Its more than one week and i have not recived the return certificate for my zenfone 5 my rma no. INXP4A0046 . according to company noms the thing should be done in 2 to 3 business days but not done, despite calling number of time no perfect action was taken.

    Since I bought ASUS Notebook K55VD series, Serial no-CBN0CV34000946A on 08/04/2014, I have been having wi fi connectivity issue, regarding which I have been complaining the company multiple times but still the problem is not resolved. Also when complained again, they told me to approve warranty again as because they consider warranty period from the date of manufacturing (which is of course none of my business) But still I cooperated with them and mailed request for the approval of warranty, but they are not approving that and telling lie about the same matter. I want justice.

      We had purchased google nexus 7 2013 version on 27 th may 2014 from flipkart. We used just for 2 to 3 months Later on, it didn't start up at all. We took it to asus service center located at chinchwad pune on 09/09/2014. Since then there was no follow up from their end. It was we who would go to the service center to get updates. We were told that the mother board wasn't working so they had to replace that and they had placed an order for it. We again went after a week and at that time they said secondary mother board wasn't working too and camera too had to be replaced, so it ll take some more time. Then again when we called up after a week, they said they had sent it to Mumbai. Now last week when we enquired, we were told that the battery isn't working. We are totally disappointed by the service provided by asus. Its been close to 2 months and we haven't received our tab. Also, its always us who have to do the follow up, there's nothing from your end. We had purchased the tab for some important work which is suffering because of this lousy service. Totally unhappy with the service and don't wish to continue with this type of horrendous service.

        Hi. This is what happened with my Zenfone 5. The display conked while I was using the phone. I visited F1 solutions in Dadar. In 2 min, without even doing proper inspection, they diagnosed that it is a physical damage (internally!!!) and not covered under warranty. So I need to pay around 4400 INR to get it repaired. I argued and didnt accept the diagnosis. so they asked me to call customer care. I argued with the engineer Mr. Deepak together with Customer Care executive Mr. Nadeem for more than an hour and Mr. Deepak could not give me any satisfactory reason for diagnosing internal damage. He said it is because of pressure. So what I fail to understand is that they claim they use Corning Gorilla Glass 3 (which in advertisement shows that even striking a hammer on the phone will not break it) then how can there be an internal damage to the screen resulting in the liquid to spread with normal use. He went to the extent of telling me that there would have been pressure on the phone lying in your pocket!!! Is this a joke? I mean where is a person supposed to keep the phone if not in his pocket! Does Asus manufacture Zenfone with such cheap and sub-standard spare parts? I would also clarify that there is no sign of any physical damage on the body of the phone (not even a scratch)! Then how can the screen get damaged internally? The customer care executives are also not responding with any resolution just asking me to mail here and there! I will have no other option but to proceed against them in the court of law/consumer forum. Anyone facing similar problem with ASUS product is free to join the action against them. They are cheating customers! I have registered complaint on the email they provided (RMA number INR64B0014 and case no A[protected]. Also attached is pic of my phone as a proof of what i said above.             I have zenfone 5, there was a problem in my phone it was not getting on 3g, and it all happened after upgrading ur software. After 10 days i got my phone back from service department. And i m still facing issues of 3g . Sometimes it shows 3g networks and sometime it disappear and same withwith 2nd sim also. I was not happy with ur service department also. I request u to pls replace my phone as i dont have patience to go again to service department. My no. Is [protected]

              Hello ASUS, I'm Sanjay from India and I want to make a complaint on my new laptop ASUS G750JM DS71. I just bought my laptop from amazon.com from US, New Jersey to India and now in two days after buying my ROG I'm getting this Blue Screen Of Death (Driver Power State Failure) which is happening to all G750JM models and I made researches on this issue and I have found that the Nvidia driver has been causing these blue screens. I request you to solve this issue and I'm really disappointed. I feel like I have wasted my money by choosing ASUS. Please, I request you to fix this issue and please contact me as soon as possible.                 Myself (Amit Roy Chowdhury), would like to bring to your notice... That, people are being cheated in the company authorized service center (Regenersis (India) Limited., #4, Ceebros Centre, No45, Montieth Road, 3Rd Floor, ( Adjacent To Hotel Ambassador Pallava), Egmore, Chennai). I own a ASUS Zenfone5, no doubt it is a gem made by the company. But, i am having a water spilling problem, which is not covered under warranty.. These guys, in the above mentioned service center, estimated me a cost of INR 1600. for replacing the micro USB sub-board. This happened on 18/10/14. They, told when your phone will be ready, we will call you. But, eventually not a single call i received till date. It was me who was tired of calling their all time busy number and asking for the status. Today (25/10/14), when i went to collect the phone, it showed a new problem, no cellular network detected. Upon asking, they did a factory reset. Oaky, now all was fine, when i encountered that my ZENFONE 5 which was having 2GB RAM had become 1GB. I mean, how can u remove a part without informing, it is basically, they stole my 2GB RAM. I dont know, what else has been replaced.. Upon asking, he said, sir may be some problem, i will check. After 35 mins of waiting, he came and told me that your motherboard is having problem and is not working with 2GB RAM, it is working with 1GB RAM only.. I mean, what kind of a crap is this..?? How, could he replace the whole motherboard IC without informing.. Again, he gave me a date and said we will call you on wednesday, u just come and collect. He told, he will get the motherboard replaced under warranty (ALL ). Then, he is asked me to pay more money, INR 1800. When, i told that I was estimated a cost of 1600, then he said, oh!! ok ok, no problem, you pay 1600 and can take your phone on coming wednesday. 1600 is also an extra money they are charging..! I mean, this is how ASUS service centers are working?? I wont keep silent, i will raise this issue to higher authorities. I am a post graduate paramedical student, I am missing my college classes, for getting all this crap.. Plus, i am travelling from PORUR to EGMORE, which is quite hectic.. I would request ASUS, to take necessary steps against these fraud and cheating SERVICE centre and get my fully working Phone back.. Thank you.. Amit Roy Chowdhury Ph- 0-[protected].

