Dear Sir, as per above cited subject, I just let you know that my motherboard G-41 was in no display mode. i used your service center utility on 5 August 2014. there were i found after 1 month they gave me H-61 in replacement. that board was not similar with my configuration of G-41. again i gave to replace and they gave me G-41 board after 10 days. that mother board was old & in very poor condition and that also have same problem that mother board gives some time no display fault. your toll free service also so poor i also complaint there but no any solution was there. and please let me know where you show in terms & condition that in replacement you company give only repaired motherboard to consumer. please provide me a new motherboard. my office work is pending due to motherboard & your service problem. please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Dear, Sir I have bought new laptop from company of Asus. now laptop's motherboard fail in only 7 month. we complaint in asus online toll free no. my laptop collect asus service for repair. but not repair yet. today complete 1 month and 15 days.but no any message for repair / replace. i visited service centre in Nehru Place but we have not satisfied answer.       I had purchased a note book Asus X551CA- SX014H 15.6 Inch Laptop with bag from Amazon.com Order Id[protected] Invoice No KA-BLR[protected]on 02 Aug 2014. When the product was received at my es at mumbai it had defects the touch pad not working and the battery was dead and not charging. The Laptop was bought for my daughter at Modi University of Science and tecnology Laxmangarh which is appox140 Kms from Jaipur. The laptop was given for change of touch pad and battery at Jaipur Asus service centre 'C' Scheme Jaipur on 11 Aug 14. Since then the service center is not able to do any thing to it. They said that the battery would take longer time to come from Taiwan so you take a replacement. I was given a document called RMA in their term RMA No ING 6480036 dated 16 Aug 14. Also a DOA certificate NIPN0E8R1893 and i was told that a new laptop will come in its place which i was to collect from Jaipur service centre. All this while my Wife was in Jaipur as My Father in Law expired the very day 11 Aug 14. I am in Mumbai my wife is in jaipur doing the last rites and my daughter in Laxmangarh. Wife would have made acouple of visits to the service centre but of no avail. I tried contacting the svc centre in jaipur on phone i was told that the bangalore will give the laptop. i found out the person in bangalore he replied the new laptop is packed and ready but it has to be collected. Jaipur svc centre said its not their job to collect. I contacted Asus North area head he took he details and said it was his job to have it collected from Bangalore and deliver it in jaipur. Todate I am told that the delivery was put on hold by Asus Mumbai for reasons unknown. Its been one month and 4 days i have made payment in full through credit card and i am yet to see tha face of my laptop. 30, 000.00 at credit rates of interest for a month means some amount which i am losing. I need tha laptop immediately. Deliverd at the Svc centre at Jaipur so my wife can collect. She is available there till 20 Aug14 Only after that she will join me in Mumbai.           Do not ever buy ASUS products.If it happens to be defective like one I had, you can never get it repaired or replaced. Mine was a new ASUS google nexus 7 tablet which had Motherboard issue after only using once. This tells the quality and what is more horrible is the apathy of ASUS. Their defiance amazed me when I asked them to check the quality of the product. They served a quotation which as good as buying a new one. I swear not to buy ASUS products, because I do not want a $200 paper weight like one I got in the name of Nexus 7.

            I went to buy an ASUS Zenfone from ASUS's exclusive store. The person there was not willing to sell the phone. He was too lazy to do anything. When I asked him if he had Zenfone 5 he replied he has both 16GB as well as 8GB. So I asked for an 8GB variant and he gave that to me. Then, when I asked for a 16GB variant, the helper was telling me that he has and he'll go and get one. When I asked the manager of the shop, he said he does not have 16GB variant and he asked the helper to not get the 16GB variant that too in front of me. What is this? I was gonna pay for that phone. It was not like he was going to give it for free. Such terrible service was not expected from a reputed company in the field of electronics.               I have bought zenfone5 from local dealer (Chennai mobiles, Coimbatore) on August 8th . The product which i received had defective camera . So i have got Doa certificate from service center on 12 Aug. But i am waiting for past 15 days, my dealer says that there is no stock available. I have spent 13500 Rs and there is no proper response from asus. I have been following this item on daily basis through call centre, but they also say the same that there is no stock available. Day before yesterday i have called the customer care and asked to forward to their manager, they hanged the call. One of the worst service i have ever received from in lifetime.

