keys on the keyboard are not working properly too. I had total faith in the brand and that's the reason why i bought the laptop in the first place. But i need refund as it's not worth buying such terrible laptop or repair it free of costs at the very least.

                  Booked a complaint with asus for service. Asus provided third party service enginner, who took my laptop and lost all my data. When i contacted asus service center for support they said they cannot do anything. How come the service engineer lost my data without even intimating me. Tried contacting asus no of times to help recover data and told them no of times that data was very critical, in spite of follow ups, they didnt do any thing, they misbehaved as well

                    I had purchased Asus Zenfone Max pro (serial number - J7AAHF02Z7848TJ)on 27 August 2018 from Flipkart services. After approx 20 days, ie: 17 September I found the phone switched off early in the morning. I kept it on charging for couple of days but still it was not responding. Later I visited your Borivali Asus service center (the mail ID which I have kept in cc of this mail) and logged a service repair complaint Abt this issue. Mr Rohit, who was in charge of checking my phone, checked the phone and told that it will take 7 working days to get the issue resolved. You will get a call to pick your phone after the repairs are done.

                    I didn't receive any call from their end so later I called after 8-9 working days and service center guys told me that the motherboard is damaged. It will still take 21 days for the issue to get resolved.

                    Later after 25-30 days approx, I collected the handset. It was working fine, but again after 10 days, I started facing network issue in the handset.

                    It is a single sim inserted Jio number so I called Jio services from my other number to enquire about this issue. They said that please get a new SIM card for ur same number from our Jio store, and the issue will be resolved after your new sim card is activated after an hour.

                    I did the same, but still the network issue was not resolved. Later I inserted my other Jio simcard in that defective handset. I didn't get network.

                    So the Jio store executive told me that this is a handset issue.

                    Later I visited your same Asus service center and reported the issue.

                    (RMA number INFWJB0091)

                    They told me to submit the handset and was been told that this will be resolved within 7 working days.

                    I visited the service center after 8 working days coz I didn't receive any call from service center end, and Mr Rohit, the in charge tech for my phone told that the issue is still not resolved, and I had to leave again.

                    Again I visited the service center this Tuesday ie: 20/11/2018.

                    They said the issue was resolved

                    I checked the phone, network was available, repair call was closed.

                    I went at home and again the same nework issue was emerging. Next day I visited the same Asus service center and now they have kept the phone since couple of days and have not given me any turn around time also this time.

                    Its passed 3 months since the purchase of this handset, it is with me only for approx 1 month. Within 15 days motherboard has been replaced, and now hardware/software issues with the phone

                      I ordered zenfone 5z from flipkart dated 27th august 2018 and received my order on 29th august 2018, within the period of 2-3 days i start noticing n no. Of issues but major issue which i was facing at that movement was speaker breaks and charging time was too long as compared to the commitment done by the company.

                      In a day or 2, i approached nearest service center i was told that mobile software was not all stable and company is in a process of releasing a new ota (Over the air) update which will make your software stable and requested you to please wait, even after, i update my phone problems with my phone continue to persist rather i would say it increases.

                      After the update, surprisingly i got a new problem, my handset started restarting while performing small-small operations forcing me to switch to my older device.

                      During this period i also visited service center to get my issue resolved in a hope that it will be resolved by small flashing or by hard reset process, but all my trails and hopes faded.

                      This is utility i received by spending rs 30, 000 which i had incurred by relying on such a big brand.

                      I request to please refund my cost of phone along with harassment which i suffered by relying on such a brand name.

                        Hey team we have purchased laptop my model number is fx553ve. We have purchased in the month of july 18 and we are facing lots of issue. We have visited service centre more than 15 times but still they are not to redress our probelm. The thing is like your enginers are not even aware about particular software. Worst service and bad experience ever!!! This much is not exepcted from asus. Now either we want replacement or i want my whole amount as refund otherwise will give this case to consumer court. Did you get that?

                          My laptop (Serial no: g8n0cv08p536336) which is in warranty has a serious manufacturing defect. All the keys in my keypad work intermittently.
                          Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes only some keys works and sometimes all keys don't work.

                          It's a hardware issue with all the keys so, i submitted the laptop for warranty service (Rma: inf8jb0374) on 24th nov but the service was denied citing a baseless logic.

                          'a' key retainer came out in normal use. I presume there was a serious manufacturing defect in the keypad as a whole.