From at that time my mobile having some troubles. The battery becomes drain always and Internet disconnected every 15 minutes.                       Hi, I have bought Asus fonepad7 TAB from Nikkys mobile shop on 26/09/14 and one free cover was with the TAB. To get the cover, it is required to register on the following ASUS website.From mobile shop they have to register for the same and confirm me that the cover should go to my home within 7 working days. Still now I have not recived the cover(market price is around 1500/-). I have tried to follow up several time with the shop and they told me that they are following up but no reply. Now I am complaining against Nikkys and Asus India both on the basis of fraud and misguidance. I need Consumer desk help in this regard. Regards, Debopam

                        i have been facing troubles with slow processing on my laptop since the time i have bought the laptop. i went to a computer repair guy before going to the service center and was told that there are bad sectors in the hard drive. i submitted my laptop in the service center and after many days they returned me saying there are no issues with the product, but i was still facing the same issues. After 2 months of dealing with the laptop i went to the computer repair guy again, who suggested me to go to the asus service center to resolve the issue, and asked to repair it himself as the service center said there are no bad sectors in the hard drive. After inspection the computer repair guy told me that there are still bad sectors in the hard drive, you should ask for a replacement. i went to the service center and conveyed that i am still facing the same issue. they offered me that they would fit in a new hard drive but i need to present a copy of the invoice from where i have bought it as my warranty period is over. upon me asking for he manager to speak to, one of the employees called Ajith started yelling at me and said bad words. I have recorded a video of the same which i would be putting out on all the public forums. Ideally the hard copy of invoice is not so critical to not service the customer properly, as in their records they already knew when i had bought the laptop. Still they insisted on the hard copy of the bill. All in all, these are cheap tactics used by such companies to sabotage a customer experience.

                          hello ASUS good to gave ur product in the beginning when i brought it, but now i am irritated to use ur product always problem with laptop, i had placed complaint as i am facing problem with battery back which is giving 2hrs backup and less. battery was replaced 2nd complaint once again regarding sudden power off, key board is not working, and battery backup once again after changing battery also, ur service engineer had replaced all the 3 ( key board, mother board, battery). i am happy with ur service but the thing is the same problems are repeating again sudden power off again and again. i had given for service they said we will change the mother board once again and we ordering the mother board, once we receive the product we will change it, i am happy with the service given by you again. but my problem is even after replacing mother board again if the same problem appears again what should i do, all my projects are in pending, i need to submit them by November 6th, if not my academic year will be wasted because that is my final year project. i am having very less time to complete the project but it can't be completed with in 15 days as per information given by ur service agent by the end of this week they are going to replace mother board but if problem occurs again with in that time what should i do i am not ready to take risk because i am going to loose my academics and i am requesting to please change my laptop completely and it will be great help full to me and i can try my best to withstand my academics by completing the project . please i am requesting you to help. you can check my laptop status from ur website also this is my contact phone number which i contact u online to file any complaint [protected] and to contact me [protected] email id : j.[protected]@gmail.com please take it serious and help me, this is my humble request

                            Hi, I got Zenfone5 from flipkart on August 22 nd.October 11th the display is gone. i was in a call and was expecting a message.After disconnecting when i checked the display is shifted down.Before call it was ok.When i contacted nearby asus service centre(F1 solutions and services), they are suggesting full display change with a pay of 6k.They are saying display liquid has spread because of pressure.i have no idea what pressure can be applied to a phone which i was holding at the moment when display id gone.Why should i pay 6k when this is not an accidental damage? Why should i pay 6k again when there is no guarantee that this would not happen again