                My Nexus 7 is under a repair warranty till December this year. I have lost count of how many times I have complained about this product and also my long metro journeys to nehru place from Dwarka, the latest being about a week ago. My tablet got dead for the 5th time and the customer care is doing nothing about it. I have been to three of their service centres. The last one was Regeneris technology in Nehru Place. They just fix the problem their for it to reoccur again and then expect me to make a 28 km. long journey again to their service centre again and again. I have already been harrased a lot (as you can imagine going back and forth from Nehru place and Dwarka is a long journey especially if you are making it for the 10th time). To vividly describe my feelings about thi, I am copying a mail which I sent to them a few weeks ago "Dear Sauron (Allow me to refer you as a character of Lord of the rings who is the most evil thing to have happened to the world) This to inform you that the SAME problem has occurred with my tab (Serial no. CCOKBC252897) again despite using a different approach to repair it the last time. After repetitive complaints and submissions of my tab to your "highly competitive repair centres" (which happens to be some 20 km away from where I live in Delhi) and apologies, here I stand again with frustration, anger and guilt in my heart. The first time you make a mistake its an accident, the second time you make the same mistake its on purpose, and the third time you make that same mistake its no longer a mistake, its a habit and I don't even know what to say when the same thing happens for the fourth time. I know this mail will now be followed by a request from you to please deposit my tab to a service centre to take a look at what the problem is for the fourth time because maybe it takes a fourth look to find out what the real problem and i the first, second and third time it was just a hit and trail method. Also maybe you are assuming that I have some super powers that I can transport myself from one point to another (which happens to be more than 20 km away) in the flicker of an eye without any problems. Not to mention that I will have to again go back there to collect my tab back. Assuming that I will again be asked to deposit my tab, so I will again waste 3 hours in going, depositing it and coming back and, and then 3 hours again to collect it back. And because this will be the third time i will deposit it in a Delhi centre (since i am in Delhi right now and not in Jaipur) so I will have already wasted 18 hours in 7-8 months in travelling to the your "temple of Satan", excluding the time of travel i had to take when i was in Jaipur. I own a Laptop, I own a smartphone and I own a tablet. Never in the wildest of my dreams did I imagine that of all gadgets that I have this tablet will trouble me the most or the only gadget which will trouble me so much. Now allow me to get to my point. I am not writing this mail to ask for a repair, instead I demand a replacement. This gadget is under a repair warranty at the moment which means that you guarantee that you will solve all the problems that occur to my gadget in such a way that they do not occur again. To repair a thing means to bring it back to a stage where a problem will not come again due to same reasons. for example when a ceiling fan has a repair warranty of one year and it gets spoiled in that period then the company has to come and repair the damaged part in such a way that the problem does not occur again on its own. The situation might be different when that problem would have occurred due to negligence of the owner. So in this case when you have agreed to repair my tablet for a period of 1 year(warranty period), you have actually promised to solve all the problems that might occur to the tablet due to faulty manufacturing or any other problem which was not caused by the negligence of the owner. But when the same problem occurs again and again, you are technically violating your promise to repair it to a point where the same problem will not occur again. Again just imagine a situation were you again repair my tablet and then the same problem occurs in say January when my warranty would have expired, then what will I do then? Before you again ask me to deposit my tablet to a service centre again, I want to know what is the status to get a replacement because I cannot ask this question at the service centre as they are not authorized to Replace a product. I hope you understand that all that was written above comes out of the anger and inconvenience caused to me due to this product of yours. Also please don't even bother to apologise this time and pretend that you actually care Thanking You Your helpless customer"

                Worst company ever
                Nexus (ASUS manufactured) models stuck on Google screen - Booting
                Issue


                Nexus 7 3G 32GB 2012 Model

                My device is working fine till 19th April 2015
                from the date of purchase (3rd October 2013). I am using this device for around
                18 months without any issues. Recently (one week before) I have updated it to
                Android 5.1.

                On 19th April 2015 afternoon I have plugged in
                for charging the device. After hours while removing it from the charger I have noticed
                that it is in Google/nexus logo screen.

