Asus lapto having serial number h3n0cx[protected] was purchased on 30 june and on 28th july the laptop suddenly got dead. On the same day i rushed to the shop (Muskan agencies lg-4 saket tower sp verma road patna) and mentioned about the problem. I also registered a complain in the consumer helpline website. The docket number is 375333. After many follow ups over phone/mail and visiting the shop and the service centre, after 10 days it was repaired but after few days again the same laptop has got another problem. Now the same laptop is not getting charged. I am really shocked and disturbed now. All these shows that asus company or the local dealer has cheated me and sold me the defective laptop. Kindly look into my case and help me and help me.

    I have purchase new phone asus zenfone 2 ze551ml (Silver, 128 gb) (4 gb ram) from amazon.

    Problem :
    After 2 week mobile is not getting charged. Mobile is not getting switched on. It's defect in mobile. Hardware fault.

    So i am not able start mobile. I try all the means but not getting any response.

    Resolution:

    I want to refund the mobile.

    What i tried:

    As per instruction i did factory setting also. But same issues.

    Battery not getting charged. From then mobile is kept as it is.

    I have not even used properly for 2 week. I wanted to refund but they refused.

    Please find attached invoice. I am working professional and not getting time as well.

      I owned a asus zenfone 5 mobile. Now its is over 2 years, so it is not under the warranty, recently there was a software fault so i took the my mobile to asus authorized service center (F1 info solutions & service pvt ltd) in chennai, mount road. They said that software correction charge is rs 500 and i have to pay 250 rs in advance and remaining i have to pay while picking up the mobile,
      While comming for picking up the mobile, they said that they cant do the service and returned the mobile, i asked for my rs 250 which i paid as advance. The manager said that the 250 rs is a non refundable, as per the rules and policy which i have signed during the submission of my mobile does'nt contain a line regarding non refundable charges of rs 250. They gave only my mobile. My 250 rs had gone.

      Asus A5535 laptop was purchased on 6-6-2016. sr.no.FANOCV[protected]. 2years warranty.
      complaint: problem with keyboard: keyboard when I type in Microsoft word after 15 to 30 min it gets highlighted the whole thing. even the flies folders too. does not and mouse pad does not get clicked, when it is click hangout issue

        Bought asus zenfone 3 laser on 10.11.16. phone was updated and found call not connecting in SIM 2. same was informed to service centre salem tamilnadu India on 14.07.17. after repeated attempt there is no positve response from the service centre. one month has already passed there is no improvement observed during discussion so it is requested to kindly do the needful to get back my phone in good workable condition. if failed to rectify the Issue Re think about issuing a New phone or refund the invoice amount.

          I bought my phone on 2016 december. Now my phone's bottom keys such as home key, back key and screen short key are not working. It happens only from 2 days. Firstly small responses are there. But now keys are fully died. What to do? Do i get any free service? My home at kannur kerala. Which is the nearest customer service centre?           Do not purchasing any Asus phone. Iam using Asus zenfone 3max phone but, one completed my phone battery beckup iam required service center but not Clair my phone 30 day lettered . Ram no: inbzh70046 plz checked you
          Worst Asus mobile service. Have given Asus zenfone 2 to repair for speaker and start problem but after repair more problems arises like battery issue, charging problem, wasted more than Rs 3000/- & visited 5 times but no result. Please either hire good technical staff & management personnel or shut this service centre.

            I purchased asus zenfone selfie 16gb internal and 3 gb ram mobile on dec 2016, but since past 2 month i am facing volte/wifi/data not enabling and i submitted mobile to service center in bagampet, hyderabad and registered complaint with rma number=inf1h70152, they kept my mobile for 7days and said that motherborard issue and said that they replaced motherboard, on the sport i checked but i found while i am calling to any network form relience jio volte, network, data automatically getting desabled and call becomes connected, i told the same thing on the same day but they said that its problem from jio end, so i left for that day, but i come to know that the problem is not form jio side because i tried the same sim on another mobile thats working fine, again i consult the asus service center bagampet, hyderabad branch again the received the complaint with rma number=inf1h70371 by saying, it is a motherboard problem and need to replace motherboard, but its already being 2 weeks they are always saying that we didnt receive part yet. I dont know how many days it will take to receive part, i said i will post on social media and i will go for consumer case, then the service center people said to go ahead with very rouse behavior, said do what ever you can. Since 1 month i am without cell phone, such a careless people in asus service center, the worst service i ever seen. With in a warranty period i visited service center this much of time, though this is under warranty period we dont need to pay money, once warranty period will expire for every time we need to pay around 7000/- rs for motherboard replacement, i feel waste of purchasing asus phone worst service i ever seen, i want permanent solution, better should replace with a new asus zenfone selfie handset.

