I have been using an Asus Laptop for the Past 2 years. The Model is ASUS R510JX. Currently the laptop is in out of warranty. For the Past one week, i have the power on problem. The laptop is not switching on for some reasons. I check it internally, everything was good. But i think the Pin that mounts the cable from the Power button board to the motherboard was little bit loose and has some problem. So took the unit to nearby offical Asus Service Center (V-Connect in Salem-TN, India). The told me that they have to change the entire motherboard for the laptop and it will cost me Rs. 59, 900/-. I have purchased the entire laptop itself for Rs. 64, 447/- only and now they are asking me Rs. 59, 000/- for changing the Motherboard alone. Also, F.Y.I the motherboard is perfectly working, only the cable mount for the power button board got some problem. For that they are telling that they have to change the Motherboard along with CPU & GPU. I literally can't able to understand what kind of scam is this...Just for a laptop motherboard, they are charging me Rs. 59, 000/- and that lady in the front desk is advising me to buy a new laptop instead. Herewith, i have attached the Invoice of my product as well. Kindly tell me the reason why they are charging me Rs. 59, 000/- for a motherboard (that too Just for a Pin problem). This is the level of service Asus is providing here in India?? I indeed need an explanation for this issue. This is in fact a serious issue. Your employee from your authorized service center is advising me to throw my existing laptop & purchase a new laptop just for some issues in the cable's pin!! They are repeatedly telling me that if the laptop is under warranty, they would have changed it for free, I told them that i'll pay for whatever it takes to fix the problem. But they are asking me to pay Rs 59, 000/- for the laptop that i have purchased for Rs. 64, 447/- which is 91.5% of the laptop's Price. Really frustrated service from Asus. Soon i am gonna make a video on this in my Youtube channel as well. So that people will be aware of your Brand and the type of service that you guys are Providing..

    Hi,
    This is to please suggest me how can my problem be resolved. I purchased a zenfone 3 laser from flipkart on 20th of december’ 17; within the first 2 months time only,
    • the charger stopped working,
    • in another 15 days one plug of the earphone,
    • and finally in another 10 days the handset itself. 
    I already found some lags in the beginning and requested 4 replacement, but was not attended by properly by the flipkart. I found that the handset delivered was the very old model, manufactured in 2016. Also, i never go for chinese products, asus being from taiwan i opted for it, but it was clearly mentioned in the box that it is manufactured in china : (M sorry to say but this is the height of disaster.
    I will suggest you to kindly perform a proper check on the quality of the products before you advertise, to save people’s trust on your company and the name and fame it earned in years. Waiting for a reply soon..

    Hi I am Aniket Ghanwat. I have an ASUS graphic card and I'm facing a problem with it. When I connect it to my desktop it cannot display anything After connecting to onboard VGA port desktop displays Gigabyte Logo. So what should I do?

      I had bought a laptop from asus exclusive store and next day it gave me frequent wifi disconnection. Made a complaint and a replacement was allowed. This time i opted for even a more costlier product. This gave me same problem as was in earlier laptop. So i made a complaint and been following up on it for last 5 days and there is no concrete response coming my way.
      They want to repair but why would i take something which is repaired for 60000/-. I could have bought a refurbished at half the price. I have paid this high to get a new product and a working product without any defect. Twice the product has been faulty and so i am asking for a refund as i don't trust the brand anymore and what is guarantee that things will be fine even if they repair it now. After paying this high i dont want a fault product. Had i used it for couple of months and the problem came it was understood to go for repair. But here the problem was on same day it was bought.
      I am asking for refund and they have not been responding to my calls to the customer care and all mails are unanswered. Even the store that i bought it from are not helping. I just want to take action against the store and the company. Its my hard earned money and i am not going to let it go waste buying a faulty or a repaired product.

      the response was on expected lines. they replied saying they are not seeing the problem in their network. i was told that the logs would show the time of occurrence of the issue but now they say this kind of error does not get logged. they are forcing me to keep the same laptop and even if this occurs ever they are only gonna give servicing. my submission to them was that if i had used it for a week or more, i could have lived with servicing but getting a problem after opening the system for first time does not give me any confidence to keep the same. that to when i have paid a hefty price to buy that laptop.
      for all mental agony and delay in services, i have decided to taking this complaint to consumer forum.
      My suggestion: Never buy an ASUS product ever. they are where they are for their products and services. Sadly, They can never be one like DELL or even HP.