                I thought that the device would have restarted, so i have
                kept it for a while. After 2 to 3 hours it is still in Google/nexus logo screen
                without any change.

                I have switched off the device and switched on. Then the device
                is not booting after the Google & nexus logo screen.

                I have tried switch off and switch on for 4 to 5 times but
                there is no progress. Still the Device is not booting beyond the Google &
                nexus logo screen.

                On 20th April 2015 morning, I have contacted ASUS
                Customer support team; they have asked me to do the wipe data/factory reset. After doing the wipe data/factory reset, the device have started behaving
                wired like switching on, Google logo screen comes and switching off
                repeatedly (rebooting again and again but not going beyond the Google logo
                screen).

                Then I have taken my device to ASUS service center, registered
                the issue and raised RMA # INF8540305.

                On 20th April 2015 evening, I have checked in
                Google to know how many devices are affected with the same issue and shocked
                that most of the Nexus 7 devices are affected.

                Agitated users have also taken to Twitter to post complains
                about their bricked Nexus devices with the hashtag - #NEXUS7BRICKED

                On 23rd April 2015, I have checked with ASUS
                service center regarding the status of the RMA request, they said that the
                motherboard would have failed and it need to be replaced, for that they are
                asking Rs.13000 (approx $215). The repair cost is almost nearing to the device
                cost.

                On 29th April 2015, I have gone to ASUS service center and collected
                my device because I don't want to spend money for the repair because it is ASUS
                manufacturing issue.

                It seems that ASUS would have used a cheap/ faulty
                motherboard for Nexus 7 to expire after 1 year then only it will not cover
                under the warranty period and people have to pay for the repair cost.

                This issue is not happened to 1 or 2 devices; it happened
                for 100’s or 1000 devices and keeps increasing daily (refer above links).

                Does this booting issue is escalated to the top level
                management people in the ASUS, and all the customers are requesting for the
                repair to be made under free of cost.

                ASUS should quickly take the necessary action to solve this issue;
                otherwise people will lose the trust with ASUS. So kindly provide me a solution
                ASAP for repairing the device under free of cost.

                Please post these issues in various media until Google or
                ASUS is responding to this issue and fixing the affected device with free of cost.

                not giving warranty

                I purchased asus notebook with warranty extension pack for 2 years at the very same time. Still they are refusing to give me extended warranty. I have original bill with me.

                    REF- Complaint number A[protected]. (This number was given to me by Asus customer care today).

                    Few days ago, I have arrived at Coonoor India with a problem in my tablet: it would not charge, so the battery remained empty and the tablet would not turn on.
                    This tab was purchased through AMAZON.COM on August 29th, and shipped to me from the U.S.
                    I have brought it to one repair shop, and was kindly offered to send the tablet to the nearest service center in Coimbatore.
                    These are the details of the service center:

                    Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd,
                    Tatabad, Sivanandha colony, Coimbatore.

                    Direct line :[protected]

                    The person who was handling the tablet was: Mr. Sreenivasan.

                    After two days, I got a message through the repair shop, that the above mentioned service center offers me 2 options:
                    The first one: in order to detect the problem, they will have to open the tablet. That is done with pressure, and may cause a minor crack on the screen. It will cost me 500-1000 rupees.

                    The second option: I can decide to replace the display with a new one, and pay around 13, 000 rs.

                    OBVIOUSLY ! I asked them to please return the tablet to me, and not to do anything !!!
                    The screen was shining new when arrived in Coimbatore, and I want no crack on it !!!
                    That message was clearly conveyed to Mr. Sreenivasan.

                    While waiting for my tablet to return to me, I got a VERY DISTURBING mail yesterday.
                    It was actually addressed to Mr. Deepak, the kind fellow from the repair shop in Coonoor, and a copy was sent to me.

                    This is the content of the mail:

                    Dear Deepak sir,

                    As discussed over phone, we have received your unit with a crack in touch display.

