This is Shruti Chavan I had bought ASUS 1015E-CY041D Laptop from Snapdeal (order number [protected]). I recieved it on Dec 29, but the laptop had keboard issues for which I approached Snapdeal where snapdeal directed me to talk to Asus Since then I had been trying contact Asus service centers. I tried calling Asus service center in Pune, phone never connected. I went to the location, to my surprise service center did not exist at all. Asus has kept fake information on its official site. One of it is -> Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. 414 Sterling Centre, M.G.Road, Pune[protected].6km) [protected]/[protected] 10:00 - 18 : 00 Mon - Sat Even the Asus call center did not know what were the real service centers that ASUS had. After a long struggle, I managed to find one service center that actually existed. This continued till october, 2014. I had approached asus service center of Thane. Replacement was approved and RMA certificate was handed over to me saying I need to check with Snapdeal for the delivery where Snapdeal declined delivering asus products. I checked with asus call center. I was suggested that I will recieve the laptop from the same service center but I didnt recieve it. We had gone to the service center but the service center denied to have recieved the laptop at their center. Service center details -> IT SYSTEM SOLUTION KOLIWADA, CIDCO ROAD, THANE W 400601 [protected]@gmail.com [protected] After many emails and many callcenter followups our case was forwarded to Mumbai service center where they never had shared their phone details and had hardly responded over the emails assuring our case will be resolved. To our surprise the case was moved to another entity Pooja traders. As per poojatrades, there was not possiblity of any replacement for the laptop and said I will be paid amount 11655rs for the laptop But the fact is I have purchased the laptop for 14922 rs where market price at that time was 16458 rs. I have not taken this amount and also I dont believe Asus that they really have this cheque at all. After having gone through such a truama I donot want these frauds go away with it. I want a strict action to be taken against them Please inform me about the happenings

Yes I had bought a notebook since 2016 . Just a keypad issue did by kid . There is no battery issues . Once I have this to f1info Asus laptop service center which is in Cunningham . They cheated me a lot. Now my laptop is not charging and get switched off

    I bought this laptop (Notebook X553 Series, Serial Number: E9N0CV[protected] on Feb.14 2015 that is exactly 15 days from today. I am very disappointed with the machines performance, word files are slow, toggle between the screen is not at all possible as the computer gets stuck every second. The anti-virus I got pre-installed, at the time of purchase had already expired. Browsing video is next to impossible as again the machine gets hanged, Java app. not working, any new software download makes it dead. Working on Chrome is again not possible as the machine denies to work at all, the strip where web-cam is installed is very loose and makes noise. I have spoken you’re the customer care team they directed me to the service center.Service center denies picking up the call. I wrote an e-mail (Case number: WTM[protected] to the email department but the just replied with a template message that too after 48 hrs.

      Hi, My ASUS Nexus 7 2013 tablet screen got cracked and I have given the Tablet for servicing at an authorized ASUS Service center in Kochi. Now the service center person told me that the cost for the part will be around 13000. But when I checked online for the price, it is not coming near by to that amount.Could you please confirm the cost of the display assembly.

      My device is working fine till 19th April 2015
      from the date of purchase (3rd October 2013). I am using this device for around
      18 months without any issues. Recently (one week before) I have updated it to
      Android 5.1.

      On 19th April 2015 afternoon I have plugged in
      for charging the device. After hours while removing it from the charger I have noticed
      that it is in Google/nexus logo screen.

      I thought that the device would have restarted, so i have
      kept it for a while. After 2 to 3 hours it is still in Google/nexus logo screen
      without any change.

      I have switched off the device and switched on. Then the device
      is not booting after the Google & nexus logo screen.

      I have tried switch off and switch on for 4 to 5 times but
      there is no progress. Still the Device is not booting beyond the Google &
      nexus logo screen.

      On 20th April 2015 morning, I have contacted ASUS
      Customer support team; they have asked me to do the wipe data/factory reset. After doing the wipe data/factory reset, the device have started behaving
      wired like switching on, Google logo screen comes and switching off
      repeatedly (rebooting again and again but not going beyond the Google logo
      screen).

      Then I have taken my device to ASUS service center, registered
      the issue and raised RMA # INF8540305.

      On 20th April 2015 evening, I have checked in
      Google to know how many devices are affected with the same issue and shocked
      that most of the Nexus 7 devices are affected.

      Agitated users have also taken to Twitter to post complains
      about their bricked Nexus devices with the hashtag - #NEXUS7BRICKED

      On 23rd April 2015, I have checked with ASUS
      service center regarding the status of the RMA request, they said that the
      motherboard would have failed and it need to be replaced, for that they are
      asking Rs.13000 (approx $215). The repair cost is almost nearing to the device
      cost.