        I purchased asus zenfone max mobile one year back. Recently it started to develop some software problem and not booting. But it is charging normally. I took it to asus service center at vijayawada and they took it inside and said it is not charging. However i asked them to diagnose the problem and call back me with an estimation. They told me that some pcb connected with charging and mouth piece is defecting and will cost rs. 1250 to replace and software will be updated within the same cost. Now they say motherboard is damaged. I have 4 asus mobile phones at my home and purchased them with great anticipation of good quality as the name is familiar. Now i am made to review my opinion about the company and its services. I did not take the phone back. I can not prove anything either. I dont have the intention of getting it repaired, as i feel i am deceived. What can i do now. I just want to share my feeling as it could be of some help to others before they grew expectations about the company and be more careful and not to trust blindly.

          Resp. Sir,
          I have purchare asus zenphone 5 mobile. Now after three years i have to replace mobile battery. So i went to asus service center in ahmednagar. They told that battery prise is rs.600 + 500 sevice charges. I was shocked that for only changing battery they take sevice charges of rs.500. So i called costomer care officer for conforming the charges. They told the charges was correct. They told we have company policy.
          So this is totaly wrong to take so much sevice charges.

            Hello sir,

            I had purchased asus graphics card - asus strix rog 1070 o8g and its under warranty period. It's been only one month old and never worked after i bought it. Same has been confirmed by their service center, regenersis andheri.
            So they are now giving me refurbished piece (Instead of new graphics card in replacement). I am not willing to accept refurbished part as it is nothing but repaired part of someone else, as confirmed by their toll-free number itself.

            Raised complaint to their head office and service center but not getting any response. Service center refused to provide me new graphics card.

              As i mentioned in subject line that company must stop manufacturing mobile phones.
              I purchased asus zenfone in 2014 and within one and half year it started giving program.
              Few of my friends are also asus mobile phone users and each and everyone facing some issues with the phone.
              So it is hearty request to the asus company that please stop manufacturing the mobile phones.
              In a simple words this is not your cup if tea i think.

                Hello,

                I purchased a new ASUS S510U 8gb Ram Intel Core i5 Win 10 from Laptech Solutions Pune on 25-Nov-2017 ( contact ‭[protected]‬). As soon as the box was unpacked and the laptop handed over to me I pointed out that the machine hangs on every click and this could be a hardware issue. I was assured by the Laptech guys that this is because it’s installed windows updates in the background and that it would work fine once completed.
                However, I checked for almost two days and contacted the Laptech guys saying the issue still persists and this has to be a hardware issue on which the tech laughed and said aise thodi rehta hai hardware issue.

                I took my laptop twice to the dealer where god alone knows what he did stating he refreshed he software installation and it would work fine.

                I was traveling abroad and hence on my return now noticing that the issue hasn’t fixed I decided to contact the asus customer care directly asking for a replacement as the dealer wouldn’t initiate it. They informed me that a replacement is done only in the first 7 days and has to be Initiated by the dealer. I explained to them the entire situation and after a lot of arguments finally they agreed to send a technician for having my laptop checked.

                The asus tech informed that it is a hard disk issue and that the part would be replaced. My question is when I had reported the hardware issue right on the first day why didn’t the dealer issue a replacement? Why should I get my new laptop parts replaced in bits and pieces when I have paid 63k for the same?

                On contacting the dealer and telling him about this he in a unprofessional rude tone argued with me denying that I never reported it to them and also they can only look at software issues. After cheating your customer or not addressing their concerns how can someone even have the audacity to speak in that tone, let alone be the way he was lying and denying things. If he only fixes software issues and can’t comment on hardware issue why the hell did he not contact that ASUS guys to have this checked when I reported it? Was any money going out of his pocket for a replacement of a faulty laptop? He should have guided the customer just as they give churans before the purchase is made.