              I purchased through online flipkart through invoice no foysf[protected] dt[protected]. After one month it got complaint & i submitted in the service center ashok electronics, dondaparti vizag. Aecsc/1437 dt 13/07/17. Still till todate not rectified and not giving the mobile in working condition. This product creates such a panic to me not worthable and they are cockbull stories to me. Your product will be rectified if it such a kind of motherboard problem it should be replaced with the new piece. Kindly consider this request.

                Hi,
                I had purchased asus fx553vd-dm483 laptop on[protected] and have it registered in the "http://www.asuspromo.in" with all the necessary documents on the same day.

                The ticket id "bts106365" was generated by the website. Since the ticket was in pending status for a longer time.

                I had emailed asus back to school team enquiring about the same.
                They had mentioned no ticket is available in their database irresponsibly and cheated me saying that the offer is ended and i cannot avail it.

                  I am very disappointed from the asus company. I belong to middle family and i have spend 65k on asus notebook but i am really disappointed from the servuce and product. I have given servuce almost 4 times and my problem is stiil not solved screen is still flickering, heating problem, sound from processor, these all problem are still in my notebook. I have wasted my money and time on this notebook. I have given many times replacement request but no response from conpany side. Please do something for this helpless consumer. It almost one year i bought laptop and i am facing issue i have my warranty of 3yrs but wasteless warranty as my proboem are not taken seriously by company.

                    I bought asus zenfone 3s max (Gold 32 gb) on 14/3/2017.in my mobile having auto rotation not working and back camera glass missing, so i ask to my brother, he went to asus service center for f1 info solutions & services pvt ltd, chennai, tamil nadu. There, they are told this is not covered under the warranty, if you pay means we will do the service like that. My brother also accepted 16/06/2016, we got call from asus service center - f1 info solutions & services pvt ltd, chennai on 18/06/2017, you're mobile ready come and collect like that, my brother went to their, after checking the details those are told we are given wrong information and any way we don't have spare for the phone so we will call you after the spare receiving like that.

                    Without serving the phone those collected rs. 260/- if asking they are told some stories till day we are not receiving any call from asus service center if we are asking mean they are said wait we will call you like that. Two to three times we went directly till now no response, they are need only for money and in service.

                    Please don't buy asus phone because worst behaviors in service center, they collect money with any services.

                      I am having a asus zenphone 5 which i have taken to campuge infom ltd, kottayam, kerala for display change vide their invoice no.[protected] dated 27/06/17 and charged rs/- 6887.40. After one week it has developed another defect hanging, frequent switch off, signal showing no command and some times totally dead effect.
                      Again i have taken to the shop they have made alright but stayed only 02 hours.
                      Again taken with the same complaint. They told me, the problem is with your sim. I got my sim changed but no use.
                      Now i am in dilemma whether to take my phone to your service agency again.
                      If they are unable to do the proper service/rectification, they should not undertake the work then i would not have lost rs. 6887.40
                      I would like to suggest to keep efficient people in your service field and make less harassment to the customers.

                        Dear concern,

                        I am getting issue in my note book i. E. When i shut down my pc for mor than 3-4 hour then it is not getting switch on.
                        I have visited regularly in service center. Two times they person has close the issue in within 2 hours but when i left service center, after 3-4 hours when i switch on my pc then its not getting on.
                        After that 3rd time i have visit service center then they person shouting at me & after anger they said me you have to left your pc in service center for more than 15 days, i agree & submit my pc in service center, more than 15 days passed but i have not get any call from service center when i have called to service center they said your laptop is ready please visit service center. I have visited in service center & take my laptop, they mentioned in my job sheet there is no problem in pc, i have also argue with them when no problem then why you have keep my laptop for 20 days. They not my queries.
                        I left service center & go to my office when i turn on my pc i saw it is not getting switch on, the problem is as it is still now.

                        Now one thing clear from my side i will lodge a police complaint against harrasment. That is i have submit my notebook 3 time for one month but still problem not solved till now.

                            Respected sir / madam,

                            I sri koustav dutta, resident of 80, durga charan doctor road, west bengal, kolkata – 700014, bought a brand new asus (Model no : vz229h g5lmrs048163

                            Bk/5ms/ap) color desktop monitor at 22nd january, 2017 from m. D computers pvt. Ltd.

                            In the middle of june, 2017 (16/06/2017) it was automatically flickering on the display monitor & after some time it has became a blank screen in full mode. So as per my product warranty period of 3 years (Upto 08/03/2019), i visited at 19/06/2017 on my nearest asus

                            Service centre situated in 6a, raja subodh mullick square, arya mansion building, ground floor, kolkata – 700013, they accepted my display monitor with the verification of my problem & they gave me a service copy (Rma no : inh3h60613).

                            After that they have given me a commitment that the problem will be solved within 10 days from 19/06/2017. Also they gave me the contact numbers where i can get my product acknowledgement.

                            So, i have called them after 10 days

                            (29/06/2017) on that number & then they have told me the product will be delivered by

                            05/07/2017. On the date of 05/07/2017, they have told me again that the product is not ready

                            Still now & i have to wait till 10/07/2017. Right now they are saying that i have to wait till 24/07/2017.