                    You have dispatched the unit for no power on problem. We have sorted out that problem and the touch works fine even in screen crack. The crack has developed further while reassembling the unit after sorting out the issue.
                    The cost of new LCD display costs as below:
                    CCOKCT047729
                    TF700T
                    LCD panel
                    TF700T-1B 10.1 WUXGA GL (LED)
                    13200 5% = Rs. 13860
                    Service charge Rs. 800 (Incl tax)

                    I COULD NOT BELIEVE I WAS READING THAT !!!
                    After calling the repair shop to warn me that some crack MAY appear if they open it, they now claim that the tab ARRIVED with a crack on the screen !!!

                    THAT IS AN UGLY LIE I WOULD EXPECT ONLY FROM SOME SHOP IN THE MARKET, NOT FROM A COMPANY AS ASUS...
                    THERE WAS NO SCREEN PROBLEM, NON WHATSOEVER !!!

                    They KNEW that if they will open the tab, the screen will be damaged, and asked me to decide what I want to be done.
                    That logically means/shows, that the crack was not there from the beginning.

                    HOWEVER, THEY WENT ON OPENING THE TAB, CAUSED A SEVERE SCREEN PROBLEM, AND NOW THEY SAY IT ARRIVED LIKE THAT, AND IT IS EVEN WORSE AFTER THEY OPENED IT...

                    HOW COME ?!!!

                    NOW THEY RUINED THE SCREEN, AND TELLING ME TO PAY nearly 14, 000 if I want my beautiful screen back...

                    That is not tolerable by any terms !!!

                    THEY PROBABLY ALSO WANT ME TO PAY FOR THE "PROBLEM THEY FIXED".

                    I am expecting ASUS to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the damage done !!!

                    How come I give the tab to fix one problem, and get it back with a much much worse problem... which costs a fortune to fix ?!
                    Than asked to pay for it.
                    I see that service center 100 % liable for the damage done.

                    Today the tab arrived back from the service center.

                    We were SHOCKED to see the condition in which it has arrived... !!!

                    The screen looks as if someone smashed it against the wall... !

                    We have called MR. Srinivasan, who admits FULLY that the damage was done by him !!!

                    The joke is: He offers to participate in HALF of the screen cost...

                    Very "generous" of him, hu ?! asking me to pay for his "work".
                    Also... the tablet returned with a note from the service center that claims:
                    that the tablet is being returned in a screen damaged condition.

                    Attached is a photo of the tablet after the receiving it from the service center in a damaged condition, and a copy of the note that came along with it.

                    I want to also mention, that I am not a native of India.
                    In any other country, if the slightest damage would be caused by a service center of a company such as ASUS, it would be fixed at once, and even a full replacement of the tablet would be offered to me.

                    I expect a fast response to my complaint...

                      Hi all, I got Zen Asus 5 on[protected]. Product was fine till[protected]. on[protected] phone didn't power on. Took it service center in Chennai digi com. They say that mother board is gone order for spares and waiting for it . Its more than a week still I haven't got phone back I get a constant reply no spares . I even spoke to Asus customer care even that is worst part they are saying spares will be shipped only by[protected]. This really sound so ridiculous.                         My laptop hasn't been repaired for a month now. And nowhere it could be found why! Everything is fine and one day, and the display suddenly goes off. And the laptop never boots again! People have bought this laptop at my referral! Dell and other companies have pick up sercice frolm my college, bits pilani. Asus - you can't even think of calling them!
                        Where are your parts available!?
                        No repairing company can find especially Asus parts

                          I have an Asus Notebook having model no. and serial no. K55VJ SX120D and CANC0CV[protected] respectively. My problem started with a battery issue. I called at[protected] and when I told the person who received my call about the issue he gave me a traditional solution which was just to restart and to move into the new updated version of win 8.1 or win 8. Well I did the same thing and wow, the problem remains. So I called at the number again and the call gets disconnected every time I make a call, i.e. call unavailable. I thought it might be some technical fault and so I tried next day and the same thing happened. After next day, next day and next day, I've reached in a critical situation and it is that my warranty period is soon gonna end by 22nd Aug of 2014. So I got tensed and I thought to extend my warranty period befor solving the issue and I approved that from asus but don't know how much amount I've to pay. As the Asus toll free no. is unavailable, so I had to search the other Asus numbers of Kolkata and I found many. But when I asked them about the price of warranty extension, they gave me another no.to call. Well, I called at that another no. and they also gave me another no. and this is still ongoing.                             I have purchased Asus RT N 16 router, which still has 15 months of warranty period left. Now the device has stopped working, when i contacted the local Service/RMA center, they are saying the device can not be repaired and they are offering a cash refund which is much less than my purchase invoice. I need to understand that as a customer what is the benefit I get by paying extra price and buying product with original bill and paying all taxes, when i don't get any warranty support. I expect company to either repair Device Or provide me a replacement Or refund by purchase price.

