when my zenfone5 droped from 20 cm height the touch screen got crack/broken only.other operation/function of phone is 100% ok.After contact to the service center Bhubaneswar india, they advice to change the total LCD assembly cost of Rs 8000/- .this is apenic condition for a customer having 10k phone charge 8k for only the broken of glass. then i tried to find out the parts in online which is available in different china company with marketing by alibaba, ebay. the main thing is that whereas the above two parts are separated the screen digitizer and lcd part.. why the service center not provided the spare separately. plz provide only the screen digitizer cost of 25 dollar instead of total assembly 59 dollar.

    I m from Bhubaneswar..In F1 service center Bhubaneswar dey r demanding 6500 Rs for replacement..bt in F1 kanpur dey r demanding only 4000 Rs..I complained to Asus bt dey don't gave me valid reason yet..

    I have the same problem too. In chennai the service centre is asking for Rs.3800.I had asked a friend of mine to check with them. I am wondering how a phone that I bought for only 6000 only, that I have to shell out such an exorbitant price for replacing the screen. It seems that the company in their quest for selling their phones, they never bothered to take care of the customers untold miseries.This only reinforce an important truth that all that dazzles is not gold. Asus is a substandard company with even more substandard product. Period!.At such a price I am not going to replace screen.iwill be happy to opt for samsung phone. Once bitten twice shy!

      Please give me the registered/ corporate address of Asus.I want to send them a legal notice and file consumer complaint against them in the consumer forum. My laptop is not working properly despite giving it for repair 3 times to the service center. Now I am completely fed-up with the poor performance of this laptop. Please provide me with their address so that I can send them a legal notice next week.

        I have purchased Asus motherboard Model id :M4A88T-M LE in Nov 2013.It worked for 6 months and then it started giving no post issue.I took the Mobo to the Asus authorised service center which is located at lamington road mumbai.They mentioned that it cannot be replaced and only be repaired.And they kept the mobo for 1 week and i got the mobo on 20 June 2014.I installed the mobo on 21st June 2014 and the mobo worked for 6 hours and started giving the same issue.I have informed the same to the Asus call center people and they logged the case(A[protected] and they mentioned to take the mobo to the service center again and they will replace it.On 25th June 2014 we took the mobo and informed the Digi comp computer team about the scenario and requested to get the mobo replaced..They denied to replace the mobo and they mentioned that mobo is working fine.At that moment the mobo started working fine but after few min it again stopped working.The Asus call center person and the Digi com people denied to give replacement and mentioned that the mobo is working is working fine and cant do anything further.I sent email to Asus team to get some help case no# WMT[protected] but Prathamesh (Regional Head) denied to replace the mobo and mentioned to take the mobo again to the service center with the RAM and processor to get it tested.I have performed all the test on processor and memory and its working fine on another system.And informed the same to Prathamesh on email.But he dint reply.I have captured videos about the mobo problem (Before and after issue).Kindly let me know what should i do to get and working motherboard

            MY ASUS FONEPAD ME175 DUAL SIM SERIAL NO E3OKCT237705 IMEI [protected] PURCHASED ON 2 MAY 2014 IN WARRANTY Complaint reported to centralized customer service on email [protected]@asus.com by my email id drajaytripathi AT gmail DOT com, , but no positive response. Pathetic service, screen cracked on normal operation and local Indore service CENTRE says it is Customer Indused Damage. I advise everyone not to buy Asus this tablet . It has fragile screen and they don't repair on warranty better buy Samsung or Apple at least they consider warranty. Still I m hoping that their higher authority may do something but I don't know that they care or not.. Causing great distress to me, thinking to approach consumer court and civil court for mental harressment I m facing making Regional !Manager and CEO India and CEO international operation as party. I know my rights . I will fight till Supreme Court .

              sir, firstly i asked one question .why sir alwyas coustomer cheted by company and delar. i purchase mini laptop and delar give a bill and compny say on your bill serial no, sign and stamp of delar, ict no of delar .all things are avilable on bill but company refuse to accept warrenty. why sir, means that coustomer is lair or foolish .can you solve this problem.and why you provide a permission on this type of company in india.

