    Dear sir,

    I have a new asus laptop. L use your
    Laptop and thanks for your services. But for a few days my laptop's keyboard is not work and it is stop.

    So i inspired to write this complain. 1 year warranty is do not finish so please you accept my compalin and some thing has been done regarding this matter.

    I hope you will look into this matter and oblige us..

    I have zenfone max facing network problem 4g why asus doesn't unlock band 5 that is 850mhz i can't use jio sim because of poor network please unlock via ota update i have already complain to zentalk but wasting my time please do something

      My asus mobile started creating problem so i have taken it to service center they said that the product cannot be repaired under warranty you have to pay for it. Where the product is still under warranty. This was the first and last time i buyed the asus product. Pls guys dont buy any of their product thy are fooling us by giving warranty. I[censored] wont able to give the proper customer service or cant cover their producr in warranty then please dont give it customer.
      Asus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      The set was purchased on 01/06/2017. The following problems are noticed e.g.-
      1. The movement of cursor is not in line with touch pad.

      2. The battery back up is not satisfactory which can be assessed within half an hour.

      Thank God. My complaint has been resolved locally. So, you need not worry to notify & issue a ticket for this at the present instant. However, I may resort any defect occurring in future.

        Hello!
        I have bought “asus zenfone max “on 7th july 2016 at mobile world, kakinada of east godavari district, andhra pradesh. Since 2 months my mobile misfiring when i try to received the calls. The touch screen is not working properly, in the meanwhile left side of the total screen totally paralyzed. Made after enquiry i rushed to “asus service point, kakinada and explained the same to the service boys. Then they told me that the screen will change after 4 days because of non-availability of screens. After 4 days again i went for replacement of screen. The service boys totally ignored me and not given any proper reply. From last 1 weak daily i approached to the service centre but till to date i did not get any fruitful reply. They told me to come tomorrow morning and keeping the mobile their custody for 10 days.
        Hence, i request to examine the above facts and settle the matter.

          Dear asus team

          I (Pradeep sharma, mob-[protected], address - d-1127, 5th avenue, gaur city sec-4 greater noida west-201308) bought the asus zenfone selfie (In december 2017) which is under warranty at current as well. I have been facing the battery drainage, hanging issue, and heating problem since starting though complains made via customer care so many times.

          I made another complain just before 20 days via customer care on phone, they made some troubleshooting & accepted the battery issue/hanging issue/heating issue and finally suggested to visit to service center.

          I visited the service center 15 days before (F1 solution, wave mall, noida, uttar pradesh) & handed over the mobile with complains as battery drainage issue & handing issue. After 5-6 days, they (Service center) handed over the mobile after changing the battery, motherboard by new one (Both).

          At home, when i checked the mobile and found that problem remain same so now i get fed up.

          Yesterday, i again approached to asus customer care via telephone & explained the issue. I was also requested to either replace this mobile with new one or refund my money so customer care executive suggested me to again revisit to same service center so again today only, i visited to service center and service centre staff agreed about the fault in my mobile (For the same, i called to customer care executive & get connected the service center executive to customer care executive via my call to customer care) and told that we (Service center) would give the feedback to asus by online (Report is attached for your reference).

          So on conclusive remarks, i want to say that in last 5 months i could not use this mobile and got fed up by calling to customer care and visiting to service center so urge you either replace this mobile with new one or refund my money against this mobile purchased.

          To keep good relationship with customer and mainting the brand of asus, take it in positive note and revert with positive outcome.

            My mobile phone frequently getting very heat.
            I 'm buy "asus selfie zenfone" on flipkart. The flipkart deliverd on 31/05/17.
            While unboxing my mobile first time i switched on and do some strating operations like gmail setting and etc..
            After 5 minutes my phone getting warm i feel very bad.
            And after one day when i on the mobile then it getting in warm i don't install any application and i also unstall some default apps but my phone is getting very heat.
            Especially the back side of near volume buttons getting very heat even in taking camera also.
            I tested in ac room also but i don't feel any better.
            *plz give me reply or tell me whether i received product is damaged*

              I brought this asus phone on 6th may and suddenly a week ago while i was doing facebook the screen went off. I thought it might be due to low charge but afterwards i saw screen is vibrating when i touch it but no display. I caller customer care and placed a service request then i visited my local service centre and they told due to external pressure my phone display broke from inside. Technically its not possible since it is corning gorrila glass. Moreover as i was doing facebook there is nothing like external pressure. They told me i have to pay for the screen which costs me around rs.4200 while new phone price is rs.9200. Please help. Not a single scratch is there in the phone. I wish they could prove me that it was due to pressure as my wife didnot use any force on the phone.

              I bought the asus zenfone Go ph on march 2017, bt i was facing to much problem.I suguest to all my frnds to to buy this phone. It gat hang at anytime . This was the worst phone i have used. Got again n again restart while using. I want to -0 rating for this phone

                Sir I have given the Asus Zenfone Go 551 KL cell phone to Service Center in Bijapur- 586101, Karnataka at Sweta Cell Point on[protected] and today it is[protected] and still they are saying that the request for new Display is ordered but order not came, so please kindly solve the problem.

