Hey, i have purchaged asus zenfone 5 from flipkart. i ordered it on 8th october 2014 but it is deliverd to me on 14th october 2014. now the adaptor of charger is not working and when i visit the service station of asus they said the waranty of accessiory is only for 6 months and ur warnty is finsihed on 8th april 2015. but it should be upto 14th april 2015 . because i got it on 14th october 2014. so please help me. and i requested you to replace my adaptor.     On 23 Jan 2015 I deposited my tab(sl.no.DBOKCT397199)to asus service centre(F1 info solution&service) at Barrack pore, Colgate 700120, West Bengal, for speaker not working, it was returned to me on 23 Jan, again deposited it on 27 Jan&11 FEB for same problem they could not solve it, on 20Feb again I deposited it, this time they changed mother board and returned it on 07 Mar15.this with more worst condition my tab's all features are changed battery is charging unto 60% only, discharging within 4 hours without doing any extra job, 3900mah battery converted in to 1700mah, all initial features of me 372cg had been changed.as I m defence personnel I have to move on 09 Mar for one month, I came back on 05 Apr, on 06Apr again I deposited it to service centre.After repeatedly telling I m defence personnel I have to move frequently, so please solve my problem soon, service centre people response is very idle, there response is very discouraging, I m highly unsatisfied with your Barrack pore service centre.they are simply unsatisfying the customer from Asus, indirectly they are dis-promoting the Asus products.since two and half month I m not using my Tab, its warranty period will elapse in service centre only .I m going to lodge a complain against Asus and F1 service centre in cosumer court very soon.

      1.mother board no A3M0AD068783 is frequently getting repaired 2.no proper service from service centre 3.no satisfactory support/ reply from customer care 4.even though i sent bill copy but i was replied to contact at point of purchase but already concerned party replied to contact asus support team, hence kindly assist me to get mother board repair and approve warranty since date of purchase is 02.10.2012

      Nexus 7 3G 32GB 2012 Model

      My device is working fine till 19th April 2015
      from the date of purchase (3rd October 2013). I am using this device for around
      18 months without any issues. Recently (one week before) I have updated it to
      Android 5.1.

      On 19th April 2015 afternoon I have plugged in
      for charging the device. After hours while removing it from the charger I have noticed
      that it is in Google/nexus logo screen.

      I thought that the device would have restarted, so i have
      kept it for a while. After 2 to 3 hours it is still in Google/nexus logo screen
      without any change.

      I have switched off the device and switched on. Then the device
      is not booting after the Google & nexus logo screen.

      I have tried switch off and switch on for 4 to 5 times but
      there is no progress. Still the Device is not booting beyond the Google &
      nexus logo screen.

      On 20th April 2015 morning, I have contacted ASUS
      Customer support team; they have asked me to do the wipe data/factory reset. After doing the wipe data/factory reset, the device have started behaving
      wired like switching on, Google logo screen comes and switching off
      repeatedly (rebooting again and again but not going beyond the Google logo
      screen).

      Then I have taken my device to ASUS service center, registered
      the issue and raised RMA # INF8540305.

      On 20th April 2015 evening, I have checked in
      Google to know how many devices are affected with the same issue and shocked
      that most of the Nexus 7 devices are affected.

      Agitated users have also taken to Twitter to post complains
      about their bricked Nexus devices with the hashtag - #NEXUS7BRICKED

      On 23rd April 2015, I have checked with ASUS
      service center regarding the status of the RMA request, they said that the
      motherboard would have failed and it need to be replaced, for that they are
      asking Rs.13000 (approx $215). The repair cost is almost nearing to the device
      cost.

      On 29th April 2015, I have gone to ASUS service center and collected
      my device because I don't want to spend money for the repair because it is ASUS
      manufacturing issue.

      It seems that ASUS would have used a cheap/ faulty
      motherboard for Nexus 7 to expire after 1 year then only it will not cover
      under the warranty period and people have to pay for the repair cost.

      This issue is not happened to 1 or 2 devices; it happened
      for 100’s or 1000 devices and keeps increasing daily (refer above links).

      Does this booting issue is escalated to the top level
      management people in the ASUS, and all the customers are requesting for the
      repair to be made under free of cost.

      ASUS should quickly take the necessary action to solve this issue;
      otherwise people will lose the trust with ASUS. So kindly provide me a solution
      ASAP for repairing the device under free of cost.

      Please post these issues in various media until Google or
      ASUS is responding to this issue and fixing the affected device with free of
      cost.

        When i end call with power button call log not shown in call history. i complained it for many times but still not any solution when i go to customer care they told this is software bug but we can't do any thing, if they can't do anything then why open such a service centre. what are you doing lairs. How much time taken by you for giving update for this call log bug solving. if your company has no level then don't give bug-full update like this. micromaxx and karbon mobile has better firmware then you in lower cost then you. urgently give the update.