                I gave my FONEPAD to ASUS service within warranty period & they gave me after warranty has expired, by replacing motherboard, as i was told. after 2 days it was not working properly, the issue had come with battery . Thery are charging me Rs.9000 for motherboard (as they gave me new mother in warranty period and after 2 days it was not working properly.), RS. 2980 for battery ( as battery was working properly before giving to servicing) . Please help me at this situation .

                  Hello Sir... This is Dheeraj Kumar. i purchased a laptop on 21 may 2014. From the very moment of the same day, laptop had following problems with it.. 1. it takes 4 or more than that to complete the full charge and gives back up only 2 hour or even less. 2. blue screen followed by restart frequently. 3. over heating, it can burn one`s hand 4 system frequently hangs... case id A[protected] so, it was my need and right to get the laptop replaced as it was a clear case of death on arrival. i called the customer support and asked for it... but they are not listening and feeling my grievance... sir please assist me to have my laptop replaced. it is of no use i have already packed it in the carton as it is no use and bothers me. i filed the case on the very same date to the customer support, wasted his and mine 20 days, repaired it "as i resisted why should i allow myself and you to repair my new laptop? is that why i puchased it? still they did it against my wish." to their best but in vain. All these things harrased, tortured and hampered my studies and work. and still going on.. inspite of all these efforts they have idea what to do? please sir ... be humane...

                    I want to upgrade my ram to from 2GB to 6GB using another 4GB ram with my other 2gb but when i put in the 4gb ram the pc wont boot ... i mean it powers up but the screen stays black, PC does nothing ... when i try only with 4gb ram it still doesnt work, but when i try with the only the 2gb ram in my pc it runs ... why is that ? 4GB Ram 1333mhz ... and the 2 ram cards are the same model ... whats up with the pc not running with the 4 GB ram ?

                        I went to the ASUS SERVICE CENTER(Tezz Kumar Plaza, Hazratganj, LUCKNOW) to show my Motherboard's RAM slots(MODEL:M4A78LT-M LE, SERIAL NO:ACMOAC115527).It stayed there about one month under repairing at last declared dead.Between that time I attempted many calls to the service center to know about my motherboard's repairing condition.In the last call I had there, they just told me that your motherboard is ready & you may take it back now!When I reached the service center they showed me a new motherboard of a different model(MODEL:M4N68T-M LE V2, SERIAL NO:B9M0CS377687), there I claimed to get back my Original MODEL(which was far better then the newer Model, It has an in build AMD 760G GRAPHIC CHIPSET), they told me that M4A78LT-M LE is not available in stock & suggested me to keep that new model for about 3 or 4 months with an extended warranty of 1 year & may get back my original model when it will be available in stock.Also, I demanded a written statement about this further, they convinced me by saying that, "Your data is present in the computer and whoever will be there? will assist you for sure."I have used this Motherboard(M4N68T-M LE V2) about 7 months, while using this motherboard many problems came to me like many games are not running(major drawback) and a few are running but very slow, video performance is really poor, sometimes a blue screen comes up while playing games and the PC get restarted. It's still under warranty.So, I revisited the service center after 7 months(due to some problems) and told my query and all that happened before(the lady employee whom I had met before has resigned) & The new employee is now saying that "It is not possible to get my original motherboard back"and the whole statement was changed as said by the last employee and the system is looking like a...fraud!!! So, I want the Higher Authority to take some immediate action to resolve this issue as soon as possible and help me to get my original model(M4A78LT-M LE) back.

                          I purchased a google nexus 7 tablet and within a week i realized that it had various issues. I gave it to service center, got it repired but it had the same problems again was repaired and had the same problem. I asked for refund and I was told to get a replacement . when i went to take the replacement, it had the same set of faults so i returned it there and then. Since then I have been contacting ASUS customer support through email and phone for refund as I do not need the tablet but never get any appropriate reply and most of the time no reply at all. It has already been with them for last 3 months and I have spent a lot of time and money running from places to places. Please do something
                          Im the victim of ASUS dealer too. Any other authoritative forum to contact. Does this forum helps?