                              when my zenfone5 droped from 20 cm height the touch screen got crack/broken only.other operation/function of phone is 100% ok.After contact to the service center Bhubaneswar india, they advice to change the total LCD assembly cost of Rs 8000/- .this is apenic condition for a customer having 10k phone charge 8k for only the broken of glass. then i tried to find out the parts in online which is available in different china company with marketing by alibaba, ebay. the main thing is that whereas the above two parts are separated the screen digitizer and lcd part.. why the service center not provided the spare separately. plz provide only the screen digitizer cost of 25 dollar instead of total assembly 59 dollar.

                                I m from Bhubaneswar..In F1 service center Bhubaneswar dey r demanding 6500 Rs for replacement..bt in F1 kanpur dey r demanding only 4000 Rs..I complained to Asus bt dey don't gave me valid reason yet..

                                I have the same problem too. In chennai the service centre is asking for Rs.3800.I had asked a friend of mine to check with them. I am wondering how a phone that I bought for only 6000 only, that I have to shell out such an exorbitant price for replacing the screen. It seems that the company in their quest for selling their phones, they never bothered to take care of the customers untold miseries.This only reinforce an important truth that all that dazzles is not gold. Asus is a substandard company with even more substandard product. Period!.At such a price I am not going to replace screen.iwill be happy to opt for samsung phone. Once bitten twice shy!

                                  Please give me the registered/ corporate address of Asus.I want to send them a legal notice and file consumer complaint against them in the consumer forum. My laptop is not working properly despite giving it for repair 3 times to the service center. Now I am completely fed-up with the poor performance of this laptop. Please provide me with their address so that I can send them a legal notice next week.

                                    I have purchased Asus motherboard Model id :M4A88T-M LE in Nov 2013.It worked for 6 months and then it started giving no post issue.I took the Mobo to the Asus authorised service center which is located at lamington road mumbai.They mentioned that it cannot be replaced and only be repaired.And they kept the mobo for 1 week and i got the mobo on 20 June 2014.I installed the mobo on 21st June 2014 and the mobo worked for 6 hours and started giving the same issue.I have informed the same to the Asus call center people and they logged the case(A[protected] and they mentioned to take the mobo to the service center again and they will replace it.On 25th June 2014 we took the mobo and informed the Digi comp computer team about the scenario and requested to get the mobo replaced..They denied to replace the mobo and they mentioned that mobo is working fine.At that moment the mobo started working fine but after few min it again stopped working.The Asus call center person and the Digi com people denied to give replacement and mentioned that the mobo is working is working fine and cant do anything further.I sent email to Asus team to get some help case no# WMT[protected] but Prathamesh (Regional Head) denied to replace the mobo and mentioned to take the mobo again to the service center with the RAM and processor to get it tested.I have performed all the test on processor and memory and its working fine on another system.And informed the same to Prathamesh on email.But he dint reply.I have captured videos about the mobo problem (Before and after issue).Kindly let me know what should i do to get and working motherboard

                                        MY ASUS FONEPAD ME175 DUAL SIM SERIAL NO E3OKCT237705 IMEI [protected] PURCHASED ON 2 MAY 2014 IN WARRANTY Complaint reported to centralized customer service on email [protected]@asus.com by my email id drajaytripathi AT gmail DOT com, , but no positive response. Pathetic service, screen cracked on normal operation and local Indore service CENTRE says it is Customer Indused Damage. I advise everyone not to buy Asus this tablet . It has fragile screen and they don't repair on warranty better buy Samsung or Apple at least they consider warranty. Still I m hoping that their higher authority may do something but I don't know that they care or not.. Causing great distress to me, thinking to approach consumer court and civil court for mental harressment I m facing making Regional !Manager and CEO India and CEO international operation as party. I know my rights . I will fight till Supreme Court .
