This is Shruti Chavan I had bought ASUS 1015E-CY041D Laptop from Snapdeal (order number [protected]). I recieved it on Dec 29, but the laptop had keboard issues for which I approached Snapdeal where snapdeal directed me to talk to Asus Since then I had been trying contact Asus service centers. I tried calling Asus service center in Pune, phone never connected. I went to the location, to my surprise service center did not exist at all....

I have a asus k53sm laptop that stopped working. I took it to the asus service center in askok bhawan, nehru place, delhi. They diagnosed it with some problem in motherboard.