                            Dear Customer care Asus and Justfix, I am writing this letter to complain and express my dissatisfaction about your service. I've submitted my Asus laptop in Justfix, Residence road on 30-Mar-14 for power/battery related issue. But till date neither Justfix, nor the Ausus support team has any updates! This is 4th time I've submitted my Asus laptop to Justfix in a span of 1 year! On 1-Apr-14 I tries calling Justfix, Residence road but no-one responded, so I called Ausus support and they told Justfix technician is working on it and I'll know the issue and the RMA by EOD. Since there was NO updates via mail or call, so on 2-Apr-14, I called Justfix helpline number and gave them my laptop serial number. To my astonishment, lady executive told that she checked with Justfix, Residence road office and there is NO such laptop! Also, she told me that the helpline is NOT for checking these statuses and suggested me to directly call the Justfix office. Please let me know if this is the case with Justfix helpline number? After all this, I called Asus support on 3-Apr-14 and they told that RMA is not yet generate and they tried calling the Justfix technician(Rohit) but he was not picking up the call. Asus support executive assured me that, he will update me an hour, 0 which never happened, as usual! To conclude, after 4 days there is NO PROGRESS and NO ONE knows whats the status!! Please let me know, what is the issue and by when should I expect my laptop to be ready? As per my last three experience, all together repair takes 25-50 mails, 100 -200 follow-up calls and 1-1.5 months to get things done.. Asus Laptop Model No.: S46CM.                               I have purchased mother board of ASUS company.serial no. ACMOAD185868 dated 18/05/2011. And it is having a warranty of 3 years Now the mother board is not working. I contacted ASUS service centre. The person told me that it cannot be repaired. So I requested that person to replace the same, but he refused to give a new motherboard and gave me one old motherboard which was also not working. I contacted the ASUS support department, but they also refused to change the motherboard with a new one and saying that they can provide me only the second hand ( old ) motherboard. When my motherboard is in warranty period, It should be either repaired or replaced with a new one.

                                  Dear sir, I am forced to send an mail to customer service team because of poor service rendered by the ASUS service center. i would request you to take a strict action with respect to my laptop complaint and i have been following your team for past one and half month for proper solution. Service center people everyday gives out new ways of fooling d customer. I have taken my laptop and they said some heard ware problem so they will replace the same but till this date they are not providing me any proper solution for my laptop. Hope my request will be duly noticed with a proper solution.I am sorry to say that your service is very poor. Please be any kind to do the needful from your end.

                                    i bought a nexus 7 tablet on 14 feb 2014...just a week a happen and by normal usage the screen cracked ...an unusaul thing happened for the first time ...i went to service centre and they neglecting the customers...i am indepth worried about services, ...whom i have to scold flipkart or asus? TOUCH EVERYTHING IS WORKING BUT THE SCREEN CRACKED SLIGHTLY BY NORMAL USAGE if the product is physically damaged then i would prefered a cost manner but simply by buying this product and by normal usage the screen got broken ...asus please replace this defective product remotely or change the service manner serial no-D3OKBC093451 mobile no-[protected] [protected]@live.in

                                      i have purchased a new laptop ! 1 week before, it is asus x550c. only after 2 days it is creating problems. it is getting restated automatically. we contacted our retailer... he checked and returned back, said its done, now it is alright. but again this nonsense laptop creating trouble to me. the same problem, it gets restarted now my retailer says go to service centre. what would i do, it is creating problem in a week only. afterwards its warranty gets finished. what would i do then. so please listen to my complaint.and take a serious action against it. i want a solution early. please contact me at ( [protected]@gmail.com) it's my advice to my dear friends, please dont buy this worst company's laptop or any other things...