                Does he even qualify to be an authorised dealer?

                I would want my laptop in entirety replaced as tom another part might give trouble. Please look into this issue and help me. I am not willing to let go off my hard earned money 63k go down the drain . I do not want a hardware replacement, I want a laptop replacement as this never worked from day 1.

                  Hi, i am very much unsatisfied with the asus zenfone 3 max that i bought. Because, first it was marshmallow and i was very happy that the phone has godd battery etc.. But after 4 days, nougat update came and i updated my phone to nougat.
                  But after this, the phone is draining battery, and very much heating.
                  So please provide a firmware to downgrade from nougat back to marshmallow. If you didnt do that in one week, then i will change my phone and will never try to buy asus again.
                  Please release the downgrading firmware within one week. Please.

                      Dear care takers,
                      I would like to inform that i have sent my said phone to service centere at ahmedabad f1 info solutions and services pvt ltd. Dt: 06/12/2017.
                      I have replaced the battery by my self and purchased batttery online due to unavailable service centere nearby... As the battery was faulty which i later come to know.. And the phone was dead..
                      Than i have sent phone to ahmedabad..
                      They have diagnose that the phones processor board is damaged.. And asked 17216/- inr required to repair it..
                      I have collected phone back and paid inspection charges 250/- as was told by service provider...
                      Than i had given the phone to local repairer in bhavnagar.. And they told that battery is faulty.. After replacing battery my phone working properly..
                      Which was very much shocking and cofusing that such huge company's service station are runnning for earning money by making fool to their innocent customer...
                      In this matter what do you suggest me to compansate hassel which i had gone through..

                        I bought this laptop six month ago and my laptop going into service center after every 2 months (3time problem occurred now it's 4th time), my so much time got wasted.. Asus customer care is not cooperating with me, i think i got defective laptop.

                        Initially it had
                        1. Few keys of the keypad were not working
                        2. Usb was not working
                        3. Cd-rom problem (It was noisy)
                        4. Laptop behaved abnormal once put on charge

                        Every time it took 15-20 approx days to fix the problem so the laptop has been with the service center for near about 1.5 months out of the 6 months.

                          I gave my phone for software installation... At that time they damaged my motherboard and they changed and gave me a new motherboard... While getting delivery i saw my phone touch not working... I'm asking them they are refusing to accept their mistakes... I'm calling regenersis india limited bengaluru... The manager is speaking rudely... And refusing to change my touch... If my problem is not solved i'll raise a case against asus in court... At that time they have to answer... I'm calling from my number they r not answering and putting my call on hold... If i'm calling from different number they are answering and hanging the call... I have call records and all proofs with me... If my problem is not solved... I'll spoil the name of asus...

                          When pik up incoming call, call is going on but voice disconnects,
                          I have already got problem earlier and repaired it from service center, the motherboard and battery were changed by company, but now it is again having problem.

                            I am purches the zenfone max 3 model x00ddb purches date 11 th dec 2017. But this phone is autometic restart, docoument delet and all time hang and spekar problem, not rechable all time. I am going to infinity asus delar bardhaman delar said going service centre. Service center said warenty over but i parches just one month so going delar person. But my phone is child kids. This phone is allready help bajaj finance whose 1 st emi 2nd feb but i know thet i am not give the emi. My phone is return and my down payment refund. Chitar company asus is same of saroda company. My phone pls return and refund downpayment.

But my phone is not working and this fone is adinary chaina. And asus is the chet fund and same to sarada company. My phone is help of bajaj finance and i not pay the bajaj emi. Please return the phone and refound the money. All ready i get mail high authority os chaina asus.

                              When i open the software which i work on, my laptop doesn't respond it and restarts my laptop saying that there is a driver fault. I had the same problem one month ago but at that time it was because of the system update of windows 10 and the problem was solved by the asus service center in nehru place, new delhi. Please help me figure it out as i am unable to work.