          Hello, I have bought Asus laptop and fresh installed Windows 8.. Now, when I open any light weight apps, disk usage reach up to 100% and hangs. I could see SVCHOST process [System process] is causing this issue. I'm a tech too and working in this industry for 3 years, I checked all of the stuff and tried many things to fix this but no luck yet. Please ask ASUS to check this, my laptop is under warranty and they are not giving solution. Thank you.

            I had purchased ASUS Zenfone5 on 31.08.2014 and within 8 months, the phone started malfunctioning. The 2 main problems are as follows: 1. The LCD display had a yellow coloration on the right centre side. I reported the case using the Phone's inbuilt app and when 2 days later I went to the service station they converted the case upside down and instead of addressing the issue, the converted the case into physical damage and Out of Warranty. 2. The other problem that the phone has is that the audio jack is not functioning and it is a problem of the mother board and according to the rule the phone should be replaced but the company refused to replace the audio jack also. Now, they have converted it into an "Out of Warranty" issue and are forcing me to pay for the service which is not according to the stated warranty of 1 year. Also, the scratch that they are trying to highlight is a very miniscule one and it no where proves that the phone had dropped or been damaged to cause the error. The yellow coloration is because of some type of burning inside the phone and it is increasing day by day. My whole work is dependant on the phone and such behaviour from a reputed company is not tolerable and should be looked into immediately. This should be checked so that they don't repeat it with some other customer

            I had purchased the asus Zenfone 5 a501cg two days back.Hardly the next day only I found a Yellow coloration in the center of the display. Could you please let me know if I need to go for an exchange or should i return the product itself as I am extremely disappointed.

              I truly trust the ASUS but your are cheater in the mobile world.now i very irritated because of your service. I am always positive approach about your company mobile to my friends circle now you are cheated me. I Newly purchase asus Zenfone 5 and also i propagate and publicity your company in my friends, co-workers and colleagues. After the month your company mobile couldn't work properly. I feel very sad and also irritated. In my friends circle said to me your Asus mobile service is very bad. So now i am very disappointing about your company service and also in my friends circle. I went your mobile service center at 23/03/2015, the service Executive said we can solved your mobile problem and he gave the surety to provide my mobile within three days but till now my mobile problem not solved and also daily went for your mobile service center I am feel very sad and very disappointed your service. There is no response from your service center . Your Service Executive (F1 Info solutions & Services Pvt Ltd, ) they said " your mobile problem not solved because Asus company not providing spare parts". by your mistake till now my mobile problem could not resolve. Kindly resolve my problem with in a day otherwise i propagate your bad service to the Social Medias like FACEBOOK, WHATS APP, TWITTER, etc...                 i have a asus notebook, due to the complaint to display i got a replacement of display and after the replacement i have seen some problems to the panel and the panel is broken i have reported it to the service center but they are not willing to replace it.the guy over there knows he broked it.i need a replacement of that piece .frame is titgted like its bended and it ill get broken soon .i need a quick replacement of that frame and action...

                    Two days back i had visited an ASUS Exclusive store in my City (Mumbai, Andheri West, Versova) i wanted to buy ASUS Laptop (034D) White an i3 Processor with 4GB RAM and DOS OS. When the ASUS executive (Mr. Rajnish) gave me the Laptop box I noticed that the seal was tampered which the Executive denied (Saying that - it is this way from factory), i some how agreed to his claim. The when the Laptop was taken out of the box i saw some light blue patches on the laptop screen flap, when i mentioned about it to the Executive he just ignored and the biggest surprise was yet to come, when i opened the screen flap there were finger prints (very clearly visible) on the track pad. This clearly shows how ASUS Exclusive store tried to cheat on the customer and then the executive was speechless and told me that he will call for another unit. By then i had lost the trust in the product and the brand. I request all the consumers to be very sure and alert while buying products from ASUS. In fact from any other BRAND for that matter.