                          In spite of having a problem in all the keys, the warranty service was rejected claiming the key 'a' is missing. First of all the key, 'a' is not missing. It is with me and i carried it to the service centre but it was not collected (So, it looks like the only idea is to extract money by making some unethical reasons? Not to service if there is actually a product issue). Also, i strongly confirm that the key 'a' also works intermittently. Only the 'a' key retainer came out but the key still functions intermittently like other keys.

                          There is no physical damage or no liquid spill in the keypad.

                          I requested asus service, if missing retainer of "a" is bothering, then let forget about the key "a" and i like to have all the other keys fixed which has manufacturing defect to work properly but i am not getting proper resolution yet

                            This complaint is regarding the misleading not fulfilled offer promised by the company asus on purchase of asus vivobook s x501un - ej460t booked/purchased on 21st november.

                            This is to inform you, that i mr. Joachim fernando recently purchased two reputed product of your company. An asus vivo book s and asus tuf laptops both at the same time period from one for your thrid party outlets (Croma mulund, mumbai) at india on 21st november. I was informed that asus company is having a special offer for the occasion of diwali from 20th october to 20th november. Whilst booking the product they assured me that, i will get the extended warranty scheme of 3 years on a 100% assurance. I had booked two laptops at the same time, since your company was recommended by many colleague friends and relatives but i personally feel being left out after i couldn't purchase the assured 3 years extended warranty. It is a very sad state of affairs that such a big and reputed company was not able to give me my assured purchase of the 3 years extended warranty and with the corresponding schemes that came with the offers, i was assured specifically at the time of booking both the laptops that i would get the three years extended warranty. After having a lot of hardships, i managed to purchased two laptops of your company and i am extremely disappointed with these sorry state of affairs

                                Instead of "due to availability of spare parts " pls read as "due to non-availability of spare parts", inconveniences caused is highly regretted
                                6gb ram Asus zenfone max pro m1 black and grey color के साथ transparent back cover दिया जा रहा है तो blue color के साथ क्यों नहीं दिया जा रहा है और pin 222180 पर insurance cover भी क्यों नहीं दिया जा रहा है।

Mane osme apna bill & laptop details uodate karde oske kush din bad muje payment karne ka email aya to mane payment kar deya. Ab 2 saal bad mera. Laptop charge nahi ho raha jiske lye me company ko kabi email keya hai. Magar company ab bol rahi hai. Mare extended warranty active nahi hai.

                                      My 2 week old asus notebook is suddenly making some buzzing and wiring noise. Yesterday there was no such noise, today the moment i switched on the laptop it started making the noise. At first the fan was giving cool air but within 10mins the fan started giving warm air.

                                      I am very much disappointed with asus. Firstly the battery backup is so poor. Then this fan issue. Better to buy 25k laptops from other brand than this spending 40k on asus laptops.

                                        I am regular customer of asus company.
                                        My asus zenfone 6 selfie no. Is faazcy32w538. From the time of purchase i am facing some problems i have even complained to customer care, plz you can check your complain history. I have tried to raise the issue related to camera through email but neither service centre nor customer care helped me to sort with this issue. Due to this today also there are problems in my phone.
                                        We went to service centre to approach for help as suggested by customer care, but they didn’t supported us and even misguided us.
                                        It turns ever stop running “volte” in running the handsets, and application support none. Recently, having camera problem and software problem in handsets from june, which has failed to service centre right.
                                        Firstly, service centre said that the camera is poor and returned in 4-6 days. At the time of return they said camera is repaired now, but in reality didn’t replaced it.
                                        They later said that there is damage in the mid-case of the camera, and demanded money to replace. While there was no damage in the mid-case, and the internal part which makes the warranty or manufacturing defect.
                                        Mr. Man till today the customer care, service centre failed to deliver proper and sustainable solution to the particular problem mentioned above. I requested to replace the mobile or to return the money.
                                        Due to this irresponsible behaviour of the company i have been through many mental and physical stress. If proper solution is not taken to my problem then i have to file case in court against company, and the charge will be paid by the company.
                                        I request to extend the company warranty as i have not used phone due to this problem.
                                        Note - plz describe the definition of “damage”

                                        Asus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I bought asus zenfone max m1 pro 4gb ram...after 1 month o[censored]age camera stopped working...and major issue is low gaming performance...i bought this mob for modern combat 5 ..bt its too much of laggy...very dissatisfied with asus
                                        My Laptop Asus X541UA-DM 1232D Has automatically switched off. When i switch on the laptop laptop is automatically swiched off.