                              I'm completely dissatisfied with the Kind of response that I'm receiving from "ASUS India" nor the dealer "Regenersis Service Center India" handling my product. I had given my Motherboard (which is under warranty) for service on 20th Sept 2014. It is more than 20 days now, I have escalated the issue till ASUS Customer Service Manager & ASUS Customer Loyalty however no one is ever bothered to call or give a status update on my issue. This is really pathetic and shows the standard of their customer service. I regret to have chosen ASUS as my choice of product and definitely do not recommend this to my friends and family. PS: The motherboard that I have submitted now is actually a replacement for a faulty board that I bought few months back.                                   Hi Team, I have been facing problem with my zenfone 4 for past 25 days, I brought this mobile on Aug 5, 2014 . I was feeling good when i got this product, but after one month, I faced problems in display and automatic restart, then i went to Asus mobile service center, the worst part started from there, No proper response, worst customer service. Initial they blamed me for the problems and asked money for servicing my mobile, I was not accepting and they told they have dropped a mail to ASUS for servicing my mobile, but i didn't get any call or mail communication from asus yet. Please have a look into this and resolve at the earliest. I have recommended asus products to many friends, same i wont do it in future if my issue is not resolved. I will have no other option but to proceed against them in the court of law/consumer forum. You are free to join the action against them. They are cheating customers! I have registered complaint on the email they provided (RMA number INR64B0014 and case no A[protected]. Also attached is pic of my phone as a proof of what i said above.                                   My phone's speaker is not working for third time. I already Repaired before two time but its not working properly again.

                                  warranty not served

                                  I have paid for extension of my warranty (2 yr extension pack) on the time of purchase . Now they are cheating on me by not providing me the service.

                                    i m purchasing zenfone 5 on 18 august which in deliver on 21 august ...hardly one month is going ..on 25 phone doesn't start up so i invert in asus service center in ahmedabad...which is near ..(REGENERSIS...NAVRANGPURA) AFTER its start up its ok when i check its ruining on 1 gb ram. i complain it service center . But they could not say any thing only say ask costumer car i say ok.. when i called costumer care they say go to service center which may I already go there ...so i m in troubling lots face so what can i do...my name is bhavin rathod ..my mo .;;[protected]

                                      Warranty extension Problem

Had completed all the formalities long ago on 18 august last month, still no proper reply from them, they are just postponing it, saying the delay is from ASUS company side.                                       Dear Sir, I Purchased a ASUS LCD Monitor on 15/11/2011. Model No. PA238Q. The display stopped working on 24/08/2014. The complaint was lodged on ASUS toll free number whose complaint no. is A[protected] dt. 26/08/2014. After 2-3 days a call came from ASUS India telling me to take the monitor to F1 Info Solutions and Service, 1/3A Yudhister Marg, Opposite Yojna Bhawan, Jaipur for repair there is no service center in Kota. On 03/09/2014 I took the monitor to the said address in Jaipur and handed over the LCD Monitor along with the original box packing to Mr. Rajesh at the service center. He checked the unit for roughly 45 minutes and told me that the switch and master card of the monitor is not working and they need to be changed. He told me to contact him after one week time. He than gave me the service call report stating my personal details and the details of the monitor (mode, serial no., problem type etc). RMA No. is ING649008 dt 03/09/2014 Afterwards I left the service center for Jaipur Railway Station for going back to Kota via train. After nearly 1 hour call from Mr. Rajesh stating that the LCD screen is broken. I was shocked. How that could happen. Also in the service call report no damages/crack/scratches/tampered have been mentioned (Copy attached). How that could be accepted. At that I was in the train way back to Kota. Sir, now when I talk to him sometimes he will not respond, sometimes he talk rudely to me and keep on telling me that I have to pay for the broken LCD also. This is just not fair. This is unfair business deal and not sticking to commitments and harassing the customer just to extract money from them. I handed over a undamaged LCD monitor to Mr. Rajesh as clear from Service Call Report of the Service Center. I have written several times to ASUS techsupport and [protected]@asus.com also since 05/09/2014. But since then only the issue is forwarded from one person to another and nothing has happened till now. I would like to know if you and the serivce centers are interested in providing fair services to their customers or not. So far, it does not seems to be. Service centers seems to be just money extortion centers. It has already been 18 days since I gave the monitor and I am suffering a lot. I would like to know the actual status of my monitor and whether ASUS India is interested in providing warranty services (which they appears least interested) at the earliest. Any way this is the last ASUS product I would have purchased. I have purchased ASUS mother boards, gaming card and Sound card in past along with this monitor. But looking at the services provided by you in this case, in future a BIG NO TO ASUS PRODUCTS. Waiting for you reply Regards Dharamvir Deswal

                                      Hello I am kunal surve from vadodara, gujarat. I have an complaint regarding your services. I am using Asus zenfone 3 ZE552KL. I have purchased this phone 3 months back. Now accidently my display is broken. I went to service centre. They kept my phone for 2 days and after that they called me and told that the display is not available in stock so you have to wait for 2 to 3 months. Then i called on toll free number of asus. They also were just telling me to wait from last friday. And today they are also telling the same thing. So i am writing this mail about the worst experience of your services. I want my phone to be fixed. So plz i request you to get me an immediate solution for my problem and i don't want to hear again the same answer that part is not available in stock. I want an immediate answer and solution for my phone.