                      I have purchased Zenphoen 5 during Dec' 15 as per Model No.EAAZCY212520. Now it is at your Calicut Service Centre(AXEL SERVICES) for the 3rd time with same complaints of OVER HEATING & LOW BATTERY BACK UP. Your service centres are not provided with spares to replacin in time and customer are ultimately getting cheated only because of the purchasing AZUZ; NOT GETTING SERVICE IN TIME & NOT REPLACING THE PRODUCTS IF SERVICE MAY DELAYED MORE DAYS. My Zenphone 5 is at service since 16/03/2015 as per RMA No.INW2530133 the persons from the service centre was tried to return without clearing the complaint on 20/03/2015 but I was not ready to receive the same and they put it for another service as per RMA No.INW2530186 on 20/03/2015. I didn't any positive answer till now; they are telling they are waiting for getting Spare parts from Company. What I have to do? Pls adive me .. if the situation remain the same what will be your next step... I think my phone may be always at your service centre during the warranty perriod...                         I never thought in my worst nightmares that I will be writing this kind of review within 1.5 months of getting a new Asus mobile phone. I bought Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG on 3-feb-2015 and within one month o[censored]se there was problem with speaker of the mobile. Was not able to hear anything from speaker of the phone and the only way I could use it was with the help of a headphone, I took it to the asus authorized service center (F1 INFOSOLUTIONS & SERVICES PVT LTD Room No.101 first floor Saroj Tower Beside Bank Of India Jamal Road, Patna Bihar 800001). The service guys said it was a general complaint with many other asus users and as result they don't have new speakers in stock to replace. They replaced the speaker with an old one and it again stopped working within a week. Second visit to the service center, they informed that the speakers are not in stock and I have to wait for a week. It’s already been two week now and the speaker haven’t arrived yet and I am struggling to use the phone which is not even 2 months old. The service center people are not entertaining the handset replacement request. I am really disappointed with the product quality of asus phone and even bigger disgrace is the asus service support.

                        I 'm having the same problem with my ZenFone 6 ...the speaker was working quite well but now I can't even hear the ring tone properly & before that i had boot problem as my phone hangs during boot which is still not resolved. Never had any problem with other phones like Samsung...I don't think i will ever buy Asus phone in the future..
                        We encountered same problem. And worst i've waited a month, since as per the outlet which I purchased my unit it will take 30 to 45 days from service center. Now after a week speaker not functioning again. So disappointing! And they wont replace the unit too. Lesson learned from asus. Wont buy same brand ever again.

The lock screen with pin or pattern is not working when the screen locks only a slide lock will appear .After resetting the phone it works but it again stops working .Only after boosting device the pin or pattern screen will appear

                                    This is Shruti Chavan I had bought ASUS 1015E-CY041D Laptop from Snapdeal (order number [protected]). I recieved it on Dec 29, but the laptop had keboard issues for which I approached Snapdeal where snapdeal directed me to talk to Asus Since then I had been trying contact Asus service centers. I tried calling Asus service center in Pune, phone never connected. I went to the location, to my surprise service center did not exist at all. Asus has kept fake information on its official site. One of it is -> Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. 414 Sterling Centre, M.G.Road, Pune[protected].6km) [protected]/[protected] 10:00 - 18 : 00 Mon - Sat Even the Asus call center did not know what were the real service centers that ASUS had. After a long struggle, I managed to find one service center that actually existed. This continued till october, 2014. I had approached asus service center of Thane. Replacement was approved and RMA certificate was handed over to me saying I need to check with Snapdeal for the delivery where Snapdeal declined delivering asus products. I checked with asus call center. I was suggested that I will recieve the laptop from the same service center but I didnt recieve it. We had gone to the service center but the service center denied to have recieved the laptop at their center. Service center details -> IT SYSTEM SOLUTION KOLIWADA, CIDCO ROAD, THANE W 400601 [protected]@gmail.com [protected] After many emails and many callcenter followups our case was forwarded to Mumbai service center where they never had shared their phone details and had hardly responded over the emails assuring our case will be resolved. To our surprise the case was moved to another entity Pooja traders. As per poojatrades, there was not possiblity of any replacement for the laptop and said I will be paid amount 11655rs for the laptop But the fact is I have purchased the laptop for 14922 rs where market price at that time was 16458 rs. I have not taken this amount and also I dont believe Asus that they really have this cheque at all. After having gone through such a truama I donot want these frauds go away with it. I want a strict action to be taken against them Please inform me about the happenings

                                    Yes I had bought a notebook since 2016 . Just a keypad issue did by kid . There is no battery issues . Once I have this to f1info Asus laptop service center which is in Cunningham . They cheated me a lot. Now my laptop is not charging and get switched off

                                      I bought this laptop (Notebook X553 Series, Serial Number: E9N0CV[protected] on Feb.14 2015 that is exactly 15 days from today. I am very disappointed with the machines performance, word files are slow, toggle between the screen is not at all possible as the computer gets stuck every second. The anti-virus I got pre-installed, at the time of purchase had already expired. Browsing video is next to impossible as again the machine gets hanged, Java app. not working, any new software download makes it dead. Working on Chrome is again not possible as the machine denies to work at all, the strip where web-cam is installed is very loose and makes noise. I have spoken you’re the customer care team they directed me to the service center.Service center denies picking up the call. I wrote an e-mail (Case number: WTM[protected] to the email department but the just replied with a template message that too after 48 hrs.