                              One of the Most In responsive support from Asus, They have told that somebody will visit at my location in two working day that was 5th and 6th feb 2018, No body has visited and now they are not picking my call.

                              This was one of the most unresponsive person team sitting there in ASUS

                                I have an asus zenfone selfie 1st gen. I bought it 2 years back from amazon for 14, 999. Since the beginning i have been experiencing one or the other problems on this phone. The device kept heating up constantly. A few months back the phone started a factory reset by itself resulting is a lot of my data being lost. Now the device has entered reboot mood and has kept itself in that state for more than one day. I can't even switch off my phone without removing the battery. Please help.

                                  Sir,
                                  I bought a new handset of asus zenfone 3 (32gb) in may'17 from flipkart. After a month i found that some videos are not playing well on device so i contact to customer care and write a mail on 20/06/2017 to asus regarding this issues but they denied to provide pickup service by saying that this service is only for metro city.
                                  They denied me to provide pickup service by saying that no courier service available at my address but i have to inform many times that every courier partner is available in shahjahanpur with screen shot of there service location.
                                  After a lot mailing and request by me, they agreed to provide pick service and picked my device 05/09/2017 against rma-inxvh0110 first time and returned me repaired device after 23 days.
                                  When i used this i feel there is nothing like repair. Asus care center did not work on my problem, they returned my device without any work and asus make me foolish again i reported the same to asus and raise a request for pickup.
                                  Again they pickedup my device against rma-inxvh-90058 but handover me after 23 days with some another issues like headphone not working, videos not play, slow charging, poor battery performance, low voice from speaker, irritating voice from speaker and many more.
                                  I can not send phone to service center again and again because i bought it for use not for service center.

                                  But there is no solution i received from ASUS till today.
                                  I purchased asus laptop on 7 aug. 2016.At that time extra hardware warranty (ladp) was purchased by me for rs. 599. But now company is saying that ur dealer has not updated the warranty. And deaaler is saying that he has done it. I m not getting my benefits now. What should i do.

                                    Pls see details below of my laptop. Have been facing recurring issues for the last 6 months. First there was a memory issue where who memory showed full despite there being no data from my side.

                                    Now facing issue with the charger, not able to charge my lap top.

                                    Asus service centre has seen 2 times but not able to fix the issue.

                                      I had given my phone to the asus service center at 30th n they returned my phone by saying your phone is ok, n all the problems has been solved and charged 500 rupee from me... But within a day the problem rises again n i hav to face problems... Please respond to my complaint or else i hav to file a complaint against asus.. Apart from that i have used another sim also to start the tower but its getting temporary connection... I have to travel from bhubaneswar to kolkata... I hav to face many emergencies,, so please tak some corrective measure n cure my phone or else i hav to take some legal action... I have tht bill in which the problems are mentioned n r charged but the problem is still the same... I m not gettng the sim tower n always shows unavailable

                                        Hi this is to inform you that i have purchased a mobile phone of asus from flip cart, on 10/10/17. But after 15 days phone was auto restarting and auto emergency dialing, i complained against the problems, they requested to submit the phone to their service centre, i have submitted 3 times to the service centre in these 2 months for the same problems, they have updated the software many times andalso changed the mother board and side key cable but problem was not resolved. Still now i am facing sim slot problem, sim itself becomes unavailable repeatedly, and now sim is not supporting. I have complained many times but again they are suggesting to visit to their service centre. How many times i have to submit this device and why would i submit? I have purchased a new phone not a second hand phone! But this phone is full of defects. And also service centre is not near to my house. I can't be harassed anymore, i am requesting to them to refund me back or replace. L couldn't use the device properly for a single month. I am a student, our financial condition is not so good. I can't visit everyday to their service center. Thus when the warranty period will be over they'll start to charge for servicing. I do regret now that why did i purchased a asus device! They are doing injustice with me. I think i should go for consumer forum