                  I have not seen a cheap service station like that of Asus. Just at the beginning of the year my Sim1 slot was not working and i took it to your service station. They repaired it and gave me an extended warranty of 90 days and when i said that you have replaced the product and charged me completely then provide me with a full warranty of 1 year. Then their reply was it is the company's policy. And look just what happened. Three months passed and now my mobile is featuring the same problem. This is how i understand that this is nothing but just a scam to fool around customer. Will not deal with asus definitely in this birth next time

                    I had purchased a laptop a year ago of cost 42000... Form the day onwards it wasn't working properly... I had given in the authorized service centre many times... But it wasn't working properly... When i started to work on my laptop with in the 5 r 10 min it shows that your pc ran in to problem we will restart your system soon... And restarts the system... How can i over come this problem... Is there any chance to replace my laptop... I was ready to pay extra amount to...

                      This has been a major issue in my laptop and its been continueing from one year now i am so fedup with always loosing my work because the screen shows the "aptio setup mode" and then that stays on screen always and i am never able to work on my computer.
                      Last year on 05/11/16 my laptop was repaired from hyderabad asus center and yet the same problem has been happening again.
                      The software engeniere told me that this problem has been occouring from this asus series.
                      If the company knows the series problem then they should find a permanent solution for it, rather than making the customer go through all this again and again!
                      I am a design student do you know how hard it is to loose data all the time!
                      The laptop is the main component for my design process and it stops working all the time.
                      I dont think with this type of service i would ever recomend this asus notebook to any one!
                      Every time i have to write mail and then someone comes and collect my laptop and repairs it, and yet every time i again loose my data.
                      Also i purchased my extended warrenty the picture is shown below but the activation i guess did not happen.
                      And they are not ready to accept my extention warrenty.
                      I have attached the problem picture with extended warrenty.
                      Asus is not at all ready to help me.

                        I have bought asus zenphone 2 mobile on 10/10/2016 as per me i should have one year warranty coverage up to 10/10/2017. But when i submitted to service center they are saying this is out of warranty on 15/05/2017. Kindly find the invoice copy.

                          I have purchased 1 no. ZenFone through Flipkart vide order date[protected] to the shipping address of Shibashish Dutta Gupta(For Abhijit Adhikari), WHO, NPSP Unit, Civil Hospital, o/o The Addl. CM&HO(FW), Civil Hospital Road, Civil Hospital Campus, Silchar, Assam-788001 & received in the month of 1st week of June-2016. Since last 20 days this phone is not getting charged properly & also facing problem while to operate and which falls under Warranty Period. So requesting you to provide necessary arrangement at an earliest so that I can use this this ZenFone properly.

                          Sir,
                          With reference to the subject cited above, I have the honour to inform you that, since[protected], I am communicating to you & also to ASUS regarding a product " Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL, Order ID: OD[protected]" which I have purchased from Flipkart which has been delivered to me on 1st June-2016.
                          I am facing problem with my ZenFone which has been mailed to you several times in detail and in your last reply you mentioned that my ZenFone covered under warranty period upto 1st June-2017 and for that I have to be in touch with ASUS Authorised Service Center and accordingly I have visited "Infosolutions & Services Pvt. Ltd, Silchar, Assam".
                          Accordingly, I have sent my ZenFone through one of my colleague to the Service Center on[protected] But Sir, they are denying to avail me Warranty, as they are replying I have ordered on[protected] and Warranty period will remain upto[protected].
                          Finaly I have asked them what I have to do then they replied I have to submit my ZenFone to the Service Center in reply I asked them may I know what happened to my ZenFone that its not working now & then they replied for diagnosis it will take time better submit the ZenFone to Service Center and they will let me know latter on & for that I have to pay Rs. 250/- as Service Tax & Rs. 500/- as Service charge. Without getting any ray of hope to avail the warranty period I kept my ZenFone with the Service Center. On the next day evening they informed me over telephone that motherboard of my ZenFone gets damaged and for replacing I have to pay Rs. 6000/- approx. I was shocked by listening this then I replied, please don't work on it, I will come to collect it from service center soon. Today on[protected] again they informed me over phone that when I will to collect my ZenFone and also told me if I don't collect my phone within 20 days then I have to pay Rs. 300/- per day.
                          Moreover I have submitted a complaint on[protected] to ConsumerComplaints.in "Asus India Customer Care Service".

                          Now looking forward for your kind attention in the above mentioned matter so that I can get back my right so that I can use my ZenFone smoothly which I have purchased from Flipkart.
                          This is for favour of your kind information and needful action at an earliest.