      On 29th April 2015, I have gone to ASUS service center and collected
      my device because I don't want to spend money for the repair because it is ASUS
      manufacturing issue.

      It seems that ASUS would have used a cheap/ faulty
      motherboard for Nexus 7 to expire after 1 year then only it will not cover
      under the warranty period and people have to pay for the repair cost.

      This issue is not happened to 1 or 2 devices; it happened
      for 100’s or 1000 devices and keeps increasing daily (refer above links).

      Does this booting issue is escalated to the top level
      management people in the ASUS, and all the customers are requesting for the
      repair to be made under free of cost.

      ASUS should quickly take the necessary action to solve this issue;
      otherwise people will lose the trust with ASUS. So kindly provide me a solution
      ASAP for repairing the device under free of cost.

      Please post these issues in various media until Google or
      ASUS is responding to this issue and fixing the affected device with free of
      cost.

        Recently, like 6 months ago I bought an ASUS G750JM Notebook and as soon as I got my notebook after a day I noticed something loose inside one of the fans at the back, when I shake the notebook horizontally, I didn't think it was a big issue, and I didn't bother…I keep getting some electrical issues and now I’am bothered and sort of disturbs me that there is something faulty inside. The notebook I got has some patches at the sides, like the black covering has come off at parts….Iam really botheres and disturbed now….I still have my warranty and it expires on the month of July 2015. I am also experiencing blue screen problems with this notebook and when surfed the net, I come to a conclusion that everyone who bought this notebook has the experiencing the same issue except for some. I request you to take action on and I am really disappointed with this product, please fix my issues and regarding my contact details please reply to this mail to the earliest.           My 1 zenfone 5 (purchased before 4 months) get starts heat strongly after 2 min. using.. (without no any background processes/apps, without any net connection, without any auto -updates) i also visited ASUS center before 15 days they chaned the main board. But Nowdays it also showing same problem, n also starts heating from display side. charger plugin light was not shown. it was also repaired that time. But before 2 days it doesnot showing when charging.. I'm having 2 Zenfone 5 & 1 zenfone 4 mobiles. we observed the heating issue at back side in all 3 mobiles. So.             when i plugged-in my sound system to the ASUS laptop model : X553MA-BING-SX376B(X553M), the laptop shutted down suddenly and became blank. and finally it was not getting on now totally.Even i tried somany times to switch on it..But it was not starting.Recently i bought this laptop before month only.               D' Sir/Madam, This for reference RMA number INU9520569 Serial number of my Laptop is DBN0CX8228744G, I have submitted my Laptop in your Nehru place service center on 23rd Feb 2015 for repair With the assurance that I will get the same on 2 to 3 days when 4 days are over than I called them than they told it will be done on Monday but now one week is over but my laptop is not fixed yet properly when I called to them, as per them the Laptop is partly repaired but partly not functioning as part is not available with them again when I called them today the answer is same and there is no confirmation, when it will get done I request you to, Plz. look in to the matter and get it fixed completely Regards Avinash Kumar 91-[protected]

                i've purchased Zenfone 5 A501CG through flipkart order No.0D[protected] dated22/08/2014.The mobile phone was delivered on 25th Aug 2014.On 24th feb 2015, my cellfone dropped on road from my pocket while bending and amazingly its screen broken into pieces.In cellphone specification on flipkart, company claims that this cellphone has ''Powerful Corning Gorilla Glass 3".Kindly resolve my problem and either replace or give alternative solution to my problem under guarantee clause.

                  i was really unfortunate that i got a zenfone for me, from the very first day it started showing its real value of a cheap phone. finally on 19th of feb 2015 i gave my phone to the service centre in nehru place(delhi). The tech people there told me il get my phone in 4 days and now its been 10 days they are still waiting for display.When u guys know you made a [censored]in crap phone which will not work properly den you shud atleast provide your service centres with spare parts.really annoyed and regret buying a cheap phone from a very cheap brand.

                    This is to inform you that after three services and ten days of first service, the service centre is still not able to identify the problem. They have changed the motherboard, battery, display but the problem still persists. If this is a manufacturing defect then why don't you replaced the device? Why should I suffer continuously? Today I had visited your service centre at 4:30 pm and left the place at 7:15 pm but the matter was not solved. After my recommendation my two friends had purchased Zenphon5. Now when I am sharing my problem with them, they are scared about your service. The device costs Rs9999/- and that is not a small amount. I am afraid if your service continues in this way then the day is not very far when you may loose the faith and sincerity of your customers. I have a Zenfone 5 and purchased on Oct2014.

