Today when engg came to my house he did Test run which was successful and when he requested that he want to take system along with him to service center, he asked to take backup, we started the backup and he could not wait for 20 mins and left. It was very much annoying i could not ask his name his mobile number is : +91-[protected]. Kindly help me rectifying the problem asap

      My company had given me a laptop which was bought on October 2020, now its battery is completely dead. You cannot charge it without putting it on charge and now the laptop is not getting on.

        I brought this laptop on 1st April 2021 and after a month around 20 may 21, it has been malfunctioning . It had wifi issue, bluetooth issue, mic issue, airplane mode, sreen rotation locker isse, camera issue . I already had availed online and offline support from asus but nothing helped .as a result, I am unsatisfied with fraud company had played on me and demand the replacement of my laptop immediately

          I purchased asus prediator...within one year ut it started giving prblm like battery low within hour, and some light patches on screen.. now motherboard has gone.. processor has gone.. worst worst product quality..

              Dear Mr.

              I had purchased Asus ROG phone II on Flipkart and got it delivered on 10th January 2020 and warranty expiry on January 9th 2021. I soon ran into heating issues, I asked Flipkart for a replacement as I purchased from their website, but Flipkart rejected the exchange saying heating is common in smartphones, so I used it anyway with a tiny heartache of owning an expensive phone which claimed to have good heat management (so called liquid cooling), my colleagues owning mid-range smartphones never had such issues while playing common games in the market and being a gaming phone, it was embarrassing owning this. But things got worse when after some months the phone started shutting down while using any application which was moderately heavy like camera, pdf editor, etc. just forget about gaming, I couldn't even get my work done, it would shut down even with google meet app, so I couldn't attend any meetings.
              Since it was under warranty, I took the phone directly to an authorized Asus service Centre Panaji, Goa which is 50km away from my city, anyways I reached there, I told them about phone’s problems and they said we’ll try resetting the phone and updating the firmware, but that didn't work so after 2-3 hours of waiting they said they’ll ask Asus for replacement of the motherboard, as they couldn’t find the problem with the device so suggested to just replaced the board but it took more than a month to get the phone, by the time I got the phone, warranty ended and it still had the same issue, I immediately went back and told them about it, they again for the second time said they’ll replace the board, I told them last time board was replaced and had the same issue but they ignored my suggestion and replaced the board anyway, now after waiting for another month and half, I got the phone and BEHOLD...! again same issue, after overcoming this Déjà vu, I rushed back 50km immediately again and told them about the problem, once again for the 3rd time they said they’re replacing the motherboard, I was fed up of this and told them to do whatever and went home, they gave me a call and said they can't replace the board as it is out of warranty but I told them about the situation that the problem was never solved, they said they’ll call back and called back finally changing the faulty motherboard story to faulty display story and that is what was causing the heating issue and now I will have to replace the display for Rs.15, 000. I have not collected the phone yet, and I won't, until this problem gets resolved. Horrible experience, if they're treating flagship users this way then I wonder what they do to customers owning mid-range or budget smartphones.

              I’m writing this to you hoping that it was just a bad service Centre and that rest of the Asus team actually cares about their customers and will solve my problem. Otherwise I will have no other option but Consumer court.

                Respected sir, In my Asus laptop there is a blue screen error. And my laptop is under Perimium warranty. In this problem, in every 3-4 minutes my laptop is restarted automatically. In that tym i lost all running data. And university test are also canceled due to this problem... On 3 june 2021 I went to service centre and told about blue screen error. They told me that they will fix the problem in 7 days. On 10june 2020 i picked up my laptop. After 1 hour I faced again same problem. Then I called again to service centre. Then he said he will write a mail to higher authority. And didn't get reply till now. And i am facing same problem. Plz provide me solution or replace this laptop.

                    The laptop after 8 month of purchase, the display has gone without any external damage. I am trying to get service for about 45 days and since no acceptable response arrived yet. Once a agent of Service centre come to my location and checked it and told me it may be some internal damage caused by some outside effect, but there is no sign of damage that agent has verified. So they declined my request as it is damage caused by me. Hence my product is under warranty and after that too they are not responding. I have purchased a which is very costly for me. I trusted the brand and it worth noting now. I am a student and I am suffering from last 45 days without laptop.

                      My desktop is not switching on at all. I bought it only 7 months back. The worst part is that the company is not providing service at all. I have been calling them daily and lodging complaints from nearly 3 weeks but still they are not interested in sending a service engineer to repair my system. Worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Very very disappointed. Every time I call the customer care they make various types of excuses. I got suspended from my job now since I could not work without my system for more than 3 weeks. My job completely depends on my pc. Now I would have to get my system repaired by a local technician but my warranty will get cancelled. I don't want this Asus garbage now. Please help me get my money back so that I would atleast buy another pc from either Dell or HP.

                            The laptop is not power on. Tried multiple times, also tried the 40seconds battery power reset as advised by customer care.But still no luck.
                            Only had normal usage.
                            This is very upsetting.
                            I need a remediation as i have almost spent nearly 1 lac Rupees for this laptop.
                            Already replaced the faulty charging adaptor few months ago.
                            Barring the overheat issue, which I never complained, this has become worse.
                            Please kindly help get to replace the faulty device or refund me.