                            Now, i just want to know what exactly happening? Is this is your perfect servicing quality

                            ? Still now around 1 month is running but my monitor is not ready & it was not delivered to me by 05/07/2017.

                            Sir, i am a businessman & also you know that how much a display monitor is important as too much for my work. Still now i am working with an another display monitor of my friend but it’s not possible to work with that any more.


                            Lastly from the service center they have informed me by phone that if the product will not be delivered within 10/07/2017, then i have to wait still some an another date without the confirm date & accuracy. If i will not get my display monitor within this 3 days

                            (09/07/2017 – 11/07/2017), i will directly do a complaint in our national consumer forum about the whole matter with my all documents.

                            Hopefully you can understand my present condition, day by day my work is delaying for your issues. Hopefully i will get my best result from you as soon as possible.

                              Sir,
                              I(deepanker) have purchased a asus gl552vw-cn430t
                              with serial no.-gan0cv06b222415 on 24 february 2017. I am having issue with activation of windows and my system keeps on restarting again and again . I registered a complaint on 30th june 2017(friday) with complaint no.-a[protected] regarding the same issue, they assured me to resolve my problem in two working days but no one came for on site servicing.
                              Even the asus helpline no. Keep my phone on hold for calling the service centre and did not come back this same things happens three times contineously.
                              After complaining so many times to the service centre, i got lot of complaint no's only and they just keep on revovling the matter for the next day, which have not come yet.

                                My phone is Asus zenfone max 2016 version.The phone iis getting hang with in 1 minutes after using. I have informed this to asus India customer care .But they are not minding my complaint.
                                Issues facing : Hanging
                                : Screen is freezing

                                This problem is faced from the one and a half months after buying this phone.Not only me but my several friends are also facing thhis problem.The problem is so unmanageable, sometimes buy this hanging i cannot make even a call. The customers of Asus India is telling that it wont happen and there processor is the best.I cant even complete this complait because this phone is getting hang. So this complaint is by a group of people who have problems with Asus zenfone max 2016 version. So we request to take complaint against Asus India.

                                  Dear Concern,

                                  I have purchased the ASUS ZENFONE 3 Model of IMEI No [protected]=229269 dated 14.11.2016 of Rs 21999/- From Rishabh Communication Manjalpur Vadodara.

                                  Since Then i have been facing a problem that my phone automatically went in to factory setting mode often, because of that i have lost l my data and pictures/video and other important data so many times.

                                  In last 6 months it has happened more than 50 times, which is area of concern for me and also a question mark for a such repute organization.

                                  Last week on friday (30.6.2017)i went to service center at vadodara and they have uploaded the software again and told that it willnot occur again.

                                  But till then it again happened twice in 4 days.

                                  I am completely fed up with this phone.Request you to address my complain
                                  asap, or give me new handset in exchange...

                                    I have purchases asus ze500kl in year 2016. Now mobile application get updated automatically and android has been upgraded automatically. Now i unable to transfer any mobile application into memory card and because of this i unable to install any mobile application since due to shortage in internal memory.

                                    Two times i have lodged complaint having complaint number of a[protected] and a[protected] but same has been unresolved.

                                    I understand that by upgrading mobile application of android, if there is any problem to end user then they should not allowed in their smart phone. How asus should expect that end user should have all technical details as well.

                                    I think i have been fooled by asus and grievance should be resolved.
                                    Asus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I recently purchased asus tinker board with 1 year warranty...
                                      But unfortunately the product was defective..
                                      I don't know which type of defect...
                                      So i decided to call customer care of asus...
                                      But they are unable to help me...
                                      So what i do now... There is no any service for asus tinker board... So why asus company sells this foolish product... What they think...
                                      He can't compete with respberry pi...
                                      I want justice...

                                        I had given my zenphone 2 for repairs to regenersis (I) p ltd vide rma#inulh60890 dt.22.6.17
                                        Phone was in working condition except for f and b camera not working and speaker sounding corse.
                                        The quotation given was too high, hence repairs was rejected and phone was collected on 26.6.17 at 6.30pm closing hrs. The phone was collected by my son and was not checked for its as it is working, assuming that it must have been the same. Neither the personell at centre show that the phone was working.
                                        Upon inspection at home, we found the phone totally dead, this was immediately reported via email. Then on a call was made to the centre on 27th at 10 am for this fault. The phone was taken to the centre at 3 pm. But to our surprise the centre technician denies of any fault. The centre should have returned the phone in as it is working condition but have done some fault while checking and made it dead. A dead phone was returned to my son, which very cunningly is denied by the centre.
                                        This was least expected from a multinational american company of claiming the customer is telling lies.
                                        I expect an inquiry at this centre at andheri (E) so that any other customer is not taken for granted. Please note that now i shall never buy any asus product due such service.