                      My case number is A[protected] I had placed an order for laptop screen as it had cracked at F1 Info Solution & Services Pvt Ltd, Nehru Place as it happens to be a authorised Asus service provider paid an advance of Rs 7000. I was informed that I could take My laptop. This happened on Thursday 5th Feb 2015. On Tuesday 10th Feb 2015 i was informed that my screen had arrived. The following day i received a call threatening me that in case I did not visit the service centre my screen would be sent back to Asus. On Thursday 12th Feb 2015 I went to the service centre. After waiting for an hour I did not receive any service. I then called the number of the service centre and after shouting at them did a person come out to help. I was informed that it would take an hour to replace the screen. After waiting for an hour and a half did the service centre people finally respond. One person informed me that the screen which had been sent by Asus was faulty and i would have to wait for at least 5 days for a replacement. I was agitated as I had waited for 3 hours already. Next I called customer care and I was asked to connect customer care to someone at the service centre. When i requested the service centre no one listened to me and refused to talk to customer care. Customer care asked me to hold on and they tried to connect to the service centre directly. After waiting for 20 minutes I was informed by customer care that the service centre did not receive their call. I had travelled 10 kms in Delhi traffic for this. After a week i'm asked to come to the service centre again. This time I keep my laptop overnight for the screen problem. Next day I took the laptop and the wifi was giving me problems. I called the customer care and dropped mails to the customer service however did not receive any reply for two weeks. The service centre refused to check the wifi problem. Then finally I got a call from the service centre saying that the new screen they had replaced mine with had some problems with the wifi wires. It has been three weeks and I have spent Rs 15300 for the same yet with no solution. Extremely poor service. This company is providing second class equipment.

                        My 8-month old ASUS laptop spoiled. I sent for fixing at the service center in Thailand since 12 December 2014. It was found that motherboard and touchpad spoiled. I called up every now and then to check the progress. The only answer was ‘still waiting for the parts from Taiwan’. Until a month passed by, I was told that the parts arrived and they will fix but never inform approximate time for fixing. On 19 January 2015, I was informed once again that they are ordering motherboard. I asked that I was told the motherboard was ordered and it has been delivered but I received no answer except, ‘still waiting for the parts to arrive’. Today (23 February 2015), I still received the same answer ‘still waiting for the parts to arrive’ with no other explanation. Everytime, when I asked to talk to the technician because call center can never give me other answers except ‘still waiting for the parts to arrive’. They said we have no telephone to contact them, email is the only way we can connect to them. I was asked to call again to check in a week time. When I called I still received the same answer ‘still waiting for the parts to arrive’.

                          hi this is jaswanth, i bought this asus zenfone 5 on august., they said that it consists of gorrila glass 3.yesterday my phone fell from a height of knee and it broke into pieces.if it was a gorrila glass how would it break from such a small height, it even scattered into pieces..when i contacted service centre they are saying it costs 5000, i bought the mobile for 10000,

                              I have a asus k53sm laptop that stopped working. I took it to the asus service center in askok bhawan, nehru place, delhi. They diagnosed it with some problem in motherboard. They replaced the motherboard and charged me Rs. 14000 as my laptop was out of warranty. Now in just 5 months my laptop has stopped working with the same symptoms as earlier. I doubt they even diagnosed it right the first time or the motherboard they provided was faulty. How many times do I have to keep replacing the motherboards?

                                I PURCHASED ZENFONE 5 JUST 2 DAYS BACK I DID NOT GET HEAD PHONE ALONG WITH THE PHONE ONLY CHARGER I GOT, I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE TELLING HEAD PHONE OFFER IS STOPPED FOR THIS MODEL.ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND IF WE PURCHES 2000/- MOBILE WILL GET HEAD PHONE BUT I PAID 10000/- IM NOT GETTING MEANS ITS PATHETIC.HEAD PHONE IS NOT AN OFFER FOR ALL MOBILE THEY HAVE TO GIVE

                                  I have an asus laptop xa 200 notebook . Before few days it shows the audio jack problem and hard disk voice came out. In service center they keep my laptop approx 15 days and they change the mother board and hard disk and they also damage the USB BODY. Now the hard disk again making a voice. Overall ASUS gives too bad service now change my hard disk again.

                                      I bought Asus tablet online from Flipkart. Its Sim slots were not working and as the product was brand new, and the problem could not be fixed, the Asus service centre people told me they would replace it. This was in November 2014. Ever since, i have been mailing to them constantly, since calls they seldom pick, but no satisfactory reply has come. Flustered I asked for the replacement of the money, to which they finally agreed and asked for my account details, but havent done anything ever since. I am aghast that the indifference of the Asus people at their own fault. RMA NO : INAW4B0084

                                        I have bought Asus mobile approximately 1 month ago. but now it is showing a message again and again and the message is unfortunately contact stopped. plz give me the solution other than the software update because i have recently upgraded the version.
                                        Asus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