                          Today I have received a phone call from ASUS India Pvt. Ltd. vide Land Line no. [protected] from Guwahati, Assam and we have discussed about my problem with Zenfone. & They assured me to look after the matter & to solve my problem.
                          Moreover, this is also to inform you that On[protected] I have talked over telephone vide no. [protected] with one of ASUS Technical Person regarding the matter in detail and after that he talked with the dealing person of ASUS Service Center, Silchar and then we have discuss the matter with eachother through conference over mobile & I only asked them that service Center are blaming me that Mobile gets water damage without giving any proff and then in front of ASUS Technical person, the service center declares that they will send me the proffs of water damage soon to my registered email id but till date they are failed to submit the proffs that my mobile gets water damaged. Neither ASUS nor the Service Center of ASUS providing me the proffs of water damaged of my ZENFONE and this is true that my ZenFone never gets water damaged thats why all are failed to show me the proffs. It has almost 8 days passed & till date my ZenFone is laying with Service Center and they are failed to provide me the proffs. Now if they are tries to provide me the proffs after passing 8 odd days then it will be clear that thing has been done "WATER DAMAGE" by the Service Center itself.
                          This is also to inform you that continuously I have communicated to Asus, Flipkart & Consumer Forum till 2nd June-2017 but till date I have not get my right back. I don't care about all because I have all the proofs, all the replies from different sources and if necessary I will go wherever I can get back my right with all these proofs.
                          Moreover, I am earnestly requesting you all that please if possible help me because we have belive & faith on ASUS product thats why we are using ASUS since long from PC, laptop to mobile devices. Nothing more to request.
                          Looking forward for your your kind cooperation.
                          I baught a asus laptop 2 months ago.i aam facing some problem like mouse pad not working properly and not upgrade window as window 7.

                            With in 15 days motherboard was damaged. This is the quality of your new launched phone...
                            Service centre in nagpur india they dont have tat for service repair, non availability of spare part. Really feel bad to buy this company mobile phone and same suggest to all... Not to buy asus mobile. You dont have policy to change mobile??? Complain number - inxph50172

                              I have purchased asus zenfone 2 mobile 1 year ago. This phone hangs on logo screen and we cannot unlock the phone even after booting. After sometime phone again reboots and stuck on logo screen.

                              When i tried to get it repaired through service center, they replaced the touch screen but still i am facing the same issue. Now since my warranty is expired i need to pay even for diagnosis to find out the root cause.

                              Purchasing this kind of phone for 15k is a total waste of money. Even phone with less configuration from other brands are far better.

                                Hi Asus,

                                I bought Asus Zenfone go on Jan 2017, it's just been 3 months within which 2 times I took this mobile to service center where they changed the complete mother board. I trusted Asus and it's a disappointment, basic this outgoing and incoming calls that also this mobile is not able to provide. Each and every day it's coming up with new problems. I spent so much of money and bought this mobile, great disappointment.

                                I'm not going to leave this as such, I'm taking this to consumer court and file a complaint against asus, also I'm going to post this in all social media.

                                  We have more than 15 Asus LCD screens in our Office at Kottayam. Yesterday one among these, got complaint (Out of Warranty). I called their Customer care number [protected], today, the lady replied, after a long time on phone, that they have no service center in Kottayam and asked me to take the product and got to Thodupuzha (Kerala) their nearby Service Center to get it serviced.

                                    I have repaired my asus zenfone 2 laser 3 times in the service centre in nandancode, trivandrum. As i come home i am not able to use my phone as it got hanged and not getting power on. First time tey told me it was software problem. Second time they told me the board of the phone got damaged. Now its the third time its getting the same complaint. I should get it repaired or i should get it replaced.                                     As i have registerd the complaint a guy called me. But he is asking my atm card number and the otp number for their verification. I have recorded the call and i am going to complaint further. For what purpose i should tell my card number and otp. If they want the fund to be refunded i can tell my account number, thus they can transfer money. Are u trying to cheat people who have been already been cheaten.
                                    Please do the needful as soon as possible

                                      I have purchased a handset (Asus_z010d) on dated 24/11/2017 from your dealer at nerchowk. First time i have faced a issue in its touch on dated 15/03/2017 and i went to a dealer for solution. He send my phone to the service center for further process but after 10 days service center send back the phone with letter and said all the work will be done on chargeable basis. I was not satisfied with their reply and i have again visited the dealer and asked him about the warranty coverage. My phone is under warranty coverage and dealer assured me to do the needful soon but no action taken by him or company till now. It is requested to you kindly look into the matter and resolved my issue as soon as possible otherwise i have last option to knock the door of consumer form. Waiting for you reply

                                      I can't access my google related accounts and playstore using mobile data.But I can use other social websites using mobile data.
                                      I have bought my asus ZenFone in October 2016 and 2 times i have given service centre. Now it again making disturbances. I want my phone to be replaced.please take satisfactorily decision.

                                        I am use ASUS ZenFone z010d. When I purchase my phone then I can't connect my car audio system via Bluetooth. I call to customer care they suggest me for factory reset. Then I try this but the probleme are same. Then go through my nearest service centers but they can not satisfied me. So this phone is very bad.
